I came here with my family several times. The pizza is amazing, the staff are very friendly, the new management transformed the place. The hygiene quality is ranked 5. I would strongly recommend.

Delivery time was great. restaurant adhered to our instructions left for them. Ordered the grill donner which was a nice idea, but unfortunately it was more burnt than we would’ve liked. Given the fact that the delivery and restaurant were good, we will probably order again though, and see if it improves!

Made an order online using order directly app paid for it and they tryd to tell me that I didn't pay for my meal looks like am taking my business back to just eat

I ordered the quarter pounder cheeseburger. this usually comes In a tray with chips and a can of Coke This time it came as just a burger. £4 for just one burger! good job I ordered the extra potato wedges! the place has gone down hill’

Delivery time was initially 60 mins however I left a note to ask if it could be delivered ASAP and they delivered within 20 mins, the pizza & donner kebab was really tasty, will definitely order again when in Manchester

really lovely food and would order again but the delivery was 40 minutes late.

We ordered a veggie pizza and a chicken and mushroom pizza and we got two veggie pizzas. Also, one was burnt and the other was undercooked and cold.

Chicken was hard enough to break your teeth, absolutely disgusting asked to change order or refund said they would but never turned up and ignored phone to me!!!!

I’ve ordered from this restaurant previously and the service and food was great. However, this time it wasn’t good at all. The food was over and hour late and the quality of the food was poor. I don’t think I will order again.

Food was only late as the driver couldn't find my address ( to be fair it is hard to find) food was excellent quality and value for money and even though it was late it was still hot. Excellent

it’s a shame to write this, the food is excellent from this place. I ordered food at 4:45pm, it was scheduled to arrive at 6:15, I was called at 5:45pm to say that we’re so far away (we’ve ordered many times with no problems) and the food won’t arrive until 7pm. it’s now 7:20pm and they said they would call me back 10’minutes ago. now no one is answering the phone. terrible customer service and a lack of customer care in my eyes.

As a regular customer I have never had any serious problem however the attitude and lack of customer service given to my daughter recently has resulted in me deciding not to use Pizza House again ..

Turned up 20 minutes late, food missing off our order and the food that we did receive was rock hard and cold,never again!!

an hour late, still food hasnt arrived, takeaway just keep adding 20mins on to the time, if your in a rush or hungry stay away from this place.

Tasteless and most certainly not a deep pan pizza. The Coca Cola was Pepsi, and whilst delicious the cake was minuscule.

Disappointing, This is my first time ordering pizza from Pizza house, and they made a mistake in my order, I have ordered the meal for 2, where I selected chicken and green chilli for the 12” pizza, however they didn’t but green chilli and the chicken was almost nothing. I really felt I’m eating margarita. Really disappointing experience.

The chips was that hard you could snap them and the chicken looked like it had been reheated about 20 times it was burnt and id say 3/4 of the chicken was bone and when i phoned up all i got was il speak to my manager tomorrow i wanted a refund and got told no well that doesnt put food in my 2 year old stomach does it got to be the worst takeaway i have ever been to the worst takeaway in manchester fact

The food was great, ordered pizza, garlic bread and chips. Delivery was super early (I live within a mile of the restaurant though) and delivery driver was friendly.

If you read my previous comments, i have praised them so much that you would think i work for them! They are usually brilliant, today however was awful. I ordered pizzas and in the comments box asked if the pizzas can be cooked suitable for children. Omggggg! Awful awful awful. Pizzas were hard and so over cooked. I tried heating them in the microwave but it still made no difference. I paid so much money for my order but it was pointless. I had to end up making fish fingers and beans for 10 children as none of them liked or could eat the over cooked pizzas. Even the adults were surprised at the hardness and blandness of these pizzas. It was so over cooked that we couldnt even taste the toppings. I cant believe i have been given this quality today as i used to swear by pizza house, i have been a customer for years. I have noticed that if you pay by cash at delivery the food quality is much better. In the past whenever i pay by card i get really bad quality. Today, unfortunately i paid by card. Looks like they dont care when the money is already in. Really disappointed. I was going to order them next week too for 25 people, now i wont be. Thats why mums should go to Iceland!

