Bought meal for 2. Everything tasted great, veggie pizza, new hot honey sauce on chicken and we got to take away dessert as we were full. Really enjoyed it and service prompt and easy, friendly staff

Was very quick & effortless. Ordered using the QR code at the table. Didn't have to wait long for our pizzas to arrive at the table. Waited for the coffee, but the young man came to explain that he was learning & made a good effort with the cappuccino up until the last bit. Which was nice for him to do so. Over all a lovely meal & good service.

I was in with my grandson on Sunday and was served by Cameron who was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Not being very savvy tech wise he helped with our order and could not do enough for us which made the whole experience a very positive one. Thank you

We took our grand-daughter here recently as we couldn't get a table in her preferred restaurant. Each pizza was almost £17 and was extremely disappointing for that price. I've seen much more filling on a supermarket pizza! £3.99 for a coke, either bottled or unlimited is pretty hefty and £6.29 for a glass of tasteless rose wine was disgusting! Very little choice in wine, too....all in all, a very disappointing experience and we won't be back!

Very poor, place was dirty food not even average and if I go to sit down in a restaurant I don't want to order from a QR code.

Stopped off for some food whilst travelling from Edinburgh. The restaurant was dead with only one other customer, so the atmosphere wasn't the best. It's not Pizza Hut's fault, though. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very attentive. Pizzas were OK, but the salad bar was very underwhelming. I'm glad we had a coupon through Blue Light Card. Probably won't be back as there are plenty of other choices at the leisure park.

Great food, especially for the children. Foh staff were very good, always checking in on me and genuinely seemed interested in me and my family.

The starter buffet is quite limited, the pizzas are good but nothing transcendent either, the atmosphere is old-fashioned, it's not really a favorite but it allows you to eat on a budget of around £20 per person.

It's always the same when the restaurant is a bit busy. More demand than available food. There were little to no buffet pizzas. They would put one or two at a time, which would disappear literally within a minute because of loads of hungry customers waiting for them like hyenas (who wouldn't in that situation). Then you'd have to wait a long time until they'd bring more. You don't do that to someone who's hungry and paying for food. No pizza variety either. Come on. It's Pizza Hut. PIZZA Hut. So when you're hungry and you pay for a pizza buffet, and there are no pizzas... that's a big problem. This was my last visit.

Sad to say. You will never be at the level of your North American counterparts. Salad bar was disgusting. Pizza was dry and very little sauce. 16 people waiting at the drink dispenser. Staff are amazing. !!

Absolutely delicious. Visited here with my boyfriend tonight for dinner (a saturday night at around 7) we surprisingly got a table straight away. We were asked to order our food via the QR code on the table, which seemed to be a bit of a long process but once it was done it was okay and food got delivered to our table quickly. It is slightly on the expensive side especially just for pizza but it's 100000% worth it. I would give 10 stars if I could 🌟 absolutely amazing, friendly staff and great atmosphere, cannot recommend enough.

£21 for a basic thin base Marguerita pizza, fries and a bottomless drink would have been fine if the topping on the pizza was a bit more substantial. Id say the quality is on par if not less than most supermarket bought pizzas to be honest which are a fraction of the cost. The fries had a spicy taste which I wasn't expecting and the "sprite" was not nice at all as it's obviously some cheap brand so shouldnt be advertised as sprite. I had paid for bottomless drink but was put off by the first one. The food wasn't worth the visit but the staff were very approachable and helpful, though by ordering online using the QR code on the table the staff don't have the hassle of taking orders, just serving them. Won't be rushing back to a pizza hut anytime soon as it's just overpriced for average quality.. sorry

After not managing to book this busy restaurant on line, we dropped in on the off chance we could get a table. The restaurant was v busy. Despite how busy they were, the manager was excellent. Acknowledged us waiting, was super professional and polite to us and the busy staff he was managing brilliantly. He was well organised, tasking the staff in a caring and polite way and helping with any task needing done. He managed to get us a table after a short wait. The pizza and other food was delicious and well made. You could see the manager and staff set the tone and the atmosphere in the place benefitted from this. Brilliant service and we had a fantastic experience. Thank you.

