The food was brilliant I had the unlimited salad and pizza and had bottomless drinks and enjoyed a nice ice cream factory

Went for lunch with my grandchildren and unfortunately one of the children has a brain condition that paralysis him , he was fully paralyzed just after we placed our order, I would like to say massive thank you to all staff that were helpful, respectful and did everything they could to help us , really appreciate all your kindness, they even made him a pasta box for when he recovers thanks so much

If I could leave a 0 Star I would do that. Went here with my Wife for lunch today, it opens at 11:30, granted, we got there at 11:33 and the doors were locked but all the lights were on inside and out and a 'We're Open' sign on the door. My Wife rang them and a girl answered, my Wife asked if they're open and the girl replied "Yes", my Wife said "oh, well your door is locked"? Girl replied "oh Sorry we didn't realise, we'll open it". Ten mins later Still no one opened up, so we drove off to spend our money elsewhere, definitely Won't be returning!!!

Food quality was great. Pizza’s not greasy at all. Toppings were fresh. Salad bar was fresh and well topped up. Kids loved making their own ice cream and helping themselves to drinks and salad bar. Also used a discount code to get £15 off when spending £50.

For a kids birthday, this works great. The kids menu is really good value and with bottomless drinks and make your own ice-cream included, it ticks all the boxes. I don't go expecting special levels of service or the most amazing pizza I've ever eater. Mainly because you don't get that at these prices. On the whole, food was tasty, arrived quickly, good value and staff are pleasant enough. Special shout out to one waitress (whose name I'm sorry to say I can't remember). She sorted out food order confusion without a fuss, even when one one thing was my fault. Sorry I can't remember your name, but hopefully the nice tip I gave you to say thanks let you know you were appreciated. In summary, if you have a kids birthday or just a group of kids looking for food after ice skating, at about £8 or £9 a head for salad, pizza, side, drink and ice cream, you can't go wrong.

Oh my goodness! They dont take your order you have to scan the QR code and do it yourself, cashless system. The app asks if you want to leave a tip before you have had any service. Of which you don't get. Food ok but extortionate. I would have walked out if we hadn't promised the boys but i guarantee we wont be going again.

This restaurant is located at the shopping area near the ice rink and close to the train staation. They operare the all you can eat buffet until 3pm on weekdays. The staff were constantly busy but apart from taking my order, didn't interact until they gave me a warm farewell. The food was as you might expect (access to the salad bar is included) but what was disappointing was that I needed to point out to them that the diced beetroot had gone off. In fairness to the staff they did change it immediately. The drink machine is serve yourself soft drinks and the ice dispenser wasn't working. That said, the drinks were quite cold without. Good for an "all you can eat" meal without frills

Popped in here last weekend for lunch. Hoping to have the buffet we were surprised to see the price increases since we last came. So at weekend if you want the buffet, it’s £14.99 for the salad and pizza ( no drink ) or £19.99 for the salad pizza and ice cream ( no drink ) It’s cheaper in an authentic Italian restaurant ! It used to be a good value place to come ?? My husbands pizza arrived a good 10 mins before ours so he had finished when ours arrived. ( we chose not to have the buffet) It was lovely and fresh when it did though and the staff are always lovely in here. And for once it was quiet with no kids hurtling around the place screaming whilst their parents sat chatting oblivious !

Do not eat here!! Prices are outrageous! Service is not existent unless you are friends with the staff then by all means happy to help, will even sit at your table with you and ignore all the other customers whilst shouting across the "restaurant" to them when seating other groups. Food was terrible only reason it was eaten was because we didn't want to waste money. Had to get out own takeaway boxes because staff were too busy sitting down. Pizza hut has gone to crap will never eat at another again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS My partner and I have just had a horrendous experience at this Pizza Hut and I would advise everyone to steer clear of it. The waitress had what seemed to be no customer service training whatsoever as she seemed more focused on, what I can assume, a regular customer/friend and neglected everyone else in the restaurant. No check back done and no final checks to see if everything was okay. On top of that you pay over the top for mediocre food and a stale salad bar (honestly ASDA's pizzas are better and half the price) In the end I was serving myself when we were requiring a takeaway box (not leaving the pizza ((that we paid an extortionate amount for)) even though it was very poor) so we could leave. Save your money and get a pizza from pretty much anywhere else as you end up being your own server and have to pay through the nose for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT

Absolutely shocking all round. Service was appalling, more interested in chatting with one another. Food was horrendous and the prices even worse. Then to top it off was told it was online card payment only ! Used to love coming here pre Covid but certainly will not be returning .

