My food did not even arrived, I called a restaurant and they said that it was delivered at 15:15, it's 16:45 and I still do not have my food!!!

Ordered food this evening from this restaurant, was given a 30 minute window as to when my pizza would arrive but a hour and a half later it shows up and was stone cold and rock hard. Annoyed i decided to call the store to rectify the issue and the staff member was incredibly argumentative telling me that i should take it up with uber eats (i didnt even order through uber eats, i ordered through their website). The on duty manager kept refusing to come to the phone until i had to put my foot down to have the order replaced....this was the first and last time i will ever order from this store....save your money and order from dominos

Ordered at 6.30, order arrived at 9.20pm and stone cold. Made 2 calls chasing how long it would be to be told its just left. I call 50 mins later to be told the same thing. No communication at all. Only excuse was, well we are busy. I guess it's dominoes for us from now on

If I could give 0 stars I would! Wrong pizza delivered and missing item. Upon delivery delivery driver apologised and advised we did not have ice cream to go with cookie dough as there was a problem at the store. When checking pizzas we found on of the pizzas had wrong toppings and had olives on it (which I'm allergic to) When we called the shop to explain this the girl said no the chicken sizzler you ordered comes with olives- this was a out and out lie as I know I would of never of ordered something with olives as I'm severely allergic! We asked the girl to read out the toppings for a chicken sizzler she placed us on hold when she came back she proceeded to read our toppings- no mention of olives... So we said oh so no olives? She replied no. There was no apology nothing... even though she had just been caught out. She then stated she was going to put us on hold to speak with manager. When she came back she advised manager agreed to send out new pizza and the missing ice cream but we are to return the wrong pizza which we agreed so advised pizza would be with us in 10-20 minutes. 35-40 minutes later pizza arrived looking raw and rushed. But again no ice cream. By this time rest of the meal was cold and the whole meal was a waste- we were extremely unhappy with this so called back through to store and asked to speak to the manager girl laughed and said my manager is on holiday. We questioned who it was then when she told us she was putting us on hold to speak to a manager she replied I don't know probably my shift manager I'll see if she wants to speak to you. Shift manager came on phone very rude and unpleasant. Spoke over you and did not allow us to voice concerns. We even had to say can you please let me finish. No apology was given no resolution nothing. Will never order from here again. Please read the multiple bad reviews for this place and avoid at all costs! Go to dominoes instead!

There is no standard quality here every time you order you get different quality and top of it it always a late delivery and what not!! Never buying anything from this place..

Horrendous. Gave driver wrong order. Paid £75 to have 2 pizzas show up. Driver issued with wrong order. Call pizza hut who tell you they will send out another driver. Call them back 40 minutes later to find out they have no driver, weren't going to inform you of that fact and basically didn't care. Uber driver was great and apologetic, pizza hut couldn't care less.

Order is over 1.5hours late. Rang the store 30minutes ago and they assured me it would be with me soon. Still no pizza.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered through Just Eat and when the order was not delivered I rang to be told the order had been cancelled. The text message from just eat came through confirming the restaurant had cancelled the order at the time I was on the gone to them and they were looking for it. Absolutely shocking service. Own your mistake and correct it do not blame the thrlird party. Will never use them again and will never recommend them

My order has not been delivered. Even after I chased the order twice and now waiting to hear about my refund. I have been given £3 off my next order but now I’m left hungry.

Food took 2.5hrs to be delivered and when delivered, although picked up and delivered within 8 minutes (app followed driver), the food was stone cold! It had obviously been sat in the shop for ages. Tried to call the shop several times to get an update before my order was allocated to an uber driver (I ordered direct, not via Uber), but no answer. Tracking on the Pizza Hut website finally updated by saying my order had been delivered when it hadn't even been picked up! Shambles

The food was horrible even something as simple as the potato wedges are vile

New year's eve they closed at 9. We got there at 9.40 but they still took our order because they could allow it to cook while cleaning up. Such good service. Above and beyond.

I couldn't tell you when the food was delivered! it took one of my neighbours to knock my door and tell me I had food there! I'm absolutely outraged that my food was left there to go cold and could've been stolen. sort your drivers out!!!

I ordered at 7.30 got my food at 9.35.. but won't let me put that it was over an hour late. called the restaurant and they said sorry it's the storm (from a day earlier) the food was really cold, no heat at all in any part of it and I was offered £5 back from a £22 order!! terrible service

I didn’t get my food it never came I am not happy I have rang the number provided but I have received no reply.

After waiting 2h I now have to wait a week for a refund and order something else. If you are busy, just turn off ordering, it will help you to catch up and people to order something else.

Paying £60 for cold pizzas and terrible customer service is outrageous. This ruined the start of my weekend, and I will never order from this store again. I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from this branch.

The delivery person was rude to me when delivering, after us waiting for an additional 30 minutes over the estimated time because he said that he couldn’t find my address and was speaking very loudly to me which was quite intimidating. I said to him that he should’ve rang me so I could direct him and he said that phone wasn’t working. The food is now cold so I wont be enjoying my lunch.

