Was in Hereford mooching about and hadn’t eaten much for breakfast, so by 1pm a substantial lunch was in order. It had been a few years since I’d had a buffet lunch - great they do these on Saturdays now - and the last time I’d been to this Pizza Hut I’d had a great meal. Had a very good experience again. The buffet was being replenished regularly and it was good to see a range of pizzas with different bases being brought out - the veggie pizza with the Italian base was very nice as was the cooked penne pasta. Couldn’t fault the salad bar and of course the bottomless soft drink option. When the buffet lunch is done this well it’s hard to beat. Staff were friendly. A few families and couples dining as well but thought it was quite quiet for a Saturday. Restaurant very tidy. It’s just as well I only have a buffet lunch once in a blue moon as I’d be the size of a house otherwise!

Not very friendly when entering . Ignored several times when asking politely to help with ordering. Freezing cold .Asked multiple times to alter air conditioning and was told they would ask but didn’t as we watched person walk away and continue doing something else. Would be impossible to order if you didn’t have a phone or one with scan app . Took us ages sitting in the freezing cold . Will not go there again most disappointing

I went in alone as was travelling with work, the waitress looked at me like an alien when I said I was eating alone. Ordered via app as per instructions and waited over half an hour for the food in a quiet restaurant, ordered garlic bread with cheese, barely any cheese on the garlic bread. Pizza was nice. Salad bar was old and weathered. Toilets were unclean, tables left uncleared around me and my own plates left uncleared for over 20 minutes even though I had ordered dessert which took over 30 minutes to come. Lack’s atmosphere and in my opinion customers are felt to be an inconvenience. A table beside me had children and asked to take some things home in a box, as she walked away from them she rolled her eyes. Below standard service and cleanliness snd very expensive for this kind of service and surroundings.

Ordered a delivery pizza. I have allergies and they were really good with it. They accidentally gave me pepperoni instead of pineapple but sorted it immediately and we’re extremely apologetic. Delivery driver was friendly and fast as well. Perfect service.

2nd time here and hopefully not the last but partner had business in Shrewsbury so called on the way home to Cardiff. Didn't disappoint. Pizzas lovely. I had the veggie hot, he had the double pepperoni. Salad delicious and fresh. Service good.

Horrendous service.. waited in the door area to be seated in a fairly quiet restaurant, whilst staff just wondered by. Finally seated, and told I had to order online and pay via the app. Buffet ‘‘twas awful, plates were pretty much empty, had to wait a further 15 minutes for more pizza to be brought out, salad was wintered and tomatoes were mouldy. Shan’t be returning. Hereford, you’ve let yourself down hugely!

The waitress was really nice and friendly. It was clean but it was card only for payment, they didn't take cash which is legal tender. We did notice there was only 3 other tables in there maybe that's why as it's card only. I use cash that way I know how much I have spent and cash is king. I'm not giving in to those who think they have right to take away our freedom Such a shame but another place I won't be going to because of this reason.

Most of the crockery was dirty and also the walls of the toilets weren’t clean although I enjoyed the salad bar in the middle

We went to this restaurant on 27th October as a party of seven people. There were lots of tables in use and we asked for a table for seven people. The person who was greeting people said that there was a staff shortage and we could not be served even sitting at two separate tables. This person was surly, rude and totally unhelpful and she had no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never go there again a terrible experience.

Thank-you so much to Chloe who was gave lovely service and we had a great time. The food was amazing. Great flatbread and highly recommend buffet. Wide variety of it and nothing wasted for us. Thanks to the chefs as well as the food was quick and warm

We booked a table this evening as a family celebration meal but were left feeling that we were a total inconvenience.The food was lovely but as soon as anyone finished their meal the plate was whisked away even while others were eating.We paid the bill at the end but remained chatting for another ten minutes until the manager ? came to our table and practically asked us to leave.Tuere was no one else in the restaurant so we assumed that it was closing.I did ask her on leaving what time they were closing and she replied 9.45 pm.Our table was booked for 6pm and we were leaving before 8pm so unsure why we were felt to be overstaying our welcome.Not sure it is a place that I would return to or recommend anyone.

