Pizza Hot Express in Runnymede

I visited last week. Served very well amazing and friendly staff. Good service definitely visit again and again. I really liked it.

Has to be the worst pizza delivery I have ever used on 2 separate occasions I have received nothing that I have ordered. They say it the online ordering service they use, my motto if it doesn't work don't use it or get it fixed and to add salt to the wound it take 15 days to get you money refunded

This pizza shop is by far the best ...delivered hot fresh and always very tasty highly recommend wouldn't use anyone else prices and value are excellent

Difficulties with order not being received despite confirmation email that order accepted. After an hour wait and still no pizza I check emails to see that they had sent one 25mins after the initial email saying to call. I called and spoke to someone that sounded like they were standing next to a motorway and was very difficult to hear. He said no pizza on order!!! When asked how long it would be he said another 30mins. That would make it 1.5hrs so asked for refund. He became aggresive and started swearing at me. Was told he couldnt issue refund and I had to contact head office! would not give me number for head office. Said it was on website. When I checked it wasnt. There is no head office, Called back and he just kept putting the phone down. Left me thinking he had stolen my money.!!! He was rude and his behavior was deplorable. If there are system issues DO NOT take it out on your customers. Eventually a different company sent me an email saying I was getting a refund. By which time I had cancelled my Debit card as up this point the situation amounted to theft!!!! SHOCKING.. AVOID

We have used this location on numerous occasions & they always provide a very prompt delivery service. Very wide range of foods which in our opinion are always to a high standard. Staff are friendly and helpful & delivery is always courteous & on time to what is advised.

Horrible pizza the cheese was congealed the meat was slimey and the chicken strippers were soggy! Over 15 pound as well very disappointed. Will not order from here again!

I am fed up of going to Pizza stores with disgruntled employees taking it out on the customers, one of them blew a kiss at me asked me what i did for a living! i didnt want to answer - He had a smug grin on his ugly face whilst he was doing it! The other one acted like he was a professional fighter ! Pretty pathetic! Pizza good Staff need retraining ! They were just interested in kicking off rather than service! Pretty much ruined my experience pizza tasted a bit bitter after that - SHOULDNT HAVE PAID!!! MAKES U NOT WANT TO TALK OR BE NICE TO PEOPLE ! SHAMEFUL REALLY

Fast while you wait service with a good choice of selection for build your own pizzas at a reasonable price.

Buyer beware!!! Do not order pizza for delivery as my car was broken into and valuables stolen and debit card used in the shop twice. Ordered pizza for delivery and car was broken into and debit card uaed one hour later in the shop. Shop owner refused to help evwn though they have cctv sign outside. Staff said the cctv doent work but has a sign outside saying they have one. Please do not order pizza for delivery.

I ordered from here on a Wednesday evening. An 18 inch pizza and garlic bread. Hi the delivery was 30 minutes late. When it finally turned up 1 hour and thirty minutes after I ordered it, the driver didn’t have the garlic bread. I paid him went inside and opened my pizza to find and overcooked burnt mess. I will not be ordering from here again. Disappointing because this place used to be nice!!

good pizza and early delivery, however the driver was useless! phoned me about 8 times, got lost, made me walk to meet him, and forgot part of the order. Then it took half an hour to bring the rest of the order and told me to be quick collecting it because he was late for another drop. I like this pizza restaurant but the service today was terrible! shame!

my food arrived almost 45 minutes late (from the time set which was already 1 hour and 15 from when I placed the order). although the food arrived hot, it was completely inedible. the spaghetti Bolognese was solid, tasteless and stuck to the packaging. the chicken nuggets were pink inside with a layer of fat in between the batter and chicken itself. I am disgusted and shall not be returning here. h

Very greasy pizza to be honest didn't like it at all only ate it as was really hungry after work was late in the night and haven't had a choice. Frozen Ristorante would do better than that.

Very good service, food was brilliant. The delivery guy seemed very moody but I guess it was 1:30 in the morning and he's at work - id be moody to.

normally its fine and nothing wrong but last night they messed up my order i asked for a thin base and i got a pan base also i asked for cheese & pepperoni stuffed crust and only got cheese.

