I ordered a pizza on the 08/08/2024 from the Caterham branch, my order was cancelled on the app and I was told to call the branch to order directly. I called and no answer. Now they still took the money and 7 days later, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times no answer. It now says that the number doesn’t exist. I have contacted customer services and again still no refund. I have contacted my bank but they’re asking for an authorisation code from the store. Simply appalling, I’m at my wits end. Never again.

Absolutely awful. Lie about when they have delivered. Dont answer the phone. Had to drive up there. Rude staff. No apology for inconvenience. When delivery arrived after an hour, pizza was burnt. Avoid. Will never order from there again.

Abysmal, not the first time they delivered the wrong items, don’t answer the phone, obviously can’t read orders. Wrong food arrived, was cold. STAY AWAY- a disgrace to Pizza Hut

So, so slow, well over 90 minute wait for our food which was then so cold it wasn't worth eating. Hard to get hold of store to complain and when we did they didn't really care less anyway!

Appaling Pizza Hut! 45 mins after the expected time I drove up there and the manager was at the desk. So I politely asked them how long for a pizza! The manager said 10/15 mins mate…. So I kindly asked him to sort his shocking takeaway outlet out and explain to me how it’s taken precisely 1 hour and 37 mins to make me a pizza online when he can make me one in 10/15 mins in store. Alas I went home and my pizza finally arrived COLD at 9.22pm after being ordered at 7.25pm I am simply embarrassed that Caterham has such a joke of a restaurant. Boycott this disgraceful establishment and order at your complete OWN risk because the only guarantee you will get is disappointment 0 star rating Close it down

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered a medium pizza, mac and cheese and a 7up large bottle at 4.05pm. It said out for delivery at 4.30pm. I rang the branch at 5.00pm as I had still not received the food, they said they would remake it and send it out. The driver with the first order arrived at 5.25pm and the food was cold having been driven around for an hour. The driver did not speak English, and I had to use google translate in order to communicate with him, which is not okay. I refused delivery as the second order was already being made. I rang again to confirm the second order at 5.25pm and to tell them I had refused the first, cold, food. They confirmed the food would be coming. At 5.45pm I rang again, they guaranteed the food would be 5 minutes. I rang again at 6.10pm, and they said they hadn't send any more food and they didn't realise I still needed it. The manager at 6.15pm, guaranteed the food in 20 minutes. They rang and said they were outside at 6.45pm, they were not. They were lost, and it took until 7.25pm to get to my address. The food was cold. I explained this to them and they said it would not be possible to make and deliver it again due to having no drivers. If there were no drivers, the order should not have been accepted and I should have had this honesty at 5pm when my food wasn't here rather than messing me around for 3 and a half hours waiting for food. It is now 7.40pm, I have no food and they won't deliver. This is a massive inconvenience for me as I ordered from them as I do not have food in the house, and now I cannot have dinner as I have no food in and they won't deliver to me.

Past 2 times have asked for garlic sprinkles and have received the BARE minimum. They also told me my food had been delivered when I’m fact it’s had been given to the wrong house and when I finally got it I was missing all my dips and 2 chicken strips. Very disappointed as always wondering if my foods going to be crap.

Having ordered from Pizza Hut before, I was looking forward to a night in and having GF pizza delivered. Very soon after ordering I received a phone call, that they didn’t have enough GF dough, so I cancelled the order. I was astonished by the refund system, I had to call to a busy customer service, and after at least 10 minutes of queuing and giving details, I was told the refund will take up to 16 days. 16 days to get my money back for something they couldn’t deliver in the first place! Just wanted people to be aware, as I for one, shall not be using this restaurant chain again. The pizzas, should you manage to get them, have always been fine, though.

Whyteleafe Pizza & Grill did an amazing job providing the perfect food for my 30th birthday celebration, and it was a huge hit with everyone! The breaded prawns, calamari, jalapeño cream cheese bites, dough balls, grilled chicken ceasar salad and the mixed grill were all delicious. The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced, and the food arrived hot and ready to serve. Everyone loved the variety, and it made for a really nice spread. My presentation was complemented by the quality of the food, making the day even more special. Highly recommend them for any event!
