Pizza Hut in Wigan

Order pizza deal with soft drink. Opted for Pepsi max, as diabetic and cant have sugar. Delivery arrived and was Tango Orange non diet. No use to me. If they dont have a product then why let you order it. To make matters worse the Pizzas weren't cooked fully either and had to go in my oven to finish off. Great deal for £30.

Ordered pizzas a week ago. 20 minutes after they were due to be delivered I chased it up and they told me it would be another 45 minutes. They then cancelled the order and didn’t deliver. Then I had to email a central email address, wait 4 days for a reply, to request a refund. Even now,a full week later, I’m still waiting for confirmation of the refund that I need to wait a further 5 days for. I’m guessing after that it will take even longer to get a refund. Won’t be using them again!

Placed an order near on three hours ago food still not here rang up twice and been told waiting for drivers how is it possible to have a backlog of orders going back three hours. Utterly disgusting service. Everyone spoken to on the phone has been less then helpful.

Was very good clean food was hot salad bar was very good really enjoyed it staff were very friendly and tidy