I placed an order this evening that came to just under £30 The guy who took our order was extremely unhelpful and it took ages for him to understand what we wanted. We tried to order doughnuts and were told there wasn't any and then when we asked what deserts were available we was then told doughnuts >_> We was given the wrong drink, we ordered Diet Coke and he gave us full fat coke bearing in mind I had a diabetic with me so they are incapable of drinking full fat coke, we then had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to come back and give us the correct one We didn't want to wait as our food would be cold The food itself wasn't nice at all, Potato skins were burnt, chicken strips were soggy, curly fries were a mess. We also ordered strawberry cheese cake and doughnuts which were both completely FROZEN I couldn't eat it with cutlery and when I tried it broke the plastic box it came in where it was so hard! I'm completely DISGUSTED and appalled by this stuff they delivered to us and the people in their company find all of this acceptable! I refused to ring the number again and talk to somebody incompetent and incapable of understanding me

Garlic bread pretty much inedible and food not very hot due to late delivery. Everything else ok. I usually order from here with no problems so hopefully this was just a one off.

Cant fault this place hot pizza delivered on time for a fraction of the price of the big chains and good quality I always order pizza from here now

Ok food once it arrived, close to two hours later. Delivery guy was nice and tbf wasn't his fault as food was still hot. Makes you think what happened in that hour and a half. Very very bad management. I won't be back, and if you have another choice, choose that.

very disappointed with the quality of the food we was given. uncooked garlic mushrooms , sweaty onion rings and half the toppings of the was missing.

This is the second time I have ordered from here. Last time was brilliant this time not great. My order was 25 minutes late and they didn't have an item I wanted but nearly didn't tell me. I had to call out to the delivery man that I had an item missing. He obviously didn't check what he's delivering. He called his boss who said they didn't have this item and gave me the cash back. The delivery driver was a bit miserable. The food was average this time so I won't be ordering from them again.

We ordered pizza for collection on a Saturday night. Two adults and one child ate well for less than £30 so I have to say it was good value. The pizzas were very nice. The only negative is that once I placed my order and paid, I soon noticed some of the other deals on the extensive menu which meant that I could've had more food for less than I paid. Perhaps the deals could be labelled better for numpties like me. Overall, it was a good experience. We will eat from here again on our next visit.

Really pleased with my order. They didn't have any Diet Coke and brought me a bottle of regular Coke which I don't like. The driver kindly took it back and refunded me. Food nice and hot and delivered earlier than expected. I will definitely deliver from them again.

On the evening of Thursday 27th of April, I ordered a large pizza and 2 sides. When the order arrived it was all cold (not warm, cold). I then rang up to complain about the temperature of the pizza, I was greeted with a rude obnoxious man who continuously shouted at myself and called me a liar. For the sake of a £24 order they have now lost a customer. Customer service was appalling. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!

Pizza and nuggets were clearly re-heated as the cheese was equivalent to rubber and the nuggets weren't fresh whatsoever. Students shouldn't have to waste money on a place like this, disappointed.

Since when do you smother pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and onions ??? The kids wouldn't eat it as they couldn't find the pepperoni.

These guys make a good pizza, offer a good range and all at good prices. All the usual extras if you want them, sides, chips, drinks. But in essence they do good pizza, all you need to know really.

Food was lovely and hot. But I ordered a meat lover pizza and all I got was cheese and cheese and a dash of sausage. There wasn't a good meat distribution. Wouldn't order from here again to be honest. The mozzarella sticks were nice though.

Mis amigos y yo nos alojamos en el Travelodge en todo el medio de la carretera de julio para un viaje al Parque Thorpe. Originalmente íbamos a fin dominó pero no se les entrega al hotel! Uno de los miembros del personal de travelodge recomendado este lugar pizza... y estoy tan contento que no!

Están abiertos hasta tarde, lo cual es muy práctico, con deliciosas pizzas! Su menú es enorme, con un montón de opciones, y siempre son muy útiles en el teléfono.

Both pizzas were supposed to have pineapple on, but one didn't. And there was hardly any onion on it either, so 2 of the 4 toppings were missing. Of the remaining toppings, there was plenty chicken and that was fine, but the peppers were mostly burnt. Not up to the usually high standard at all, sadly.
