Pizza Hut in Hillingdon

Amazing customer service and even better pizza. This Pizza Hut is an absolute staple. Always get the vegetarian bbq base. Just amazing.

Ordered for delivery, accepted payment and branch didn't deliver and didn't pick up their telephone. I'm now writing to CS to ask for a refund. Don't bother with this branch.

Ordered a Pizza to collect When i arrived i told them my name (same as on card used to pay) i told them what i ordered and how much the order cost i was then told i did not make the order or it was at a different brunch when i got home turned out i did make the order rang pizza hut they told me even after all the info i gave them they could not find my order i now have to ring customer service for a refund god knows how long that is going to take DOMINIOS NEXT TIME

I ordered click & collect today & the quality was very poor & the cost for a regular pan pizza with cheesy garlic bread was £18+ I did have extra topping of bacon & mushrooms & I counted about 4 bits of bacon. I won't be using puzzahut again.

Ordered 28 pizza's and 8 bottles of coke- Very fast delivery, staff were very polite and helpful, even gave us a few freebies!! 5 star service!! The reviews on this pizzahut are incorrect and are for a eat in pizzahut not far from this one!

These people are liars. Always get burnt food, or uncooked food. We only order Margarita and cookie dough as that is all we eat and they always manage to send one less cookie dough which is always burnt. Or no icecreams as they forget. The pizza is always either full of sauce which drips or a big amount of cheese which is not even melted. Never seen a Pizza hut this terrible. When you call and complain the only answer is you will get a free replacement next time you order and every time you call to claim it no one is aware , no notes and sorry we cannot help. LIARS not once but LIE every time.

Many years ago you would walk into a Pizza Hut and get a real treat. Happy staff would meet you at the door and you’d be met by a abundance of smiles and buzz. I walked into Pizza Hut with my young nephew to give him a lunch treat. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. 1. Staff. There was one. She looked like she was wanting to get out of there as quick as I was contemplating it. 2. The cook who I was guessing made the pizza looked like he come in for warmth. Hair, long hanging down his back and well certainly didn’t give you confidence that he was making what you were going to eat. 3. The place looked like a derelict warehouse. Cold, dark, had the atmosphere of a morgue. And absolutely FILTHY. Come on Pizza Hut. Senior management should make a unannounced visit and get this place disinfected. Not the Pizza Hut I use to frequent many years ago and quite utterly AWFUL. .

OFFICIAL COMPLAINT MADE - NO RESPONSE AT ALL BITE MARKS IN CUCUMBER - HAIR IN FOOD - WRONG ORDER - 1 HOUR WAIT Hello I am writing to you regarding the absolutely appalling level of service and awful food we received at you Hayes restaurant on Sat evening. We arrived at restaurant and the staff were friendly enough however extremely short staffed. We waited nearly an hour for the food, when it did come part of the order was wrong, the sheer quality of the food was appalling, the salad was dated – with dry cucumbers - AND A BITE MARK IN THE CUCUMBER - our chicken pizzas barely had one pieces of small shredded chicken per slice, and there was a hair embedded in one of our pizzas. I have been a customer here for some time however the quality of the food and service has really gone downhill and it is making me think twice about returning.

Called this Restaurant on a Saturday evening for a family meal would have spent over £50. First of all lady answered the phone to “hello” I thought I had the wrong number so asked”is this Pizza Hut” a reply of “yes”. Then was placed on hold 3 times for about 10minutes. Then I was then told sorry the manager is not taking orders as we are to busy. Absolutely crazy. I’ve never had a problem with Pizza Hut b4 other than delayed orders. But to turn customers away is crazy. Was going to order from the Pizza Hut restaurant down the road but have had problems b4 as they don’t honour or do the same deals. I also order pizzas for work and home life but will rethink this now.!!!!

Weren’t answering the phone and taking phone orders, went to the store, rude man on front of house. Food took 25 minutes to cook, no sauces were given and hardly any sauce on the pizza. Pizza wasn’t even cut or fully cooked. Worst Pizza Hut ever

I went yesterday with my family to this restaurant. First of all long waiting time, staff was ignoring us. The restaurant was very very dirty such as floor slippery, drink station full of spilled drinks, salad bowls dirty, The staff was not helpful at all. The plates were given wet to dry by myself. Staff body language very bad and were rude to us. Staff was angry as we could hear them by drying the cutlery. Loud sound while drying them.

Pizza never came on time . Went to a wrong address and after 20 min insisted pizza wasn’t cold . Staff abused me when asked why and was told I wanted a refund when I never did . Advise to use any other pizza shop than this one in hayes . In the past they have sent burnt pizza too .

Ordered for delivery from here the third time now, arrived over an hour late and cold. Second time got the wrong order, trying calling line is always busy so can’t do anything about the order. Never ordering from here again!! Rating it a 1 since theres no option for a 0!

