Chips always cold, chicken full if oil 🤢🤢

Just had a KFC with my boys, when did it get so disgustingly bad? 5 greasy drumsticks and what looked like a pigeons wing? KFC always had a distinctive taste and smell, if I didnt know I would never had guessed it was a KFC, vile, never again.

I ordered a 6 piece wicked variety bucket but had 6 drumsticks as the 6 pieces of original recipe chicken, absolutely disgusting and takes the p#ss. Definitely a restaurant to avoid.

Wings were just dried up rubbish.. Service was lovely, just shame about the food..Gutted.

Absolutely awful bargain bucket. The chicken pieces were cold and overcooked which looked dark brown. Must’ve been pre cooked for the rush hour. I know it was New Year’s Eve with plenty of orders placed but you can’t serve that sort of shocking quality food. Avoid this branch.

KFC Port Talbot on Christchurch Road offers delicious food that’s consistently five-star quality. However, service delays can be a bit frustrating during busy times. Overall, it’s a great spot for a meal, earning a solid four-star rating.

Up there with one of the worst KFC's in Wales but I still eat there because it's the only one for miles

Trying to get service if you don't want to use the machine is hard work. They basically ignore you, and the place needs a good clean for sure, cobwebs all over the light fittings, really needs a deep clean

We used the drive through, the food was hit and the service was fast and pleasant The food was of good quality for the money. I'd be happy to return

Good food waiting times could be bit better

Food wasn't up to what it normally is. Counter service was not good

Chips were soggy and cold. Coffee was cold. Bag tore as I picked it up as they'd put too much in it. When I mentioned it, both staff turned their backs as if they hadn't heard me.

I just got there for food,not to enjoy the ambience or the service, a couple of times a week minimum with friends, and sometimes with my family. I go to the kfc for the food, I had a very bad experience with the service but I haven't seen the staff there afterwards. Anyway I am happy with the food. Thank you KFC team .

KFC has been a favourite of mine for decades. It has become too expensive, I even once heard one staff member talking to another about my order being scandalously priced

Arrived at this KFC at around 22:10. Had a car full therefore a lot to order. Ordered two Twister BOX MEALS and two boneless banquets. Women at the drive through very rude, seemed like she didn’t have the time for us. Had our food, it was wrong. As we weren’t given the box meals with wraps. Went in to ask about it, we were told that we didn’t order a box meal. Also with the boneless banquet we were given a quarter pot of gravy. And an undercooked chewy chicken. No hash browns were available… we weren’t the only ones who had an issue. A man in front was offered a refund as they didn’t have enough CHICKEN ON THE BONE for his order.

Called in the of chance to grab a quick meal and it was and tasty too.

Polite at drive thru. Food was disappointing.. chips were limp and the fillet coatings were not crispy and tasted somehow different, almost too peppery (unless they have changed the coating) They forgot the cookie and so I had to drive back.. so they gave me an extra cookie for the kids.

Everyone looked like they were having a bad day. Food was as you'd expect but it's not cheap anymore.

I bought a mighty bucket meal here, upon getting it home I discovered that every single piece of original recipe chicken was a drumstick and the side orders of corn on the cob were missing. We don't like the drumsticks so most of the meal went in the bin, what was left of it was greasy, cold and disgusting. The people serving are disinterested and bordering on hostile, the restaurant itself is usually filthy with bins overflowing and tables littered with food wrappers, floor coated with food debris. When you look through the drivethrough hatch you can see how appallingly filthy the kitchen is. I complained to them, they gave me a £10 voucher which I will not be using. I am surprised that food safety haven't closed this place down.

I drove into the drive through no one answered me I then had the drive to the window to get served no one had a head set on they served me from the window I ordered a box meal they didn’t give me my drink I had to leave before I lost my cool and not even ask for my drink as I felt they didn’t want to serve me I don’t think I will ever return my son has this as a treat every Friday but not anymore after this experience

What can I say if you like chicken you in the right place

It is very expensive for what it is. Also there were ants munching food on the floor next to us. Not clean. 1.5 stars.

Waited ages in the drive for my food and the worst service. The girl taking orders on the mic couldn't be bothered at all. No please or thank you off anyone. To be handed the worst rice box I've seen but I'd driven miles home so pointless going back.

Wrong order using drive through, the woman was totally preoccupied when I ordered, so ended up with something I didn't want, which also bumped the price up...also ordered a two piece chicken meal which contained 2 slimy drumsticks, absolutely vile and grossly overpriced

FINGER NAIL IN FOOD Terrible service we were given the wrong order and only realised when we got home , when i called them i was told that the food i order couldn be wrong because they counted all the boneless chicken pieces and the numbers were correct and i couldnt possibly have chicken on the Bone . Well surprise every piece in the bucket was on the bone also wrong side orders as-well and was told theres nothing they could do about it unless i drive another 20 mins to return it 😡😠😡😠 To make matters 10 times worse we then discovered a FINGER NAIL 🤮 in with the fries that they will no doubt deny but this will be reported to food standards agency as soon they open tomorrow .ill be Passing the store tomorrow so Ill drop the bones back in to them that was not supposed to be in my order . Shocking customer service to match their drive thru service . We Will not eat from here ever again .

