What a horrible place....salad bar is a joke ..pizzas are revolting... nothing like pizza. It's just sugary . No tomato flavour and a teaspoon of mozzarella... wouldn't recommend it

Online Menu is confusing. Food was good. Had a student card shown but it needed to be shown again for payment and our party split later on.

Honestly one of the worst expirances I've ever had. Use the pizza hut in town if you can! Took over 10 minutes for someone to approach me and take my order number only to be told my pizza wasn't in the oven yet even though I ordered 45 minutes before. Waited a further 25 minutes to receive the wrong order and then wait another 5 minutes for them to find the right order. All I got was "sorry about that".

Great fresh pizzas, big choice, lots of salads for everyone's taste, juice, and ice cream, all included at buffet price. Service was great, nice and cosy place. Definitely will be back x

4 adults - servers weren't clear and struggled to make sense of what they were saying. Food came out incredibly slow, by the time the 4th dessert come out all 3 other desserts were eaten. The gluten free pizza is not worth the money.

For a start the restaurant was just cold, multiple people had jackets on, and me and my partner both felt cold. The sofa seat was sticky and uncomfortable. The place is clearly in need of some repairs like the damaged seat and missing wooden trim piece on the seat opposite us. They seem to have a real lack of staff as those we saw were always busy. This seemed to be the cause of many of the issues. We were there for almost two hours for a two course meal. We even had to ask to get our deserts as the staff seemed to have forgotten about there being customers in the restaurant while they were trying to catch up cleaning all the dirty tables that had been sitting for ages. The salad bar is pretty lacking in choice. We were hoping for carrot sticks, or cheese cubes or olives but they were not available. The food itself was really good apart from being the greasiest pizza I have ever had. I felt required to degrease the underside of the pizza as otherwise it tasted revolting. Who actually likes ordering using a qr code? All it does is add hassle to the dining experience and remove human interaction from the evening. Fine for a McDonald's, not for a pizza hut that is not a cheap meal. No way I would tip a waitress that doesn't even take your order when it is such an impersonal dining experience. What is next, a counter and people go collect their own food from the kitchen like you already have to do with the drinks? Paper straws suck. No one likes using them and there were no spare straws near the drinks machine for when they inevitably turn into a soggy mess. Why not have metal straws that can be washed? Or plastic as it is not like people have stopped being wasteful since everywhere converted to paper straws... Might be back just so my kids can go to the Ice Cream Factory as it is good and is one of the few redeeming features. For takeaway I'd still go back, there is not much on offer for dining in though sadly.

We were not impressed with Pizza Hut. The pizza was not the quality we were expecting. The online ordering at the table was inconvenient and it would have been easier for the waitress to just take our order the old fashioned way.

Food was absolutely disgusting, we paid £80 in total we ordered 4 pizzas and we only got 2, one tasted of fish, one tasted of sugar. We got given a bag to go filled with oven rubbish that was absolutely disgusting went straight into the bin after we left the premises. We headed straight to the cinema for food after as the food here was not edible. Manager was rude. Refusing to refund as we bought through the app even though when we sat down it was our only option to order through there ( there way to not refund you ) such a terrible experience we won’t be back ever

If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling service from everyone who works at this branch. Manager was awful and took over 2 hours to visit our table after complaining our food took an hour and a half to arrive and when it did only half of the order arrived and it was cold. The only reason we got the other half of the order was by asking for a refund and they were quick to tell us we couldn’t but they could give us the other half to take away. Which was absolute garbage and I’d be better off eating out the bins🤣don’t waste your time here.

I love Scotland, the people and the shops, but this shop is incredibly dirty, the menu is worn and completely sweaty, delivery of the food often takes more than one Hour and the manager is doing nothing. Pizza is OK, dishes and cutlery dirty. Unacceptable. And the funny thing is, 3 teenage children thought it was just as bad.

AVOID Waited 30mins for a bottle of wine with two glasses. Went up to ask where it was by 22mins as I ordered using QRcode so was concerned it was faulty. Atari said they seen it just now, now that I’ve asked where it was. Apologised for the wait and sent us back to table reassuring us they’d bring it right away. Waited another 10mins as well as a family of 4 get there drinks who had been sat there for 5mins. Staff don’t care. Management is a joke. Staff smiled and laughed as my partner pulled them up about it didn’t even have the consideration to ask if everything was all good with our meal which is standard practice in restaurants as far as I was aware. Pizza (Margarita) was like a standard heap frozen one from Tesco. I could’ve cooked it better. Honey bbq wings were decent. Really really crappy date and it wasn’t my boyfriends fault ahahahaha We spent £44.60 for some decent wings and shot pizza and service.

