Pizza Hut in Leeds

We had a booking for a load of kids for a birthday tea and were served by Cath. She sat us in a corner on a raised bit and let us put a few banners up which made it feel a bit special. They were really kid friendly and Cath was really chatty with them and kept coming back to offer the grown ups drinks. It was great, we'd definitely do it again.

Called at Pizza Hut at 6.30 , only 2 tables taken with people dining in. Our order was taken promptly and our drinks and salad bowls delivered to our table within minutes. Waited almost half an hour for our Pizza to be served and when it arrived it was cold. I had already eaten my small bowl of salad and drank my tea waiting for the pizza. The take out delivery seemed to be the focus and priority. I attempted to eat a slice of pizza but left it as too cold. We asked for a box to take it home. Should have not paid the £33.00 ( approx) was too disappointed to make a complaint. Took pizza home and heated in the oven. Priority appears to be given to those people ordering in. I usually book a table for 10 people at Christmas but I may not bother this year. Usually the food and service is good.

Our server Grace all though been alone and very busy was efficient,very welcoming and did her best to make sure we had vegetarian choices on the buffet ,as it was the veggie choice was very poor margarita and garlic bread but through no fault of the staff. ,the salad bar was lovely and all the staff were lovely Grace couldn't do enough

Visited 12/10 and was served by Grace who was friendly and attentive. Not had Pizza Hut in ages but it was lovely. Had a great meal. Loads of choice on the buffet.

Poonam is such a lovely person, I came with three kids under four and she was so patient so kind… helpful and approachable… Pizza Hut in Colton is really worth coming to

The relaxed atmosphere and unlimited salad bar and drinks are always enjoyable 👍 The choice in the menu was also very good, imparticular the pizza bases

Server was Poonam, we’ve actually had her before as well and both times she’s been lovely. Very polite, helpful and approachable if needing something. She even asked us if there’s a specific pizza we’d like in the buffet which partner and I weren’t expecting at all, then said she’d try her best and even came back to confirm it’s there then ask if we enjoyed it. Great experience

I have not eaten in a pizza hut in years, so I was a bit weary of what to expect. This looks like a fairly new branch. There was some confusion over the orders for our table of six. Ella dealt with this swiftly and in good humour. The pizza was fresh and tasty and the place had a very relaxed vibe. Thank You.

Is what it is...pizza hut will never be gourmet, artisinal pizza but if you are after a family friendly meal out with great service...this branch is winning. Lovely staff who were very accomodating

Thursday nights are good to go it seems. Not many there and the service was great and the food was hot and super tasty. Salad was very bland and underwhelming though, but who goes to pizza hut for a salad?

We had a lovely meal to celebrate our granddaughters 7th birthday. Molly M was our server and she was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she really made our evening great. She recommended the vegan cheesecake when we were a little anxious about trying it, and she was right it was delicious. Molly M is an asset to pizza hut!

The pizzas were cold. The base was crunchy along with the cheesy bites. Could not carry on eating it as was too crispy and like cardboard. Disgusting i was charged that price for cheap nasty food! Wont be using you again!

I had a day with my grandchildren and wanted to take them out for lunch and thought pizza hut would be nice as soon as we got there we were greeted by Sophie and she is amazing and tries her best to get ur food to u as quick as possible and is brilliant with young children. We called in unbooked asking for a table for 9. The staff quickly sat us down and welcomed us in. Food was quick and served perfectly, they even gave us a free pizza and two sides! Would like to give a special mention to our waitress Grace C who always greeted us with smiles and politeness and sung happy birthday to my daughter.

We came for lunch and had the unlimited buffet. We were served by Grace C who was really attentive and asked us if we wanted any specific pizzas adding to the buffet which we thought was great, also my wife is currently pregnant and realised she couldn't have the ice-cream due to it being Mr Whippy, Grace C brought my wife out some different ice-cream and said we could still help ourselves to all the toppings and sauces! Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!

Placed a very large order for collection and it was ready for us when I arrived. The pizzas were delicious and staff very friendly and attentive. Brilliant job. Well Done !!

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in such a long time, well since kids were wee and it was a go to place. Visiting Leeds and looking for somewhere to eat pretty late on a Monday evening. Arrived around 8pm, parked easily outside. The place was empty so we thought might be closed but no I think it might just have been late on a Monday. Greeted and seated by friendly member of staff. Initially shocked by the prices, around £28 for a large Pizza, nearly walked out. Found a deal for around £50 for 2 large Pizzas, 2 starters and 2 desserts with drinks on top. Salad bar was very poor with very limited choice and quality, suspect as of the time. Pizzas were very tasty and did not disappoint. Also had chips (who knew) and cheesy bacon bites which were also delicious. Ended with fudge brownies and ice cream which again tasted great. The food (apart from salad bar) was great, I would assume this okace is busier during the day. Clean throughout. Pleasantly surprised.

Ridiculously over priced for bog standard food certainly won't be going back.