I booked a table at 11.30 am and was there early so as they open at 11am and there was just us and another car waiting we thought we would ask if we could get in at 11am. The doors were still locked at 11.10 and then the what i think was the manager came and said he wasnt opening until 11.30 as he has no frount of house staff and he is on a meeting call .I think this place needs new management why not do the meeting before you open ? management is supposed to make the place work and work well if there are not frount of house you roll your sleaves and get busy . Then we were told it was card only there are no signs on the door ? Then we were told order online we are old school and they did let us pay with our card in there but where is the service they ask for a tip for ? the pizza even though they opend late wasnt ready yet . so went to the toilet to wash my hands only theres no way to dry your hands no paper towels and a dryer that didnt work. Ive seen so many say that the icecream factory wasnt working and on our visit it wasnt either if people take there kids there trust me thats what they are looking forward to so for it to be out of order so much whats going on there ? such a shame such a nice big space that could be filled with people enjoying themselves if only there was a bit of effort .

Arrived and got seated straight away, we were told that there was no salad bar nor was there any garlic bread. We were able to have a salad but they brought it in bowls to our table, this was okay but one thing I do like about Pizza Hut is their salad bar, so I felt very disappointed that there wasn't one. Ordered pizza and this was lovely, couldn't fault anything with regards to the pizza itself. Very short staffed but the staff were very polite. Without a salad bar and garlic bread my experience was very poor, hope they get this sorted very soon

Not only it takes 40 min to get a simple take away order, but even when you arrive on time, staff are too busy serving the restaurant customers they completely ignore take aways. Pizza itself is good, Hut standard.

The buffet is great value for money, especially with young children. Free refills on the drinks and the salad bar add extra value to a dated concept. Its a shame they do pepsi rather than Coke Cola.

My daughter came here tonight with friends. Orders were taken and my daughter ordered a spaghetti Bolognese. Food came and everybody started eating except for my daughter. After several minutes more like 15 minutes actually the guy who was taking the party went up and complained as everybody had nearly finished their pizzas and still my daughter had not eaten. Eventually after three times complaining my daughter got her food but there was an issue it was only half a bowl of spaghetti Bolognese they had run out and because two people had ordered it they divided it between two. My daughter was very disappointed and upset however after at least two spoonfuls she went and got some ice cream, only to find out the ice cream had run out so again she had to wait. For an eight-year-old this is really disappointing and she came home very upset. She did understand that sometimes these things happen however a lot of people in the group who had their meals on time had said it was very very poor. I don’t know what is going on with Pizza Hut but I can honestly say I will not be rushing back I’m very disappointed.

We used a 2 for 1 meal voucher at Pizza Hut Hereford at lunchtime last week.We were shown to our seats by a very pleasant waitress, who was also very happy to talk us through the various meal voucher options. She then happily came back a number of times to help with further questions etc until we were ready to order.We helped ourselves from the well topped-up salad bar and didn't have to wait too long before the pizza arrived. They were hot with a good covering of melty cheese. The waitress returned mid-meal to check everything was ok.My sister had the vegan option, which was fine, but she would have preferred a little more cheese on top (I think this particular vegan cheese doesn't take too well to being melted!) and the waitress suggested it might The waitress returned mid-meal to check everything was okOverall very good service

We had an Individual meal deal and whilst we enjoyed all the food, there was a lot of it! Excellent value for money, tasty and enjoyable company.

Went for a birthday treat. Greeted by a dozzy blonde bimbo who clearly didn't like work and no front of house personality!Ordered two lunch buffets. She pointed and said it's over there! We had to serach for cutlery & servietes ourselves. The salad buffet was prety rough and that is an understatement! Brown lettuce, dried up cucumber. And this was 12noon so it was obviously just put out.Toilets were dirty and no toilet paper.A scuffy male member of staff possibly the manager was serving pizza's and when we left he was unblocking drains in the carpark wearing the same clothes! It's needs to be closed down and have a massive shake up before reopening!

