Had occasion to eat here a few nights running as Mum was in hospital nearby. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional The food was excellent and served quickly. Salad fresh, everything clean. Have been back since, despite not being local. Excellent.

Excellent staff and always really helpful. My daughter and I are regular visitors and are always looked after. Normally call in before the match on Saturday. Food is delicous and service is really good. Would reccommend this restaurant.

Visited for the first time in a long while, I've always liked the deep pan pizzas pizza hut make but am put off by the ludicrous prices. I ordered one of the deals for collection and was shocked at how small the pizza was, the offer didn't state anywhere it was a small pizza and implied it would be a properly sized one. I didn't overly enjoy it, probably because I was feeling too ripped off to appreciate the pizza, or maybe the quality has gone down as prices have risen. I doubt I'll be returning, pizza hut is so outrageously overpriced for takeaway food that disappointment is almost guaranteed.

It's really easy. Go to Pizza Hut in Middlesbrough. With your partner and 3YO. Order two adult buffets and a kid's buffet. Realise there's no choice other than cheese for vegetarians, the only drink other than strawberry contaminated postmix is squash (which my mrs had to have given she doesn't drink pop) and then top all that off with icecream that isn't frozen and more a liquid than anything else. But at least you are waved off as you walk out.

We arrived the day the COVID-19 table service was in force. We arrived before going to the cinema. There was only two ladies working out front both were incredibly helpful, checking we had everything, understood the rules and could use the website to order. They went above and beyond topping up my boyfriends drink and packing our cookie dough to go so we could make our cinema screening. We got a really good deal on the food as well.Was such a lovely experience, best Pizza Hut I’ve been to. Thank you!

Ordered from here on the Just Eat app. I like to create my own pizzas and was disappointed i could only add 4 here and at a price of £14 for an 11" thin crust!!!I got the steak strips, paprika chicken, jalapenos & green chillis. Pizza came in quick time however it was very bland, the crusts especially.

I've only been to Pizza Hut twice previously years ago and offered to take my son and grandsons whilst in Middlesbrough. The pizzas were good and the service was quick and friendly, but really £80 for 4 pepperoni pizzas,. portion of garlic bread,,.2 cokes and 2 beers - very expensive.That is my last visit to any Pizza Hut

Was visiting from Manchester and there's a few here where the food isn't the best but this one was great.Friendly staff, quick getting a table even when busy, food came quick and excellent standard. Waitress very happy and smiley and all the staff saying bye when you leave. Very impressed with this place. Thank you.

Went at the weekend with two young children. I really recommend the lunch buffet for anyone with young children due to the value, quality of food and the fact you can eat straight away and so the kids don't have time to get bored! I say this but really its great value for everyone! At the buffet you have a wide selection of pizza, pasta with the option of two sauces and the fantastic salad buffet. The ice cream factory also goes down well with kids of all ages. You can also get unlimited refill drinks and refill cordial too. The staff here are also really friendly. Really pleased that you can now order the buffet option 7 days a week too! We will be back!

We went for my sons 2nd birthday as just a little tea to celebrate, and service was just brilliant, we were served specifically by MeganP (or thats how its spelt on the bill!) as well as the other ladies on the night, but she suprised my little boy with a candle and ice cream scoop which was such a lovely gesture. Food was good, not the same as when I was young but times change! will be back.

Came here mothers day with partner and daughter before trip to cinema ,wasn't sure what to expect however I shouldn't have worried!we all had the Sunday buffet, more choices of pizza than I had imagined,salad bar great and good choice of refillable drinks.We all loved it and left stuffed!staff were also lovely and friendly.will recommend to others and return!

This was our first visit to this hut. It was spotless, the service excellent including accommodating gluten free and vegan selections. The salad bar was well stocked and the food was hot. My pizza was perhaps not the best I've ever had in a hut, it was fine but slightly dry and just a little tasteless.Overall a good example of the chain and handy for the nearby cinema and Middlesbrough town centre.The individual deal (starter, pizza, drink and salad) for £14.99 is decent value.

I never originally booked it as a kids party, just for a table of 10. Upon arrival I needed to accommodate 2 more guest, which was done without hesitation. The staff worked really hard on a busy Saturday afternoon. The duty manager and the staff were smiley and very chatty. An error on our order was swiftly dealt with without fuss. They light my sons birthday cake and sang, which wasn't expected. So all in all a very delightful experience. Thank you.

