Terrible quality of wings. Ordered 2 boxes via deliveroo. Opened it just now, one of the wing has been bitten. Disgusting🤮🤮🤮🤮 another box with small size wing, poor quality and overcooked. Reported to deliveroo and they reported nothing can do 😡😡

Pizza was soaked in oil. My dip was missing. Couldn’t enjoy the pizza anymore. Regretted ordering it.

sent the order away as too early. but to give credit did ring to make sure it would be delivered fresh and did. But pizza was drowned in oregano, good for my husband but not for us. the free garlic bread was good so we ate.

Ordered food that was delivered 40 mns late and had the privilege of talking to an absolute and rude idiot who a gave a patronising life advice when I simply asking for my orders. Change job, rethink your life and ask you parent why they don't like you 1 stars

This branch sends a message saying pizza ready to collect and it wasn't, garlic bread sat on top of oven. They then tell me there was issue with oven and it will take another 10mins, so I asked if they can make garlic bread fresh otherwise it will be cold. One of the guy agreed to put cheese on the garlic bread that they were making. After 10mins went to collect the pizza and I asked if they had added cheese, he said no but told me it was fresh. Not only did he go back on his word but he also lied about fresh garlic bread. The pizza was burnt and had to throw half of it away, pathetic service. Avoid at all costs as the place is run by cowboys and kitchen looks filthy too. P.s. it was the skinny little guy with bad hair that showed attitude and needs to learn about customer service as well how to cut pizza

WORST PIZZA HUT IN NOTTINGHAM I order Pizza Hut a lot I ordered half and half one side margarita, and one side chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom when I got home the pizza had a hair init and on the margarita side had chicken underneath the cheese I rang up to be told I should of checked before I lefted the manager is sooo rude no manners out of order he was arrogant and disrespectful I will never order from these again.

Ordered a pizza for collection got home the pizza was soggy baggy wet too much cheese A slice weighed a ton a hair in a slice call the store to be answered by arrogant little boy Who was very rude very disrespectful putting me on hold and putting the phone down I would advise nobody to eat from here whilst under that management .

Whilst the staff aren’t the friendliest the pizza is as delicious when I picked the food order up. I also ordered online with JustEat and it was not very nice. They do a good collect lunch time deal.

Really disappointed ordered pizza as a Mother’s Day treat which was a pan pizza when I came to collect the pizza was classic with Italian seasoning when I asked them to change it they said they had no pan pizza left and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do that which I don’t understand why and then in the middle of me talking they just walked of into the kitchen after waiting the woman came back and said they can fix it for me , after waiting another 30 min with my hungry kids in the car I go back to collect it and I guy comes out with the pizza and says it’s a pan and when I opened it infront of him it was the same pizza I got given in the first place and he stood there and carried on lying to me that it’s a pan , also the bbq chicken bites I got where dry and hard no taste of bbq , really disappointed and the staff were rude and unprofessional , I will not be returning to that one again and wouldn’t even give one start

Food was missing, food was damaged/crushed (pizza) paid for extras (stuffed crust) which didn’t receive. Portion of wedges ridiculously small. Really dissatisfied with the whole very disappointing. Only got refunded on two items which I’m also disappointed as there was only one thing that was right in the whole order

The driver could not find my location despite multiple instructions and help being given by me and my friends. Driver proceeded to get angry with me and shouted at me over the phone which made me scared to collect my order

Food is hit and miss from here, sometimes it is lovely other times it’s a bit off. However the food is very quick to deliver and it is packaged well.

First time I've been to a pizza hut, and I'm normally fussy with food but this was gorgeous both pizzas were cooked very well and full of flavour and the sides were just as good ... Cheesy triangles were really nice. ... We all thought best pizza ever! Well done guys will deffo order from pizza hut again only minor issue was I ordered for collection at 6pm to collect at 7pm so giving an hour and it wasn't ready on arrival but other then that PERFECT just to add we also won... Free Ben &Jerry ice cream and a free large pizza on the trivia game on the site which was alot of fun to do questions weren't overly hard but wasn't overly easy either Very happy customers ❤️🥰

I called in today and they only had one driver delivering so they asked if I could call back in 30mins which I did and after taking my order and paying for it over the phone I waited patiently and still waiting, it’s been 2hours now and the place is closed and nobody is answering my calls. MY PIZZA DIDNT COME WOW AND IVE ALREADY PAID. I need to call them tomorrow I guess. What a joke. Won’t be using this place again!

