AVOID if you are ordering a delivery ordered food for my girlfriend while I was away to be told when the delivery driver arrived that she would have to go outside to collect it because he refused to come in to apartment absolutely disgraceful behaviour, never in my life have I had a delivery driver refuse to come in to the building and tell me she has to come out! SHAMBLES

Delivery driver was a great guy. Very polite arrived early and I didn’t hear the door bell so he rang me to let me know when I didn’t answer the door.

The cookie dough was overcooked

The order took from when i placed the order 1 hour 35 mins, not good enough. The food was cold both the pizza and chips, the Pizza was burnt making it hard to eat. i want a full refund or i am closing my account

Didn’t send the right pizza ordered the new bbq pepperoni with chicken peppers and onions got a plain pepperoni instead

I ordered at 1pm predicted delivery at 2pm which was fine then didn't deliver until just before 3pm and was cold. It wasn't a big order just 2 pizza.

Rang up and they explained they were down drivers which is understandable but the food was so cold and so bad of quality definitely won’t be ordering again the pizza was tough and freezing and I don’t know what I’d call the chips and garlic bread

The staff member (Kamy) who served me was very warm and welcoming as well as helped me with questions I had on what was included with in the deal and what was extra

I paid £21.99 for a BBQ pizza, which arrived burnt to a crisp, cold, and tasting like it was a day or two old! I had half a slice and then threw it in the bin. I feel a little nauseous from that half slice, too. This was my first time using Pizza Hut in over 20 years, and it will be my last! You can buy a cheap frozen pizza for better quality than this place—I’m not even kidding!

The delivery driver accidentally dropped my box of fries on the floor but other than that the food was great minus my fries.

Order was late. When delivered the pizzas were burnt and over done. Instead of pineapple one was pepperoni. Half the sides were missing and one of the pizzas looked as if it had been hurled against a wall. This was the worst delivery that I have ever had. When rang to complain was advised that they would send out again but by this time the kids were past it and couldn't or wouldn't wait for a new delivery. You can't get a refund just told to next time ring the branch and they'll credit the items. A totally disgusting experience especially as the order was £100. Could have taken the kids for steak dinner instead of serving them the rubbish we had delivered. We won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again as there is always a problem but this was by far the worst.

Ordered food before 8.30 pm to be in my house 10pm. At 10pm the have delayed till 10.30. Food arrived 10.40. What’s the point setting certain time if they can’t deliver on time. Good average. Pizza Hut used to be taster.

Terrible experience, food never got delivered and was just told to email Pizza Hut for a refund. No help at all. Do not order from here!

After a long day at work we decided to treat ourselves, ordered 2 pizzas 2 portions of wedges bottle of tango and a roll cookie with ice cream, 1hr 20 mins passed takeaway eventually arrived, delivery driver said I’m very sorry they have forgot to send your cookie and ice cream and drink, I’ll go back and get them for you, 2 hrs passed and we’re still waiting, tried calling restaurant countless times with no answer, it’s now 24hrs later still nothing… absolutely fuming ….

If I could pick zero I would. The man on the phone was so rude . He could not understand me so put the phone down. I rang back and he started threatening me. What was he going to do throw a pizza at me.

Whilst arrived hot & tasty …. One of our large pizzas should have had bbq base and came with tomato - disappointing that not right especially when the pizzas are so expensive in the first place.

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time after being disappointed with Dominos. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The triple cheese pizza was cooked perfectly, with a crispy crust and gooey cheese. The toppings were fresh and flavourful. I also ordered some Garlic Dips, but they were unfortunately missing from my order. The delivery was fast, arriving within 30 minutes of ordering. The customer service was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut. The food is delicious and the service is good. However, I was a little disappointed that they didn't deliver the Garlic Dips I ordered.

Fine, apart from the missing item. Cheesy Garlic bread at 4.79. Not good enough. Can't afford to throw fivers away.

Poor, very very poor, having been fortunate to grow up when Pizza Hut hit the streets of the uk all those years ago, a meat feast was a treat, I’ll never go to or order from Pizza Hut again, no tomato sauce on the base, very little cheese, and to be fair to call it a meat feast is a joke, never again

First time ever but the box was open and the crust was like cardboard. The pizza wasn’t sliced even close to 100%. I had to tear bits off. Not happy.

They missed my sour cream dip but that didn't bother me as had some in and only ordered it as part of the meal deal. Wouldn't have ordered it otherwise anyway. The meal was lush, delivered promptly and with a smile. Very happy.

There was no tomato sauce on my pizza! I don’t get how that can happen. It made the pizza taste very bland.

Pizza was nice, took a very long time to come but the house was in a hard to find place I’ll admit, I worst part was that when the pizza app said it was here I called pizza hit delivery to ask how long. And the guy on the phone answered saying “who’s this” not even “hello Pizza Hut” so I asked multiple times if it has actually Pizza Hut, basically guy was bare rude but good pizza

I haven't had a pizza from pizza hut in years, it's certainly gone down hill and the price is ridiculous. I wouldn't order again.

Enjoyed our visit to Pizza Hut. Decided to have to buffet. Lots of pizza's to choose from and a large selection at the salad bar. Some times the pizza dishes were empty but not for long as freshly cooked pizza's were being brought out all the time. My only criticism is that the pizza's were not labelled so not always sure what pizza's were available.