Anytime I’ve been here with my family was always greeted by staff, enjoyed the food, always fresh pizza and unlimited salads which appears to be fresh and staff checking the pots to be full, the salad bowls are very small can hardly put any food in them, they’re more like ice cream bowls. The staff were always friendly and helpful, checking if we needed anything.

Ordered a pizza online,put on the delivery Instruction box "please phone when outside as we can't see you" (workplace delivery) pizza not turned up, no call, hour and a half later still no pizza and can t get through as they've left the line off the hook, awful service.

Went there for a late lunch with my kids. Asked for a medium pizza to share with my son and a small pizza for my other son. Instead got a large and a medium

Recently moved to the area , we have tried to order from here 3 times . 1st time pizzas cold and wrong order. 2nd attempt pizza soggy, topping stuck to box and a hair in the chicken , 3 attempt could not deliver for 3 HOURS . Staff on phone not well informed and rude . Only to be told manager was too busy to talk , he was sorting boxes . WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN

Well it says its a hut so dont expect fine dining as other do its simply a casual dining suits when there is a buffet on week days the staff works very hard here may be short staffed i did my daughters birthday

I visited this establishment some time ago. It was OK, not really in to Pizza. Pasta dishes are OK, but do not like the fact that the salads are open...

We all had a brilliant time, there were 8/9 children for her birthday, the staff went out of their way to make sure the children were having a good time, they made and chose their own toppings, balloons were given out, also they could help themselves to as much salad and ice cream as they wanted, they closed the restaurant for the two hours to the public, can't fault the food and staff at all.

Este pizza hut es como cualquier otro y por desgracia sufre los mismos problemas. El servicio es lento, principalmente debido a los bajos números de personal. Además el personal que están allí parecen ser bien formados y conscientes de lo que pasa. La comida está bien, pero nos decepcionó que la porción de masa de galletas compartir se ha reducido en tamaño y no es lo que una vez fue. Necesita su juego

Estoy absolutamente indignado y horrorizado con mi primera visita a esta Pizza Hut. Hice una orden telefónica para colección. 2 super pizza suprema de menos las aceitunas negras y guindillas. A la llegada a la persona me dio la pizza y me registré. Ver claramente que había en la aceitunas negras pizza le dije eso no es correcto. Él tomó la pizza, no se disculpó y me dijo que esperara. Después de esperar diez minutos él me entregó la pizza y me registré. A mi disgusto que tenía escogidas a mano fuera de la pizza las aceitunas que podía ver claramente! ¿Cómo puede un negocio como este? Sin quitar la carne fuera una pizza y decir que es vegetariano? Mi pareja es alérgico a las aceitunas y a recibir un servicio tan malo sin una disculpa era extremadamente chocante. Te he perdido mi tiempo y dinero a usted y a mi niños/huéspedes espera. Gracias Pizza Hut Hayes, realmente haciendo un gran trabajo representando a su empresa!

Llevé a mi Godson para un regalo. Nos sentaron enseguida.

Nos alojamos en el hotel al otro lado de la calle de este restaurante y pensamos en probarlo para un cambio. Nos recibieron con una sonrisa y el personal fue muy amable. La comida fue la pizza Hut habitual de tarifa . Disfrutamos de la ensalada y la pizza estaba bien.

Third visit in about a year - each time it was very good (I'm not a typical pizza-lover) the pizza fresh, well cooked with plenty of filling. Very nice fresh salad table. Lunchtime Special particularly good value

Cuando te r en medio de un largo viaje y llegar a ver Pizza Hut lo que sería su primera reacción - ¡guau! Exactamente y esto ocurrió con la gran pizza y ensalada ilimitada para mantenerte larga distancia. La única preocupación Pizza Hut ensalada no cambiar un poco en tantos años es hora que el Pizza Hut necesita pensar mejorando

been here several times, normally for special occasions like birthdays and xmas family days out. around lunch times is the best time to eat as its a all you can eat buffet. my favourite is the unlimited ice cream, yes i am a adult but i could eat ice cream all day.

Waited to be served and need to ask for plates after being given pizza, ask for spoons after ice cream melted. Waiters ignoring customers. Very poor customer service. Really disappointed by Pizza Hut, Hayes, the grapes.

very expensive for take-away, poor value when across the street they do twice the size for half the price of pizza hut.

Easy parking makes you want to visit this restaurant. Were greeted with a polite welcome and shown to our seats. Good clean place. The order was taken promptly and food served in exactly 15 mins. Pizza was just as we like it and the salad bar is always a welcome sign at Pizza Hut. No complaints at all.

Went to Pizza Hut on Monday, Hayes Middlesex.Worst service, worst experience in a long time. I love my pizza esp Pizza Hut. Pizza was the only good thing.Waitress forgot to take my order and when she did- she would forget.To busy, not enough staff and a dodgy stomach afterwards.