Needed somewhere fairly quick so tried Pizza Hut. It was quiet so had our pick of the tables Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in a long time so we were pleasantly surprised to see how it was decorated and set out Staff were very nice and helpful The pepperoni thin pizza was lovely The pan meat feast was also Didn’t give it a 5 star because for £6.49 the size of the dessert was disgraceful ! It was the ‘can’t believe it’s not cheesecake one’ and it was tiny !! Tasted lovely but not worth £6.49

Visited piza hut Blackburn for lunch we had the buffet which was good. Covid rules were in place and being correctly adhered to. We were served by Melissa who was a credit to the restaurant such a lovely young lady who made sure we enjoyed our visit.

I visited here today for Lunch. No Members of Staff were about so I walked in & sat down. After a few minutes, a Chap approached (not wearing a Mask ) & asked if I was being seen to. I told him no. He then said he would send the Girl over. After a few minutes, she arrived (also not wearing a Mask) & I told her I was having the Buffet. She then walked away. After waiting a while, I could see her messing around in the Kitchen so I approached & asked for a Plate so that I could eat something. There were only 2 types of Pizza available & neither had a description on them. Major concern for me as I'm a Vegetarian. Luckily I guessed correctly. As I went looking for a Member of Staff to actually pay, I was informed that I could only pay by Card & that I had been told that on Arrival by the Greeter ! There had been no Greeter on arrival & I found it extremely insulting to be called a Liar ! I will not be attending here again.

Popped in just on the off chance was just looking for a quick bite to eat but ended up having the buffet have to say that it was great value and very good service and good food will definitely be back and everything was very fresh so all in all 10/10 from me 👍👍👍👍👍

Over the years I've visited many Pizza Hut restaurants on my travels around the UK, and this was very much a typical one. I visited about 14:30 on a weekday afternoon, and was pleased to find that the buffet was still open (until 15:00). The restaurant was very quiet with just a few other tables occupied and my waitress was very helpful in explaining how to use the app. It's a bit of a faff having to do it all thorugh the app, and pay as you order, and I'm glad that I didn't want an extra coffee or a dessert to have to repeat the process (or that I was ordering for a larger group of people). The buffet comprised about half a dozen pizzas, some of which had obviously been around for a while and had dried out and become lukewarm, but the 'chef' assured me he'd be bringing fresh pizzas out imminently, and he did. All very typical PH pizzas. I didn't have to use the loos, so can't comment on them, but for me this was very much a bog standard Pizza Hut experience.

Gone downhill. Toilets dirty, salad bar a mess, drinks station a mess and a huge backwards step having to order via an app. Had to get my third choice pizza as they didn’t have jalapeños or pineapple. The app can’t tell you that tho so you go round in circles thinking you’re going mad as you can’t find the Hawaiian. Staff are miserable and the pizzas are average at best. Kids enjoyed it but they don’t have a critical eye. We won’t be returning, loads of Italians around that offer far better pizza and service

I called a while before setting off asking if we needed to book I was told I could just walk in. We turned up and the place was very busy. We had a 3 and 2 year with us. We were stood waiting for a table for ten mins. I asked a staff member nearby if we had a wait to be seated and she said someone would be with us soon. Someone eventually came and said we would be waiting an hour for a table for 6. A waitress nearby was clearing a table and the lady dealing with us said we should be able to squeeze in there, i could see the waitress clearing the had shaking her head saying no. The lady dealing with us said she would check with a manager. The manager came over and said they were too busy and there was a long wait for tables and didn’t have enough staff to deal with the amount of people in the restaurant. They were two smaller tables not together that were empty so i asked to be seated on those but he said that he didn’t have enough staff. Why don’t you get more staff then!!! There were obviously few tables they were busy so didn’t want to take more people in and were making excuses. I’d avoid at busy times!

