Pizza Hut in Neath Port Talbot

I ordered at 19:26, the time of arrival was supposed to be 19:55-20:05. It got to 20:10 and then the arrival time changed to 21:05!!! That’s over 1.5 hours waiting for a pizza. Absolutely ridiculous and I won’t be ordering from you again. Not reliable at all and they don’t call to let you know you. Poor poor management.

I ordered a pizza deal with sides. The pizza was nice and on time. However, battered chicken on the side is nicer than breaded . There should be an option for battered strips. The pizza was nice but too many jalapeno peppers. The Italian sausage was more like spicy sausage and not authentic. Very few mushrooms and peppers. Please do a thin crust option. Please add a garlic dip for the pizza as I'm paying enough already. Just a few thoughts. Thanks.

My children love pizza hut. The garlic base it stunning. Unfortunately neath branch are so behind with the times. No vegan options.

Delivery turned up an hour and a half later than it should have. We were originally told 20 minutes, when we called the store after an hour of waiting they said they were extremely busy, which was fine but we would have rathered them not give us an estimated time if they were going to be so late. When the order finally turned up, they went to the wrong house and my fiancé had to call him back so that we could have our food! When we opened our pizza boxes the order was wrong! This is not the first time this has happened but we always give the benefit of the doubt. we’ll avoid from now on

Food was stone cold, phoned store to be told they don’t care and don’t offer a refund. Get hold of customer services to be told that’s isn’t right but they also won’t give a refund just a few of there reward pizza slices which added up to 15% of what I had ordered. What a joke, they wasn’t so happy when I contacted my local trading standards and I used the law back against them.... Once they have your money they don’t care! Send the CEO of Pizza Hut UK an email and you never guess what no reply.. you have little time left to respond the the data request I’ve sent you which you must respond to by law.... Don’t Give this company your money when a frozen 50p would be more enjoyable...

Excellent services, food arrived on time and warm. Delivery driver was friendly and very pleasant. Family really enjoyed their meal, well recommended and will be ordering again soon. Thank you to all the Pizza Hut Staff in Neath.

A medium pizza was £10 quite expensive for what it was and it was overcooked almost burnt but was just about eatable. Service was ok.
