Pizza Hut Delivery in Charnwood

Had the lunch time deal pizza and side and was given a full portion instead of the half that was a nice surprise when I went to pick up the gentleman behind the desk was nice and polite

ordered a meal deal with a drink included but there was no option to select a drink

Hi had to call the restaurant and they said it didn’t get delivered for some reason and got sent back. They said they would get it out to me strait away. I said on the phone it’s not going to be cold is it and she said no but it definitely was very cold

still hasn't been delivered. put in request for update and heard nothing back and now don't even have the option to cancel

Food was hot but could have been cooked for longer was very soggy and off putting. Delivery driver unclear and confusing.

Arrived earlier than expected, and was very nice

Shocking- ordered via the app, had confirmation of the order being accepted and made & then delivery- food never turned up, it then turned 11pm when they close and the tracking disappeared but claimed the driver was 10 minutes away. Tried calling the resturant but they had closed, waited until midnight and still no food however at 12:30 1hr 30 after closing they claim food was delivered. Have emailed customer services and had no reply yet, spoke to the resturant today and they tried to claim the driver sat outside waiting with our food for half an hour which would have taken it to 11:45 pm… 45 mins after he would have finished work. They tried to say they would give me the order again, which i declined as it is now 11am the next day. I am now £40 down and didint get to eat last night. Will never buy from here again.

Delivery driver was trying to deliver to the wrong door as had not read my delivery instructions which clearly stated to pull into the student parking and call my phone number so I could promptly meet him for collection. I believe he can’t have read this as he seemed to have a good grasp of English and the car park was right next to the door he had been knocking on. As a result of this the food was cold. I like pizzahut but for the price you pay it simply cannot be delivered cold.

ordered online, 2 large pizzas, none with chicken, received in 25 minutes from ordering , from this location in middle of city center!! so lots of traffic, to my address 6 miles away ..no time to cook it from fresh and deliver it in 25 minutes! * One of pizzas was wrong , with chicken...not ordered that, both were almost cold , very oily on top of toppings! * I got food poisoning, threw up , had very strong stomach pain for about 2 hours, then diarrhea, now, 20 hours after eating it still in pain and bloated ! It was first time ordering from this place.

Easy ordering and great delivery service. Food was excellent

Food was delicious my bin loved it . Also one the items were sent wrong even after mentioning again and again and the customer service is totally unacceptable.

This is just a pizza collection. No tables to sit on if you want to eat inside. if you wait for your pizza while they prep mostly between 15-20 mins, you'll be standing there because no sitting and no chairs.

Noone speaks English and they say deals available online aren't available on the phone. On Pizza Hut website you can't take OFF toppings though.

I know this place has been closed for a few months. Unsure as to why. We used to order regularly from here and the pizzas were ok. We’ve ordered tonight after its reopening and I have to say the pizza was absolutely delicious. Piping hot, fresh and doughy. The stuffed crust was the best we’ve ever had and the wedges were very crispy and hot! Well done guys, whoever has reopened this place. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery online - 2 of them with vegan cheese. They came with dairy cheese and none of the extra toppings we added. When we tried to call the store as a matter of urgency to say we simply couldn’t eat the pizzas because of allergy they were not answering (6 times). Not only this, when we went back onto the app/online to order again, thinking it was our mistake, they had REMOVED vegan cheese as an option, making us assume they’d simply not got any and tried to pull the wool over our eyes instead of being honest and cancelling our order. An expensive and dishonest error on their behalf.

I ordered two Beef Sizzlers. Very nice, very tasty and still hot. The downside was there was barely any beef. It was practically jalapeños and onion topping. The deal was buy one get the second for £2 and £1.99 delivery that is very fair. You just need to be a bit more generous with the main ingredient.

you cannot justify a £1.99 delivery fee. i used to work for pizza hut and i will gladly tell anyone its a rip off and they include delivery cost with the pizza price. it costs them 50p to make every pizza. 50p. but they want to charge you an extra £2 every delivery to deliver. rip off.

I’ve ordered delivery from here for a long time now and haven’t been disappointed until this week. Placed an order and was given a 30 mins time for delivery which I know and accept can sometimes be longer so I was patiently waiting when I realised an hour is past. I rang to be told it will be 3 mins yes 3 mins, so I waited and nothing arrived for 10 mins, then had a call from driver saying he’s in the car and I opened my door only to find no car or no pizza ! Rang them again only to be told the driver has actually lost his way and couldn’t find my home. I felt it was ridiculous, bad excuse ! My pizza would be cold by the time it gets to me so I cancelled the order. By now it’s been an hour and a half since I first placed my order!! V annoying as I had to order from elsewhere which I received in 30 mins! B bad service now! Finally my pizza arrived even after cancelling which I returned!

On way home from family's on Sunday and decided to call up to order for take away, collection or delivery wasn't really fussed, on hold 28 minutes telling us that 'your call is important to us, we will be with you promptly' so we decided to pop in and place our order instead. Arrived at 21.45 was all locked up. Quite annoyed on hold that long to find out they weren't even open. Just update the website as it states you close at 11pm and also change your answering machine so people know you aren't open.

bad pizzeria. Dovile is the first person about whom I have only bad reviews. The distance is not kept. Can't manage staff. Calling her is not possible to talk. I think a person has a disorder with work. The only negative person.

Remember to specifically ask for your pizza not to have garlic on it, as it's will by default.

Order two pizza from them second one was free when it got hear it had ingredients on it that we asked to take off phoned them up and they was more then happy to replace both of them could not be happier with the way they handle it

I've had monthly deliveries to the office from here for about three years and very rarely have any issues. We'll continue to give them our custom.

Pizza is good and usually comes close to the time given. Never had a wrong order. Most deliverers are polite.