Rude staff, multiple other tables got offered to be served manually and me and my group of friends where told to do it via QR code. Then we where no asked once how was the food etc, however other tables did. Absolutely no smiles from any of the staff especially the young blonde girl who was too busy fixing her eyelashes. We got the deal for 4 people and waited 20 minutes after finishing our food before being approached from the blonde girl to say “are you wanting that brownie in the oven now”. Just a complete and utter joke how we where treated because we where 5 23 year olds compared to older couples who we sat near. Place needs new staff

Buffet price is very good value. Salad bar was well stocked. Nice to have bottomless drinks, especially for the kids. Waiters were both caring and looked after us

Poor choice of pizza on the buffet. Veg supreme etc, no one wants that. My 9 year old was mega disappointed. No "interesting" pizzas, he said. Veg, hawaiin, other ones with mushrooms etc. Looked at ordering our own large pizza which was £32.99, absolutely scandalous for one pizza. A drink each would have taken it to nearly 40 quid, and it's not like it's some artisan effort, just basic stuff.

Ordered a takeaway in the restaurant, the guy who served us was kind enough to point out an offer which included what we had ordered plus extras for a cheaper price, I appreciated that, he didn’t have to inform us of the offer that we had overlooked on the menu. We did have a 20 minute wait for the order but we were informed of this when we ordered.the food was lovely apart from the garlic bread while was quite dry and flavourless

My girlfriend and I had our very first date here, it was a great night. The staff are generally nice, with some minor exceptions. The food is great and the salad bar is awesome.

The restaurant closed at 10pm, we arrived on a Thursday evening at 8.45pm and they didn't let us in because they didn't have any staff or because there were no customers they decided to close it early... that's not the way to behave! It's fine that in Scotland you eat early, but if it says until 10pm you can't send people away 1 and 15 minutes before closing! Terrible service! We were disappointed, we had purposely diverted our route so we could eat a pizza with them!

Brilliant visit. Food amazing, service good, not too busy or noisy for my Family. The food arrived piping hot and perfect. The kids had crayons and paper to entertain them whilst we waited for the food. The ice cream factory was good our little ones loved it. One of the best pizza hut restaurants.

Great meal at Pizza Hut with friends, has deliciously Margarita pizza, friendly staff, can order meal on your phone from a table easily.

Went there with friends after Scotland rugby match. Had a delicious cheese and tomato pizza for sharing. Onion ring sides very good. Friendly staff. No issues.

I only gave it one star as that was the minimum. The food was terrible, cold pizza, old over cooked pasta and the salad bar was ok. the staff where miserable, the manager was basically rude, it was a effort for him to even take us to our sea or speak to us. Can safely say won't be back, will be emailing thier head office, literally the worst pizza hut I have ever been in!

Came here for lunch with my younger 2 and a change from the norm. Got to love a good Pizza Hut buffet!!

The food was what we expected, cannot complain about that! On the other hand, the customer service is a hit or miss depending on what server you receive. We did notice a tall, slim, blonde young girl server, who was polite, helpful and informative. But we received the young, blonde,small young server with fake eyelashes and a bad attitude. As customers who also work in the hospitality industry we are always polite and understanding to staff, as we know what the work can be like. Regardless of how polite we were as customers she was not having it. Her eyes were rolling at us, and didn’t even do the bare minimum as to bring over the pizzas to us (as we ordered via QR code to avoid having her over at our table as much as possible) without giving us dirty looks. I highly recommend this employee gets taught some customer service skills from her co-worker as they were so lovely ! I understand employees can have bad days, but this was unnecessary and luckily did not ruin our positive energy after a nice evening.

There is jo service to really speak of due to ordering yourself thru your phone. If you get the buffet the only time you speak to someone is when they seat you and bring your drinks. You even pay up front !! Did ask if there were going to be any more vegetarian pizzas coming out for the buffet , the girl said she would check with the kitchen , but then went back to her conversation with her colleague and never went anywhere near the kitchen for over 10 minutes !! We sat there and watched her !!

When we went to pizza hut today, it was better than it normally is as it was a lot cleaner. Iv found in the past that the bowls at the salad bar are dirty and I definitely wouldn't use the toilets. Tables are usually sticky too. Maybe this was because it was quiet or they maybe have better staff now. Server was nice, came across a few times to make sure we were ok. Service was quick as well. Didn't rush us out the door either after the meal. I always ask for a server to take the order as I don't like ordering through apps. Also, think they should go back to taking cash or card not just card payments. One thing I would say is they have put their prices up. It used to be really good value for money, but not any more. Could probably go somewhere nicer for the same money, not a run down pizza place. I do like the vegan pizza here and they have a choice of a few different ones which is good to see. I mostly go here coz my kids like it. They like the unlimited drinks and ice cream factory

Can't be bothered with places where you need to use QR code to order your food. Wasn't easiest to find what I wanted. First plate I picked up at salad bar was dirty. Overall not impressed although staff was pleasant enough

Visited May 2023, Overall the food was good and the staff were friendly, unfortunately Pizza Hut no longer accepts cash which is why I have gave a three star review as they should cater more for their customers needs as some people still use cash daily.