After spending the day in Blackpool we decided to bring the kids here as a treat for the start of the new academic year. The food was lovely including the salad bar (might be worth noting that quite a lot of it had ran out and no one appeared to be refilling it). Service was friendly and efficient and even allowed us to take the last slices of pizza home. Will be back

We got greeted very kindly and taken to our table. Terrific very quick and efficient. As we sat down got the menu given and we decided fairly quick on what we wanted. That's where the downfall begins, I had to wait 10mins till someone came to take our order. Staff seen us sitting and waiting but decided to clear tables up and it wasn't even that busy. Very poor service as my little one was impatient so I had to stand and walk over to someone to come and take the order. Very quick at the beginning and slow between the middle and guess what when it was payment time they at your table like a blink. Dissapointed.

To come Blackburn pizza hut after work starving ordered our food and as pizza hut is well knows for they fantastic salad bar what a disappointment nothing was there other than sweet corn..told staff to fill it up 3 times they put more sweet corn and crisp no cheese no salsa...the attitude on the staff members is disgusting no customer service at all

This is a good Pizza Hut, they have never got our order wrong, the salad bar always looks fresh and refilled and the staff are polite.

I really do like pizza huts food however there service is horrendous we have finished our food and have been waiting for someone to clear us for 30 mins the staff are stood by the door chatting whilst we are sat waving at them to get there attention they were then very rude when we asked if we could have our desserts now I won’t be returning.

I took my son (11) and twin nieces (3) yesterday for lunch before a cinema trip. We had great service from our waitress and the food was hot and fresh, we were only the second group in if the day, all had salads, twins had cheesy pasta and son had a pizza and ate it all up. Ice cream factory hadn’t been switched on so was producing milk froth but the manager sorted this quickly. Toilets were clean and well stocked and the wait was minimal. It’s not a cheap trip but it was enjoyable.

I come here a few times a month, food is great. Staff are friendly. Everything seems to be clean. I usually go for a Hawaiian, all- American pizza, always tastes spot- on.

on a saturday night i can certainly understand the rush however, being stood in the queue for 20 minutes, seeing plenty of empty tables for two people, me and my boyfriend we very disappointed with the service. One blondie seemed to walk up and down simply to look busy to her bosses i guess. and what was disappointing is that they did not offer student discount on fridays or saturdays, which will prevent me from coming here again. we would have gone elsewhere to eat but nandos and frankie and bennies had 40 minute waits for tables, BUT when our sharers pizza did arrive, it was delicious!

I decided on going to Pizza Hut yesterday for the first time with my sister as she spoke highly of her experiences at Pizza Hut before (not the one in Blackburn as neither of us had been here before). We stood in the door way waiting to be seated, as I am sure that is the custom here, and had to wait a small while whilst 2 workers chatted right in front of us. Once seated we only waited about 15 minutes for our order to be taken, but it was quiet when we came in. The guy who served us was pleasant. The pizza came out cold, I could only eat half because by the time I got to the second half of the pizza it was freezing. I wish somebody would have done a check back so this could have been sorted. I mustn't have been the only person with an issue with the food as another server brought a 'recook' to our table of somebody else's food. We waited over half an hour for our plates to be cleared, no question on how our food was or if we could have anything else so I asked for a dessert, everything was fine with that, you can't really muck up cookie dough, and it was much hotter than my pizza! We waited another 25 minutes or so for that plate to be cleared and our bill until we gave up. A family of 4 next to us had come and gone and another table of 3 people at one point were being attentively waited on my 3 members of staff, some bringing food, some taking plates and the other perhaps just standing there. When we got up to the till to get the bill there was 2 girls stood in the salad area chatting and not working, knowing fine well we were waiting by the till. The manager came out, looked directly at us and went and joined in conversation with the girls!! We had been stood here 5 minutes or so, whilst 3 workers in front of us were doing absolutely nothing! There was one girl running about on the floor by herself and by this point it was quite busy. I eventually went over and asked to pay. It was just shocking service. Try hiring people who actually want to work for you Pizza Hut, including the management because there is a frankie and bennys across the road and a Nando's right next to the cinema, I've been to both and both provide really good service and really good food!

