Gobsmacked by the price! Hadn't been to a dine in Pizza Hut for years and won't be back any time soon. The cost of a 13" pizza was over £30!!! The same size pizza at a Pizza Express (which is a much higher quality restaurant), around £16-18. Pizza Express also do a dine in three course menu for £25. How can this price at Pizza Hut be justified? The staff were friendly and if it wasn't for the fact I was hungry, I would have just walked out. A lot of the facilities were very dirty. The floor needed a good sweep or vacuum. Drip trays for drink dispensers were rotting and rusty. The place needs a major clean. It's also extremely dated and like stepping back into the 80's.

We had a delivery. Pizza was stale, didn’t even have a base sauce. We ended up throwing it out. It wasn’t right! Made me heave!

Pizza Hut used to be the benchmark until the early 90s when they stopped making dough fresh on the premises and started to buy in pre-chopped frozen veg (peppers, onions and mushrooms). I know this because I worked there as a student. Every now and then I will give them another go, but it sadly always disappoints. Had 2 pizzas delivered and they were burnt and dry as hell. No real cheese to speak of! Remember those adverts where they would scoop a slice out of the pan and there would be strings of melted cheese coming up with it?? Looks like a joke now. Papa Johns and Dominos are way better if you are going the chain route.

I've never visited toilets this bad in my life, restaurant toilets should refect the other hygiene practices of the establishment, My god they were horrific. Tables sticky, menus disgusting with food and finger prints on them, food under tables on floors, and witnessed staff pick up cutlery dropped on floor picked up put back in box. Never again.

Nearly £40 for one sharing pizza (it was ok - nothing special and maybe about 12”) and two cheap, syrup-mix refillable drinks…..Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know if that is normal for Pizza Hut or if each site sets its own prices, but I would not go again.

We came in for a meal last week, the service was quick and ordered from our phones. Didn't take long at all, was really good pizza and sides. Only downside was a few things were missing from the salad bar, but at the end of the day we were there for the pizza. The staff on shift were so friendly and made sure we had a great time. Pizza as always was nice if a little crust heavy due to the small size. The staff member who served us was excellent and was attentive.Covid restrictions had changed the way the buffet was operated clearly not the restaurants fault but not to our liking .

Been visited this shop begginng of September 2020 during lunch time.After long introduction by door how to do online order /strange to order online when you are into restaurant/ Thre is no app to order just website wihich does not work correctly.During waiting for 2 small pizzas have seen waiter wipping plates by naked hand,no gloves or face mask.Toilet dirty and smelly Both small pizzas was tasteless and disgusting.Bill for 2 small pizzas and soft drinks £32.00Will not come back there ever

I went to Pizza hut along with my family as soon I entered I was hounded by the manager. He gave no friendliness about the place, no welcome, I was afraid to ask him any questions. Rude!I am however most greatful for the staff who gave a fantastic service.Pizza Hut isn't what it used to be despite COVD 19 coming into play.The food was ok, but we will won't be coming back to this restraunt any time soon.

Really lovely polite and friendly staff. Clean restaurant following COVID measures. Pizzas were lovely. Unfortunately only desserts available were ice cream or cheesecake due to a problem with their supplier. It would have been better if this was advertised on their website so we knew before booking.Restaurant is situated in a great place on the outskirts of the town, easy to get to and free parking.

Visit restaurant for my daughter birthday. Menu haven’t got a lot of choices. Wait for food to long. Never come back again.

We walked in and got served straight away there was only a few staff and they handled all the customers very fast. Highly recommended. Delicious pizza.

