walked in greeted by a member of staff who stated it was card only...ok. sat at a table to be told i had to order by phone like what the heck am i hearing so messed around with the app that's about as clear as mud was asked to leave a tip ..i think not no interaction hardly staff just stood talking about there pay and the place in general food came to £55 two meal deals and a kids meal day light robbery food was average at best 100% will never return to this place or any other pizza hut again

My and my partner took our 3 year old granddaughter to Pizza Hut Teesside park today, always loved coming here, but it’s been awhile since our last visit, bad enough having the faff on not taking cash anymore and having to use your phone to place your order, now £7.99 for a kids buffet , our 3 yr old granddaughter be lucky enough to eat 2 slices never mind £7.99s worth of pizza, needless to say we got up and left and went somewhere else, Pizza Hut has gone to the dogs, will definitely not be going back after this.

I don't come out for a meal to have to faff with my phone just take my order like a normal restaurant please. Most people do not want to order with their phones!

Worst customer service we have experienced in any Pizza Hut restaurant, staff were rude, no eye contact, pizza’s were slow in coming out and was almost empty so not reason for this terrible service! It was a chore for most of the staff to do anything and the communication was horrible, constantly chasing!

Excellent. Just what you would expect. Great food, and fab service. Love the fact that it's consistent even though its years since I have been. X

My pizza was clearly made in the 1950s. It was stale , not cut and when I ripped my pizza into slices it ripped the slice in half. Before you ask , I’m perfectly normal and won’t be visiting for a while. This Pizza Hut experience has really disappointed me, I was very excited for this all day and I was severely let down by my shocking pizza. Absolutely livid. On the up side to this, my Apple tango was tantalising and really tickled my taste buds.

Visited on a Saturday and was there for when opened. Two choices of cider on menu but had neither which is quite shocking for a big name and on a weekend. Cucumber looked like it had been out all night, dried and lifeless. Pizza ok.

Trying to order and the app was glitching. They had no corn, no garlic bread, the ice machine wasn’t working. When the food arrived the onion rings were still “doughy” like the batter wasn’t cooked. Asked for fresh and was told that’s just how onion rings are 🙄 like I don’t know what onion rings taste like. Rude, poor service. We eat in here regularly and am really really shocked at how we were treated.

Greeting was reasonable. I have to take my own order at the table. I pay these prices for service not to do half your job for you. Then when I struggled to understand the ordering system I get brushed off like I'm a thick idiot who should know better. If I'd got the guys name I would name and shame for his attitude alone. So if your not tech savvy or don't own a smart phone just don't bother.

We got a uber delivery not cheap one small pizza for my son with delivery 13.68 he drop one of before we tracked him then went longest way to are address after ringing pizza hut no one cared complain to uber can't see that working who to blame pizza were not on same route driver said not him he followed rules

Sadly we won’t be returning to Pizza Hut. Their new way of ordering isn’t good at all. It may be easier for the staff but it certainly isn’t easier for customers. It’s sad that Pizza Hut have decided to distance even further from human connection. The app isn’t easy and it was an isolating and digital experience which I personally come out to a restaurant to avoid. On the up side, staff were lovely but were continually explaining what people didn’t understand. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience 😟

I visited today with my daughter and was new to their current ordering system that’s in place. I had to order on my phone but unfortunately was unable to get connected. I made a staff member aware of my difficulty and he literally ignored me and did not offer any help or alternative suggestion how I could order. As a result we had to leave, hungry and annoyed at the lack of any sort of customer service. I will definitely never return to this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Visited at the weekend with my two Sons aged seven and nine. All required covid restrictions in place and being adhered to. Staff were polite and friendly. My biys enjoyed their meals. I personally thought my pepperoni pizza didn't taste as nice as it has on previous visits. Everywhere looked clean and tidy.

We visited on a Monday, early evening. It was really quiet, the restaurant was very clean and looked nice. Staff were very good, polite, professional and helpful. I always find the pizza's delicious, but the sides and deserts average. We ordered 2 large pizza's and these were definitely worth the money however the sides (chicken wings, onion rings, fries, cheese dippers) were very expensive for what they were. I find the drinks a little on the expensive side too. Nice place, nice pizza, amazing staff.