We dropped by get a takeaway pizza and tried a number of times to order online do grab a £10 pizza but the offer would not work finally we just walked in to order in person and had to pay £18

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had an overall great experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of pizzas and other menu options to choose from. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. We already knew from Glasgow that you are forced to order and pay for your food at the table using QR with your cell phone. However, the waitresses there were at least friendly (perhaps because you had to type beforehand), but here you really felt unwelcome. Opening hours according to the internet until 8:55 p.m. ?? Lt. Sign on the door until 8 p.m. But no matter, the salad buffet already looked like the leftovers at around 6 p.m. No tomatoes, no corn and a few empty or missing bowls. Where there was ketchup, BBQ sauce, chilli flakes and parmesan in Glasgow, here there was only BBQ sauce. When asked when the (dripping in fat) pizza and the “Hot Honey Chicken Bites” and “Hot Honey Haloumi Fries” (both without the “Hot Honey Sauce” advertised everywhere) arrived, they said there was no chili or parmesan. I've never experienced that in any Pizza Hut anywhere in the world (for me it's somehow part of Pizzahut, Dominos and the like). The cookie dough dessert arrived, after asking twice (sorry Scotland, but your accent is terrible. Even in the deep south of the USA they at least tried) and carelessly slapped into the pan. Three conditions were so listless that you were completely overwhelmed with the nine tables.

Pizza hut is my favourite pizza but it looks like the quality differs by region and country. Let me put it this way, there is no way this branch would survive in London. The pizza tastes stale and the workers are clueless. We have given this place 3 chances to improve thinking each time they have just been caught on an off day. When a pizza is ordered for collection, the first thing the young girls say is "what have you ordered?" What sort of question is that? I'm in a pizza restaurant so obviously I ordered a pizza. How about asking for the order number or a name??? I responded "a create your own medium pizza" and they looked like I had walked in and asked for a Big Mac. They looked lost and had no idea what to do next. It transpires the pizza I ordered was sitting under a heat machine. She then brought over what she guessed to be my pizza and started reading out the toppings asking if this is the one. There is absolutely NO system in this pizza hut. They have hired what looks like school children who have no clue. On a previous occasion the man who brought the pizza I ordered online to the counter, opened it up, lent over it and proceeded to read out the ingredients he could see on top breathing over my pizza with whatever falling on to it as he read out the toppings. I wanted to shout "close the lid". Tonight's pizza also tasted stale. The pan crust was old and so was the pepperoni. That's the last time I will buy pizza from pizza hut Inverness. The place looks filthy, the people are useless and the expensive pizza is nothing like the pizza you buy from a pizza hut in the bigger cities. This place should be shut down.

Firstly you just cannot book by phone don't even try , I wanted to speak to someone instead of booking online as we wanted to a birthday cake for my daughter but landed up leaving it at home as even though we booked it as a birthday group booking they definitely was not available for us. We chose to have buffet for the kids but just was not enough food for the whole restaurant let alone our party of 6. It was fine though as we made up for it by going to cinema afterwards, genuinely I think like most places Pizza Hut Inverness just cannot be bothered dealing with families anymore.

We went during the day 3pm and had a pizza with salad tasted fresh and delicious. I do love a salad and there is a great selection. It was very quite staff were super friendly

Absolutely awful service. Ordered online for collection, told it would be ready for 6.30pm, ended up leaving at 7.20pm as order still not ready. Loads of other unimpressed customers waiting for food both to go and in restaurant. This is the second time this has happened to us, first time was several months ago. Hoped they had improved but obviously not. Do not recommend, better service and value to be found elsewhere in Inverness.

Afternoon midweek pizza buffet and bottomless drinks with ice cream factory is excellent value, went with 5 mates pre-cinema definitely worth a trip if you like pizza.

Thursday at 2pm. Parked in disabled spot directly outside. It was very quiet, took a few minutes to be noticed. The server was friendly and advised that we should use the QR code to order. Got Latte(very nice) & refillable pepsie. Pizza was hot and delicious 😋. No dessert this time.

