Pizza Hut in Wiltshire

Arrived cool Had split pizza and garlic on one side was overpowering to put it mildly! Always has been my favourite has this brand but not today, sadly. Miss the old sit-down restaurants . The choice on the menu appears limited. The company is mismanaged from the top in my view. So sad. I was really looking forward to eating and saving my wife cooking 🍳

They advertise that they close at 11pm but wouldn't take my order at 8.45pm. Basic business respect not adhered too... Better to try one of the other towns pizza establishments.

Delivered by UberEats. I have no idea why pizza hut made this change partnering with a company hell bent on delivering stone cold food by never in their history collecting hot food on time. Not the restaurants fault for being prepared, but by partnering with UberEats avoid this place if you ever want to eat a pizza you didn't have to wait an extra 40+ minutes for to then reheat yourself. Good thing about cold pizza is the cheese doesn't get stuck to the top of the box because these drivers aren't equipped to deliver pizza in their just eat/deliveroo/UberEats bags that don't let the pizza sit flat in their bags. Dear pizza hut, please tear up whatever awful contract you have with UberEats and use your own drivers that don't screw over your customers with every single order hence the only 3 previous negative reviews here before this review.

absolutely APPAULING. My mother is very ill and this was meant to be her final meal.. but NO. Delivery was almost an hour late so we drove there to pick it and and some absolute imbecile didn’t even shut my Rob & Nick’s 110ml Ice Cream Tub,which then leaked ALL OVER THE SEATS IN MY 1984 RETRO VINTAGE FORD FIESTA. ALSO… they don’t answer the phone there and when we got into the dusty store, the employees were having a party out back😡😡😡😡

Pizza was handed to us in a mangled box, with the lid open. Pizza was overdone,dry and cold. Ordered it at 15.58 and it arrived at 17.40. Store were not interested when O rang. They said I would have to return it to them if I wanted a refund.

I ordered my pizza online at 4.30pm to be delivered at 7.15pm. When it hadn't arrived at 7.30pm I called to see how long it would be. I was told they hadn't started making it yet as they were busy. Also it made no difference I had pre ordered and that didn't give us priority over telephone orders coming in. They could give no indication of when it would arrive. It finally arrived an hour late at 8.15pm. What's the point in choosing a delivery time if it makes no difference any way? Totally average when it did arrive. Never again.
