Decided to order for delivery This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve experienced The service is bad The staff are rude, ignorant and rude The staff have no knowledge of customer service The staff hung the up on me When you call they say please hold and you holding and holding Only three members of staff in takeaway restaurant The member is staff was absolutely rude and a horrible person. To make the matter worse the supervisor was just as bad and for the manager he wasn’t there. Anyway at the end I’ve stopped getting my pizza from Pizza Hut restaurant. I prefer to go to Other pizza restaurant who have manners and customer experience. I complained to the head office and I’m sure they got s good grilling for their awful customer service they provide to customers. Get the staff needs a very robust and thorough training or get rid off them and employ the staff who will provide a world class customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today to Roosters Peri Peri. The issue centred around how the chicken was prepared by a staff member named Paritosh. Instead of applying the peri peri sauce while the chicken was still on the grill, as is standard and ensures proper flavour, he placed the grilled chicken directly into the wrapping and poured cold sauce on top. This left the chicken colder, bland, and lacking in flavour. When I politely mentioned that the sauce is usually added during grilling, he responded that since they were close to closing time (which wasn’t even too late, 35 mins before closing), they didn’t want to clean the grill again. This came across as unprofessional and lazy, especially since I wasn’t informed in advance that the quality of the food would be compromised because of the time. Unfortunately, my guest was clearly unimpressed with the food, which only added to my disappointment and made the experience more frustrating. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was unacceptable. If Roosters Peri Peri values consistency and customer satisfaction, I hope they take this feedback seriously and address this kind of attitude and service.