Upon arrival we were given a scripted statement telling us that they didn't have half the menu in the building, leaving us with the choice of literally cheese and tomato pizza. Staff were nice enough but wouldn't return.

I've got to admit, it was very good again! I love the Pizza Hut brand, I always have. This place remembers to tick the boxes: Clean - yes. Full salad bar - yes. Good serivce - yes. Perfect Pizza - yes. Nobody came to ask if we were happy with our meals, they usually do. Perhaps they spotted us devouring our Pizza and they just thought "They're good!" I come to pizza hut often. I always enjoy coming to any pizza hut, their isn’t always something that annoys me, but yesterday when visiting, as usual bit of a wait, no problem, everything was okay, until my pizza came, i ordered the sharing pepperoni with half paprika shredded chicken, it looked like shredded dead octopus on my pizza, i had one small ‘shred’ of the chicken and it was total bland i tasted nothing. Very disappointed in this as it sounded good, definitely needs some work as its new to the menu, wouldn’t recommend this until they learn how to cook it. The manager came to us, and was more than polite and didn’t charge us for the topping, as we refused to pay, because we had took all the ‘chicken’ off. Other than that pizza hut is always a good time out.

You know what you are getting with pizza hut but what made this place particuarly good was the staff. All very friendly , happy and ready to go out of their way to help on a busy Saturday night.

La última vez que visitó Blackburn salí del lugar como el personal parecía tener ningún interés. En esta visita, aunque dos años desde la anterior visita me alegra decir que el personal era muy bueno, servicio rápido y amable. Al final de la comida que se ofreció a preparar la pizza para llevar a casa. Ha mejorado mucho en mi última visita.

Visited on Saturday evening and was surprised to see how quiet it was. There were only 2 other tables occupied. Waitress was lovely and very attentive, service was quick, pizza was tasty but the whole place needs a clean. Table was sticky, chairs were sticky, the floor under our table was covered in food. Like I say, it was dead, there's no excuse.

Went to Pizza Hut in Blackburn for my daughters birthday, the pizza that I ordered had a long black hair in it (I am blonde) they said they would re-make us a fresh one and also knock the price off the pizza bill. The sweet potato fries were raw the pizza was also under cooked. When I came to pay for the bill they said I had to pay for the pizza as they made us a fresh one. I'm very disappointed and will not be visiting this place again.

Arrived for our meal at around half 7. Was sat straight down at a table, host was lovely no problems there.Drinks order was taken quite promptly by our waiter Molly but this is where it went down hill. Our drinks arrived about 3 minutes later but it took another 10 minutes after this for our food order to be taken.Food arrived in good time for a busy Sunday and we ate till we were stuffed. However we then sat at our table for 40 minutes waiting for our waiter to come back after she'd asked us had we finished (we said no come back in around 5 minutes after wed tried to eat some more) before we were asked again about our food which we were taking away. Once the bill arrived she said she hadn't charged us for the drinks wed had as we didn't have a desert (had ordered the sharer platter) paid and leftNot very happy with the service at all, was in the restaurant for a total of 1 and a half hours, not impressed. this is the worst place I have ever eaten. the restaurant floor was filthy, there was spills and food all over the floor. we waited ages to be seated even though there was empty seats. then they took ages to take our order. when the food came my husbands order was wrong and had mushrooms on , so as we had waited long enough he sat and picked them off. there was screaming kids running all over the place and one knocked a drink off the couples table who was sat behind us. absolute nightmare! place was like a playground

Went out with my friend for a meal and the service was horrendous! The staff are rude and don't know how to speak too a costumer, the restaurant wasn't busy and it took 15 minutes for someone to take my order, there was no staff around to help me with my problem so I had to wait till a member of staff came out even though I could see them hanging around in the back, they charged me extra when the menu said a different price, I asked the staff a question but she would just walk of and ignore me, I thought it was really rude and it needs to be improved I wouldn't recommend this place and i know for sure I won't be going there again.

being a franchise may be its just standard food but I am really impressed with their service. Especially when dealing with my kids they are always really friendly and accommodating. Could do with a bigger Ice cream variety but otherwise good food!