We came here for lunch on Tuesday and I couldn’t fault it. Manager was exceptional and helped us sort out our voucher as couldn’t do it online, strawberry blonde waitress that was in also very polite and upbeat, nothing was too much trouble! The mains cutlery was absolutely gleaming which was a relief as I am a major cutlery snob. Dessert spoon wasn’t as good with a faint chocolate stain on it but sanitised it myself. All round a great experience!

Visited here recently as a stop off from shopping. Everything was spot on even with the new regulations. Completely stuffed and did no more shopping afterwards

It was horrible . It was cold as a family of four they got our orders wrong. Very few toilets open. They forgot part of our meal while waiting for our pudding half of it came out but the kids puddings came out half an hour later . The staff had no face masks on, dirty tables, wallpaper was peeling , lots of dust on the corners . My kids puddings said it had sweets on it but there were no sweets on there ice cream Sunday . The meal was £50 pounds for my liking thats to expensive we will not be visiting again .

Visited today with family, was very busy and tables were definitely not 1m apart. There was one member of staff in particular who was shouting and gesturing excessively over the tables rushing/squashing the next customers in which made us feel very uncomfortable (hopefully he’s not an asymptomatic carrier because if so i Imagine every customer would have caught the virus) . No members of staff wore masks and did not practise social distancing with each other or customers. We saw one member of staff play with her hair then touch the food. Really did expect better with the current situation. We couldn’t wait to get out.

First time eating out since March and we had the best experience. The system they have was brilliant, hand sanitizer as you walk in and pick up your own menu and cutlery. The app was a tad confusing for a technophobe like myself but worked it out quick enough. We did end up having a member of staff process our order through because we did have a voucher so bare that in mind! Food was lovely and arrived quick and every single staff member was helpful, friendly and so kind! Cannot praise the staff enough working through such strange and scary times but remaining so friendly and welcoming. Will 100% be visiting again soon!

Very slow service throughout. Sat waiting almost 30mins for our dessert, then asked to get it as a take out because we had to go and pick our kids up from nursery. They said they couldn't because they already warmed up the cookie dough, so we had to leave without it. No offer of a refund or anything like.

The worst meal in a long time at Pizzahut teesside park. Everything ordered in the restaurant on the app. Not straight forward. Tortillas - we don’t have any ‘it’s not my fault’ Salad - pathetic, asked for a spare empty bowl - ‘we don’t have any’. Wrong pizza style delivered. mayonnaise - we don’t have any. Tomato sauce - thin layer in the bottom of a small bowl for 5 people. Drinks - sorry we don’t have many left. Warm glasses with drinks. Brownie - sorry we don’t have any. No offer or partial refund for missing/wrong items. Staff uninterested. Never again. Avoid.

Half term treat at 12pm. I wouldn’t recommended going later if you haven’t booked as the queue was out the door by 12:45pm. Lovely waitress and nice food. Salad bar wasn’t as good as it used to be - only rabbit food lol - no creamy pasta . Brilliant value using the meerkat meals. Pizzas are huge - we brought ours home. Clean happy place.

Had a great experience here prior to the cinema with excellent customer service and food. However, £60 for four regular pizzas and four drinks seems slightly higher than what I’d come accustomed to paying for fast food.Though it makes it worthwhile if you visit using the meerkat movies 241 offer.

Servers were lovely and put up with us paying in 10p's! Service was extremely quick and the food was absolutely delicious

We dined here last night after the Cinema. Two children, three adults.The food was OK; we had four starters which were tiny. For main courses, 3 small pizzas, 2 Macaroni Cheese. Drinks, one bottle of wine which was about £17, one tea and a coke. Before discount the bill was £96! after 2 for 1 Meerkat meal it was £66 which is horrific. The food was no better than Supermarket pizza. The salad bar was empty of some items.They won't give you the top for wine either so you either have to finish it there or take it home open. Not good.

