Pizza Hut Delivery in Neath Port Talbot

Lush food, fast delivery and very fantastic staff

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and suprise it was over the estimated time. Called to ask and said I would get it in 10min. Then 20 min later called again as still not got it and was offered a remake or refund. Took the refund but they didn't tell the delivery driver who was from deliveroo but I didn't even order though them. I used pizza huts own site. Days later no refund and then made a complaint and get called a liar that I wasn't offered a refund and I got the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered and it said the estimated time was between 19:45 - 20:05, which was great. As soon as the tracker hit 'out for delivery', it changed to 20:50! That's an hour later than the stated arrival time. Ridiculous time scale. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered food last night at 5.30pm and a hour later I rung the store to ask how much longer delivery would be and the person on the phone said she’s left she’ll be 5 minutes. Then 20 minutes later the driver rung me said she was lost and I literally said you can’t get lost I live on Briton ferry road literally up the road from Lidl on the main road and she said she was in Port Talbot way far from where I live lol. So she typed in my Post Code and said once she gets to the post code she would ring me. Another hour goes by I ring the store as I couldn’t contact the driver because she ring me from a Leeds number and I had said to the the guy instore that my food will most probably be cold now and his reply was “it won’t be cold it is in a special bag she is 5 mins away” when though it has been over a hour lol! So 30 mins later I ring the store and just said will you remake my order and I’ll come to collect it and he had to get back to me because he had to ask his manager. 20 mins later I had a call back to go collect my food had my food so late but apparently he don’t know where the driver even was

Food arrived luke warm at best.

I visited this Pizza Hut branch to order a quick bit of takeaway lunch, but if I'd had any inkling of the ordeal that lay ahead of me then I would have thought twice. Upon crossing the threshold into the building, I was lassoed (yes, like an animal at a rodeo) by what I believe was the manager, using a 'rope' fashioned out of some very sticky, dirty looking pizza dough. He was shouting in an affected US Southern drawl, "ASPARTAME IS BEING PUT IN OUR WATER SUPPLY TO MAKE OUR CHILDREN BAD AT SCRABBLE" and "THE MAN IN THE STETSON THEY CALL ME GEORGE JETSON". I should point out that he was wearing a Stetson hat, like a cowboy. I ran from the store immediately, and after stretching that horrible rubbery pastry out for a good 5 or 6 doors down, I finally broke free from my doughy tether. I can't get the smell of yeast or the oil stains out of my Bananarama t-shirt, so I will be submitting a bill to the Pizza Hut Head Office.

Our food was over an hour and a half late, when it arrived it was cold, tasted awful and was stale & hard to eat. The whole time I was trying to ring them to see what was going on and couldn't get through to anyone. Worst takeaway experience I've ever had in my life. Never ordering from here again and would suggest anyone else do the same.

Pizza Hut in neath is absolutely shocking hang up on calls when we ring to check on the order and then out order turned up with no drink and waited over and hour for delivery! Never been like this with Pizza Hut burn never ordering again

Delivered ordered garlic dips were not with order so disappointed won't be ordering pizza hut again stick with domino's pizza

What an absolute shocking service, wouldnt even give one star, ordered food at 17:30, waited patiently till 18:50, to be told its on way, waited another 25 min, to be told its with deliveroo driver who i am suppose to contact if theres problem (i didnt order off deliveroo, infact, i havnt even got an account with them), I asked to speak to the hut manager, to be told not in store and lady has to phone, so asked for name to report, to be told not aloud name,so i phone deliveroo who tell me it is pizza hut who made the order and not my problem (well done), then get told to have a refund and no pizza, 2hrs and 20 min later, fair play pizza hut, you need to sort your management teams out.

Arrived at the shop in Neath at 4.10pm and it was locked . Opening times are 3pm - 11pm Staff I could see laughing and joking at the back of shop So I rang the shop. Lad opened it laughing saying sorry we forgot to open up since we got here. Waited then while they chatted for ages at the back to sort out order. Not impressed I wonder why I stopped going here and switched months ago. So unprofessional.

Try and order a pizza online is absolutely impossible. I wonder why they dead all the time.

no delivery after 3 hours of waiting, terrible customer service and refund process

Had to wait an hour for in store pick up, had 2 children waiting 1 being a newborn, asked several times for order number, then on the 4th time to be told it hadn't been put in oven been waiting 30 min already, another 30 min order was ready, order was wrong saying I hadn't ordered a medium pizza which it clearly said on top of receipt. So disappointed 😔

Had pizza from here a few times, mainly delivered and always nice, but can be quite pricy at times. Worth making use of the vouchers to save money.

I ordered through delivery Large Peperoni Feast with extra mushrooms and chicken and there was NO PEPERONI.

Had 2 large pizzas with 4 toppings £9.95 each, did the job, great staff at the counter

Not even a 1!! Pizza hut neath, absolutely appalling! 4pizzas, 2 raw and 2 overcooked, all sides are wrong even after waiting an hour and a half. Madness, Stick to dominoes

I Orderd a pizza, waited about an hour for it, so I rang them just to be told they hadn't received my order but they taken the money for it from the bank, not happy

Food arrived late, wrong and cold. We thought we'd try pizza hut over dominoes. Not doing that again.

Really poor pizza (beef sizzler). Extremely light on the beef, absolutely overdone with the green chillies (cheaper than beef I guess). Be warned.

Worse service ever always same mistakes when you order and ask for peppers they give pepperoni instead,and thats fine if you're not vegetarian. And thats the last time we ever order there.

Quick and efficient. Tasty pizza. A little over priced. But it's what you get from a chain. But as for service spot on. Ordered, told me 10 minutes, 10 mins later walking through the door to pizza coming out ready.
