Subway in Nottingham

Bad service. I was asked to “put your finger down.” when I tried to point at the salad to make sure what I wanted.

The staff member who assisted me was exceptionally helpful in explaining the menu in great detail, which made my decision-making process much easier. I was also impressed by the language skills of the reception staff, who were able to communicate in different languages, ensuring that all customers felt welcome and comfortable.

The service was very bad to us the team leader in the restaurant was very rude with us and we as talking to us in a rude, I asked her if I can have a paper cup she was telling me I need to pay in a very bad way. This experience will make me not to visit this place again.

I had a great experience at this Subway! I have ordered the sub with meatball. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ingredients were all very fresh and the sandwich was made to perfection. I was very impressed with the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back again soon!

Says it’s open until 4 on google and it’s closed!

One server is extremely rude. The workers don’t change their gloves even when it’s not busy and when asked they seem annoyed !!! I thought this was regular practise, clearly not!!!! I expected better servcie, worst experience!!

Slow service Rude behavior Asian lady improper scoop proportions just adding one line of sauce of every three sauce and they said if we wanna add we have to pay extra food was little bit good because it is subway but not fulfill our needs of expectations

I'd give this place no stars.. very unhelpful man behind counter. Said I couldn't add this and that to my sandwich, under toasted. Feel robbed at £5.85. Never again

Advertise the app everywhere around the store but in actuality it doesn’t work and they will charge you full price. The staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing and I didn’t even get a receipt so I could add my points. Would not choose to have my lunch here again the service was insanely slow.

At 16:50 on a Wednesday the store had no bread left and no wraps…the store closes at 19:00 so why they hadn’t thought to bake more is beyond me.

Good service and the usual excellent choice of subs. The place is always clean and tidy.

Carlin, Frankie, Lucy and Dechun are the best sandwich makers around even under stress, always smiling. Deserve a pay rise 10/10