Went there for a birthday party, not a nice smell inside the restaurant, tables were very dirty, the plates with the food remains on them, old and very dirty look has this Piza hut. The staff did not help us at all with the order, never been there we did not knew the menu....not coming back there at all

Staff were lovely but the restaurant is very tired especially the toilets - yuk. Salad bar was near enough empty, tables left uncleaned for ages once people had left. Pizzas are nice but tiny for what you pay for them. Also no ice cream for our visit so won't be hurrying back unfortunately

Went on a Wednesday at 12pm for the lunch buffet. When we arrived there were only 2 pizzas out which was poor, and when we left there were 5 - even then they all tasted similar and all very bland. Still good value considering how cheap it is but a very disappointing buffet that left us very underwhelmed.

me and my partner decided to have a buffet and the pizza was lovely, the pasta was hot, the salad bar was full so whenever we went up there was always enough for everyone and the drink machine worked perfectly. Such a nice change compared the one in reading which is such run down and managed terribly. The staff here are also lovely so very happy with my trip.

The night my wife and I visited was not particularly busy but the staff did their best to ensure they walked around meaninglessly taking little or no interest in their tables.We ordered some white wine and when it eventually arrived the glasses were hot straight from the dishwasher and the wine was tepid at best as the fridge was broken.There was little interest shown by the waitress in all of this. We got some ice but the wine was repulsive so we asked for it to be changed for a more expensive one, We gave up after waiting another 15 minutes and went to a better restaurant. We did get a free salad as a result, but this is the second time we have been there in three years and both visits have been a complete farce

Family lunch after the cinema. We waited twenty minutes to be seated. The restaurant appeared to be short staffed. We were shown to a table passing piles of dirty tables & found ourselves walking on a very sticky floor.We were given menus & waited another twenty five minutes before our orders were taken. The food arrived but was dry & luke warm. When paying our bill we were charged for drinks that we did not have. We witnessed children putting their hands into the self service salad bar. Shocking situation.

Went there for a Sunday buffet lunch having reserved a table. Everything was good, pizzas were topped up regularly and there was a good variety, salad bar was good, staff were all friendly and efficient. I was a little apprehensive after reading some other reviews but for us everything was good. I guess it probably doesn't take much for it all to get a bit messy with kids (and adults!) helping themselves to everything, there's bound to be some spillage. But on the day we visited everything was great. So don't be put off by all the bad reviews (in my opinion) and well done to all the cheery staff working there when we visited.

We were staying at a local hotel and ate in Pizza Hut on Good Friday. We were served by a lovely lady called Karen who made us feel so welcome and went out of her way to help us. The food was excellent and I would certainly be going back. So nice to have a family meal with such friendly service

Unfortunately I’m writing a negative review based on visiting Pizza Hut yesterday on 15/04/19. I’ve never written a negative review before however I was really shocked in comparison to the very good visits we’ve had previously. We waited around 15 minutes to be seated at lunchtime- this wasn’t for lack of tables but purely due to the amount of empty tables which hasn’t been cleared and cleaned- there were empty and clean tables at the back of the restaurant where staff didn’t appear to want to seat people. There was no apology given for the wait time. Once seated we weren’t offered menus therefore decided to opt for buffet and help ourselves. Normally the salad included pasta and cous cous yet yesterday neither was on offer. The salad bar was a big mess with food all over the counter and I then needed to point out to a member of staff human hair in the potato salad which they removed but put me off salad entirely due to this and the level of mess it appeared very dirty. The pasta which has two sauces was also an abismal mess with pasta strewn all over. This left me only able to have pizza. I’ve sadly had stomach problems in the 24 hours since which I can only attribute to this visit. One of the toilet cubicles had collapsed and the free one I tried to use wouldn’t lock. I don’t blame the staff who were clearly worked to the bone but Pizza Hut for not employing the amount of staff needed for the operation to run as it should and money should be spent on fixing repairs and the whole restaurant when looking at tiles, floors, light fittings and chairs needs a thorough clean.

It was not until we started to order our meal that the waitress told us they were not allowed to sell alcoholic drinks as they did not have a license. Despite the fact that the drinks are featured in the menu, there was no sticker advising of the fact that they are not available. There are no signs inside or outside the restaurant and we were not even told when we were shown to the table. Apart from that the food and service was as expected from an establishment of this nature and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited today with 7 children’s and 2 adults. The service was spectacular and there were absolutely no faults or complaints with any of our orders. The food came out quickly, salad bar was constantly being refreshed and surfaces cleaned while we were there. Our waitress was attentive despite their being 3 children’s parties happening. Definitely recommended for a family meal on a busy Saturday afternoon.