Went for some late night dinner with my cousin. Server was nice polite to start with And i thought he was a top guy, I could t of been more wrong Service was quick, food was decent (salad bar is banging) then it started to go down hill So we asked our server what he thought of our footy accas, he said he liked football and had a look. We visited with our young daughter who is allergic nuts, the staff quickly produced excellent allergy information including details of anything that 'may contain nuts'. Some places make it impossible for us to eat out so we usually avoid it but the staff here couldn't have been better. Our daughter especially enjoyed being able to have the dessert. A lovely stress free family meal! The service was quick and the food was good!

We visited here as a family of 7 having booked in advance. Service was very poor, the attitude of the waitress was terrible - I can only assume that she would rather have been anywhere than working, which is such a shame as there was another lady on duty who didn’t serve us but who has on a previous visit who is very friendly and mega helpful. The food was ‘OK although not to their usual standard and we have had better before - 1 of the 3 pizzas was very dry. Not once during our visit did anyone ask if our food was ok and plates were not cleared away 20 minutes after we had finished eating and so we settled our bill and left. I mentioned what a disappointing experience it had been that day to the Manager but he didn’t seem that interested which is maybe why things are t as they once were.

The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, but we got seated after 5 minutes, and waited 25 minutes for food service, which never came. We had multiple waitress/waiters walk past us. And served a family that came in around 10 minutes after us.

From booking to my daughters birthday party nothing was too much trouble.

We came here for a birthday party and the manager Ally was nothing short of superb. She looked after everyone with a smile and courtesy. The food was Pizza Hut and exactly what you would expect.

Meal Sharer deal was quite a good deal at £27 for a 2 year old and 2 adults. Decent service. Wouldn’t rush back.

I vowed I'd never go here again (too many bad experiences of filth, muck and dreadful service) but my son was desperate to celebrate the end of his exams with his favourite cheesy balls! The service was brilliant (an older lady who was fantastic - the best service we've have anywhere in a very long time), the place was spotless and everything arrived without any fuss. All great! I guess my only gripe (hence 4 stars and not 5) is that it was quite expensive = 2 large and i small pizza totalled £50, plus drinks on top.

A small outlet compared to other Pizza Hut outlets, the service was very good,The Ice cream was delicious. Though there were only a few servers, we managed to get our food in time.It was a very busy day.

We went here again after a day out and although it was very quiet the service was great. The pizzas arrived quickly and they were tasty. It was nice and relaxing to end to a lovely day.

Awful visit today. Pizza for the all you can eat buffet was literally empty most of the time. I understand it was busy but waits of 20 mins between refills and then they were the very small pizzas so not enough for the people waiting was unacceptable. When one of the freshly cooked meals arrived there was a long hair embedded in it so that promptly went back. Cheesy bites were dripping in grease. Tried to use my student discount at the till and was told I couldn't because one of us (not all of us!) had had the buffet. And then as if that wasn't bad enough the guy answered the phone while in the middle of talking to me when I was trying to sort the bill out. Terrible experience. I used to love a family trip to Pizza Hut but I won't go again after that.

Really craved a pizza on Easter Monday and you'd expect more staff especially in the Easter weekend. We were seated and told our waitress would be Annie but we didn't see her for a good 10 minutes before she may have overheard us saying "let's try and catch her eye" etc... we ordered drinks and food at the same time in case our food order wouldn't be taken after drinks! Weirdly the food came before before the drinks. Food was absolutely fine and reasonably priced. We asked where our drinks were as we had ordered them 15 minutes ago and we were told "it's in the milkshake maker" but I find it hard to believe it took 15 minutes to make. No one asked if our food was ok and Annie also took my partner's left overs off him whilst I was still eating which made me feel obliged to hurry up. No gratitude given on the basis that service needs significant improving.

I went on a Saturday with my partner hoping it would be a fairly decent experience and not be too long. There were 3 large tables reserved as they had children's parties booked. The meal itself was as expected from a Pizza Hut but the service was a little lacking. The noise level was extreme due to the 3 parties and it felt like I was in a kindergarten, leading to a not enjoyable experience.