Fluffing distaster. First time since feb 2020 and last time ever. Ordered 2h ahead, with a specified time of the delivery. With specific instructions for both the driver and the "kitchen". Is it hard to read and interpret "please, use half of the usual amount of tomato sauce"? Is it hard to understand to put double cheese and some beef? Do you need someone to draw you a picture / pictogram in order to do what your are fluffing paid to do? Pizza was cold on the edges, barerly warm in the very middle. Over half an hour late, no contact with the driver or the "restarurant" itself. Customer service - NON-EXISTENT. Pizza was missing two toppings, was soggy and drenched in fat (that includes the cardboard box as well!) If you have a choice between frozen pizza (ANY!!) and pizzahut, please, do not hesitate. Fluff the latter. Fluffing DISGUSTING, both food and customer service.

I ordered at 19.10 last night, the estimated delivery was between 20.08-20.20, the just eat app said enjoy your food at 20.20, we waited till 20.30 to call, told on phone it haven’t been cooked yet and that there really busy should be there in half hour, at 21.10 we called back, explained we had been waiting 2 hours then told me I had ‘only been waiting an hour and half’ I told them we ordered it at 19.10, they said the driver was on there way back, food got here at 21.40

Ordered as of now the food is over a hour late, tried ringing the hut multiple times with no answer, ridiculous customer service would not recommend ordering from here

Order food and items were missing I called them and they said If I want it delivered it'll be a 2 hour wait and they will charge me for it. Any other restaurant would give free deliver and something complimentary. Very bad service, will never order again

Very nice pizza but awful delivery experience. I ordered food for me and my brothers. I order a ham and cheese pizza, my older brother a cheese pizza and my younger brother a pepperoni pizza. It was about 8pm and the pizzas took a while to come. Eventually, they arrived. Instead of our order, we got mac and cheese and a ham and pineapple pizza? We rang up and said we got the wrong order, they told us to wait for someone to come and collect the wrong order, so we waited. They came and collected the order. Then we had to wait again for them to deliver our order. At about 10pm, they came back with our order. BUT IT WASNT OUR ORDER 😭. It was three cheese pizzas. I was disappointed but as it was so late i didnt bother ringing again and ate the cheese. Idk if this was a one time thing or?

I didn't realise the pizza didn't come with a free garlic dip, would have ordered some if I'd known. Food was lovely and hot. Luckily we had free wedges which came with 1 dip.

Picked up a pizza from here tonight. It was ready bang on time hot and delicious. The staff are really friendly much better than another big pizza chain starting with a D.

Waited an hour for the food, the app said delivered however I didn’t receive anything. I called the store to enquire and was told “sometimes the drivers take them home to eat” and that another pizza will be made and be with me within 30 minutes. Fast forward another hour and the food is still nowhere to be seen. Absolute joke to be waiting 2 hours for a delivery that’s a 5 minute drive down the road.

The best deep pan dough in Newport. Always crispy outside and fluffy inside. Staff is friendly. Pizza is always done under 15 min on collection.

Placed the order 5:25 took until 7:05 for someone to answer the phone!!!!!! Calling for 45 minutes to find out where on earth our order was as it had disappeared from the app too!!!! Young girl answered and said there was an issue and had to be cooked again! Ok that’s fine mistakes happen but at least have the thought of “maybe we should tell the customer” and to just not bother answering the phone for over 45 minutes of me constantly calling! Luck they answered when they did as I was just getting dressed to get a taxi to the place to see what on earth is going on!!!! And the pizza order was wrong! But by the time it arrived I couldn’t be bothered at this point!!!!!! Absolutely abysmal!!!!!

Ordered a meal online and twice the tracker has updated to a later delivery time. Now it's saying it can't track my order. Tried to ring them numerous times but no answer and the phone just goes dead. Very poor service so far.

I politely requested NO JALAPENOS OR SALSA on my Doritos Cheese Nachos. Just the hot cheese sauce. I cannot eat spicy foods anymore. It's a shame because I love spicy food. You're supposed to take note of dietary requirements when prepping an order. Please do better next time.

Terrible service!!! Ordered food from this restaurant for delivery when it arrived it was burnt to a crisp. It was uneatable. When i called to ask if the food could be replaced i was told “it is what it is” the gent on the phone then told me that i was having attitude. When i asked for his manger he told me he was and there was no one higher than him from my knowledge and others in these kinds franchise they have a business manager and when asked for head office number we are told to give it. When i asked he told me no and when i asked for his name he also told me no. He kept raising his voice and having a pop at me!!!! So now left with food i can’t eat which means money down the drain!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service from Pizza Hut Newport (Sam). Ordered a collection tonight and when returning home there was a small mistake on the order. After giving them a call Sam said he would deliver a new pizza as soon as he could. In 20 minutes he’d delivered a fresh order. Great service! Thanks