We went on a weekday evening for daughters birthday, the place had only 3 other tables full of people but all the other tables hadn’t been bothered to be cleared and were left full of dirty plates and glasses for well over and hour despite the restaurant being practically empty. It really made me feel that nobody cared because nobody could be bothered to clear the tables.

i came into pizza hut and got a table straight away the staff was so friendly and helpful! The food came out really quickly and tasted amazing! Our server was so kind and helped a lot there was no pressure to pay at all, a massive thanks to Leah for making our trip worth it.

Saturday evening and it was not that busy. Asked to sit at one of the MANY empty tables by the window - Told "Someone else may come in" Sat near the Ice Cream thingy. Five mins later we ordered. Two drinks and a Vegi Stuff Crust to share. After sitting for just over HALF AN HOUR ( I checked my watch) there was not even a sign of our drinks. We left - and who would have not have? Awful service!

When we arrived we were told he had to clear the table which was in the darkest corner of Pizza Hut when I said that ok we'll sit over the other side was a larger table we were told they might need it for later so we agreed on another table . We waited for ten minutes for some one to take our order and ask if we would like a drink all the time we were referred to as guys . We waited and waited no sign of either drink or pizza it was not that busy , so we left and went some where else

Saturday night, very young disorganised staff team all following each other around not being given any direction.

Glad that pizza hut now offer more vegan options and even a vegan desert.

Absolutely disgusted at the poor, rude and unacceptable ‘service’. The restaurant is run by kids and is chaotic, messy and understaffed. The manager is running around almost as clueless as his staff. It took ages to be seated despite many empty tables, no staff came to take our order for 15 minutes. The staff who were working were manically rushing around looking both clueless and stressed. They lacked basic hygiene with long hair worn down and being played with and all staff had messy aprons which looked both unprofessional and disgusting.

We went here at 3pm in the afternoon, so fairly quiet time. We were told we had to wait 15minutes for a table to be cleaned, yet there were clearly tables available. The staff were aimlessly walking around not serving or clearing up, one of them even thought it was more important to sort out the menus. Meanwhile there was at least 16-20 people waiting to be seated. When we finally got seated, the seats were torn and dirty, the floor was covered with food. The salad bar was a disgrace too, a big concern about health and safety. The last resort was when we saw the chef’s uniform was filthy, we had to leave, in the fear that we would get food posioning The manager of this place showed no leadership skills at all, letting the staff do little or nothing. We never got an apology for the wait either.

Me and my partner went because we had 41% off food and thought we would treat ourselves! As much as I like pizza but I believe that it has changed quite significantly recently and it doesn’t have as much choice for people who are the biggest fans of pizza. I understand it’s a pizza chain but I used to be able to go and get a favourites platter (which was a starter) as a main. I do love the cookie doughs though especially the new s’mores one!

Second consecutive delivery. Vegetarian pizza . Worst ever . It is clear that they cook a margarita pizza then sprinkle a handful of cold raw peppers red onion ect on top and send it out . A frozen oven pizza would have been a better and tastier option . At least i would have cooked it correctly . From this point forward that is what I will do

This restaurant is run down . Salad bar is rubbish. Never bread sticks or any thing good, I did ask to be seated in quiet end off restaurant and they did put me away from every one else so my son could play happy on floor with his train. The service was good BUT I brought refillable coke and the machine was being fixed so only had one drink. The kids pizza looked like it been slapped together.

Went for dinner tonight at Pizza Hut Bracknell and had possibly the worst service I have ever received. The staff were completely oblivious to us the entire time, with no smile in sight. They messed up our order, awful hygiene and laughed at my boyfriend when we left, not forgetting the young girls were messing around laughing and we were not the only table to recognise this behaviour. Safe to say it will be the last visit I pay to this particular restaurant.