Seated quickly, told a waitress would be with us shortly, never came to lady who showed us to seats took order. Salad bar ok, bowls have got smaller. They offer Pepsi out of dispenser or squash which you have to put so many dashes in from the bottle to make it taste of anything with the water and they charge you £2.85!!! Pizzas are lovely and arrived quickly. When finished no one came to our table so we took our pizza to the bar and asked for it to boxed up. Whilst we were waiting a young lad was putting cutlery into a large drawer, he dropped two knives on the floor, just picked them up and put them back into drawer, did not even clean them. The bill was very expensive, will not be going back, although such a shame as the pizzas are nice.

Family trip out for Saturday evening meal, from friendly welcome to table service all the staff were absolutely fabulous. So friendly and helpful to young children. Really was a pleasure to enjoy meal in such an atmosphere. The staff worked as a team and all seemed to be enjoying their work.

I have been here for the lunchtime buffet and evening meal. I much prefer the evening meal. Lunch can be a little lacking in choice as usually deep pan mainly choices which I'm not keen on.

Me encanta un buen pastoso, poco hecha, grasienta, congelados, barato pizza tanto como el hombre de al lado, pero Pizza Hut es mucho mejor y más tranquila por las noches cuando no está en el buffet.

Mi pareja y yo fuimos en un viaje improvisado aquí mientras estábamos viajando a través de Hereford. Good choice on menu and free salad bar. Can be very busy and take a long time to get your order. The buffet in the week is good but sometimes the choice is poor.

Order online. Then long wait for collection. Some food hot, obviously that on top. The rest colder than Vladivostok in April. Disorganised and chaotic.

We ordered a couple of large pizza's at 7pm with a collection time of 8pm confirmed by email, as Hereford Pizza Hut do not offer delivery.After waiting nearly 30 minutes and being asked repeatedly what name it had been booked under, it appeared that the order had been sat waiting to be handed over, probably since 8pm!!After a 5 minute car journey home on opening the boxes unsurprisingly these pizza's could not be described as "piping hot" as promised online! Extremely disappointing.

Called in for a take-out on a Saturday night. Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Pizzas and sides arrived in good time and were very tasty. Would recommend this place.

We visisted today,as always hubby and children loved there meals.i have several diffrent allergies so ordering is always stressful.the staff couldnt be more helpful and wen i made a mistake and forgot to ask for no cheese on my pizza they happily remade it and then took the pizza off our bill as a good will gesture even though the mistake was mine

20 + minute wait to order food then 15 minute wait to order dessert followed by a 20 minute wait for dessert. Very very poor.

Visited pizza hut in Hereford on a Monday night as it is not far for us to drive and we fancied eating out. When we arrived the restaurant wasn't that busy but the takeaway bit was a little busy. They took us to our seat and gave us the menu, it then took them over half hour to come and take our order. We gave them the order then went to get our self a drink and have a look in the salad bar, everything was running low in the salad bar and there was no pasta the whole night they couldn't even be bothered to fill it up. It then took over 45 mins for them to bring the pizza, we did order a starter but didn't receive one. The pizza was great as always but the service was so appalling, they were too busy sat up the front talking to one another than dealing with the customers. We had to go and get the waiting staff to go get our bill and we had to go up to the till to pay as they didn't come back over. We would never go back to this pizza hut again as the service was so bad, we would rather go the extra drive and get better service.

Congratulations on having the best waitress in Hereford she really is the best we have ever had anywhere shame I didn't catch her name,next time we're in I will. We are a family of 7 so maybe she remembers us she went above and beyond to help us and made our time at Pizza Hut an enjoyable one. She really is a credit to your team. Well done

pleasantly surprised by our visit to pizza hut yesterday, we both ordered the meat feast pizza with a side of fries which came out in doubly quick time, food was spot on and very delicious, our waitress was brilliant and very friendly despite telling us she was new. i have given it 4 stars due to the fact that the toilets were not as clean as should be however on the whole a pleasant dining experience

Four of us visited at lunchtime. Not off to a good start as we parked by seeing a member of staff sat at the rear of the establishment puffing away of a cigarette.Spacious, clean inside and shown to a table quickly by friendly staff. A bit slow off the mark actually taking our order. We all had the same, £7.50 for all you could eat relating to the pizza & salad bar. Good value and generally fair quality. Some pizza unfortunately was luke warm which was the minor issue. This meal lasted the rest of the day and there was no requirement to eat again.