Disappointed with this KFC as normally others I have gone to the staff are friendly and helpful but this KFC is not the one I would rush back to sorry.

Cold food. Chips soggy. Burger looked unappetising and throwing together.. chicken didn’t taste fresh at all. So disappointed.. food missing.. could be the delivery drivers fault.. didn’t finish the burger spat it out

Just been through the Drive through. Ordered Boneless Family feast 10 pieces. What we got was 10 pieces of chicken every one of the had bones in them. Drumsticks and wings? No popcorn chicken or sauces. The only part of the order that was correct was the beans and gravy and the bottle of pop.

constantly forget my food, i asked for a chicken burger today. not packed

The portion size was terrible. Ordered a large meal, but received a small chips. The food was Luke warm and required reheating when I got home. I received the correct side, but the container was only half full. The wings were overcooked. Also, the service was really slow because they were prioritising Just Eat and online orders. Won't be visiting again.

I used to love the food from here but now everything’s so dry. They don’t put hardly any dressing on the zinger salad anymore which I’m gutted about because it was my favourite! And there’s not much sauce in the chicken burgers I’ve tried lately too.

Food wasn't fresh. The Zinger burger was not hot and had obviously been sitting there for too long. Had I had more time, I would have sent it back. The chips were a little warmer. The restaurant was empty with no cars in the drive-through, yet there were at least 7/10 portions of chips sitting there under the supposed, keep warm lights. This is not fresh food, and I want my food hot and fresh.

I'm am fuming £40 for my husband and I and 2 girls to eat, eat what! There was bugger all there, things were missing in every box, so angry, shouldn't even have gone back after last time....more fool me. Plus the older woman in the kitchen kicking off because i wanted to swap beans and gravy round, that's probably why they buggered it up ...stinking attitude too on Monday 19th Feb at about 1630.

Consistently well fried chicken , Hot, and the chips are much better than before they changed the recipe.

If I could give minus stars for the staff I would. Staff hanging around after shift change laughing and crowding front desk, staff joking around with sides to go into my meal and very slow service. When given my meal I challenged the staff member whether I recieved the correct sides and was assured I was. Returned to my vehice with the wrong sides and when confronted staff were still laughing and joking very unapologetic. Absolutely terrible service, food quality and customer service are NOT a priority for this outlet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst KFC I've been to. Charged me £16 for a large popcorn chicken and 5 mini fillets. Got home and the popcorn was half full and only 3 mini fillets. What a joke.

Hadn't been to KFC for a while, we had the zinger box meals. Although the food was nice and the restaurant clean, the portion of chips was small and so was the size of the chicken burger. Total cost £15 not value for money.

If I could give the place minus stars I would! Ordered a dipping boneless bucket 12pc, to start the dips were missing when asked for 2 had attitude, then missing chicken popcorn which I also had attitude for when pointing this out. To then realise my BONELESS 12pc had 6 chicken drumsticks (with bone) and 5 without! Chicken was not cooked properly and was told it’s the dark part of a chicken and no apology for wrong box was told must have mixed them up no offer of swapping it. Whilst sat there we watched the young girl empty the bins and clean tables and then handle food with the same gloves on. Place is disgusting staff are rude and disrespectful

Everytime I come here something is wrong with my order. Latest was messing up the drink which to be honest, they rarely remember normally. However this was supposed to be Pepsi but was some vastly over diluted fruit affair.

There are some good KFC places; this is not one of them. Staff are disinterested, rude and unhelpful. They get the order wrong every time and you end up paying for things they don't give you. Manager is miserable and doesn't understand customer service at all. Place is always a mess.

I’d like to thank my wife for saving my life after I almost choked on the most stale chip I’ve ever eaten. She had to smash me from behind for me to be able to breathe again. Killer chips do not go here

Wrong items yet again. Tango instead of Pepsi Max. Coleslaw instead of beans and it was missing the popcorn chicken. Ordered through Uber which partially refunded me but the restaurant themselves wouldn’t help or replace the items. Yet another wrong order. Will not order from there again.

A long wait for cold food in a dirty restaurant. Sold out of things that I'd ordered on the kiosks and never get a receipt. The whole restaurant was filthy with overflowing bins, dirty tables and slippery floors. Delivery drivers take priority so be prepared for your food to go cold waiting to be served until all the delivery drivers have been seen to. Parking poor and delivery drivers sitting in disabled bays waiting for orders.

