Pizza Hut Delivery in Plymouth

It's the first time I've ever ordered from Pizza Hut and I was rather disappointed to say the least. "Peperoni Feast." Was more like grease in box with the circle of gresde it had left behind not to mention it being stained on to the slices itself dripping off and leaving my fingers and hands absolutely covered. Then with it's crisp bland base under cooked cheese that hadn't even melted can easily be compared to a cheap supermarket pizza in texture and presentation. Without a one single poxy dip being included and having to pay for any is ridiculous in it's own right. The only positive was the speed of the delivery but I can see why it didn't take ling to come given the end product I'd received. I wouldn't recommend or be giving a second chance. Absolute waist of money that hasn't settled well with my stomach at all.

I ordered a medium margarita pizza and it was cold and was square and tiny it was about the size of my hand I would give it a 0 but that’s not possible so I give it a 1

I'm a big pizza hut fan- I used to work at various restaurants in Kent, I love pizza and pizza hut is the best. It's a real treat to get the lunchtime deal- the best value lunch anywhere in my opinion. The staff here are all very friendly, they make the food perfectly and promptly. Never more than 10 minute wait. Even on a budget I can get pizza 3 times a week for lunch! Feel spoilt! Thankyou all at derriford hospital pizza hut! 🍕 🛖 💯

Had a really good collection pizza from here last weekend. I’d also like to highlight the lovely lady who answers the phone - while we waited for our pizza she took some tricky calls from lonely people and handled them with care and professionalism. She is a credit to Pizza Hut and the community!

Had our food delivered this evening, found a hair mixed in with toppings in the first bite! Rang to get a replacement, was very polite about it and the first guy I spoke to handled it wonderfully and was really apologetic… However, once transferred to the manager it all went downhill. Very unhelpful, uninterested and unapologetic. Stated I had to send proof of hair and pizza to prove I wasn’t ‘scamming’ them. I explained the pizza only had one bite missing and I was happy to return it. He went on to say until they’d carried out the necessary checks their end, they could not send a replacement or offer a refund. As requested the hair and pizza was emailed over, to which the reply we got via phone call, was no one here had that colour hair and there’s nothing we can do. When I asked for proof that the hair colours of staff could be sent to prove that he wasn’t scamming me out of my money, he replied they couldn’t do that. Not really sure where the manager learnt his level of customer service, but as someone who also works in hospitality, I’m happy to offer any advice on how to handle a customer complaint appropriately :) Sat here with a hairy pizza, going free if anyone wants it

What has happened to the hut?! Ordered 2 Margaritas for delivery and they were terrible. Horrible dry, hard base. Hardly any cheese, and they were cold. Nowhere near as good as it used to be. It was like eating a cheap no frills supermarket pizza. They seem to be trying to cut their overheads by skimping on everything that used to make their pizzas really nice, but of course the price is still the same. Shame. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I popped into the shop to grab a quick bite and was not disappointed. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. The crust was crispy, and the toppings were generous. I am not a big pizza fan, but I would definitely go back to try other topping. The staff was friendly and the ordering process was easy, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Pizza Hut and would definitely order from them again.

Ordered for delivery but unfortunately they didn’t have pineapple in stock and had to get some from another store. Received a phone call explaining the situation and that there would be a delay but was offered sides/drinks to apologise. When food arrived, it was great quality and the delivery driver was friendly.

Bit burnt and they brings wrong order

Great service, delivery was super fast our 50/50 pizza was great and we loved every bite of it!

I ordered the large pizza deal with sides and a drink today, along with a tub of Ben and Jerrys through the Uber Eats app. Our drink was not delivered and the ice cream was the wrong flavour. The garlic bread was stone cold. The pizza was incredibly oily and it soaked into the box causing it to be flimsy. The delivery service was TERRIBLE. I said to the deliver that it was the wrong ice cream and he shrugged his shoulders and went no, then walked off. I am very disappointed with the food and service and will not be ordering from here again.

Terrible service is accepting an order, taking payment, leaving someone waiting an hour and a half, updating them on the app that their food will be delayed 20 mins, then just canceling the order. Then taking 3-7 days to refund. Thanks for ruining my eve its now too late to order anywhere else and I have work early didnt really want to be cooking now.

What a con.... Phoned to place an order for 5 desserts only to be told that I have to order a pizza.....the price of 5 desserts is the equivalent to the price of a pizza if not more. Totally shocking service

Ordered 12 pizzas for work lunch from Derriford Pizza Hut. Spot on service. Arrived right on time driver very polite and helpful. Gareth and Rachel extremely helpful with ordering and great value too. Thanks all for making a great lunch.

Placed a order whilst waiting a unsatisfied customer came back to return pizza that she was unhappy with and the staff gave her a mouthful of abuse which was uncalled for. Staff told her to come back next day for refund as she was walking out the staff shouted slag in front of customers

Arrived at 8.35pm this evening. After already checking website for opening hours closing at 11pm but we found it closed. Party of 6 very disappointed.

Good pizza and cheaper than usual if collected. Bit of a wait after arranged collection time but otherwise great.

Good food and good place to take family

So today in pizza hut I went to change my daughters nappy and what can only be descibed as a fat overweight pig of a woman questioned what I was doing. I said changing my daughters nappy have you got a problem with that?! She said yes you are a man and shouldn't be changing a girls nappy!! She might not want you looking at her! Has it really got to this in this day and age?! Absolute joke!!

Poor slow service. Was told it would be 10minutes. 30 minutes later had to ask why it was taking slow long. I could have made a pizza quicker myself

I only return here because my kids love Pizza Hut and it's the only one that delivers to is. Nothing like the Mutley Plain branch we used for years and had no complaints about. The Derriford Hospital unit has sloppy service, wrong orders, we've been over charged and the pizza is often soggy to name but a few. The cherry on the top was when they sent a full meat pizza instead of a veggie one. They replaced it but inspite they added so many jalapeños the dough and onions didn't cook and it was inedible.