I have visited this restaurant a number of times in the past with family members, but after a visit this afternoon before going to the nearby Vue cinema, such was our genuine disappointment with our visit experience i felt compelled to post an honest review. On arrival we were not promptly shown to a table, and after waiting patiently were given no choice of table, although the restaurant was less than 50% occupied. The member of staff that eventually came to take our order seemed generally disinterested in her work, and failed to provide knives & forks, napkins or salad bowls and forgot to bring the drinks we ordered. The garlic bread starter arrived at best just warm and very " limp " and not nice and crispy as it should be and has been on past visits. The pizza's we ordered were eatable but not as hot as we would like, with this being compounded by being provided with a cold plate !. On a visit to the toilets I was met with an entrance door to the Ladies that had been jammed in an open position, cubicle doors that could not be properly locked, and toilet roll dispensers that did not operate correctly. So overall our visit can only be described as VERY disappointing, and it is the first time that i have NEVER provided a Tip on paying my bill in ANY restaurant !!With Nando's soon to open next door, Pizza Hut really needs to " get its act together " or it will really struggle to attract any repeat business going forward !

Went as a works do for someone that was leaving.Service provided was pretty good and food was always available in the buffet section.Quality of food was second to none, although their drinks leave a lot to desire. Mostly watered down pop which didn't taste brilliant.

I decided to visit the pizza Hut restaurant yesterday with my son and because we didn't have to long we decided to have the buffet but what a bad choice there was hardly any pizza there then when it did come out it was all vegetarian pizzas and when the meat one came out all the other customers went running to the hotplate and got 3 slices each when I got there it had all gone, my bill cost £20 and I feel it is not good value for money as a result I will now choose to spent £20 elsewhere.

Love pizza hut. The cookie dough has me hooked! The service can be slow at times but not significantly and to be fair the food is worth the wait. The staff are very friendly but could possibly attempt to make themselves more available. Nonetheless, i wont hold back on returning love the food.

The husband and I came here for a meal on the 20/7/16 and the food was amazing. We could not fault an issue with the food at all. The service was also amazing the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this place for food when in the area you will see for yourself what we mean. When we come to Manchester again we most definitely be coming back.

3 of us arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 for a quick meal before going ice skating nearby. We were seated promptly and left with some menus. We were offered no drinks for 25 minutes after our arrival which, after a long car journey wasn't very pleasing. We eventually got bored of waiting to be served so we asked a waitress if we could order and were told she would get a colleague to complete our order, which took another 10 minutes. Pizzas arrived which were of standard quality. Once we had finished our meal, we waited a further 30 minutes for someone to clear our table and once again had to ask a member of staff for pizza boxes and our bill. The waitress ignored our request and continued to converse with her colleague at the counter for a further 20 minutes whilst other staff just walked straight by us. We eventually got our coats on and stood at the till to ask for boxes and our bill. The restaurant was left in a disgusting mess by parties who has left soon after our arrival and there had been no attempt to clean these areas. Very disappointing service and a lot of time wasted in a not very friendly environment. Very disappointing.

The kids menu is very good value, you can get a main, side, unlimitted salad, a drink and a pudding, all for about £6.....The adults menu however is the opposite, Pizzas are very expensive, the sides to go with them are too...I would take my kids, but would not pay that much for a pizza again, when there are shops all over town that will do good pizzas for a third of the price!

Went recently wth my family for some lunch whilst my car was being serviced it was an all you can't eat which was ideal with having kids.. Overall the food was good until I found an hair on the pizza from the girl behind the counter. I told a member of staff who was happy to deal with the complaint and issue us a £5 voucher to use on the next visit

Who doesn't love Pizza Hut. Been twice in the recent week had the pizza sharer that's great had one between 2 was soooo much had to take desert home. 2nd time had it between 3 and was still a struggle to eat. Staff are really friendly all of them and nothing is to much effort. The nachos were out on the salad asked if there was any more and instantly refilled no issue at all. Actually really like this Pizza Hut clean friendly and Delish.