Good food, but always they messed-up with order

Disappointed with the size of the chicken pieces served,I understand food prices are rising,but don't think the customer should have to pay more & the portions are getting smaller!!!

It was a busy time there with a lot of delivery drivers picking up large delivery orders but I was eating in. There was previous people's mess on every table and there was only one cleaned table in the whole place to sit at. Apart from that it was the usual food.

Kfc wings are the most favorate for me and the wings here was too dry and was fried too much. It lost its moist and taste. I personally is a fan of kfc wings but i had the worst wings from here. The toilet is congested and not enough space for 2 people at the same time. The place is not too much crowded. I admit the place is kept very neat and clean. The service was satisfactory we got our order very fast and with an attitude. This is the second time am being here and being served with an attitude.

Went through drive thru for a drink, ordered, sat in the car next to the window for 5 minutes while the children who work there stood in a circle chatting. Called them and asked for the drink, blatantly ignored until I just drove off. Hire a manager, preferably one that isn’t 15.

My wife and I went there on Friday for dinner and we both had a substantial meal we were very happy with the meals on that day. As I was in a mobility scooter and the access in the door was very easy. Booking the food was very good also the Restaurant was very clean and every thing was in its place so we have given them a 4stars as the staff were very good in serving the food and also keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, So we'll done K FC in aberavon.

Wouldn't even give one star if i could. We paid for 2 tower fillet box meals for takeaway, We received 2 fillets burgers, not towers but paid the extra £2 ish for the meal. One of the burgers buns was rock hard, literly could have broken a window with it, and the lettuce in the burger brown and looked off!!! Turned me a little. As someone working in the catering industry myself, the staff there seamed absolutely clueless, it was as if he was looking through me, or stoned! Will not be returning descusting!!!

South Wales Neath port Talbot KFC. Food poisoning Children. The only person in the family who ate the snap Box was my Child. Then late night he started to complaining about stomach cramps And felt like vomiting. Then during the early hours of the morning he has had diarrhoea nonstop. My child has been food poisoned by this restaurant. I would like to report this incident and take matters further, can you please help. I'm very upset, very scared, depressed because of this restaurant. Staff are not professional and no hygiene practices. go and monitor, you will realise what I'm saying it's true. Please help me.

Best kfc I've had in my whole life, it was like the cornel made it himself. Piping hot, fresh and delicious. Was feeling ropey after a rave and it sorted us out 👌

Good food to eat on your way home

I don't mind the food and staff but they just letting school youngers hang around using abuse and swearing at people they not even buy food to eat there... just hanging around abusing people that is buying food and eating there when told by management to leave they abuse the situation.. and then they went outside hang around banging on the window swearing.... it needs sorting or kfc will lose customers due to these school youngers I wasnt the only affected there were others disgusted about it...

They always mess the order up, one time the manager was extremely rude and yesterday they missed a whole meal and we had to go back for it. Feels like they're doing it on purpose, what a shambles.

For a fast food place you would expect prices to be reasonable and good value. Yet after walking in today and seeing their boneless banquet meal is £8 that I think is ridiculous. Not to mention staff here take ages to serve you at the tills most of the time.

Arrived at drive through 15.10 did not receive food till 15.50 ...5 cars in front of me all complaining girl on speaker kept saying bare with me a minute then nothing till people went in shop to complain then serve one then same again wait a minute...only answering when people beeping horns...could not leave as cars behind me all the way out to the main road 😒 shocking treatment and will not recommend any visit here as I want be back... alan🤬

Food just OK, chips cold, and surprise surprise no ice cream, just for a change !!!!

Visited evening of 29th December. Bought meal for whole family to take back home. Ordered in store. Waited a while (they apologised for the wait) but when we got back home the meal boxes were missing the chips, so order wasn’t checked! Also batter was incredibly salty. Haven’t had KFC in ages and won’t be going here again.

Went through the drive through this evening. The operater Georgia Williams was laughing down the speaker at me as i got the name of an order wrong, this went on for some time, i asked if she was laughing at me? , she continued to laugh, instead of trying to help me out. When i got to the window to pay she told me that the till had shut down & i had to come into the store to pay. Her customer service skills need polishing up. Too rude to do her role. Can put people off using your store. Do better!

Pushy unhelpful staff more interested in talking to each other. Got our order wrong, Wrap was only half full & the chicken fillet that was supposed to be with the meal turned out to be a piece of greasy chicken. Not been there in a while and won't be going again in a hurry. The staff outside lounging around smoking certainly doesn't do anything for the business either.

Twice I have ordered from kfc via uber eats and twice they have missed items from my orders. Its not funny when you pay over £30 for 6 pieces of chicken, 2 rice,1 coleslaw and 1 gravy. Never ordering from there again.