Staff seemed a bit inexperienced and were unhelpful when I asked about using a voucher that I had. The pizza waa served before the starters which meant they were cold by the time we came to eat them. Have had better from here.

Thin crust pizza is really poor and if you dare let it cool down, you'll be eating cardboard

I placed a £40 delivery with Pizza Hut. The food didn’t arrive although marked as delivered. I called 20+ times and no awnser. Tried again the day after and still no response. How are people supposed to contact them?!?! Still haven’t gotten my money back. Terrible service and starving kids won’t be ordering again!

Very disappointed. Had to order on an app. No service to talk of . Far too expensive for what you get. Never had a pizza with so little topping ever. Won't be back.

The food. Good. But overpriced as balls. Twenty-seven pounds for one sharing pizza, between four. WHICH WASN'T EVEN SPLIT CORRECTLY. The only way to order is online where you are FORCED to top cause they can't be bothered to pay there staff - who where actually alright btw. Just not good - soz to the guys that work there.

A rare place we eat due to price, Food was lovely Buffet for 2 adults and 3 kids on weekend

This place recently has gone downhill. The staff were nice, but the food was expensive for what it was. If you ordered online, which is what you're encouraged to do, you have to tip. I'd rather they just payed their staff well. For the same price I'm sure you could find a nice enough restaurant. There is a salad bar which is free if you get a main course, and free water.

The pizza it's ok, but sometimes there are none available, the salad bar is very poor, the nacho "cheese" isn't actual cheese, not sure what it is, I tried the pasta and the coleslaw but they are very bland, I love the refill ice-cream and pepsi products. The staff is helpful. In the end, price Vs value, it's not too bad.

Staff are friendly clean restaurant

Buffet was not replenished the whole time i was there (1hr 30mins) and pizza looked like it had been there long before i arrived, hardly any pasta either. Poor effort, dissinterested staff.

We all enjoyed our meal. The young gentleman did well. It is so sad that cutting down on staff and having to close early. It's such a shame the way things are at the moment for everyone.

We ate here with the kids last week after bowling and had a really nice meal. Good value with 6 of us all eating well for around £80. The kids meal desl is good value and has lots of choices.

It was freezing cold in the building, yes, building, not restaurant. Couldn't call it that, as the cold devoided it of an restaurant feel

Went for buffet at lunchtime, got the food for free on o2 offers . I would have been quite disappointed if I had had to pay £9.99. There wasn't a lot of choice, the pasta at first was cold then they brought another one out which was hot. Only one dish of garlic bread which went quick , then had to wait ages for another to arrive.

Good food and it's quite clean but you could read a whole dictionary before you get served because I waited 1 hour just to get a pizza. I mean, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COOK A FRIKEN PIZZA

We went here prior to going to cinema. The buffet pizza was a disgrace. We arrived at 2.10pm our film was at 3.30. There were 4 slices of pizza on the tray. No fresh pizza was brought out. After 20 mins i asked the server if any more pizza was being brought out the time was now 2.50. Her reply was the manager normally checks this. Still another wait. Finally at 3.20 more pizza was brought out. No apology was given. We also missed the beginning of our film The plates would also benefit fro. Being hot. Wouldn't recommend. The place was exceptionally quiet no excuse for lack of customer service or food Won't be back

HGV driver here so need to grab a meal on the road and seriouly try to avoid these places as its far too pricey for what you get BUT this place was totally different, it was awesome and a quality pizza, fresh ingredients, great staff service and if you use the online click and collect then you get pizza for half price which feeds my van boy and myself fully! I hate how much these places charge for pizza so use the online deals 😎 1 million times better than domino's....just saying 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sorry when is it open, Saturday 5th November as far as I could see it was closed, Certainly wasn't open at 21.34 had to go to MickeyD's across the way, where the food was cold🤦🏻‍♂️

Food and service are great though The prices can definitely be steep.

Extremely disappointing family of 5 all got struck down with food poisoning after our visit on Sunday. The standard of this place has dropped dramatically. The refill juice counter as filthy food all over the floor. My wife phoned up to inform the staff this afternoon of the food poisoning only to be met with rudeness from 2 members of staff.

How this place has changed since my last visit. The menu has got so much smaller, there is no longer a "Starters" option. The place seemed cold, not with a lack of heat either, no chatty staff and hardly any punters. I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon.