Went to pizza hut with my partner and 2 son's. The server, Katie was very snotty. We asked her about the pasta as last time we were here, about 2 month ago, the sauce was seperate to the pasta . She replied no that was 2 years ago. Informed her again we were here 2 months ago and she said its never been like that in this one then changed her mind stating or 'yer they decided to mix it'. We then ordered the 2 kids meals she never asked us about drinks for them i had to ask her it was like pulling teeth, she then forgot to bring the kids drinks, i again had to ask. My partner got the unlimited buffet £10.99 as he just got water no drink included. There was no pizza's on the buffet at many points during our time and when they were there it was many of the same ones. The pasta was also empty with only 2 poor choices. When it came to paying we were charged £15.99 for unlimited buffet, questioned this. The sever first stated 'or yer you didnt have a drink'. She then came back and decided she was charging us for 3 desserts when we only had two. She stated she had seen me eat some ice cream which i informed her was my son's who wasnt very well, we tried him with some ice cream from the supposedly unlimited ice cream factory, he didnt like it so he had the lolly. Informed the manager the same who was still going to charge us as there was 2 bowls on the table and the server saw me eat some ice cream. Again stated yes i tried my sons who didnt want it. She then threatened me with the CCTV stating it was just above our heads and to go to head office. I told her to check it and and refused to pay the £3.99 which shouldnt be on our bill. The service and attitude of the staff was a disgrace, trying to over charge us... no chance.

Called in after a cinema visit, restaurant was almost empty, we were seated and orders taken quickly, waitress very pleasant and helpful. The salad bar seemed a bit boring, carrots and cucumber were dry and looked as if they had been there quite a while.We ordered thin crust pizzas, which were distinctly lacking in cheese topping, chicken was very dry, unappetising and not pleasant. At a cost of almost £12 per pizza we expected better quality than this, had nicer pizza from Asda make your own counter, it has been quite a few years since we have been in a Pizza Hut restaurant and we won’t be going back.

Came here to have a spot of lunch, the Buffett was good had a choice of about 5 different pizzas. A mix of thin crust and deep pan. The lad who served us was very friendly and polite however we got seated and had to wait a bit for service a few couples seated after us got served first (we didn’t know if we just got up and helped ourselves or what) Pleasant visit and friendly staff.

Table service was great, really nice pizzas, a bit pricey for a pizza but very nice. Friendly staff. Busy place.

Stopped here the other day as part of shopping trip. Was very impressive buffet, seemed to stay here for hours as could keep getting more. Be hungry before you go. Well done to everybody

We decided to have pizza before going to see Downton Abbey.Our waitress was very pleasant and friendly and helped us make the best choice of the various offers on the menu.We decided on the Goats Cheese Pizza and boy were we glad we did - it was delicious! All of the food was delivered piping hot to our table (I just LOVE the cheesy fries!) I can honestly say we had a lovely meal and will definitely visit again.

We were a party of 3 who arrived at 12.30pm for lunch. The waitress was friendly and took our order very promptly at around 12.36.

We visited for lunch; had a long wait for food even though there was only a handful of people in the restaurant. The pizza was ok but why is it always served on a cold plate so you end up eating a cold pizza!!!

It’s either under or incompetently staffed - was sat at a table when it wasn’t terribly busy and waited to be served. And whilst I waited I observed just how dirty the floors were, how the other tables and walls were grubby too. And so was my own table come to think of it.

I’d agree with other reviews. They don’t take bookings but were told we wouldn’t have to wait long so we took a chance after visiting the showcase cinema next door. They cleared a table for us quickly and the staff were so friendly, funny and efficient. These days service can be a bit lacking even at nice restaurants but not here. Top marks from the kids.

The food is the same as everywhere, but what makes it special is the staff, I go with my God son and sister they love it too. Nothing is too much for them, about 6 years ago the changed the prawn starter, the new version had chillie in so I hated it, but until very recently, the staff would do the old version just for me - which chain would do that!!

Called into Pizza Hut on 23rd December after going to the cinema next door. Escorted to a table with out having to wait. Food was lovely and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Good start to Christmas as staff were wearing festive tops and wishing customers Merry Christmas.

Came for a meal with my family, got seated quickly waitress was friendly, ordered our meals which were all ok, 15 minutes before we were due to leave I placed an ordered for a pizza to take home.. after 10/15 minutes the waitress came over and appologised and said there’d been a miss understanding with our order but another pizza was going in so It shouldn’t be too long - 10/15 minutes later she came over again to say that the chef had made a mistake again and had put the wrong toppings on the pizza so he was throwing it in the bin and put a new one in! No discount offered or anything just that we were welcome to some more drinks ( we had already paid for unlimited drinks anyways )

Excellent pizza and plenty of it,well looked after by Matthew R, seating us well away from the kids! Quick service from a very pleasant and friendly young man, if I ran a restaurant I'd want him working for me. An all round pleasant experience setting us up nicely for an evening at the pictures.