I’ve never been to this restaurant but decided to order take out. I called at 4.30 pm and ordered two pizzas they said they would be ready at 4.45 I asked if I could collect them at 5pm they said that was fine. I arrived at the restaurant I pulled the outside door which said pull and it was locked. Met a nice mother and daughter duo who said “we did that too”. Sat down watch another man with a woman pull the locked door, the man came in swearing at the locked door and made all of us laughs. A young waitress asked me ok what I ordered at the front bit and I waited for 5 minutes. Nothing seemed to be happening and had a feeling I bet to check. I went into the restaurant bit which was quiet, the young girl came up to me and I explained my order. She went to a kitchen hatch and asked about my order to a women who I heard say 20 minutes. The young girl came back over to me and said your order will be 5 minutes. I told her I heard the lady say 20 minutes she said sorry but they had not put the pizzas in the oven yet. After this I got bad vibes from the restaurant and said that I’m sorry I cannot wait and no longer wanted the order. On my way out a guy at the front of the restaurant in a raised voice said “What’s the problem?” I told him the situation and he said “Your pizzas are in the oven” and replied and said the young girl said they were not in the oven and he seemed to loose his temper and said “We’ll I’m telling you now they are in the oven”. No apology for any of lateness the lying about the waiting time. I had great satisfaction in replying “I’m telling you now I don’t want them” and left. Needless to say I will never go back, I’d rather skip a meal.

Came for a buffet lunch deal, guy serving was friendly. We arrived at 12, pizza option eventually was available for after 12.30. Salad bar was freshly made. Drinks prices horrendous. Pasta horrible. I'm a pizza lover, all pizza's tasted great.

Really disappointed when we came all the way from the isles, boat cancelled and was looking forward for pizza and salad bar as it’s a rare treat for us. We waited ages to be seen for a table. During this intense, sweat dripping wait we were watched the children fill there faces with the ice cream machine and pizza coming past and almost tumbleweed empty restuarant we could here a pin drop our mouths were watering and stomachs rumbling and getting all excited to be told they were maxed out, and had no tables left at 7pm left. Very disappointed islanders will driving a further 300 miles to the Glasgow branches next time! Now I’m going to my hotel with empty stomach, tears and a Tesco meal deal. Cheers Pizza Hut!

Not that busy, 5:30pm however one person to welcome, take orders, deliver food. I ordered via the QR link on the table, very easy! Food did seem to take a while so made use of the salad bar, which was getting very low as no one available to keep it topped up.

Went in for a takeaway. Pizza was left in oven too long, it was burnt and rubbery. It filled a hole though and it gave the jaw a good work out trying to bite through it 😂. Would have asked for a refund if we'd realised before we got home but hey ho. Domino's next time

Been a while since i visited and was a bit shocked at how much the prices have risen! only saving is the fact the food is a decent portion and good quality but £20 for a pizza! the service is very disconnected now as you order by an app, i like the option to ask a server what's popular or current recommendations when i order food.

What a Lovely pizza, we had here. Pizza Hut has free parking outside. We didn’t have to wait long to be served and did not have to book in advance. We both ordered medium size pizza which, when it came with very hot and delicious. We would recommend this place for a meal and especially good to bring children.

I’ve read quite a few reviews before coming here, however I have to say that it’s been fabulous! Staff upon sitting down asked us if we were okay to order online via the QR code, checked in on us & helped us when we weren’t sure what we were doing 😆 I think you need to judge it by what kind of atmosphere you’d like - if it’s one that’s quiet, calm & casual then this isn’t probably the place - you need to remember that at establishments such as these have families & children - and children are not quiet & calm when they have unlimited ice cream 😂

Got this for daughter driving to Orkney. Paid £33 for a pizza with cheese and cheesy garlic bread. Not much cheese and she did not enjoy.

Very disappointing especially for the prices they charge and also have the cheek to ask for a tip even if you order from your table, definitely won't be back.

Unfortunately they don't serve pork fried rice but otherwise the experience was amazing, from the start of the phone call til the end of it, phenomenal. The gentleman who took my phone call was extremely helpful and friendly, he truly went above and beyond what is expected of your average pizza slinger. Highly recommend to anyone in the local area looking for anything other than pork fried rice.

A store that is racist. When I came in, he looked at me and made me wait. There are plenty of seats. However, after cleaning, he guided me to a seat near the entrance. I was so cold that I asked another staff member to show me to another seat. The staff member who guided me to a seat near the entrance seemed angry for some reason.

