Pizza Hut in Highland

Lovely staff and very high standard of cooking, super food and good deals. Everything was delicious, would certainly enjoy eating from here again.

It once was a great place to go after a film at the Cinema opposite. It Used to be lovely to sit in with family or friends ,have a natter/catch up. Now it looks rundown , the staff were nice. You had to order on line, for elderly this could be a problem. there was a small menu for the table, it didn't bear much resembles to online. We probably will never go back, if you can give it some soul again , we will give it a last try.

Friday 16.12.2022 Management was preparing pizza without hair net or gloves upon explaining and asking cordially for a refund i was subjected to humiliation by management for daring to request for my own money back it was an hour later when i received my refund with the help of police intervention. (Yes, thats right all this over a flaming pizza!) Other prospect customer who entered the store left immediately upon hearing and witnessing the poor hygiene and excuses made by management who stated" Pizza hut does not require staff to wear gloves or hair nets when handling food" TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT FOR PIZZA HUT. NEVER AGAIN.

You should be ashamed of yourselves charging £20 for a small slab of flatbread with some toppings. That is fraudulent advertising not a medium pizza. A sandwich from the supermarket is more filling!

Shocking service from this place. Ordered a pizza online at 5pm, was told delivery would be between 5:35-5:45. After that time passed, I clicked on the link to track my pizza and it just said “Order Confirmed” and the same time slot. So I called to find out where my pizza was and got some rude guy on the phone who could only tell me “It’s on its way” no apology, no info just that it was on its way. So I told him how rude he was being and he could care less. The manager then called me back and told me she was gonna refund me and still send the food if I wanted it as the driver had left and it was en route. Nice gesture but too little too late. Pizza and side arrived hot, but the box was caved in and all my toppings were stuck to the roof of the box. So the whole lot got launched in the bin. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. No wonder it’s only got 1*.

We stopped in here as we were looking for something quick. We decided to both order the meal for one deal which included a medium pizza, side and drink, we waited for about 15 mins for the food and we were surprised at the portion sizes, we couldn't finish it, it was well worth £10.99 and food was very tasty, the only issue was the server wasn't the most pleasant and he didn't speak very clearly, it was if he was mumbling?

Placed an order tonight it cost over £43.00. Food arrived Luke warm with an item missing, after contacting them about this issue it took them an hour and a half to replace half the missing item which was supposed to be served with ice cream, but they had run out, still got charged the full amount. No offer of any refund, I wouldn’t ever use or recommend Pizza Hut Inverness to anyone

I got sucked into ordering from Pizza Hut as the kids fancied it. Poor quality base and toppings, only slight bit of flavour from the garlic dust added to it. This isn’t branch specific to be fair, it’s the same at all of them. On the plus side it was ready on time.

We had a table booked for 6 of us and a baby. Explained on the phone and on entering - which was fine. Until a staff member rudely approached us saying there is 7 of you. As already explained we said yes. Member of our group had asked what are you expecting us to do, leave? And rudely the member of the stuff said yes. On leaving the 2 year old (-who’s birthday meal it was) began to cry and member of our group said you have ruined his birthday meal. Staff member laughed and said she did not care! Wrote to Pizza Hut who agreed with us that children under 6 do not count us a group member. And said they are reminding the Inverness staff to be more customer friendly. Which is a joke, no apology or anything. If your looking to find a place for a meal in that area go to Burger King or Frankie and bennies.

Ordered pizzas for delivery. Delivered within allocated time slot but pizza was raw. Phoned to complain to be told pizzas stay in the oven for 15mins I explained I know a cooked pizza from a raw one. Was told a replacement would be sent out and other would need to be collected 30 mins on and I'm still waiting for replacement pizza. Unsatisfied to say the least

Order was cold and the wrong pizza arrived. When phoning to complain,we spoke to the manager, Ricky, who was reluctant to give us our money back. We didn’t want a replacement pizza because the first one had taken so long to arrive. After arguing our case for a while, he said he would refund it onto my card and that we had to get our wrong order collected. After waiting the whole evening for the pizza guy to come back, the pizza ended up going out to the bin. I have allergies so the wrong order was no use to me. We didn’t get a receipt. I’ve since realised that I haven’t received a refund at all. I phoned the store who told me that it wasn’t possible to refund over the phone (you have to call an 0800 number to get a refund processed) and Ricky was fobbing me off. They can also no longer give me a transaction ID which you need to give to the call centre because she can only retrieve that info on the same day of purchase (Which I could have done at the time if Ricky hadn’t lied to me). In summary, I paid for an order, did not receive that order, did not get a refund.