Very nice pizza always busy and they let you take toppings off and put extra on which is nice as some of the pizza I have allergies too but great service and I enjoy taking my kids here

Visited here one evening with my 8 and 16 year old - chose the big sharing deal and upgraded to cheesy bites base. One large pizza, two sides, 1 sharing dessert and salad = £31.70. Three refillable soft drinks = £8.70 so £40.40 in total for three of us.

Not even thin margarita choice of thin base pizza on buffet even after I complained they only put 1 thin pepperoni out, most were horrible pan base and only excuse given was most customers like pan, should say on menu if that's the case, ripped off and hungry

Went for an impromptu visit. Had a large cheesy crust half & half pizza, unlimited drinks and 2 kids meals which came in around £40.

My partner and I recently visited this branch on a Friday afternoon to sample their lunch buffet offering. The waitress was really friendly and instantly sat us down. The buffet is a good simple choice, priced at £7.50 you can choose from various pizzas and also the pasta/salad bar. Pizzas to choose from included margarita, red onion, ham & pineapple, pepperoni. They were also replenished quite often meaning the pizza was hot & fresh. Would say that the lunch buffet option is good value for money, especially if you’ve got a partner who can stomach endless slices of pizza!!

Visited here with my young son. He lived the salad cart and the ice cream factory. The pizzas were good and the value meals worth the price. Kids will like the help yourself ice cream with sauces and sweets for adding to it.

Been closed for a good couple of weeks now. Still no word from pizza hut or any updates on their web site. Don't be fooled by the "we can't take orders online, please call", the line just rings out after a few rings.

Never been to Pizza Hut for years since my kids were small but my grandson wanted to go , dear me wish I'd never bothered ! My grandsons deal was good £5.95 for 3 courses but a adult pizza was a fortune , a shared pizza , cup of tea and a coke £29.50 . The place could do with a major overhaul , thank god I don't have to go regularly . Staff were very good and friendly I might add though

First time I'd been for afew years . Staff were very helpful and friendly service was quick , salad bar was good pizzas very small for the price but were nice and lovely ham . Just think it's overpriced for what you get but did enjoy it

Almuerzo Buffet visita significa el que está en el lado izquierdo. sosa Buen buffet de ensalada con visitas ilimitadas. Fuente de soda a £2. 90 cada uno, así puede llegar a ser caro. No parece haber una oferta que da un niño una bebida y helado, así que buffett este coste casi £9 por una muy empinada de 4 años que fue la razón por la que vine aquí en primer lugar.

Designed to pick up the cinema trade, it performs it's function, can get busy but what you get is what you expect.They build all these places to the same design and provide meals to the same design so you know WHAT you are going to get like most Pizza Huts The salad bar always appears as an after thought , is not replenished very well and unexciting

Visited with my Son mid-week, opted for the Pizza buffet. Disappointed that the pizzas at the buffet were bland; Margherita, ham&pineapple, ham & mushroom, BBQ chicken, veggie and a pizza with a ?meat topping. Considering the choice of pizza you can get from the main menu, i think they could be more adventurous with the types of toppings available!

Me parece ser Pizza Hut inconsistente. Es muy caro, y las pizzas son mejores que en ningún otro sitio! El lugar estaba sucio, y el bar de ensaladas era comestible, en el bar de ensaladas y es mi parte favorita de ir al Pizza Hut. Las pizzas llegaron lo más rápido posible, pero no hay mucho en el camino de ingredientes. No tuvimos tiempo de empezar a enviar cosas y vaguear, pero no he vuelto, y dudo que alguna vez lo hará.

My first visit to Pizza Hut in a few years, but in the past the food has always been reasonable and what I considered to be value for money. This time things were very different! On entry we didn't so much receive a greeting as a mumbled grunt from the senior, male member of staff. There was no welcome, eye contact, smile, or acknowledgement of any kind. We were seated without further comment and no suggestion that anyone would return to take a drinks order. We ordered after being seated for @ 10minutes and had our drink order taken at the same time. The restaurant wasn't busy, we were one of 6 tables. When the food arrived, my pizza was poor. It lacked any definable flavour and the chicken likened rubber strips of nothing, rather than what I was expecting. We were waited on by a young lady whose manner and attention was far better than her male colleague. I'm always happy to pay for good food, but there's no excuse for poor restaurant food, especially given the good quality of convenience/pre-prepared food these days. It was complete rubbish.