Great service here, staff soon to the tables when you order and the bill is required. the food was brilliant, especially pizza from the buffet which may I add is great value for money at £7.50 for unlimited slices. salad bar is always kept on top of, which isn't the case at other Pizza Huts. will be returning next time im in the area.

Took my neglected boys (twins, 11) and their Daddy here on Friday evening before the pictures. I was really surprised at how lovely it was! The food was decent and pretty good value and the service was exceptional; thanks Tracey. Thoroughly recommend a visit!

Not having been here for a while, wasn’t sure what to expect. Honestly wasn’t expecting such lovely service and good food! Our waitress was very attentive and my partner and I both enjoyed our pizzas. It was very reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was good.

We visited here prior to going to the cinema. It was quite quiet and we were immediately greeted by Jasmine who ended up being our server as well.

Stopped here for a meal on the way to Whitby. Good service. Relaxed atmosphere. Love the way it's a mix of self service and table service. Pizza was served hot and was delicious. Fizzy drinks and water were ice cold. Kids got an activity sheet and crayons on arrival. Great children's menu. Whole family enjoyed it.

Having worked in a pizza hut years ago I get how quick you work whilst also treating all your guests with good quality service. The sometimes manager and on this occasion server becky was a delight. Friendly and funny. May need to practise inputting orders on computer as ours accidentally came out a size too big (although she generously let us have the free upgrade). The place was very busy but the staff were all quite relaxed and friendly. Genuinely the best PH meal I've had due to the atmosphere created, and standard of the meal.

We visited before the cinema. Staff were very helpful and pleasent. We had the buffet outstanding value and choice. I think this is a great way to try the various pizzas. Also the unlimited refill is great value and the children love it.

Despite the media coverage given to the rise of veganism in England, we still haven't found many places in Middlesbrough that offer a truly vegan meal. We thought we would go to the Pizza Hut because at least we would get a nice salad, but were delighted to find a vegan pizza on the menu, with substitute cheese made from coconut oil. There is lots of parking there.Nothing was too much trouble for the two members of staff and they clearly wanted us to enjoy our experience there, which we did. We had a really tasty pizza with topping of our choice, with two helpings from the salad bar (even the 'bacon bits' were vegan!), plus a tempting share portion of skinny sweet potato fries. After the meal they were keen to know if we liked it, and we definitely had the feeling that they would actually take on board any criticisms. We had none!! The bill was reasonable, the service was quick even though the pizza was made to order. Full marks, thank you, and in the words of Arnold Shwarzenegger, "we will return"!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Popped in with a 2 for 1 voucher and even had my 2 for 1 membership card to support this and even though it clearly said pizza hut on the front of the voucher, apparently they dont accept them. Absolute lies! The way i was told as well was both inappropriate and unprofessional. "We don't accept them mate" erm I'm not your mate!

I visit this restaurant occasionally and on all but one occasions I've received faultless service and delicious pizza. On my latest visit, I found the waiter to be quite patronising and then later on a member of our party had their order mixed up. However, I believe, this was her own doing because it was in fact a gluten free vegan pizza. On top of this, my companion's chicken poppers arrived separately from the main course when asked to be a side dish. It was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was not particularly busy, but mistakes can happen and i don't fault the restaurant as it was clearly a rare occurrence. I shall forever visit and I advise you do too.

Pizza Hut as you would expect. However, the cleanliness was exceptional in this venue and I need to mention the staff. The manager showed us to our table with polite deference and Kath, our waitress, could not do enough to make our visit spot on. Food excellent. Staff brilliant. Couldn't fault it!

Tried the lunch time buffet £6.99 including unlimited salad.Approximately ten pizzas to choose from, including vegetarian options, deep pan and thin crust. As it is with all hot buffets the food is much nicer if you can can eat it when it comes straight out of the kitchen, this does involve watching out for your favourite dish being replaced but worth it.Salad bar was well stocked with the usual Pizza Hut variety.The waitress was very efficient, friendly and seemed to be enjoying her job ( not often seen nowadays). We visited around 2pm although the lunchtime rush had finished the buffet was still replenished as necessary.A very good value for money and very pleasant lunch.

I came in with my family on a busy Saturday evening, it was my daughters birthday a young girl served us with blonde hair. When she found out it was my daughters birthday she wished her a happy birthday with a smiley face and discussed with my partner about the best way she could help to celebrate it, recommending a £20 deal which meant we would get desserts, we were served great food, we ordered a portion of the spicy ribs they weren't that spicy however edible, when we were to order our desserts she wrote happy birthday on a cake board with sweets and a sauce with a waffle and ice cream and a flake, when she brought it over the lights went of a birthday song went on and the waffle had sparklers and a candle in it, our daughter was in awe and we will definetely be visiting here again!!