Got deliver on the 7th October at around 10.41pm 1 hour for the pizza and when it arrived at 11.32pm it was stone cold

Tried calling and get pizza delievered. The gut who answered where so hard to tall with! To the point we just had to hang up

Constant late deliveries (up to 2 hours despite 30 minute 'guarantee') Which means pizza is generally cold when it turns up. Also seem to consistently forget that you ordered dips and bottles of juice with the order. Avoid if you want pizza on time and to enjoy your meal. Go for Dominos instead!

Two hours after I placed the order, I'm still waiting for my pizza... No information about delay, when it should be if there is any problem. Never again, not recommended....

Worst experience..ordered as was in a hurry. ..that backfired. I called to ask several times where it was. They kept telling me it was on it's way. When it arrived cold I complained they offered me 50%off my next order...and voucher would be emailed. Still have never recieved this. They definitely have my email address as it was online order. Avoid. Go somewhere else!

My family and I ordered last night. Although the pizza took an extraordinary amount of time, it was consistent with the chain's quality and service. A good first night option at an air B&B for the weary traveler.

We ordered off the app, we ordered 3 pizzas and only got 2. They were not warm on arrival, and there was no apology for the missed pizza.

Fancy ordenó de algunos donde diferente esta vez para ver cómo era la pizza de este lugar y fue avarage en el mejor de los casos teniendo en cuenta el precio que paga por 1 de las pizzas £ 20 + por un poco de costra un poco por encima pero no el mejor, te vuelves más grande y mejor en "primer lugar", lo cual es bueno, aún así, los dominós son mejores, no volveremos a ordenar desde aquí.

Acabo de recibir y una vez más se han equivocado.Pidió pizza sin salsa, vino con salsa, pidió carne picada vino con pollo, pidió una manzana, no consiguió nada, lo único que acertaron fue el maíz dulceCuando llegó la comida estaba fría, la pedí a las 15. 00 horas y recibí un correo electrónico después de las 3 para decir que la pizza estaba en el horno, no me extraña que estuviera fría y quemadaEsto se trata de la 8ª entrega que tienen malTodo lo que obtienes del administrador de turno es todo lo que puedo hacer es pedir una disculpa y te enviaré otro, no quiero que esté buscando que mi pedido sea CORRECTO, CALIENTE Y NO QUEMADO Y ALGUIEN QUE LEERÁ LOS CHEQUES CORRECTAMENTE Y PONER ARTÍCULOS CORRECTOS EN PIZZATuve que dar 1 estrella, ya que no me permitiría enviar una revisión, ya que habría dado cero.

After waiting 1.5 hrs and a phone to find out where my order was, it was cold when it arrived and I needed to microwave 2 pizzas and cheese triangles.

Umbelievable place. I hope to forget it as soon as possible. I tried to go there two times with my family. The first time for a lunch as soon as we arrived to Inverness (due to the fact that the pizza hut is close to the bus station). A lady who was preparing food said us in a no elegant way that no food was available and we go out. We tried again for a dinner and even if we wait there for about half an hour nobody asked us anything. After my tentative to have any feedback an old man said just taht they were busy and that were no possibility to have any dinner. No comment. To be avoided in the future!

Went today to order lunch deal witch i order many times as working next door. A very nasty lady served me and said we font offer this deal anymore. I was shocked as recommended this deal to a friend and she send me a photo of her finish pizza. I said how you dont serve as my friend 10min ago got from you. She was nasty and aggressive the way she spoke. I email the company and no replays. I wouldnt comeback as service was awful and rather to go somewhere else they dont lie