There are a lot of downs to this visit, so I'll start with the good things. 1) The unlimited salad is a joy as always, it's nice to have lot's to choose from and of course being able to go back. As are the drinks, the different options are great to choose from.2) The staff member who served us was extremely friendly and great to talk to, I'm only sorry I didn't catch his name, tanned lad with glasses and spiky hair if that helps. But he was sp apologetic that we had to wait for our cheesy fries that he gave us another one free of charge which was brilliant. He also helped fix our rickety table when asked.Now for the bits I wasn't to happy with:1) The value for money for me isn't worth it, I bought the individual Philly Cheese steak pizza on pan base, although it was nice It was tiny, 6 slices for £12.95 is far too much money.2) The speed of service. While we were offered free stuff for our wait on starters it took a long time for any staff member to acknowledge we wanted to be served at all, it took to us waving someone over before we were served, we weren't offered an apology for this either.3) The female toilets were disgusting, there was toilet paper and empty rolls everywhere, the floor was sticky with I think soap, the sinks were filthy and the sanitary bin was full to bursting, it wasn't very nice to visit.They were really the main issues for me but the price and toilet state really brought it down for me, I would consider going again if I had an offer or the prices went down and I would hope someone reading this at Pizza Hut as a good look at the toilets before I chance another visit.

Another excellent visit to this restaurant with the family, who all enjoyed their meals. The food is always very good, quick to arrive, piping hot and very tasty. Salads are lovely, varied and fresh and the staff are really friendly and attentive. The place itself is always spotless and it just has a really nice atmosphere. The lasagne is delicious and arrived on a long rectangular plate which made it even more appealing.

11th Feb (2017) was my first visit, we waited a little while to be seated but that's expected on a Saturday. Our server Joanner was lovely, very, chatty, polite & friendly, she never seemed to want to get away from us even though it was very busy! She gave us plenty of time to look at the menu & explained a few things to me (there was so much on there i got confused with it all!) The manager Ian was amazing too so polite, chatty & friendly & even got in on a selfie with me & my friend! The atmosphere was ok, it was quite noisy but there again it was a Saturday! Our food arrived piping hot & fairly quickly - it was delicious & the FREE UNLIMITED salad went down a treat.

I went to Pizza Hut for a friends 18th birthday on Saturday,everything was great we were served by Aaron he was a young man with glasses he did everything to make sure we had a good time 10/10 for service

We attempted to go here today, after booking a bowling lane for 6pm we decided to go in here to kill a couple of hours, and because the kids enjoy the food, my partner popped in to book a table for 4.30pm, after I'd tried online and couldn't book one till after 7pm, he was told it wasn't a problem for 5 adults 2 children. After staying in the arcades at Hollywood bowl and having a coffee we made our way to the restaurant, the queue was out the door, so my partner went to ask the waitress about our "booked" table, not only was he very rudely spoken to by other customers, but he was then told our "booking" was only a considered one, if they weren't too busy, I work in a busy restaurant and if someone makes a table booking it's a definite thing, not a considered one.We stood outside debating what to do to then watch a group of around 30 people walk straight in to the front of the queue and be seated at an obviously "booked" table, the service was absolutely abysmal and so were the extremely rude customers, how people get through every day life talking to people the way they do is beyond me!! We generally try and visit Pizza Hut once a month as the kids do enjoy it, but never again after today.But hey ho, we had a lovely meal at frankie and bennys over the road!!

Went after bowling , was packed we had to que out the door but well worth the wait the pizzas are delicious and the guy that checks you in and shows you to your table was brilliant at getting the waiting time down , he never stopped , when he wasn't seeing to the que he was clearing the tables as every one was else was busy . Very impressive , love the food worth the wait . My only gripe was with the customers they could see people waiting to be seated and were just sat around with one coke between 6 of them when they had finished there meal. Don't know if it's just me and how I've been brought up but if your done have some decency and get out so someone else can get in. Just ignorant some people . My comment has no reflection on Pizza Hut cos they arnt gonna tell you to hurry up .but I'm sure when they are as busy as they were they would like to.

