Food not worth the price, taste was not good

Food is outstanding and great delivery service

I was missing one item from my order and when I called the restaurant to get the info I got SCREAMED AT and scolded like it was my fault!!! horrible customer service! I had a very bad experience!! I am not happy with delivering the chips 30min after finished meal 👎 food quality overall was good.

Just bought a Donner on Naan it was really bad . Won't be going back.

Probably a bit early actually. Piping hot when I got the Pizza. Excellent as usual, this gaff never lets us down.

Bad customer service.. very rude and entitled staff.. overpriced..

As a diabetic, my blood sugar had dropped and I needed a place to eat. I stopped outside Heritage and went in. All I got was some chips, with lots of salad, salt and vinegar on the chips with mayo, mint and chilli sauce. I can categorically and genuinely say that the was the best meal I've had in my life. Simplicity at its best. So delicious. The salad was a mixture of fresh and crispy lettuce, fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, peppers, red cabbage covered with a beautiful sauces. WOW!WOW!WOW! The staff are exceptionally friendly, respectful, kind and considerate and just the energy and vibe, I knew that the ethics were that of pure service. Thank you. All love. Zak

Donor used to be the best. was told many months ago they changed the meat cos of cost. Disgusting taste and under cooked every time meat and watered down Donor sauce. been going there for many years me and my pals NOT any more.

Poor quality doner meat but pita was made in house and was good. The way how they serve makes it almost impossible to eat. Instead of roll the kebab inside pita and secure with tin foil they put pita bread in to container and throw everything on top. How they expect me to eat bread when everything is thrown on top of that?

Absolutely shocking !! I’m a regular customer.well not anymore I placed an order last night waited over a hour and still no delivery so rang up and they said they had cancelled the order has there was a problem with the pizza oven. But they didn’t think to inform us . It was still saying cooking on the app. Also they have not refunded me Iv had to contact food hub to get them to initiate a refund has heritage didn’t. Now I have to wait to see if I get my money back. What poor management .

This is the best fast food restaurant in the world.If you want to be punched in the face with flavour and authenticity then go here. I have never tasted anything like this divine god blessed food. Heritage food has forever changed my life, the food if packed with flavour and makes your tastebud’s want to dance. I genuinely can’t imagine life without heritage it’s so flavourful and warming it just wants to make you scream yeah! The portion sizes are amazing not like any old fast food portion this is how it says it is, if you order large fries you going to get large fries. The crunch on the chips are exquisite and the inside is fluffy in the middle packed full of flavour too. I will have to introduce heritage to my family and change their life’s if i could rate this a 10 star i would. Gordon Ramsay himself would be impressed with this fast food restaurant i can’t recommend this enough. Whoever recommended heritage to me has forever changed my life and made my life blessed with wonderful flavours and it brings you up and shows you the beauty of food.

Fresh and hot food, ordered a donner kebab and donner and chips. The donner meat was lovely, thin strips and not the cheap stuff! It actually has herbs and spices inside it, top notch quality. The naan bread was freshly made with toasty charred bits, love the salad with red cabbage on. Honestly best kebab in the area ❤️

My dad went to order the food when the work’s started cooking the chicken they just started to put the chicken back and they said I can’t give you the food because you complained last time you go the food for this place my bad and they banned us from ordering for this place now

Everything was perfect as always. Only thing was delivery driver forced the pizza boxes out of the bag, which left the slices all over the place in the box. Other than that it was really good.

Out of all the places in Manchester that I could have went to, I decided to get a chicken burger from here after a very long time. The chicken was hard and looked uncooked, chips were slightly burnt. Heritage and Santos have massively gone down hill, their chicken burgers used to be the best.

The food came 30 min late no apologise from the takeaway.

Really fresh tasty food. A true cheetham hill staple. Had the chicken shawarma and chips and a few other bits. Everything was perfect. My advice is to download their app, easiest way to order.

It Was The Worst Pizza I’ve Ever Had Or Ordered From a Takeaway In My Life. It Was Delivered Within 15 Minutes Of Me Ordering It. It Wasn’t Cooked Properly And I’m Not Surprised. How You Can Cook a 15 Inch Pizza And Have It Delivered Within 15 Minutes Is Impossible. Upon Opening The Pizza Box It Looked Like All The Ingredients Were Just Thrown On The Pizza Dough. It Looked Like It Was Made By A Five Year Old. A Big Pile Of Mess. Wont Ever Use Heritage Kebab House Again

Mixed my order. So i had to take the wrong food back to restaurant in order to get my correct order. Wasn’t even given my delivery fee or service money back.

Cheesy garlic bread was magnificent. But That was the worst donner kebab I have ever had from Heritage. It looked like it was the last pieces of doner because the chunks were small and thick. Big chunks of doner rather than stripes. Difficult to eat. Some parts were burnt and dry. I don't think I'll be ordering doner again u less I visit in person so I can see if they are giving me fresh batch.

Well where do I even start? They are amazing and the food is always fresh, and hot, the salad, is always really fresh which I've never had from any takeaway before. Delivery drivers are friendly, and in all the time I've used them I've not yet had an order or anything I've been disappointed with. Thank you for your excellent service and food.

Really, really good service. This pizza is one of the best iv ever had...and I have had alot. These guys were so accommodating gave us some mini paper dastarkhans as we were gonna eat in the car. Lovely guys and absolutely yummy pizza...melt in your mouth base with fresh ingredients! We went back after 5 mins for another! Highly recommended

I like the Heritage Donner but this time ordered it with salad, whilst usually I get just the Donner without salad. I was really disappointed that the amount of Donner was greatly reduced in quantity and they filled the naan with lots of salad rather than Donner meat. It would be nice if they could just give the normal quantity of Donner in the naan and put the salad and sauces in separate containers like all other take aways.

The dough had a awful smell to it (probably old dough). The pizza toppings were just falling off probably because they used way too much cheese. I had really high hopes after seeing the reviews but it was just disappointing. Really gutted.
