Pizza Hut in Hillingdon

First things first when I answered the what were you here for question on Tripadvisor I put other,despite that I ordered Dinner from this place the reason why I selected other is because I never went in the shop physically. Now onto the theme,the formula for the area of the triangle is 1/2 the base multiplied by the height,however the formula for making amazing pizza here is that the Pizza is all about that Base,No trouble! Second things second,my review about the food. The food was delicious as usual from Pizza Hut,they always deliver consistently excellent quality Pizza! I ordered the Medium Meat Supreme Pizza on a Gluten Free square base. It was lovely and hot and absolutely delicious. I also ordered normal Cheese and Mushrooms with the Pizza which were delicious! The Chicken Wings were delicious and the BBQ dip was what you call flavour! I would highly recommend you order the Meal Deals because they are a lot better value for money,in the meal deal it includes a Pizza,your preference on Cheese(whether you would prefer it Normal or Plant Based),any extras(you do have to pay an uplift)sides and additional sauces to the sides and a drink. Everything was presented well and we received the food hot. Also it’s great to see that the hygiene rating has improved and that no points(a good thing for restaurants or anywhere handling food)has been achieved in Food,Hygine and Safety! I would highly recommend ordering a takeaway here,we received everything in an appropriate amount of time. Btw,just incase you live(or are)in Hillingdon,Uxbridge or Iver or near that area that unfortunately the Uxbridge Pizza Hut delivery branch does not do deliveroo so apart from the restaurant in Lombardy retail park(Hayes) this is your nearest branch and this is your nearest delivery only Pizza Hut Branch is this branch. I like how they mark Gluten Free options on the menu and that when you click on the options for Pizza Crusts,GFA options for Pizza have a Gluten Free Base option Available. I like it how it is a completely separate base so you can tell the gluten free Pizza to the gluten containing Pizza.

Had a pizza delivery after an exhausting day making improvements to our garden.I can honestly say I’ve never had such a nice pizza ever,I had the meat feast pizza and it was absolutely delicious,very generous for portions!!!!!!!There was so much flavour and so much taste that I felt like there was a tense competition in my mouth between all the meats that were being eaten,there was pepperoni,beef and chicken and all tasted equally nice!!!!!!!!!!There was literally no space in my pizza where there wasn’t a topping I’ve never had so many toppings on a pizza.When I go to Frankie and Benny’s I usually have the pepperoni pizza but the meat feast pizza was a million times better,Frankie and Benny’s really need to get that pizza on their menu and if it was available halal and gluten free it would be heaven!!!!!!!!!!!Also the pizza was a tiny bit bigger than you would get in Frankie and Benny’s as well.The crust was about 50% more filling than it is in Frankie and Benny’s.Also My nachos were lovely as well,beautiful presentation,also these nachos although the natchos themselves are virtually the same in beefeater they try to go for a more flavour texture vibe however if you want them more spicy and to get you ready before you eat you’re pizza.I would reccomend this places.Or if you are hungry and want to spice up you’re life a little I would recommend you order it alone as a snack.Also all food came piping hot as well.Also Pizza Hut are fantastic as within 10 minutes of receiving our order we got a refund for our drinks that never came!!!!!!!!!!!Would totally recommend you order from here,you seriously must have the meat feast pizza

Ordered a pizza for collection online at 12:27 at the Ruislip Manor Pizza Hut and had a collection time of 15 minutes later. Arrived to collect the pizza which was already paid for at 12:42 and was told to wait after mentioning that I had come to collect a pizza. 13 minutes s later at 12:55, I enquired where was the pizza and was told it was coming. 10 minutes later, I again enquired about my pizza finally to be given it 38 minutes from actually ordering it. Appalling customer service with staff that don’t really care. There are lots of other High Street chains which will be getting my business now. Really bad attitude from the staff and the store wasn’t busy.

I ordered a medium pizza on special offer, and also bought nachos and cookie dough all for £15. Not only was ordering easy, but the delivery man was also very kind and quick! I think he did an excellent job. The food was hot and tasty.

I went into this Pizza Hut Saturday around 21.00hrs to order a take-a-way Pizza. The man behind the counter was very grumpy & unlean. He told me it would be ready in 20mins. When I came back, 25mins later, another customer was complaining that he had been told 30mins for his order, but had so far waited 45mins, the staff member was very rude to him, and told him 2 more minutes. Well another 10mins passed, and he eventually got his meal. The meal I ordered, which should of taken 20mins, was thrown at me after 40mins wait. Will never go there again. Service and Staff disgusting.

Pizza base and pepperoni were ok really, but what is this ‘cheese’ they are using? It’s not cheese and it’s just nasty. Pizzas in the bin, app deleted, never again.