Took our son here last month, waitress was attentive and polite and the food was all very good, manager a little off, not the friendliest. Overall really tasty food and polite service! Thank you Pizza Hut.

Visited here on a Sunday afternoon with my partner as we heard they do “All you can eat buffet” before 5 PM. We were intrigued so we decided to visit. Upton arrival we were greeted straight away by a manager and showed to our table. Once we were sat, we were given the menus and ..... the manager walked off. We were a bit confused as we weren’t asked if we been here before or if we know how everything works. We haven’t been here before so we had no clue.... we knew what we wanted to order - we decided that even before we arrived all we needed was to read their drinks menu and see what drinks they offer. Anyway - it took us about 10 minutes to get a server to come and see us. There was a girl cleaning down a section which looked like a big party been there before and another one topping up the salad bar which was in and out the door and that’s it... In the end I got up and tried to see where the staff were... 2 of them were stood in a room just by the door on their phones. Okay bare in mind it was a Sunday and it was 4 o’clock so hardly any people in, but still a little attention to who is walking in the building be nice. The server even said “I didn’t even know you were seated” maybe the management needs retraining on communication??? The server was alright, tried a little small talk about fireworks at the end and explained how the unlimited buffet worked and took our order down which was the 2 unlimited buffet and 2 refills which we ALL help ourselves. We have no problem with helping ourselves - whether it’s table service or buffet we were are not fussed. And no one came to check back on us if our food was good despite empty restaurant....

Ordered a takeaway today with family for lunch. Arrived within half an hour. Pizzas were hot and fresh. Very impressed with quality and how improved the pizzas are. Used to be very greasy and this is no longer the case! Pizza Hut is my go to for delivery pizza!

Came in with my grandchildren quite a few empty tables and also people leaving was told no tables available as have a long queue. No one waiting but wouldn't give us a table. Very patronising and rude guy. Need friendlier staff.

Compared to the other restaurants in the Lexicon it’s looking considerably older. This branch desperately needs reinvestment via ‘Rutland Partners’ (their owners).

This seemed a handy place to stop on my way to Gatwick Airport as it is half way for me. I came there by my satnav as I had not been there before. Satnav brought me past the front door and into a very large and free car park. Parked with no problem and a short walk back to Pizza Hut. It was absolutely heaving with customers. However, I was greeted at the door and asked if there was any hope. The lady said she would find a table for me and promptly had about the only table cleaned for me.

I have been going to Pizza Hut on and off since I was a small child and have eaten in scores of branches all over the country. Although the menu and decor has changed over the years, the food and overall experience has always been brilliant!

Unfortunately my son likes pizza and this ‘restaurant’ is situated next to the cinema. So we tried it. We really should not have!

Came here out of convenience more than any other reason;

Met up with family at this Pizza Hut during Easter school holidays. Two adults, four children. Very obliging staff member (Charles) who adapted the menu to cater for particular (fussy!) requirements. He was patient and humorous throughout. Food was good. Usual Pizza Hut standard, but cleaner than some we've been to recently. Toilets not particularly clean though.

Absolute rip off. Me and a few friends came here and ordered the sharing cookie dough (note the word ‘sharing’). Now this was around 8.50. The one person portions were around 5.00 pounds.

We used to love going to Pizza Hut. This was the first time that we have been to a Pizza Hut for a few years and l didn’t really like what I have been missing. Food was ok. The service was not great. Menu layout is awful and choice is limited. The salad was a bit boring. No labels on any of the sauces. The actual restaurant looks outdated. Perhaps Pizza Hut need to have a rethink.

I stopped here for lunch whilst local the food is alright but nothing more than any pizza hut restaurant the staff were friendly and polite the salad bar was covered in salad dropped from other peoples servings which was not cleaned whilst I was there

I had an excellent time at this Pizza Hut with my friends. The food from the buffet was excellent including the pizzas, garlic breads, my number one favourite that I couldn’t stop eating was the pasta with the tomato sauce because it tasted great! There was a lot of flavour in the tomato sauce. My ice cream was amazing! The WiFi worked successfully, no problems with the free WiFi at all. The staff were very friendly.