Good family meal, the kids always enjoy the salad bar, ice cream factory and drinks machines. Good variety of meals. Kids activity sheets always go down well. Food tasty and service great

Dined with a very large group and the team attended to us very well, made everyone got their food at the same time even though we all ordered separately and didn’t make us feel like we overstayed our welcome when we finished up conversations :)

I am new to just eat but pizza hut failed badly hardly no topping rubber base not warm think this was made to quickly or had these already made in shop not nice at all pudding had no ice cream on top over all never use again .

Massively over priced for what was essentially a mediocre meal, in fact the only memorable thing was the bill. I wouldn't recommend.

i was on the phone to the driver for over 15 mins.. he coukdnt find it..my food was freezing n inedible..my 1st time ordering from here..will be my last

Unfortunately you can’t make a great pizza with a bad sauce. This was over sweet and only resembled tomato. I’ll stick with Feedo’s.

Buffet pizza food was good but could do with more of a variety of toppings other than the usual suspects,maybe of more salad and pasta options,other that ok for a quick bit.🖖

Pizza was lukewarm when it arrived but hey it’s a delivery, it’s what can be expected sometimes. My pizza however was put on its side in the delivery drivers bag so it was all smushed to one side when I got it. The extra £1 I spent on the festive cheesy bites was a waste as they definitely weren’t cheesy, more doughy!

It's a pizza hut so the food is always a good standard and fresh with good options What makes this place is the staff and the service , always busy, attentive and available , very friendly and welcoming, making sure you are comfortable and get everything you need Other fast food restaurants have allowed their staff and service to slacken, pizza hut seemed to have enhanced theirs, unless I have just been lucky in the last 4 different pizza hits I have been in lately Hope you pay them well pizza hut !!!

We visited as a family of 3 for the buffet. I have not been for a long time and was really impressed with the freshness of the salad buffet with high quality ingredients. The selection of pizzas was excellent and the pasta was really good too. Less than £40 for three with dessert for the little one and drinks. I could not fault anything and the staff were all really friendly with excellent service and non stop cleaning of the buffet area. I'll be going again soon. 1 very happy family.

Haven't visited any Pizza Hut"s for quite a number of years and was surprised that ordering is now electronic. 10 minutes later we appeared to have placed an order. Salad bar looked fresh and food arrived promptly. Toilets were in need of a clean and freshen up.

Very expensive for what we got. Quality was nice but not value for money. Won't be ordering again.

Been going to Pizza Hut for over 35years now. The salad is the outstanding feature of the meal. Really enjoy this. Thank god for refill drinks too!

Buffet very limited in choice and looks like a children's play area and the decore was a bit scruffy and dated but the freshly cooked food was hot and tasty although it's starting to get overpriced for what it is.

We went for a team meal and decided to go for a buffet. Pizzas were alright and rest of the food was OK but nothing to write home about. This was my first time in Pizza Hut but I will probably not visit Pizza Hut again with so many bettet options around. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, it took 5 mins before someone came over and lead us to the table.

Ordered the sharing BBQ Americano and it was like dry cardboard. Children's pepperoni was burnt but they apologized when they brought it out and said they had already made us another that would be out shortly. The 2nd one was almost just as burnt. Very expensive for what you get, not value for money at all. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Overpriced Pizza Spent £75 pound on 2 cheese Pizza's and 3 fries.. The service was poor Staff looked like they couldn't be bothered at all. Pizza was okay but fries weren't cooked long enough. I find it odd that you don't have a choice on payment ether it has to be card and the ordering online when your sat in a restaurant is Ridiculous! Won't be going back I'll stick with dominos from now on better Food and Prices!!

Very good food, enjoyed it, was quick and close to other places like cinema.

The price is great and the location of the restaurant is convenient for us to use for a lunch especially now the kids are on their summer break. The only negative comment is that the selection of the pizzas could be better especially in “rush hour”. It was mostly margaritas - which were nice but a variety coil have been appreciated.

EXPENSIVE, but great service! Sadly for me, I worked at Pizza Hut from 1996 - 2000 - when a medium pizza, plain garlic bread and two beers, cost £11.99. Thankfully, other than the prices quadrupling, the pizza was as good as I remember.

Never had any issues that haven't been resolved efficiently. Very diligent service, luckily as I ordered the wrong pizza just now and the wife would have kicked my butt if they hadn't queried it. Yes I eat pizza with a knife and fork 😁

A great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. A special mention to Olivia, amazing service from her made us feel so welcome and was just brilliant with the kids, a true credit to the company.

Quite quiet but I did go on a Tueday lunch. The service was impeccable though with the staff being at the your table before you even realised you would need whatever they had brought. Food is standard to all Pizza Huts with nothing out of the ordinary but all round a nice lunch.

Popped in for an after school treat and from the minute we arrived were treated to smiles and a great attitude. The kids meal deal was great value and will definitely be a go to in future.. The double pepperoni and honey was 🙌 Would recommend. Sophie was out server and very helpful ⭐