This was by far the worst service I have ever had at a meal. The woman who served us told me that I was miserable because I said thanks in an unenthusiastic way according to her. Then she repeatedly said that she was sick of her job and came over to our table and said please don't repeat that I said that. Well here I am repeating that, shocking.

i went for lunch buffet on a Wednesday and it was quiet. The Hut is located on Middlesbrough Retail Park not far from the Cinema. It is not one of the larger restaurants but is clean and bright. Drinks are self service with re fillable glasses and they do a good lunchtime buffet selection that was kept replenished whilst I was in. The salad selection was also very good. The staff were always at hand and very friendly. I will return.

Always impressed with the service can't fault it, food always fresh and tastes great even delivery is always fresh and hot, 100% we will be going again.

this is the new refitted version of the hut, self service drinks......its like all the others well almost, the staff here are very nice warm friendly, above what you would expect, we have been using this one for years, we always get a warm welcome, but have suffered some losses lately our favorite waitress/ manager has gone to Australia, and our best waiter has finally left too, so will have to find new regulars this is the only one in their chain that will do me a thing that is not on the menu, I do not even have to ask now they know I like it, not saying what it is but thanks guys xxxI have been to many huts but this is by far the best

My family and some friends called in for lunch today with most of us opting for the 'unlimited buffet' at £6.99 per person. Everything about our lunch was excellent! The staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful - the service was first class.The salad buffet and the choice of pizzas was fantastic - great tasting and great value! I think it would be very difficult to get a better deal for lunch than the unlimited buffet! With unlimited refills of soft drinks you can't go wrong. I will definitely return and take advantage of this deal again in the future!!

Great polite workers here, they all made it their mission to make sure we were happy and that we enjoyed our meal. One of the people who I went with took their baby and they made sure to heat up her babies bottle for her. The food was good and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. Would definitely come again.

Came here for tea on saturday. Gorgeous good, love how you can take food away if you had eyes bigger than your belly and cant finish it. Great service with a smile and a lovely atmosphere.

Three times out of five visits this Pizza Hut has come up with a way to not honour the 25% discount cineworld card advertises.They tell you at the end when the bill comes.Buying a sharing platter is not in the 25% off even though it's the same price as if you bought a 14inch with two starters. Fed up with the place.

We were driving past so stopped for a carry out ,jalapeño poppers five lovely poppers with a cream source they were lovely the only thing was the long wait I did not check the time but I would guess about 12 minutes ,somebody came in behind me with kids ,they waited a bit then went out without any service the staff looked busy though ,if you don't mind waiting a bit I can recommend the poppers

I visited Pizza Hut with my friends for a evening meal and a catch up. When we arrived we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated as it was quite busy with it been the half term holiday. Once seated our order was taken pretty quickly. We all enjoyed our meals especially the White chocolate and raspberry cookie dough we had for dessert! Our waitress was very nice and attentive and we even got £20 off our bill with a discount card which was a bonus.

When there with family a few times when I visit and find the service, food and experience quite good considering the price.Its pizzahut after all, but considering its 6.99 its pretty good price and everything is well cooked and tastes top notch

Went out with a mate from work looking for a sandwich and we saw a board offering all you can eat pizza/salad/pasta buffet for £6.99 which seemed great. In we went, really helpful staff, seated straight away, we just had the iced water so no charge and ate our fill from all 3 ranges. Cracking deal in a pleasant place with great staff.

Left stuffed after the sharing platter £25 shared between four people but can also add an extra 8 slice pizza for £10 so we did that. Had a revamp and I am impressed.

Ate at the popular Pizza Hut near the cinema. It has had a totally new look and layout. Have to say really liked it and we got a great meal deal. Pizza, unlimited salad and unlimited soft drink for 10.00 off for a meal deal. Friendly and fast service by pleasant staff. Can see why its popular with families and parties of any size. This is usually the place we go to for birthdays. It is a little bit pricey but it is a treat for special occasions. The Pizza's are always PERFECT!!!!!!!!!