I would not usually write a review on a restaurant like Pizza Hut because they are usually the same basic standard everywhere and you know what to expect. However I felt compelled to review because my visit was not a pleasant experience. I was visiting...

We visit quite often and the noise levels are usually quite high, but this time we actually moved tables to get away from the loud speaker. We did not recognise any of the staff and they all seemed quite young. Anastasia was so loud it actually hurt my ears and I am sure if anyone was in there long enough (staff?) they would suffer hearing damage, the volume was reduced dramatically when I complained.

We wanted a quick bite to eat prior to our movie and popped in here. The place was full of families and teenagers as it was a Friday night. Service was slow- the place seemed a little understaffed. The pizzas were average.I found the dough to be very under cooked. It had no colour to it and was doughy. We both ordered the thin crust hoping for a crispier crust.

Scruffy restaurant - both inside and out. Smashed glass, loitering foul mouthed yobs, and a lack of cleaning throughout (food on floor, juice splashed around drinks area etc.) Your front of house didn't seem enamoured to see us and made no effort to be pleasant. Less than mediocre food - 1 pizza and two drinks (both Robinsons orange and water): £24. Stay at home and dip into your freezer - we've had far better from our local Lidl.

Love Pizza Hut, and this one is no different. Great stop before the cinema, and really good service and food. It's cheap and cheerful but nice, and the free salad bar just makes it.

Family Tea for child's birthday, we were served by a great guy with a great attitude towards the customer. It may not be a Michelin star there but the staff work well & nothing was too much trouble. As Pizza goes it was great. Nice fresh salad bar. Lovely visit thank you.

We haven't been to Pizza hut for years. Most of the sit in restaurants in our area have closed. We had the lunch time unlimited pizza buffet. The pizza was constantly being replaced. The salad bar was fresh. Soft drinks were refillable. The bill came to £20 for the two of us. We will be returning.

pizza hut is the same in most places. this one was quite busy when we went, but our pizza was out within 20 mins, the salad bar was well kept, which is rare I find. staff are helpful, had a check back during meal. pizza was a little greasy for my liking, but it wasnt the worst ive had

We came with four friends at Christmas, had a good dose of pizza, with plenty of salad too, made a change from turkey! Prices were reasonable, and the children liked making their ice creams adding various sticky toppings.

Popped in after a visit to the cinema next door. Not been to one before but..... staff on duty were very friendly & helpful. Food was very good & nicely cooked & presented. Very fresh salad bar which was included so all in all will pop in again.

A great stop with the kids before watching a movie at the local Odeon. The salad bar is always a winner, as long as its replenished often...

It is good to see that some attempt is being made to address the groups of young people that congregate outside this branch of Pizza Hut. The loud use of base Anglo Saxon is off putting and intimidating as you approach with your family to get your teens their fix of pizza. However the No Loitering sign on its own needs back up! I mentioned that we heard foul language on our arrival and Pizza Hut acknowledged it is a problem but shrugged my comment off. This is what makes this review "average" and not great.In retrospect I should have reported it to 101 myself at the time and I will contact the local neighbourhood police team to discuss the issue.Now on to what we like about Pizza Hut, the included in the price help yourself salad bar is well stocked and fresh. Beware of enjoying it too much so you struggle with your main order! However they will box up any you can't manage.The menu has a good selection so all tastes are catered for. On this visit I tried their chicken and mushroom flatbread for the first time and it was very good. We had an excellent waitress. She made us feel special, she suggested food for us. The milkshakes were amazing and she said she prides herself in the making of those milkshakes. We enjoyed the food. The restaurant was getting quite busy but still had a nice atmosphere. We thoroughly recommend this restaurant to all people as it was surprisingly good service.

I decided on having pancakes for breakfast and stopped in at F&B's to indulge. Little mix up on my order which was quickly rectified as I got bacon and syrup when I was expecting the triple stack. All the same it was nice and had orange juice with it. Staff friendly as usual.