Can't fault the pizzas in the Hut - no matter where you go, but the facilities at the teesside park branch are not good at all! The toilets have always been horrible here, but at the moment they are broken, leaking and smelly!

I got back from a trip away and we popped in for lunch.Great with the all you can eat pizza and buffetDecent selection and great service.Really enjoyed it.

Visited here last Sunday with my teenage daughter and her friend. We had a short wait for a table, and then given a table in a quiet area of the restaurant as I explained both children had autism. We were told to help ourselves to the unlimited salad bar and the kids to the unlimited soft drinks. The kids enjoyed making a mix of the different sodas on offer and there was a substantial choice of salad choices! There was a reasonable wait for the pizza and sides, given the restaurant was extremely busy and the food was top notch! All staff were very pleasant, will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

this is the first time I have been to a Pizza Hut and was pleasantly surprised. A salad bar! The food was good and the service brilliant. It was clean and was being cleaned regularly. The menu was varied.

We arrived and there was no one else waiting and loads of free tables. It took 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us stood there and they said we just need to clear a table for you?? Me and my daughter counted 10 free tables just in 1 section.?? We waited and waited then were then took to a table that had been free the whole time we were stood waiting for one to be cleaned. The wait to order then began and after eventually ordering the food was quite quick and very nice but again we waited a very long time to order desert and another long wait to pay all in all we spent almost 3 hours in there and most of that was waiting. I'd understand if it was busy but it wasn't it seemed like many other tables were getting in fed and out in a reasonable time and we were just sat trying to get someone's attention I love Pizza Hut but won't be returning to this branch as this isn't the first time this has happened other branches are ran so much better and customer focused.

We came here to relive the old birthday treats, we both had the pizza buffet and salad and as always it was gorgeous. There was loads of different pizzas to choose from, pepperoni, had and pineapple, margarita, Bbq and vegetarian are he ones I remember. Well worth the money we paid

Love going to this pizza hut buffet as there is always so much choice and the pizzas come out fresh and piping hot. I was a little disappointed in the York (Pavement Street) buffet when I visited earlier this month so was delighted when this buffet was good as always. Its nice to have pieces of garlic bread as well as the pizza. My favourite pizza from the buffet is the one with BBQ sauce, chicken, and onions.

Service was crap.. Waited ages to be seen too! The waitress couldn't crack a smile overall not happy! As it was my friends birthday!

This Pizza Hut has gone down hill massively over the years. I find the staff the last time I visited two/ three years ago terrible we were seated at a dirty table with water all over the floor. I said sorry I can't sit here, there is water all over the floor and they just laughed and said that there wasn't. I visited again this week, and still no change with the service, staff saw us waiting but did not come over then when we were shown our seat, the waitress said "yeah just grab the menus". I find the staff shocking, the food is just Ok nothing to shout about. This place used to be great, I think it needs looking at now.

Visited with my son today for tea before the cinema, my sons pizza was OK just a pepperoni nothing to shout about and not much pepperono, i had the philli steak pizza and im sorry to say the steak was paper thin overcooked and not pleasant and my garlic bread sticks were undercooked and soggy Not a brilliant visit

I have visited Pizza Hut at Teesside Park on many occasions for their buffet. It is located between the cinema and bowing alley. There is loads of parking space outside so there is never a problem at getting parked. I go for the lunch time buffet which is always fresh as is the salad bar. Get the refillable soft drinks option and you can choose which drink you want from the tap. Plenty of sauces also available on the table. Staff always friendly. I will continue to visit this Pizza Hut when possible

We visited this Pizza Hut on the recent bank holiday Sunday at 9.55pm, just before they were due to close. We knew we would be chancing it, but we thought if we ordered takeaway then it would be fine, which it was. We were greeted warmly by a server and then the guy who dealt with us at the till was fantastic - very friendly, helpful and thorough (to the point where he made suggestions and recommendations which were beneficial) and we were even treated to free drinks whilst we waited for our order. Great service and a clean restaurant - worth a visit and well done to the team!