Hello I am leaving this review after being in touch with a local MSP about your treatment towards individuals who cannot pay by bank card. I have been informed that you are allowed to only take cashless payments as long as you aren't discriminating the customer. So, therefore you are discriminating against individuals with disabilities that cannot manage their money in a bank account. Why does Pizza Hut as a company not care about their customers' needs? COVID restrictions are no longer in place and many businesses who do value their customers have gone back to accepting cash payments.As a business you are only losing money by limiting individuals to payments you prefer, but not what the customers prefer.There are many people in the UK who rely on cash daily and you are not taking these people into consideration.I for one went to pizza hut a lot until I saw people (especially elderly or vulnerable) being turned away by your staff which is disgusting! Thank You

Can I take that single star back please and give zero stars? I detest this place but my son likes it and it was his birthday. It’s way overpriced for what is is, frankie and bennies over the road is similar priced an far better. Salad bar doesn’t have a great selection and most of it looked like it had been there for a few days. Service is non existent, it’s basically like ordering a ‘just eat’ except it’s not delivered to your door and you serve 90% of your order yourself. You get your own salad, your own drinks, your own ice cream etc and you order and pay on an app that you scan a qr code on the table to do so why in gods name are you looking for a tip? A tip for what? There’s no service. Can’t use cash either. The less interaction Pizza Hut has with its customers the better it seems from the way they work. I’ve had better service and more interaction in a McDonald’s drive thru

The pizza was tasty, lovely crisp base, a bit skimpy with the toppings. The salad bar had a reasonable choice but it did have the feel of mass catering about it (which of course it is) The staff were excellent, welcoming and efficient, prices were 'ok' and the kids loved the ice cream factory. Kids will love it, adults maybe not so much but you know what you're getting. Toilets were clean and well looked after. The decor was fine and the place was clean.

Went with family for the lunch buffet and had a very poor experience. Restaurant was not busy at the time of us sitting down but the table had not been cleaned prior to us sitting, had to clean it myself using cloth and spray on waiters station. Had to ask for glasses after waiting a bit and also had to collect napkins and forks from other tables to use. Buffet selection was slim and it took time for them to replace pizzas. Overall disappointing experience and for almost £20 a person you'd expect better. 1 star because staff were polite.

Me and my partner came here for his birthday which is today and unfortunately it wasn’t great at all. Ordered a meat feast pizza between us to find the chicken way to dry, onion rings were actually potatoes not onion and were over cooked.

Ordered on just eat and have waited 2 hours for the order to be cancelled by the restaraunt , would'nt answer phone and kept hanging it up , absolute shocking service and i 100% will not be ordering from the place again

First time for me, loved it, the food, staff and service were all fantastic, I will definitely be back.

The staff were nice and friendly. The food came out hot and cooked well. The children liked the unlimited drinks and "diy" ice cream. The salad still seemed fresh even late at night (we were the last customers). The toilets were clean. Very satisfied leaving, thank you.

One good thing about chain restaurants is the consistency in the food options and presentation. The kids menu is still a big hit with children. I found quite convenient the fact that you can starting placing your order after scanning a QR code in the table. But the Pizza Hut at the Fife Leisure Park (Dunfermline) has a difference: the staff is friendly and welcoming. This makes your family dining experience much better.

Not accepting cash as a payment option! Salad bar looked like it had seen better days. Pizza was awful! So thin, no real base at all and tasteless. As mentioned in a previous review a supermarket pizza would be better quality. Most shocking though was that in an Italian themed restaurant there was no black pepper - seriously disappointing visit…

Everything was delicious including the dessert

Ripped off with my pizza. Ordered 11 inch individual pizza with 2 toppings of chicken and only got 1, also pizza was stretched so thin it was crunchy and well done there was burnt bits on it. I honestly have had a better frozen pizza from asda at a £1. Whoever made the pizza needs retraining and fast as this person will be losing customers because of their standard of work.

There were five of us and we all got the food at the same time, the food was enough and it was tasty. It was a shame that not everything was clean even though there were only 3 other customers there besides us.

Went to pizza hut Dunfermline today after being on holiday long journey travelling went in and waitress asked us to wait for a table to he cleaned after five min she showed us to a table that had been empty and was clean then she walked away after ten min still hadn't been served I went up and said we had been waiting all we wanted was the buffet after another ten min we got up and said to staff we were not waiting any longer staff just looked at us and went aw will never be back again to many staff just standing about doing nothing it was a disgrace never again staff need to get their act the gether

Went for buffet no pizzas for 10 mins, then very poor selection, same toppings thin and deep pan pepperoni, cheese veggie. No one asked if we were OK after being asked to order online. Will not be rushing back.

Poor. Was given another chance after below average food from another Pizza Hit outlet. Quality has dropped massively. Pizza made at local supermarket tastes better. Payments not done correctly receipts shows in dollars $$. This is UK should be. ££. Incorrect tender. I’d like the exchange rate difference back.
