Regular customer from here weekly orders but today was vile burnt burger how could they even send this out absolutely disgusting Rock hard bun one place for it straight in the bin should be ashamed not hard to notice think I rethink where I order from now

Ordered from best kebabs for a long time. Never again. portions have been getting smaller for a while but this time a large mixed doner was smaller than a small doner. Doner meat undercooked and oily and hardly any chicken

Ordered a combo kebab 12.50 came hardly any meat in there rang them up and they said meats gone up 😂😂 do not go to this place new best kebab over the road better

food took a hour and was cold, meat was like carbord. i'll never order from here again.

Order from here and they got it wrong and when tryed phoning up about it very rude on the phone will not order from here again!

So every time I've got food it's been banging. But the amount of times I've walked down the street with my child in the pushchair and there delivery car has been parked on double yellows blocking the pavement and I've had to walk on the muddy grass really gets me vexed. They do banging food but they hate the comunity. Tell your driversnto park round corer and not disrespect the comunity you serve

Ordered a mixed kebab and there was NO chicken. This is not the first time they have done this too me. Also no sauce!

Excellent food, the shish kebabs use quality chicken that tastes fresh and isn't doused in salt. Kids enjoyed the pizza and the burgers are plenty of bang for your buck! 😋

Cost me £18.30 for two plain burgers and one small chip's, definitely not worth the money.

Just ordered a large mixed kebab & a CHICKEN doner kebab. Not a big or difficult order. Received two mixed, phoned to tell them for them to check cctv to say it shows he did put chicken in there. Yes, he did put a little bit of chicken but a LOT of lamb. If I liked lamb kebab it would have been great but I don’t like lamb & to be made out to be a liar over a kebab is ridiculous especially after sending a WhatsApp image as proof. First time ordering, never again. Rude & incompetent staff. 100% would avoid. Best kebab is definitely the worst kebab!

Rude as, they say they close at 1am ..used them loads of times,expect great until someone answers the phone and tells me to sod off 40 mins before they close because they are to busy !!!! ..not what you expect..very rude and not customer friendly

Ordered a kebab take out the first in a while the last time it was really late and when it arrived it was cold and way over the time they said. So tonight we thought they may have got there act together so we ordered a kebab they said it would be an hour which was ok. 50 minutes in the driver phoned us to say he was outside we went out and no one was there so we phoned the kebab shop and told them. They said it wasn’t for us so we said we don’t want ours cold they said ours was on its way twenty minutes later it arrived cold. What a disappointment I phoned to tell them. It’s not about the money which was over £20 it’s so disappointing you just don’t want a refund or reorder and wait again. It’s just not good enough. Way would you order a meal you have to microwave. What a waste of time and money. Don’t bother.

Not a lot to say except, the whole package, excellent food , large portions, fabulous service, chilli sauce perfect for me, value for money.

More expensive than most places in Newport and the portion size are insanely small! I ordered a small dinner meat and mixed meat and the meat was less than half a container full. Wouldn't recommend

Kebabs arrived literally 15 mins after the order was placed arrived cold ..salad was wilted and soggy meat looked pale and boiled and didn't smell right ..chips tasted like they was from the night before triple fried old crispy and hollow inside... very disappointed won't ever order again .

Called in for food on way home.. Got home only a 5 five minute drive food was cold, not even warm but cold.

Ordered a chicken shish kebab. Chicken had crunchy gristly bits in it. Pitta bread was completely wet and not in the good way. Chilli sauce is like salsa lumpy and not spicy in the slightest bit. Ordered extra large and portion size is pretty good but cheap quality food so

Easy online ordering service and delivery time was excellent. Food spot on with the order though they accidentally forgot the bottle of pop! Not to worry, one call to the restaurant and the delivery girls were back within 5 minutes with a bottle a sincere apology. Can't fault that.

I probably get a meal once a week from here (Monday) and generally good , especially the fish fingers but tonight was shocking. Cheesy chips was ordered but I got chips minus the cheese mostly. I ate 7 chips and all the cheese was gone. Not sure if I will go there again. Disappointed

Absolute joke of a place. Ripped me off over charged me when I opened the food lots of food was missing. If you order from this place make sure you check your food before you get home. Would not recommend

Terrible experience tonight. Food was cold, my lamb shish wrap was more wrap and salad than lamb. Other meal was cold too. Forgot our chips, was told we couldn't have a refund. Shocking customer service. Will not be ordering again!

If i could leave a 0 i would, I rang up to complain about an order and ive never had such discusting attitude when talking a a staff member, the food was also dripping with grease, very diisapointed!

Ordered my food told 40 minutes max after an hour had past phoned then told them it's been hour since my order an was told that my order would be next and be with me very shortly after waiting another 35 munits I drove 4 mile to another kabab place got my food as I was almost home they rand me to tell me my foods there 1almost 2 hours they can stick there srestrant I will never use again

Food is delicious, always hot, and the delivery is usually within forty minutes.

Stay away from this place, not cooked properly food cold and phone handler has an incredible customer service skills.

Love the chicken shish kabab, always delivered hot, fresh and tasty and on time. Definitely the best place to order take away food and the staff are always friendly.

Me and my mum ordered on justeat. Took over an hour to arrive, the food was cold and didn't taste Very nice. The salad was limp and bread soggy. Maybe next time I'll walk to shop so I can get food in under an hour

This place is disgusting. Placed an order, didn't turn up after hour and 30 minutes. Phoned, they said we decided it was too far and we are too busy to call you. Said this isn't acceptable, owner said it's tough what do you want me to do about it and started swearing. Disgusting place. Asked me to come to the shop for a fight!!!!!!!!

Top kebab shop, good service and food quality is always on point. The pizzas are nice and the kebabs are always cooked properly.

Ordered 2 medium mixed meat kebabs. Both with salad. One with garlic sauce. Got 1 doner and 1 mixed meat. Very greasy and very cold. Garlic sauce didn't taste of garlic at all. Very disappointed. Will never order again.

Got my order wrong! Ordered chicken shish and got chicken donner! Then they tried to argue and say i ordered it.not impressed! The chicken donner was very dry and the chips too! Wont be using these again!!

Fowl food chips are re-heated lumpy cold portions when you ask for a large return to be small staff comes back in from out side spitting and smoking when returned into shop didn't wash hands never again will I be going there