They called to tell me they had no hash browns and asked what replacement I wanted. The food was then 40 minutes early! The delivery driver was lovely. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely order again :)

Even though delivery time was abit late i don't mind as i understand on bank holiday they must be busy. We had a blast of a time with the pizzas. Absolutely delicious, hot and fresh. Best pizza place ever, i recommend everyone to try their pizzas. Its much better and much cheaper than pizza hut. Amazing amazing. My family are their biggest fans and so am i. Well done team at Pizza House!

long story short my food never came and I had to cancel the order. They didn’t had the decency of letting me know that for whatever reason they were having difficulties. We had to call them 3 times so we can learn what happened. All we got was ridiculous excuses. “we’ll call you back in 10 minutes” “driver’s car broke down but you can wait” unacceptable. Disgusting treatment to their customers

Although I have given it a low score normally the food is excellent and the deliver time can be a bit long its worth it. However tonight they made a mistake, it happens but the attitude when I phoned up and the lack of willingness to replace the pizza he kept saying tomorrow he did not seem to get this was tonight's dinner. He just kept saying the same thing not listening in the end I said forget it I will never order again and he just said ok looks like I'm looking for a new Pizza place.

ordered 2 Ben and jerries and put the type I wanted in the note, driver then came with the wrong ice cream when I rang back I was told the driver would ring me back. the phone number was then switched off!

The food arrived 50 mins EARLY! I was so happy. The delivery man was very polite so that's a bonus. I ordered spicy wings which were so delicious. Just the right amount of spice and salty. I should have ordered alot more. The chicken kebab was delicious. The chicken was grilled so it has a great smokey flavour. It was honestly great. Will definitely order again!

food was expected at 17:25 after more time added,at 17.50 rang to be told the delivery car had broke down but food would be on its way as soon as food arrived at 18.10 and it was not worth the wait. pizza was fine yet chips were lukewarm but had been reheated already as they tasted like rubber. a piece of chicken came as a few chicken strips with more batter than chicken and a chicken burger which was again these chicken strips on a bun. very disappointing. won’t be ordering from here again!

The Food was so delicious and juicy it made my mouth watery, the time was spot on and was very hungry at the time but the early time was splendid everything was nice and superb. thank you for the food 😊

Great service lovely food great variety and good portions

Pre-ordered for 6:35pm but it arrived at 5:50pm, pizza was lukewarm and the crust looked & tasted burnt. Toppings of pineapple, mushroom, turkey ham and chicken all tasted good as usual but would have been nicer if was warmer. Finished eating it 25 minutes before the expected delivery time so clearly the restaurant started making it way too early. This is the second time I've ever order this from here, and this will be my last.

Few mins late. But i wasnt in a rush and considering it was a saturday night its understandable. The food came hot and was beautiful. Ive never ordered from here before and was really happy with it. The chips usually arrive soggy from being wrapped up and steam. But these chips were lovely. And you could tell fresh oil has been used. My chicken kebab was generously filled too on fresh bread and crisp salad. I ordered fanta but something else came....looked from a different country but it tasted the same so i was happy. The delivery driver was really nice too. Very pleaseant. Based on this experiance i would 100% reccommoned this take away. Thank you to the staff. You made a very hung over lady very happy lol

Took 2 hours 20 minutes to deliver 2 pizza's, absolutely awful service. Not acceptable at all.

Most of the food was okay but the pizza arrived in a crushed box meaning all the toppings had stuck to the lid.

Waited over two hours, they added extra time and was also late! 👎🏻

chicken wrap was just a thick nan bread no salad or sauce and 2 small pieces of chicken weren’t very impressed.

I have only give this place one star because I couldn't leave a review otherwise. I ordered from here yesterday and paid using my card and my food never came which is unacceptable. I've tried to ring them numerous times but I am getting no answer. it's an absolute joke! definitely won't be ordering from here again.

This place is absolutely garbage and the management and workers do not care about the customer at all. Don’t think of ordering from this place. If you’re not convinced, then listen to this, I ordered for several people and we waited for a very long time and then when we called them they said that we cancelled the order... and they lied to just eat. Worst place in Salford, check Philadelphia Chicken out they have much better service and food

Cancelled food order in the end. initially ordered at 17.20 and given a delivery time of 18.50 rang at 18.55 to see where order was to be told it would be another 10 minutes and would need to meet driver downstairs when he turned up. therefore told them not to bother to deliver the order and we would no longer be using their service. ended up going elsewhere.

Chicken under cooked Lamb burnt Delivery driver was rather rude "come outside" with no please or thank you after he got the wrong address, despite me adding directions in the special instructions Took 1:55 to deliver one kebab on a Sunday night?! Normally order from here about twice a week as we love it but lately must have new management or something delivery has been taking ages and the food has gone down hill it's delivered cold or luke warm

Placed an order here, got a confirmation email. An hour after the expected delivery time we kept calling and calling the number.. no answer. So in the end we had to drive to the takeaway to see where the food was. When we got there the man said they were closed and they had been for hours. Was not apologetic In the slightest and blamed just eat for taking the order. Will most definitely not be ordering from this place again.

Where is my food? I ordered it at 6:45pm and it is 9pm now. Fkn low life telephone operator answered the call once and now I can't even ring the restaurant. It is justeat's responsibility to keep these con artists away. But they seems like more interested in their 50p.