We don't normally eat here now the kids have grown up .but I received on my phone a 41%vovcher discount code so off we went to the Middlesbrough hut we walked through the door and were seated straight away our server a very nice girl food wise for starters I ordered Alabama style popcorn shrimp and my wife had breaded chicken bites both very nice our pizzas blazin inferno and meat feast were fantastic very tasty the salad was free and drink wise we had Diet Pepsi refillable and now for the not so nice bit our bill came to £26-42 with the discount never questioned it but at home I worked the discount out instead of £14-81 it should have been £16-81 might sound trivial but better in our pockets would scored this restaurant a lot higher if not for this error

Not been for a while and thought we would come for a treat after the Xmas hols. Places looks great after its refurb. Place was heaving but that did not affect food quality or service and we thoroughly enjoyed our treat

We had not eaten here in ages. It was not busy so we were seated quickly and did not wait long for our food. I loved the different flavours in the bottomless drinks and my friend loved the salad buffet and the choices available. After being given a voucher for 40% of a January visit we will be going back!

My family love going to this restraunt excepecially for the buffet it's great value for monies and they sell proper chicken nugget and chips for the little ones. The staff are great very frendily and helpful. It's just great.

Took our Grandson to the cinema and prior to that we took him for Pizza.I loved the re-vamped restaurant and menu. Our Grandson ate for £6.99 and that included Pizza, Side, Salad bar, drink and dessert and he managed the lot (but not a lot of room for anything else) we had individual pizzas and were pleasantly surprised at theirr size - was expecting smaller! Re-fillable drinks and salad bar all made for a very nice lunch time treat for us all!

Came for a family lunch on Saturday. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that everything was OK. We had a meatfeast and Cajun chicken pizza to share which were very nice a long with the fresh salad. Only advice would be to maybe have 2 soft drink machines as there was a little queue which is fine at non-peak times but at busy times it maybe large and block the salad bar area.

Having been a fan of Pizza hut some years ago, but been put off after it went downhill we decided to give it another go. The restaurant was very clean, we were met immediately and shown to a table. The self service Salad Bar was very well stocked and well presented. The soft drinks on tap were fabulous, with the added tessierre flavour made it a real nice twist. The strawberry one is the best!.Food arrived shortly after we had enjoyed the salad, it was nicely presented and hot, the only small complaint I would have is there was not enough or much cheese on the pizza in places. But overall it was very reasonable and priced right too. Staff member very pleasant and efficient.

okay so I've been to this Pizza Hut and the Teesside park Pizza Hut takeaway and I have to say that when it's down to me this one is definitely my favourite. one thing that really cheesed me off with the one at Teesside park is the fact that the manager wouldn't accept the Nus card on a Saturday Which I think is ridiculous. they have taken it before and then all of a sudden choose to not take it? so today I visited the Pizza Hut in Middlesbrough and I asked the waitress if she would find out for me from her manager if they take the discount on today's bill (Saturday) and she came back with the news that he would. I'm not being funny or stingy but why would one Pizza Hut accept and the other not?there is no where in the terms and conditions that explain the discount is limited for use on certain days only. I'm not very happy with Teesside park Pizza Hut and I will not be returning if I can avoid it. middlesbrough Pizza Hut is absolutely brilliant and the staff are so friendly and warming to their customers. my waitress today was lovely and very approachable. her name is Leah burn and she was absolutely wonderful. I have to give her my thanks specifically because her professionalism and people skills are absolutely top notch. I've found a love for Pizza Hut again and it's Middlesbrough. Teesside Pizza Hut is disappointing due to my last experience.

Went today after being to cinema. So glad we did . Lovely and clean staff very attentive , toilets spotless got seated straight away and order taken to food arriving was about 15 minutes which was long enough to eat our salad first . Pizza absolutely delicious with crispy bottom which I like. Will definitely go again . We all left very full and happy . Bit pricey but don't go that often so as a treat you don't mind so much.

It was a busy saturday night, we were seated straight away. We were recomended the chicken & bacon special with cheese bites base pizza, the young girl Isobell gave us bowls for our salad & pointed us in the direction of self serve drinks. Our food arrived after we had finished our salad & me been not a huge pizza fan i was pleasently surprised how nice it was, nice & fluffy & very tasty. Isobell even boxed up what was left & said pop back after your movie to collect it. We will return

I know you get your 'free' salad bowl and 'bottomless' drink but my girlfriend & I both ordered pasta dishes which both fell just shy of £10 (which you'd expect to pay in any other restaurant and that would include salad. Anyway, the size of the pasta dishes is what let it down, a fairly long but extremely thin plate or troff is how both dishes were presented. Not value for money at all. Service was ok for a very busy night and food didn't taste bad but I won't be paying for the Pizza Hut brand again as it really doesn't fill you up!

