Pizza Hut in Bexley

No fresh toppings ??? national shortage apparently lol. Way to sell pizza!! do you want extra chicken, so just chicken then idiots. Maybe try a leading supermarket chain like a near by useless chicken place did. Jokers may as well eat at home and save your money. Seems restaurants and takeaways have hit rock bottom and taking the p**s. Reduced menus / options and service will not get back custom…. Sorry …

Remember when pizza hut was THE place to go? The number one pizza place in town? Well, I can safely say that this is no longer the case. We ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas with cheese triangles and nachos. No issue with delivery time (probably due to lack of demand), but the pizza was simply... Flavourless. You know how the crust used to be tasty and dusted with herbs, etc? This time, it was simply like cardboard, as if a ball of cheese had been shoved inside with little-to-no care at all. The pizza sauce was minimal, again lacking flavour. No wonder they were generous with toppings - to compensate for the lack of everything else. The toppings were a bit odd-looking; the 'meatballs' resembled the shape of a dog bone. To be fair, the nachos were decent. Lots of jalapenos, melted cheese and salsa. Partner liked the cheese triangles. However, we were just heavily disappointed in how downhill pizza hut has become. Safe to say we will not be tempted next time - not even with a 50% deal.

Unprofessional staff is delivery my order without my dessert. You don't want to keep your customers?

Ordered a delivery via Just Eat.. the cold and dry pizza arrived 1 and half hour late. Just Eat has provided refund. Wouldn't recommend unless you like a rubbish pizza delivered late! 1st and last time I'll be ordering from there. Very disappointed

I ordered 2 pizzas and a side. 1 to be a plain margarita as have some fussy members of my family. An hour an a half later the food turns up incorrect as both pizzas have toppings and only 1 of the toppings that I had chosen. Rang up to see if this could be correctly as family was hungry and they couldn’t do nothing. They said to complain to deliveroo and get a refund. So family ended up hungry. Couldn’t even pick off the topping as was just sweet corn!

The worse pizza I have ever ordered the base was white and doughy, when I called the outlet they tried to fob me off with the pineapple causes this. Sent another delivery that was no better. The base doughy and stogie. In future I will buy a frozen Goodfellas as they are the same. The photo is the second attempt.

Would have been nice for the pizza (medium size) to have actually been sliced properly instead of just into 4 pieces