Was up in Hereford for a wedding so decided to go pizza hut for lunch.it was buffet time so we decided to have that,wish we never had pizza that was there was very dry and cold there was no pasta dishes the only thing that was any good was the salad bar.We also decided to order cookie dough for our pudding was a waste of money they Burnt it.Then they went to make more we had to wait over half hour for cookie dough that was not Burnt.

We came in as a big group, 3 under 10s, 3 teenagers and 3 adults. The kids weren't given colouring books or crayons but as we were finishing our meal another family were given them as they walked in. We told the waitress that most of us wanted the buffet but we would also be ordering off the menu so she gave us a menu but never came back to take our order so we had to go to her. Then when we finished no one came over to clear plates or take our dessert order so again we went to her (it also wasn't particularly busy). Then when the desserts came she did not warn us that the bowl was hot so when I took it from her it burnt my thumb then my two year old daughter reached across the table for a crayon and burnt her arm on it so badly it blistered!!! The manager was helpful, came out and filled in an accident form, gave us some ice and took the desserts off the bill but the waitress didn't apologise! We were absolutely disgusted with the service and won't go to this Pizza Hut again.

Unfortunately this hasn't been the first time we have been ignored by staff. First time we walked out after sitting in our seats for a good 20 minutes whilst young waiters and waitresses had a natter and didn't serve us. However, this time was a little better someone came over but that was about it! It's was a buffet and it was okay. The atmosphere was awful, the staff were hard to come by, the food was okay and it was lightly overpriced. Will not be returning.

To start I just want to say how disappointed I was with our visit! Generally I'm a fan of the place but this visit has put me off for a while! The pizza itself was fine (when it arrived) however our starter was slow to arrive and the chicken bites were cold, we bought this up with the server who to be fair knocked them off the bill! Tables were sticky and there were pieces of food on the floor, it wouldn't off taken much to sweep the floor- they weren't rushed of their feet! Cutlery wasn't clean either which is off putting! As I said I have always been a Pizza Hut fan so they really do need to pull it together there to make it what it was!

Where do I start....ordered our food, we never have a starter in Pizza Hut, but decided to try a sharing platter this time! So off we head to the salad bar....good job it's free now as I would be very disappointed! Lots of repeats...lots of things not there....breadsticks, salsa, raisins, pasta etc....asked for a couple of things, which they then brought out one of them (salsa) why do they not keep it well stocked and full of every item?? Rubbish!So we get our starter and are all tucking in when half way through our pizzas arrive.....really, I asked the waitress if they don't wait for starters to be finished first anymore....but I just got a shrug!! Ruined my meal as we had so much stuff on the table and no where to put things.......doesn't seem to be anyone in charge...just a few kids with no idea, and no real care about your dining experience! Rubbish!

After visiting family we decided to take a pizza for the journey home. Wish we had not bothered. First a lady who seemed to be in charge was very off hand border line rude. She told us there would be a wait which we did not mind. She huffed and sighed and dissaperaed. Eventually came back and said what do you want so we ordered and waited and waited after fifty minutes we enquired where our pizza was and she snapped I told you there was a wait. I told her that her attitude was not good and asked if she was the manager to this she snorted and laughed and said actually I am the area manager well she needs to show some respect to customers. Also she was barking orders at staff very off putting. I said I would like to cancel our order if it was not out soon. She looked at me and said again I told you there was a wait. Well that was the final straw I said forget it. We went to perfect pizza and were served with our pizza within twenty minutes and it was delicious.