The staff were friendly, efficient & helpful, giving advice as to what the youngsters could have to eat & drink. It was very noisy as there were 4 birthday parties going on, but that made it more fun for the little ones. Our two little grand kids of 8 & 4 loved it.

This place is very much a gamble. You either get good service or terrible. Sadly lately I've been getting the latter. We stood at the door for 10 mins the resdraunt pretty much empty with no staff around. Asked for fizzy drinks and was rudely told that we had to get them ourselves. Food was nice, asked for starters but they came out with the pizza which was annoying. Waiting ages to get a waiters attention to get the bill and then waited even longer to pay. On another occasion we came for the Sunday buffet, I ordered a personal non cheese pizza as I can't have cheese and my partner had the buffet. There was one staff running around doing an amazing job she was friendly, made sure we were OK and if we needed anything. Was a joy that day.Its a shame not every day is like that as service really makes it. I wish I could remember her name as she was really an amazing server and deserves recognition.

There are bigger and busier places than this that still cope better at peak times. Waited 10 minutes before asking someone to take our order ! No bowls for the salad even though we asked twice...so ended up using the big plates which we worried made us look greedy lol !!!Pizza came but our side orders turned up when we'd finished and that was because I had to again ask someone. My little one was left waiting ages for his food.Although the staff were friendly and polite, it wasn't managed very well. They seemed under pressure and stressed. If understaffed, its definitely not fair on them. won't be dining again unfortunately

Where to start awful staff, awful management topped with awful food. Just avoid, ended up with bad service and food poisoning so I don't think I need to say more. Avoid avoid avoid.. Needs a total rethink.

I went in there to eat after a movie next door. There were barely any people to serve yet I had to wait a good 10 minutes before I waved down a server to serve me. Then another 10 minutes before server returned to take my order even though I was ready to order in about 2 minutes. Then another 15 minutes until I received my food. All in all not a pleasant experience. Will not return to pay over £25 for this!

We normally pop in for a buffet lunch, but lately the amount of toppings and choice of Pizza seems to have reduced. We visit quite often and have noticed a gradual decline in the quality and choice of buffet, your bill will include a survey which gets you a bogof for a main course. We had two single Pizzas and salad as a bogof. The Pizzas were well cooked with a good amount of topping much better than what was on the buffet.

We had a small family gathering on a very Wet Friday afternoon on the 4/11 for my grandsons Birthday. A very kind lady who it think is called Sarah came over and made an effort to chat to him and gave him some balloons which made his day . The food was also lovely and fresh and lots of choice ,

We took the kids here for a treat after going to watch a film in the cinema. We were seated straight away but then left for ages before anyone came to take our drinks order. Another family who were seated after us were served first. Finally we gave our drinks order and food order at the same time (we had waited that long!) We watched our food arrive and placed under the heat lamps, waiting for the waitress to collect it. Just as I was at the point that I was going to get it myself she finally walked over to it. Then unbelievably stood having a chat with another waitress before finally bringing our food over. My husband and myself were served first which we always think is a no no if you have children with you. The children should always be served first. Needless to say our food was luke warm when it was served and by the time I'd eaten 2 slices the rest of it was stone cold. No one came to check if everything was OK which is normally standard in restaurants. Very disappointed with the service.

Visited tonight, it was busy to be expected on a Saturday night. Not only is it a bargain but the food was really good too.Kids loved it.Waitress friendly.Happy days

I have not been to Pizza Hut for at least 8 years so was not expecting much, but I was impressed. The menu looked more confusing than it needed to be but I like the fact that the salad bar is included with your pizza. We don't drink fizzy drinks and liked the fact you could get iced water on tap. The pizza was perfect served hot and just as ordered. A good lunch option.

Each time I visit my granddaughters they love going to pizza hut. The staff are very helpful and it is always a lovely atmosphere there and excellent choice of salad.