Visited here we were both hungry if you come on the evening it can be a little busy and you will have to wait for a seat ,the food is always nice and the salad bar is free to visit ,we get the bottomless coke they give you a glass and you fill your own ,there is. Tasty drink with no sugar but there Is a host of flavours available

We ate here last night after bowling. The good is far too expensive for what you get and the service is terrible. The waiter was a real misery. Since this place opened the toilets have always stank strongly of urine and last night was no exception, I think the staff must have a really bad sense of smell. The lack of hygiene caught up with me about 3am with really bad food poisoning...you don't need details. £49 totally wasted and a hour on the toilet as a consequence. Never again.

Regularly use this hut, always great service and food. One point to make is the size of the restaurant and the layout. I've been to other stores in the north east which have been refirtted are much better in both layout and decor. The buffet, in this store is far too small and the one drinks station clearly not right for the amount of customers queuing. Those in power need to seriously look at these problems or they'll loose to the other business on the park.Saying that I'll still be back.

We'd been talking about going out for a meal, but it was getting difficult.SoInstead we ordered food online via the web with immediate pickup.On the pizzas we got a deal and we were able to build are own. Even splitting them in two and having different toppings on each side.Turned up at pizza hut and saw all the people queuing to get in. It felt strange walking past them. Within a couple of minutes our order was ready and they were cooked to perfection.Will definitely do that again. We really enjoyed the food.

Ordered a delivery, upon collection I was told it was going to be late so was asked to take a seat and help myself to a free drink whilst I waited. After waiting over 10 mins, approx 20 mins after order was due for collection I was told me order had been ready all along. No genuine apologies or offer of reduction in food cost. Food was fine but let down by poor customer service. Go to dominos instead who'll give you a discount if food is late.

Lovely staff. Quick service. Even though a pizza was missed off the order the staff apologies and brought the missing pizza out in a few minutes. Good was lovely. Thank you for helping my sons birthday special. :)

Disgusting. Visited with my family, poor hygiene in the toilets and the salad bar was a let down. Some lettuce and beetroot is not a salad bar.

The food was warm, the big heros tuna wrap resembled something I'd feed my cats, we were offered an alternitive meal but saw no point in swapping it for something equally as discussting. The restaurant was filthy, there was more salad on the floor than on the actual salad bar and trying not to break your neck on the vast amount of chocolate eggs and ice cream which had joined the salad all over the floor was not an easy task!The stench and condition of the ladies toilet was so stomach churning that i chose to stop of at the macdonalds on my way home and use thiers ( they are cleaned and checked every hour)Will never go to pizza hut agian from this experience. i

We recently visited Pizza Hut for lunch to try the new Philly cheese steak pizza. Was well worth the visit. Instead of a tomato or bbq based pizza, it was a be hazel sauce with peppers, onions and steak slices. We shared a large and ordered a side of fries. Would highly recommend. The hut gets busy so would recommend booking if going peak time.

We went on a busy Saturday afternoon after going to the cinema. Despite the line of people waiting for a table I just needed a take out meal with 2 small children with me and had not done this here before. I went to the waiting area and I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I even used a voucher and the food arrived within 10 minutes and tasted great. They also offered free drinks while we waited was great and it was so refreshing to be treat like a valued customer.

Great value using NUS student discount, even more so using the incredible 2 for 1 offer you get with EVERY receipt! All of the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The food is 5*! I'd recommend stuffed crust every time and go for either the margherita or BBQ Americano, then have ice cream or cookie dough for desert. The free salad is also very nice.

I visited with my friend on a Friday evening. We seemed to time our visit well and only waited 10 minutes for a table. After this a huge queue had formed. This place gets very busy!We ordered re-fillable soft drinks and they were brought over. The waitress explained if we wanted re-fills we'd need to go over to the drinks machine. This was fine, but the trouble with this was there was only one machine and the restaurant was packed. Also, the machine was located near a staff till and the equally as busy takeaway collection point meaning visiting a very congested area when we needed more drinks. Nevertheless, the touch screen drink selector was fun and there were all sorts of drinks to choose from. My friend had cherry flavoured 7-Up!We ordered a special deal for £24.99. Including 8 slices of pizza (4 slices of 2 flavours), garlic bread, 2 other starters that we could pick ourselves and a sharing cookie dough dessert. This also came with free salad bowls (again, self serve which was fine).Food arrived quickly and was very hot and tasty. The service was fantastic too.This restaurant is very child friendly, but there were a mixture of families and couples young and old enjoying themselves. Will definitely go back.

