Pizza Hut may not be the first place that comes to mind when it comes to take out pizza, other places normally taking the lead, however I have to say this is one of the best pizza takeouts I’ve had in years. The flavours, and ingredients go far beyond other competitors out there. Jordan, the store manager, is one of the nicest and most accommodating guys you could ever wish to meet in customer service. He went above and beyond to help with vegetarian queries, and delivered exceptional service that you simply just don’t come across that often at all. Amazing food and amazing staff. If you’re in doubt about where to get your next pizza experience, look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

Had lunch here on Sunday with a friend. We both had the chicken roast dinner, which was very tasty. Love that it comes with cauliflower cheese and a jug of extra gravy! Only criticism was that the chicken was very tough, which we made staff aware of. Didn't spoil our overall enjoyment though. Starter of dill and salmon terrine was excellent and beautifully served. Loved the ambience of the restaurant, and the service was very good too.

19-21 George Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1JX EnglandWe went to Monsoon with friends on boxing day evening, where we had booked on separate tables at the same time. I booked online & also had a reminder of the date & time of the meal. The team were very accommodating when asked if we could sit together. They soon put two tables of six & four together for us at the last minute, to enable our two families to enjoy the boxing day curry together. The service was very good & the food was divine. The restaurant was not overly busy at the time so the atmosphere was good & there were plenty of staff. We have always had a good experience when eating here & will no doubt be back again. Thank you to the Monsoon team.