Came here on a Monday night with my boyfriend before going to see the hobbit, we went for the £13.95 two course Christmas deal, my boyfriend got the bbq ribs starter, he said it was average and he had better BBQ ribs on his lads holiday in kavos! We both had some side salad which was free and pretty average but that was okay, for mains he had the meet feast with stuffed crust and I had chicken supreme with stuffed crust. Mine was way way way too greasy and really garlicky, his was really greasy as well, nothing compared to what their delivery is normally like. We are about 1/3 of the pizzas each. We decided to just leave it, put it in a box and give it to the homeless guy outside the cinema. The pizzas didn't compare to what they used to be like. We had ordered a bottle of Stella each which weren't chilled and so I didn't bother drinking mine. Had a cookie dough for my desert which was pretty much what I expected, it was nice enough, ice cream was poor though , again, Not what it used to be. Waitress was nice enough, wasn't great service or anything, had to push our food to the side of the tables so they would know we were done other wise we would have waited to long to be cleared, had dirty cutlery left on our table till even after paying, boyfriend didn't have a knife and fork for his main, just the knife left over from starters. Didn't bother asking for one as no one came to check on us. First restaurant that I haven't left a tip, it was just pretty poor and standards have dropped over the years, neither of us will be returning and to be honest we just couldn't wait to get out and to the cinema.

I have been to Pizza Hut many times but the standards have slipped over the years. We had the large stuffed crusted New York Deli pizza to share between 2. They are very tight on the toppings and for £20 for the pizza I expected a lot more. I had the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough for dessert and was simply the worst dessert I have ever had. It was like someone had dropped a whole bag of sugar in it. Top things off as we were half way through our desserts they popped the bill on our table, in my eyes that is rude, especially when it was only half full during there peak time at 7pm

I would avoid going to Pizza Hut for the buffet at lunchtime. They always run out of pizzas at the buffet counter and customers are stood around waiting for pizzas. The ones that are their are all dried up.

Dirty plates, dirty cutlery, dirty glasses, cold pizza, cold pasta, salad past it best, watered down soft drinks and not value for money. Staff not helpful wont be visiting again!

Ate here last night with my other half, service was quick Food arrived in a decent timeframe. I like the new self service of soft drinks too!And finally, finally they have started doing chips!

Not been to pizza hut for years but we visited middlesbrough for one night and thought we would give it a try. We are glad we did, the food was excellent and the service too. Staff very helpful and didnt have to wait long for the food. Refillable soft drinks and free salad was great. Will now try again locally to see if its the same here.

I really had forgotten how good the pizzas and salads tasted, I usually make my own but the 'pizza pastry' was so light I wish i had that recipe!

We use the Orange buy one get one free and go to the nearby cinema. Depending on the film showing time we eat either before or after at the local Pizza Hut.We know the staff now. They are friendly and the service is very good. Keep your receipt - go on the Internet - and get a voucher for a 2 for 1 meal for next time. The music was a bit loud this time and not to our taste but everything else was fine.

Visited here recently before a cinema trip. Was around 7pm on a Saturday night, we expected it to be busy. Admittedly, we only visited Pizza Hut as the wait to get in both Nandos and Starters was 40+ minutes. Pizza Hut still had a queue out the door however we stood in line and were able to keep warm in the Delivery place.A female member of staff quickly gave us menus and informed us it'd be a 20 minute wait. Sure, enough it was 20 minutes, however there were loads of spare tables yet still loads of people queuing. It seemed staff didn't have their priorities right. They'd be refilling the salad bar even though it wasn't completely empty instead or clearing and making up tables and getting some of the many several people seated.When we were finally seated it did take a while before our order was taken despite the fact staff knew we'd had 20 minutes to read their menu back to front and inside out! When our order was finally taken, our food arrived in about 10-15 minutes.Food was nice. We shared the Favourites Platter for a starter and a large pizza for main. Worked out around £32 including one soft drink and one alcoholic drink. £15ish each isn't too bad really.All in all not too bad, food was nice, service a bit slow but understandable on a busy city centre Saturday night.

The wait on food was ridiculous, the salad bowls came after the pizza and in order to get a tomato dip I had to get up myself and find another server to bring me one after asking before the food arrived! Also, the server smelt strongly of B.O. Surely employees should be made to shower..