Really nice food, went when the buffet was on but the restaurant is small so it gets very busy and tight for space, it either needs a refurb or reorganising where everything is. Helpful, friendly staff.

Come here with a group of friends for my birthday ! After taking at least 20 minutes for anyone to even offer us a drink ! One of my friends and I decided we would share a pizza ! I asked if we could have half tomato base and half BBQ which they said was fine ! Then when the pizza arrived not only did mine have a BBQ base but also had it squirted all over the top !! now I'm not one to complain in a restaurant especially as this has been a genuine mistake and they kindly offered to make me a new one which I thanked them for but said not to worry as it would take a while . they insisted that it would take 5 minutes and they couldn't have me sat not eating whilst the other 9 were. 30 minutes later they came over and asked if any of my friends needed a take out box as they needed the table ! Then they brought my full pizza out in a take out box and didn't even look at me ! When I was moaning to a friend that I may as well have ordered a take away a very rude girl who worked there snapped at me "what's your problem" I was astonished ! Shocked, i replied "what's my problem ? My problem is that you have brought my full meal out at the end of the night in a box and said you need the table I could have ordered a take away" she snapped back "well you won't have to pay for that pizza" to which I said "I hope not" the girl gave me the most disgusting look and still no apology ! I left on my birthday with a cold pizza and feeling annoyed ! I then proceeded to phone complaints who agreed that this was shocking and that there had been a number of problems ! She asked if I had been let off without paying or the whole party ? I advised that it was just my pizza I still had to pay for my drink ! She too was disgusted and stated that it was simply not acceptable to which she offered me a £10 voucher ? Which I accepted but found very insulting ! However as the ladies job is to deal with complaints she did very well fobbing me off with a £10 voucher and is probably getting a pat on the back !! This happened Saturday I'm still yet to receive my insulting £10 voucher !

Got here at a really busy time and managed to get the last table available. We're warned when we sat down that it may take a while to be seen as the guy serving our area had a lot of newly arrived customers in his area (why not send someone else whose customers were already eating to help him then?!), he turned up after about ten minutes and was very pleasant. All meals were correct and arrived quite quickly, well done him.

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime with my 7year old granddaughter. The child's menu offering pizza, salad, and ice cream with unlimited drinks for £4.99 is a bargain and filled up a hungry child. The pizza is absolutely what you would expect from a chain, not exactly delicious but adequate. The service was good, swiftly seated and no hanging around looking for someone to pay your bill on departure.

I haven't visited a Pizza Hut in years and I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this branch a couple of weeks ago. The service was very friendly and attentive throughout. The salad bar was freshly stocked before and during our visit ( 5.30 on a week night).I ordered a spicy thin crust pizza and it was delicious! My friends was just as tasty!We both had deserts and they were good also. It's not the cheapest pizza place but we felt as though it was value for money overall as we were pleased with everything.

food and selection pretty much the same as it was 15-20 years ago. Not disappointed though. Service was good and quick to serve at an optimum time pre cinema (mid evening). Self serve hasnt changed and there was some food debris on the floor. Perfect for what I had expected it to be though - new food options on the menu too. Self serve drinks were a bit like being on one of those package hols (shiver!) where there is only one machine doling out the drinks - Goodness knows what would happen if it broke at such a busy time. I would visit again - though I would give the nearby cinema a swerve until it has a refurb.

I took my daughters and her friend to the restaurant back in October for her Birthday. The staff were very helpful, the selection for the kids meal was super they had two menus one for younger children and one for the older ones which was great because my daughters are 5, 9 and 12 years old, the menu even included chips which came in a nice cute little silver bucket!, My pizza was really nice a thin crust with a generous amount of topping and a little amount of cheese, just how I ordered it, also the garlic bread was really nice. The salad was good and my girls loved the choice and the idea of helping yourself. My youngest loved the icecream at the end of the meal. I think has a treat this was a enjoyable tasty meal and I think it was worth the money. I will definetly visit again , one because of the experience and two because it is local.

We finished our day out here as she likes Pizza.The store was clean and bright, they had been busy as it was half term. All staff were on the ball to any requests, and our order was fulfilled in good time. Plenty to eat from menu choices and salad bar was excellent and well topped up. Brilliant well done everyone.