Good quality food, but seem to be short on staff. We had to return one kids meal due to being incorrectly made. The server helped as much as possible turning up the heating.

Hadn't been for a buffet lunch at Pizza Hut Hereford for quite some time (the last time was very disappointing with no pizzas out and we ended up walking out).How different this time - loads of pizza, fresh salad, impeccable and attentive service by the Manager (he definitely remembered us from last time). Would not hesitate to go again.

On arriving to collect our order we waited a good five minutes last night before we were acknowledged! Whilst I appreciate they were busy,I think that it would be common curtiousy for someone on the tills to say "I'm sorry but we are a bit busy at the moment and will be with you as soon as we can."We had a take away family meal and was very disappointed . Although we ordered thin crust pizzas they were 1 mm thick with very little filling and the garlic bread was hard.Would rather go to my local chippy next time and get a far superior pizza and cheaper too !

The atmosphere was OK but the service was poor, the food was served on a piece of "slate" with paper underneath which seems to be the in thing with most large chain restaurants, the chips and onion rings that came with the steak my dad had were of low quality as they had not been cooked properly

We regularly visit Pizza Hut after a day out. The service is always excellent, the food always comes quickly and the waitresses are always friendly and check on you during your meal. It is always busy when you go.

We regularly visit Pizza Hut, where ever we are, but we won't be back to Hereford! We have been several times before Christmas, and decided to visit again this week. All the staff looked disinterested, the guy with 'manager' printed on his shirt eventually took our order, even though there was at least half a dozen staff doing nothing ( other than chatting to a young girl with a new baby, who was helping herself to the food!)The floor was filthy, and a visit to the loo was even worse, there was even a footprint on one of the toilet seats! We have never been so disappointed....

When we arrive there were only about 4 tables with people eating, we were seated, got food, after it took the waitress about 30 minutes to come and clear our table after we finished, then it took so long for someone to come I had to go up and ask for our bill, while about 4 staff members were sat talking and eating on the table next to us!! The cutlery on the tables were not very clean and the glasses were dirty... However the pizza was lovely!

When we arrived there were only four tables full of customers, yet it still took a while until we got seated. There was only one waitress available, who seemed very grumpy, and was impossible to get eye contact with, to order desert and get the bill. The table was sticky and covered in crumbs. The cutlery and glasses were not cleaned properly, as there were marks all over them. We were not given salad bowls, unlike other Pizza huts. It took well over 35 minutes from finishing the pizza, to getting served for pudding. Staff were not friendly at all! Overall the only positive thing I can say about the Hereford Pizza Hut is the pizza, other than that I would not recommend their restaurant.

The young girl who served us was very pleasant and polite! No bowls for the salad counter so we pinched them from the icecream factory. No spoons on the ice cream factory until we requested them. It was impossible to get hold of a member of staff to request the countless things they'd forgotten because they were all huddled nattering at the counter (save for the two who were cleaning table legs and the like). When the bill was requested, we waited 20 mins before we made a song and dance about leaving to alert them to the fact that while they were messing around; we were waiting!! I understand that the staff attracted to this kind of place tend to be young students but I really think management need to be present. Children playing at 'service providers' really doesn't work. It was so quiet that we would have expected more efficiency and attention to basics in food service. It's a pizza place, we aren't expecting perfection but that was just ridiculous. On a side note, the uniforms are awful. I do feel sorry for staff. Also pizza sizes need to be added to the menu as an 'individual' is child size, we'd have ordered sharers had we known.

Always busy in here. Sometimes have to wait to be seated. Staff aren't always friendly or pleased to see you. Can be a while being served. Tables aren't always clean either.

The pizza here was delicious but it is allways very busy so the service was not so good. May take some time to order but amazing food and a variety of toppings

We went on the 8/1/16 and we arrived late, obviously near to closing time. We ordered three pizzas two individuals and one large, we waited a little bit but nothing to bad, salad bar was running a bit low but that was understandable due to the time. Pizzas arrived we ordered a side of fries that didn't come with the pizza, waiter quickly resolved the problem, half way through our meal the music playing in the restaurant stopped so we assumed they wanted to go home and finished up and left, the waiter was great, we never got his name but he had a tattoo of an owl on his arm! Thankyou for a good night out!