Order my takeaway at 10pm and by 10:45pm was delivered to my work, food was great it hit the spot and was still warm and fresh

On arrival on a Sunday night, the restaurant seemed to be in chaos. We were given a table in the end after a long wait. The salad bar was half empty and despite asking three times, certain things weren't refilled. The children's spaghetti Bolognese had run out. The sweetcorn on our pizza was replaced with pineapple without us being asked if this was okay. Apparently the kitchen had run out of sweetcorn. They also ran out of ice cream factory so our children had strawberry scoop ice cream (which was almost melted when it arrived). They had also run out of vanilla scoop ice cream. The sprinkles to go on the ice cream were almost empty and the pots looked pretty unhygienic. I don't think the person ordering food in the kitchen is doing a very good job! There were lots of staff around but they spent most of the time chatting. I would say about 12 tables needed clearing when we first arrived and about two had been cleared by the time we left. When the waitress brought our desserts over, I had to ask her to take the main course plates away. I have been a waitress at various places including pizza hut and I know it's a busy job but I believe one of the basic rules is to clear dirty plates?We would have asked for a discount on our bill but thought it would take too long! Fortunately we don't live near by so definitely will not be re-visiting. Come on Pizza Hut area manager, sort this restaurant out!!

The food was good and the prices are very reasonable but the staff can be quite rude and spend more time chatting than serving!

We made a mid day visit (Tuesday 28/06). The restaurant was quite full, and with so many hard surfaces very noisy. The salad area was full and clean but the Pizza area was virtually empty for the entire time we were there. When food was put out there were so many people waiting that it disappeared immediately.It was around 1.10 in the afternoon so maybe not a good time to visit. We are regular visitors so hopefully it was a one off.The staff were pleasant and attentive

I brought my son here for his 1st birthday, I had made a reservation for a table over the phone and then when I got to the restaurant they denied any knowledge and were very argumentative.They then pushed some tables together to squeeze us all in. When it came to the food it was okay, a little bit greasy but fine. I noticed a lot of staff were looking over at our table and sniggering amongst themselves which made me feel uncomfortable. This carried on with glares from the staff our whole visit. We then noticed a member of staff have her fingers in her mouth and then touched plates that she gave to customers, we informed the manager but yet the customers were left with the dirty plates!!Wouldn't come again.

Friend and I took our children for a pre-bowling lunch - children's pizzas were OK, they didn't have any mushrooms for the pizzas. My friend and I decided to go for the hot buffet which was a mistake, always a big queue and only 1 pizza brought out at a time and they were deep pan - no thin based. If I was to go back again I wouldn't have the buffet

Came here after an awful experience at Frankie and Bennys in Bracknell. And the waitresses here at Pizz Hut were amazing. Couldnt do enough for us and made us feel comfortable and special too. Our waitress Karen was attentive and was regularly asking if we were okay and how our food was. She was wonderful. A real breath of fresh air. The food was wonderful and well cooked and the salad bar was well topped up and all fresh and delicious. Thank you Karen and the staff of Pizza Hut Bracknell for a wonderful evening!

I took my 2 boys, nephew and 2 nieces out for lunch in the Easter holidays. It took quite some time for the waitress to come over and take our order for desserts even after we called her over and then again to get our bill and then pay but it was very busy. The food was good, good variety and was kept topped up and was always hot. All in all was good just think Pizza Hut should maybe consider having an extra pair of hands or two in school holidays at lunch times

We were really impressed with this Pizza Hut. We were tired and very, very hungry after a full day in Legoland Windsor. It wasn't too busy when we visited (around 7pm on a Monday night) but it wasn't too quiet either. The 2 staff who served us were polite, friendly and very helpful. Our food arrived with perfect timing and was cooked beautifully (there were 5 of us so there were a lot of different things ordered). The salad bar was fresh and clean.Sadly we don't live near here or we would definitely be back... and next time we plan a trip to Legoland, we definitely will visit here again.

Very bad pizzas undertook staff didn't borough about I complaint and I have been told noting they can do,try to speak with manager and I have been told he is to busy

nice environment to walk into staff very pleasant. food very good with plenty of fresh salad always available.