Provided incorrect order. When called to rectify the situation, the individual on their phone was utterly useless, provided no assistance or any information. Kept not responding and then pretended that it was a poor connection and hung up the phone. Absolutely useless! The only helpful individual was the delivery driver.

Very delicious sides but come on 25min for something which is already ready and just 6-8 min in the oven and this is collection time so i was waiting around 25min only for the sides which need to be just pop in the oven for max 8 min. GUY YOU NEED MORE STAFF EVERYTHING ELS IS FINE Team member which served me was really friendly and helpful i don't know why she was check in on the top of the oven for my order but any way overall food was nice and hot timing was really slow so you guys decided. Definitely Dominos and Papa Jhon doing better from my experience.

Order from here regularly, good customer service and very good deals on pizzas. Pizza is full of flavour, generous toppings, hot and tasty. Any requests or changes I wanted to my pizza were made. Delivery is always on time! Overall I’m a happy customer and will be sticking here for my future pizzas 😊

Really nice pizza, generous toppings, hot and tasty. They forgot the nachos and to make amends, sent out free cookie & ice cream with the nachos and manager even called to apologise and offer a free pizza with our next order. Really excellent customer service :).

I order from here regularly and never have a problem. Tonight on the other hand they practically refused to deliver to me even though I am a regular and never had a problem with delivery before considering I live only 10 minutes away. The lady on the phone was just rude. I got put on hold because I'm assuming the lady was asking if they would deliver. I asked if they was to busy which they said no so that wasn't the reason. You've lost a regular customer and in times like this, you should be grateful for the custom because I'm sure most would.

Very over-priced even with £15 off voucher, mistakes on order (meat on pizza for vegetarian child's birthday), sent to wrong address and succession of unintelligible phone calls/answerphone messages on route. Will use a local company next time.

Very good pizzas and superb service. Delivered slightly earlier than the normal 40 minutes only took 32 minutes. Still very hot on arrival. All in all we will be ordering from here again.

The two delivery drivers that drive the silver Peugeot and the blue Volkswagen are unbelievably rude and have no level of respect or customer service. Seriously need to train them on basic decency. Food is also gross from here, wedges are always rock hard. Definitely avoid unless you want to be spoken to like an idiot and have cold pizza.

Ordered two vegetarian Supremes with nacho sides. Food arrived on time but pizza was very bland, had to add salt just to get some taste. Best part was the nachos. Disappointed for the price.

Google states open at 12. Placed an order online which was confirmed for the food to arrive in 1 hour. However, it never arrived. Constant ringing out on the phone. When popped to the restaurant. It was not even open! Update your online service and DO NOT EXCEPT ORDERS ONLINE. I do not have a crystal ball to clarify your opening times!! 5 stars for wasting our time!!

Food took well over an hour. Ordered deep pan got thin crust hardly any toppings. Tasteless soggy food disgusting and freezing cold. No dips as ordered. Tiny, 'takeaway only' pizzahut, doesn't stock the full menu. They don't do the vegan menu, or most of the regular pizzahut starters.

Undercooked soggy dough. Even the pizza boxed was soaked through. Pizza was tasteless and left us feeling SICK after 1 slice. Manager refused to collect first time and told me I would need to call customer service for a refund. Whole process was a disaster and bad experience. This place needs to close down or hire more in-store staff/delivery drivers. Terrible service, order missing items, late delivery (even when pre-ordered online to be delivered at a certain time- so what's the point in allowing people to choose time slots for when they want their food to be delivered when you don't stick to it?) and rank tasting pizza. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again, I think I'll be sticking to Domino's in the future. (at least they deliver on time and the food tastes good)

I live about 100 yards away... But have a cold so didn't want to go out. My delivery was half hour late and with no dips and stone cold. Not good.

My pizza came cold and pizza was absolutely rank! Worst one I've had from pizza hut very dissatisfied to say the least! Only good point is the delivery guy was friendly and polite.