The Hawaiian pizza I had from here was really nice. I had mushrooms added to it which made it even tastier. The half and half sharing option was perfect for my partner and I - it felt like an ideal size as it wasn't too small or too big for us to eat. The restaurant looked nice and reminded us of how nice The Ice Cream Factory is with all of it's delicious toppings.

Slow service, low quality food lacking any substance, slow service, extremely bad value for money. We ended up here as it was easy to get to from the courtyard and one member of the party was fond of it from there student days. OMG is this the level of food premises we are prepared to accept in the UK - disgraceful. The seating area was grubby with food debris on the table, chairs and floor and grease slime on the menus and the table and chairs - really disgusting. Very bad value - four slices of greasy so called garlic bread are ~£3.60, dreadful processed chips are ~£3.60 - daylight robbery. This sort of crap should not be allowed to be served up. The service was exceptionally slow and we were four out of a total of 6 customers in the premises at the time. Will never darken the greasy door again.

First visit here.Food was very good so no complaints there at all.Staff were a bit slow but friendly once they did get to us.There was plenty of staff & not too busy so couldn't understand what was taking them so long.A few items weren't available on our orders & the waitress didn't seem to know what other things we could have (she could've have been new but not sure).Well that could be the only reason for her not knowing her job properly.The toilets were horrible & I nearly slipped on the wet floor whilst trying to manoeuvre to actually close the door so I could use it.No room at all to get in & close the cubicle door.Yet the actual space outside the cubicle is quite big.Plus the hand dryer was placed right outside one of the cubicle doors which isn't good if someone needs to get out of that cubicle.Only rated it so high as the food was great.Would visit again only because of the food.

Been twice this month, Much better than the old style, great changes to the menu, rack of ribs is awesome, pizzas are fantastic value for a family dine out, staff are brilliant, well done Pizza Hut, ten out of ten

very tasty pizza , very nice and cute staff , good offer , only need delivery services , but in total very nice place

We stopped here after finishing work and was lovely. We did have to wait an hour for our meal as they were very busy. Not that we minded as we weren't in a hurry. The staff were friendly. Always a pleasure to back here.

after waiting 20 mins for my takeaway pizza (which was good) i checked my pizza only to find they got it wrong, i was told it would only take 5mins to rectify,35 mins later it finally arrived by which time i wished i'd gone somewhere else as all in all it took nearly an hour!!!!!! when i did get it home there wasnt much topping. It was just like fried bread with topping and covered in grease. it seems that standards are set low in this establish and they fail to achieve them!!

This pizza hut is good when the manager on the job, I am always eating at pizza hut where ever we go. hereford is our main location of eating at pizza hut, we had lots of problems several times , but good value for money and open salad bar and get what ever you like it from. they send the young manager away and place become like mess and all dirty salad bar and bathroom and table and chairs are all sticky and horrible , you wait long time and some of the staff making lots of mistakes about the orders and bills , please check your order and bill and when you get your money change back make sure its correct.staff got bad math about counting money.cutlery and drink glasses always marked wash dirt and spots and floor greasy and dirty most of the time.this pizza hut need their young manager back , so they can maintain the quality of the place ,service ,staff and cleanliness and food.

Slightly disappointed. Have been numerous times before but not recently. The choice of pizza for the lunchtime buffet was limited and was not replaced very often so there was often a wait even though there were not that many customers. Maybe it was just an off day!

We visited here after waiting a film at the cinema we were a little late on our booking but it wasn't a problem, our food was slow in being served they had also forgotten some sides so they bought them out half way through the meal, and by the time we were finished eating they were packing away meaning we felt like we couldn't stay for pudding. However the food we got was nice and well cooked.The manager was screaming in the kitchen watching the rugby on his phone and so couldn't be bothered with his customers! We love Pizza Hut and would think twice about coming back to hereford