I have visited this restaurant many times with my kids and they always do their best to make is easy for me if i am on my own... place is clean (for a family place!) salad bar could be stocked faster and the ice cream factory is rather wanting compared to other pizza huts but hopefully it will improve..?

yo lads i'm back with another review. i been ere a couple times for birthdays and w/e these young kids are doin nowadays... i love a cheeky free salad... and by salad, i mean a bowl full of nachos with salsa... me and the lads hate anythin healthy so we love having the grease drippin thin pizza from this crib - altho unless its 'appy hour i ain't paying that much for this. otherwise, it's a good pizza mate. well worth it for 6 quid at happy hour but for like 30 quid? nah i'll just go postal. its a good place for bants and there is a drink machine where you can mix different types - IT'S GOT CHERRY COKE THO damnnnn son. my kids love it here and my gf cant resist a bite of my pizza ;) oh yeh btw i wouldnt recommend delivery cuz who wants 2 go 2 pizza hut just 2 get the pizza and leave

This was one of the worst pizza huts i have ever been to which the staff had no customer service skills whatsoever!! I went with my family for lunch on a sunday, first of all there wasnt that many people there and i still had to wait 15 mins to be seen to and be seated, secondly of i was with my nephew and we were waiting to be served, i asked the lady kindly if we could have a balloon for my nephew which she replied yes course, the waitress went of and we waited 15 mins we looked behind the waitress was just stood around chatting to another waiter, out food arrived after 20 mins, when the waitress came to give us our food she came with 2 plates no cutlery and said i will come and give you the rest of the plates, we waited for our plates and the waitress was no where to be seen, i then asked her again if we could have more plates and also the balloon she said she would get for my nephew, she went and got the plate and still no balloon, i then saw the waitress giving balloons to other kids, i then went upto the waitress and asked her why my nephew didnt still get his balloon after we asked for it twice, she then replied she had been busy cleaning and she was doing it now, (she wasnt cleaning she was stood around chatting). Our dessert took up to half hour 45 mins to come and then took agesto get our change.This was one of our worst experiences in pizza hut with the staff not mature enough or trained to deal with customers in an appropriate manner!!

Came here on a Saturday night after the flics expecting the yummy pizzas I remembered from my youth. We were underwhelmed on every front : quality and quantity were lacking. Didn't enjoy anything and won't be back to this one although may try another in the chain at some point.

Menu had new items on it that other branches haven't yet got added. Did wait to be seated and then waited a further 5/10 minutes to get orders taken but this can be looked past due to the business of the restaurant, it was absolutely heaving. Poor staff were rushed off their feet. Salad bar was replenished constantly with everything being super fresh and tasty. Pizzas arrived within good time considering how busy the place stayed. Again, pizzas were ridiculously fresh and bursting with flavour. Would return again if in or near the area.

The girl that served us at our table has awful personal skills, she didn't know the menu and just swapped the selection of sides we ordered to what they had in, as not my greatest Pizza Hut experience and I won't be going back to this one for sure!

The great thing and Pizza Hut is the consistency, reliable service and tasty food. Some nice options on the new menu and our shared deep pan pizza did not disappoint

This is one of our local 'Go to' fast food restaurants to take the children. Good food, cheap, very nice salad bar, nothing bad to say about it apart from it can get a bit noisy at times.

Visited this restaurant with three grandchildren. Restaurant was quite busy. Staff seemed very efficient and pleasant. Myself I was not that keen on the food. Free starter salad is ok. Main courses pizza for me was average. Children had chicken wraps which were not that good. Ice cream was self serve but the whipped stuff and I did not like the taste. Avoid the doughnuts they look like they have been micro waved. However to feed five for £45 with unlimited drinks is quite good. Go the large pizzas to share as they look better.