Just want to say a big Thankyou to KAMMY. What an amazing fella. A true asset to the company. I ordered 2 pizzas and no fault of pizza hut they went AWOL with the deliveroo driver. I waited ages and they eventually turned up ice cold. I called pizza hut and KAMMY apologised immediately (even though it was not his fault) and got some hot pizzas prepared and personally delivered them to us. God bless you, you are a true Legend 🙂

Before ordering it says 30 to 45 mins once order is played for it goes to 1 hour 5 mins to 1 hour 35 mins . It took a phone call znd 2 hours after ordering it turned up cold and looking nothing like pizza hut pizza . Use the main branch and pick up if you want anything decent.

If I could give less than 1 star, trust me I would. We ordered a couple of pizzas & sides last night. The order was accepted quick enough, and after a long day at work, the wife was looking at the updates on the app. About half an hour passed by, and the status was updated to ‘boxing/packaging your food’ or something along those lines, and this is where the problems began. It remained on that status for 40 minutes, so we called the restaurant to see if there was a delay/issue - the line connected but we were hung up on straight away. 20 calls later with exactly the same outcome, the store answering and then putting the phone down straight away. An hour and 40 minutes after placing the initial order (the app had said the food was being packaged for over an hour at this point) we get a knock on the door. The driver was friendly enough, and knowing it wasn’t any fault of his own I didn’t mention the issues to him, because realistically, what was he suppose to do? We open the food to find it stone cold (not like warm, literally cold, with the grease congealed between the pizza and the box). We called the store once again (the 23rd phone call we had made to the place that evening) and the manager answered. We told him about the issues, and that the food was flat cold, his response was “what do you want me to do about it?”.. this made me see red. He admitted in the phone call that he had no idea about food hygiene or any form of food safety, and it was up to us if we wanted to eat there again, saying that “he wouldn’t lose any sleep over us not ordering from them again”. All I can say is that this is a joke of a business, and if any executives from head office read this - I highly suggest you take a look at the management structure in place here before your brand reputation is tarnished.

Went last night. 1/8/21 I ordered a deal which was 2 large pizza. And 2 side an ice cream. And a bottle of Pepsi. Cost 25 pounds. Anyway. I got home. And ready to eat the pizza 🍕. It was Absolutely disgusting. Never had a pizza taste so bad in my life..Absolutely horrible. Was half burnt. The other half was thick..and I ordered. Thin base. So PIZZA HUT NEVER USED AGAIN.. I WILL GO TO DOMINO'S.

Family outing the most stressful thing iv done in a while, the menu half printed crazy, QR code didnt work the order process online does not work we trialed it in tgi.s and it does not work.especialy.when your ordering for 3 children, and no cash payments ?? What a pain in the back side sort it out pizza hut very disapointing

Delivered on time except part of the order was missing. We were over charged and found it very expensive. Next time I'll walk to the corner shop and buy a Pizza. Wouldn't recommend. Sorry guys but we felt it was a rip off for a small pizza 2 small salads and 4 slices of garlic bread. The bill was £28

Laughable really a 6 and 7 year old was puzzled when they saw your version of a medium (11 inch apparently) pizza tiny square thing that was lost in its box so basically cooking their tea now chicken strip were cold delivered 22 minutes early never a good sign either super service or rushed poor food is the outcome this was the latter.

Very disappointed with the nachos ordered - a very small portion, burnt and dried up toppings.

We ordered two pizzas and both were burnt around the crust and soggy underneath. Very disappointing. The garlic bread was over toasted. The cookies were delicious.

What a terrible service and product. Ordered cookie dough for my children in Halifax. They all came burnt and were not fit for consumption. Unfortunately we ended up throwing them away and had very upset children to deal with.

Ordered two medium pizzas they charged us for a large one but only bought a medium then wouldn’t answer the phone. Terrible quality pizzas, tasted like off plastic. Go to Darios instead, 10 times fresher and cheaper as well and they won’t rip you off... daylight robbery!

Ordered pizza for collection! When I got home too my shock the pizza was undercooked and the topping looked like they was thrown on top off the pizza without cooking! The base was soggy and undercooked! Rang the store spoke to manager who has an answer for everything! He tried telling me that nothing was wrong with my pizza! This is the worst Pizza Hut in the UK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pizza was greasy underneath, but other than that order was perfect. Pizza was nice and hot, garlic bread was cooked perfectly nice and crispy.

Everthing was good.I do think the prices are very expensive even with discount.Due to this i won't be returning for future deliveries.If the prices were similar as other Takeaways i would of spent more money.

No problem at all...didnt really need to rate restaurant service as it was a delivery to eat at home. But yeah food was warm and good. Desserts nice and food came on time.

Won't deliver when we're only 2.5miles away, but a local takeaway from 5 miles will. Absolute joke.

To say the meal was late it looked and tasted rushed. I had to eat the cookie with a spoon. I paid for extra cheese as a topping which was not the same as last time looked a lot less cheese on top and the stuffed crust was more like crust with a little bit of cheese instead of stuffed crust. I Was not happy with the meal to be honest and it has made me think twice about using the restaurant again. In all I feel like I’ve paid for extra and received less as I shouldn’t be able to tell if there is extra cheese on a cheese pizza but I received the same order a day or two prior to this order in which I could tell a significant difference in product.

Very poor service. Food was 1 hour late. Driver then went to wrong address. Food was burnt (veg on pizza was burnt to a crisp) and it was stone cold by the time it arrived. Very disappointing