Pre booked a table, waited quiet a while for someone to take our order. Didn't get our glasses until we asked after 20 minute wait. Food bit by bit over the span of 30 minute so we all couldn't eat together without food going cold. Food ended up wrong or missing entirely. Just really disappointing and just a mess! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Your typical high-energy Pizza Hut, but the ice cream machine works! Pizza Hut in Inverness is a lovely place for a night out with family or friends (or maybe a one-on-one date with the menu). The food is filling and delicious, not the healthiest option in the world, but a great treat. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's plenty of modernisation in the building like using QR codes to order from your phone. 11/10

Not sure how long things have been changed here but we were led to our seats and then told to order from a QR code. So having ordered, we had to pay up front and asked if we wanted to make a tip!! We hadn't even been served or waited on and they wanted a tip!!!!! The food came rather too quickly. The veggie pizza was flavourless and doughy as if barely cooked. The fries were half cooked and overpowered with some seasoning of some sort. The onion rings were flavourless, unseasoned and doughy. The chicken wings must have come from a budgie, in fact no, I've seen bigger budgie wings. My 4yr old didn't have too many complaints with her chicken strips and fries. She's 4yrs old and was hungry, although she did say the blackcurrant juice was as about as tasty as water!!! She enjoyed the salad 😏. The place is uninviting, the staff appear unhappy to be there, as were we and we will not be there again. It used to be passable to eat there, now it's just passable, as in, pass by and go somewhere else.

Went with friends before going to the cinema, had the unlimited menu and drink. Great value, the food was lovely and fresh, the staff were amazing, altogether we had a great time.

A disappointing visit from start to finish. We waited 20 minutes to be served,then after another 20 minutes our meal arrived ,chips were cold and my grandson was given the wrong pizza,then we waited another 20 minutes for the right pizza to come. By which time we had all finished ours. I did complain and we were given a voucher for £10. I think it would've been more acceptable to give us £10 off our bill.And as we were leaving after paying £51 for wt was not a satisfactory meal and service the girl in charge said"enjoy spending your voucher"sarcastically. I will NEVER go back. And I won't be recommending pizza hut .I don't mind paying if the service and meal is good but it was poor ,and dont get me started on the state of the toilets! Toilet paper lying on the floor,toilets unflushed. Just shabby.

The manager (Cheryl) was so great with seating us and getting us all set up and prepared to order (also with letting us know how to use the online ordering system and helping us with any issues along the way) The quality of our food was a solid 10/10 as we thoroughly enjoyed it and thought we were getting great value for money! We could see the staff were rushed off their feet as it was a busy weekend evening but they did a fab job by being very attentive with their service and also extremely polite to me and my friend Charlotte throughout our entire visit! Will defo be back in the near future and I will be recommending to all family and friends.

The menu is very limited and the quality of food has plummeted. The salad bar was incredibly limited and dry. Hideously expensive £167 for 7 people with no desserts.

So I visited Pizza Hut for a snack really and the restaurant was only a little bizzy but not that bizzy. I only ordered a drink and a side but they completely forgot my order of side and I had to remind them. Poor service indeed.

The pizza was over priced, and it had obviously been left standing for a good 10 minutes or so, as it was like warm on arrival. There was no apology and worse, no stringy cheese! To compound matters, we had the salad, that looked depleted all around, and was probably the cause of our food poisoning. It is a shame, as I liked Pizza Hut, but will never go back again after this terrible experience.

Disappointed with takeaway yesterday. Had a tough day clearing a house, was looking forward to a meal we didn't have to cook. Ordered online, simple-ish. Went to collect, no one asked if they could help. I thought oh well, maybe they just call out my name when order is ready. Turns out they don't actually have to names of the order??? I mean how's that going to work? By the time I asked it was maybe 5 mins after my collection time. Pizza stone cold like it had been sitting there for 20mins. Not nice to eat. Expensive and disappointing takeaway.

Ignored by the staff and it wasn't until I stared at them that one came 1.5 hours after we ordered on the app. The order went through because the glasses came. When the staff member went to check it seemed the order never made it to the kitchen. We got a full refund from the manager in charge in the end for making us sit there so long.

The pizza was an order for one, but unfortunately, a 15-20 minute wait turned into a 45+ minute one where I enquired if my order had actually been processed as people who had ordered after me had received their takeaway while I still waited. If I'd have known the timeframe would be this long, I would have gone elsewhere on this occasion (short staffed perhaps).

If I can macke the star into none I would you can't not eat therre and the waiting is to long and the table is not clean it will take the lazy workers 10 mints or more to clean it.

Called in for a Takeaway - Not sure if they are being hit with the cost of living crisis , but the toppings are VERY sparse.. and i mean VERY sparse. The pizzas are tasty enough - and i`ll suffer it, begrudgingly.

Waited 10 mins to get seated nobody served us so walked away went somewhere else got better service we did wonder as the place wasn't busy and tables were not cleared won't recommend to family or friends

Took ages to even order… even though there was only one customer in front, they don’t offer blue light card or military discount despite the app saying it does.. but they offer student discount. Over priced Poor service Better off somewhere else !

Great pizza when it came awful service, half the restaurant shut, customer service shocking left ages waiting for food, other tables well looked after and served before us even though we were in before them. staff happy to chat with friends rather than serve costomers