Last night my husband and I took out daughter to pizza hut for her choice of a birthday tea fully expecting a decent meal- our thoughts were that pizza hut should have gone up in the world, especially after an obviously expensive refurb!! Dont get me wrong, the place looked very trendy, but the customer service was shocking!! But then I suppose, how can you expect to leave a load of teenagers in charge of quite a busy night and expect them to cope?! Maybe it was the ONE large party that was in there that they couldnt cope with!So anyway, we sat down, ordered drinks, our daughter coloured in the book she had been give and we selected our choices for food. I ordered a gluten free seafood pizza with extra chilli, my husband ordered a BBQ Texan and our daughter ordered a chicken wrap off the kids menu (which can I add, come separate as a wrap and 3 pieces of chicken and they make this themselves meaning zero effort goes in from the kitchen!!)After 45minutes we were starting to get restless, she is 8 years old, had run out of things to do and was starving so at this point we chased the food. Nobody came back so 10 minutes later we chased again.... this carried on with the staff looking clueless until ONE HOUR AND TWENTY FIVE MINUTES LATER!!!! our food arrived and the gluten free pizza came wrong. The member of staff that came was told, extra chillis were ordered and her response was "well do you want them?!" (well no I didn't... that's why I ordered them!!!!- sarcasm!) so she proceeded to take the pizza back to the guy cooking the pizzas who must have been 19 years old (if that) and looked to be on his own - bad management!!The guy iun the kitchen shrugged his shoulders when the waitress took the food back then 5 mins later the pizza came back with chopped up fresh chillis thrown on the top - another bad point! We were then told it would be another 10 mins. By this point I had been waiting 2 hours for my food and just wasn't interested anymore. The "manager" then reluctantly came over.We explained the problem and he couldn't give a damn either. He actually said at one point "well I have got other customers y'know!!" whilst also shrugging his shoulders!! Shocking service once again. He did say... "well all I can do is apologise" Like a stroppy teenager who was being told to tidy his room. Anyway... eventually he came back and apologised again telling us he'd taken 50% off the food (£8) and taken the pizza (that we didn't get) off the bill. Why thank you very much!! Oh and a scrap of paper saying we would get £10 off our next visit!An absolute joke from start to finish!! We suggest that if you want to continue there, get some staff with some customer service and start treating your customers properly!!!!!

First ever visit to Pizza Hut well worth the money great choice of pizza with side orders plus unlimited salad love the idea of unlimited drinks as well good service good food will visit again

Came for a bite to eat after visiting the ice rink with my boyfriend and niece. Couldn't fault the staff who sorted out my niece with a colouring set and a balloon, and were efficient and the girl who took our order was lovely and cheerful (can't remember her name, dark hair, early twenties). Food was excellent and plentiful, will definitely return!

First visit late evening because other places closed. Good value cheap food but taste was ordinary. Service was OK by friendly staff.

Warm welcome, quickly seated, service fine although busy with a birthday party. Staff friendly and courteous. We didn't wait long for our order to arrive, piping hot and yummy!

Good standard of food ,nice and clean ,menu improved since the upgrade ,parking brilliant. Only thing that let them down is the size of the portions have become smaller and the prices have gone up . Would come again ,however as a treat tea ,it can cost close to seventy pounds for a family of four to have a main and a pudding which compared to other places is a bit steep .

We've been a few times over the past year for the lunchtime buffet, and the place is deffo much nicer since being refurbished. Costs just a few pence under £20 for two adults to have the buffet (all you can eat pizza & salad) and bottomless pops.During term time the place is great - everything is well stocked and once the lad making pizzas for the buffet said to let him know if there was anything we particularly fancied, as there were few enough people that he might as well be making something we definitely wanted.During school holidays the pizza and pasta runs out quicker than it can be prepared, clean plates become gold dust and the salad bar is always running low. I wouldn't return on another school holiday unless I had children with me.

Went here today with my daughter as a treat. 2 pizzas and 2 orange juices £26 so rather a dear treat. Food was ok and pizza base nice and thin but I had the fajita pizza and the beef was rather dry. Very empty so go at opening of 12 noon on a Sunday if you can. Staff polite and helpful and restaurant clean.

Staff very friendly , helpful and clean , pizza lovely I special like salad , music on and always plenty staff when busy and helpful
