Pizza Hot in Sunderland

Been using Pizzahot since it opened and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for Kebabs (including chicken) or pizza. Always tasty, hot and on time. What else matters??

When I called to ask if they do takeaway he told me he was going to ring the police and had my location. All I wanted to k now is if he did delivery.

Placed order 2 hours b4 delivery time n still got food cold bin got fed I will never going back again

Ordered a mixed kababd, kabab meat all scabby and crappy ends lumps off where they have carved it off the bottom and tasted like was there for days. Chips must have been off night before all burned and brown scraggy chips food was manky IL never Oder again

A local knocked about at the edges takeaway but always busy, always clean, great food, good food and decent value. Currently asking you to place your order inside and wait outside to allow distancing

Ordered bolanaise Parmo. Explosive one came which is far too hot for us. Anyways rang and told them and they apologised and sent bolanaise one straight out literally 20 mins and let us keep explosive also. So now my parents are sitting with a free explosive parmo. Thankyou Hot pizza for great customer service

Use these all the time an absolutely discusted about my order tonight it was 25mins late once it had arrived chips were cold and rest of the food bearly warm let alone hot all I got offered was extra chips on an order that cost total of £17.67 to expect edible food but most was wasted.... Was offered extra chips but was told may be a while not yet received 30mins later

The food is absolutely lovely here, we have big orders and they never get it wrong, we have been coming here for over a year now and we keep coming back, which says it all. Fantastic staff, very friendly. Well done keep up the good job PIZZA HOT. Phil from Nissan

Not classy, but good. A local bashed about the edges pizza shop. But the thing is it's always, but always, busy. A combination of great value and great food is the reason why. Had a ham and pineapple pizza (stepsons choice) and even that was delicious, fresh and hot... Recommended....

Ya lying scumbag, wasn't refunded strait away at 6.34. It has taken 18 days to be refunded from you, and this had nothing to do with PayPal dragging there heels. After reporting you to PayPal, I then had to escalate this further, and after 4 emails that PayPal had sent you (in which you never replied) 10 days after escalating this PayPal had found in my favor and PAYPAL refunded me. The proof is in the photo shot. Again ya food is crap, ya service is crap and as for yourself and your staff, say no more. I stick to my guns............Stay well clear of this scumbag and his business.

This is from pizza hot I personally spoke to you on the phone and I have explained the situtaion to you. The provider server was down which means the order did not come thorugh, however, in our system it showed you were refunded at 6.34 pm via paypal.You have threaten my staff and used verbal abuse. We try to rectify this situation by free pizza and a bottle of pop. It is very unfair and biased for you to put up such review. Put an online order in at 17:08, at 18:20 still nothing so phoned the shop, they tried to say they didn't have my order (even though paypal had taken my money to pay them, and I had an email from the shop to say order had been excepted). Anyway they said they could get my order as soon as possible (so that would have been an extra 30+ mins) so I then said OK what are going to do to compensate me they said a bottle of pop (I mean haway a bottle of scabby pop) in the end I said stick ya order REFUND me, still waiting on the refund, have now reported this to PayPal and it's in the hands of there resolution department. Now £20 out of pocket until refund and no scran. I've been using this place for a long time now 1st it's ever happened, but it'll be the last, as I'll never order again from here. Wouldn't have minded waiting after I had phoned up but to be only offered a scabby bottle of pop was an insult. Stay well clear...................

Too much cheese and tomato purée quite terrible can’t get the slices picked up all the cheese comes off leaving just the tomato base

It's a local pizza / kebab takeaway. You're better off phoning through your order as they are constantly swamped with orders (surely a good sign?!) The parmo (a 'Boro speciality - breadcrumbed chicken escalope in a bechamel sauce served with chips and salad) is fantastic....if the calorie count is horrific on it! Spend over £10 they throw in a free garlic bread. Service is good and friendly. Recommended. But' phone.

I got pa box between myself and my 2 sons more than enough for us all so very good for people trying to watch the penny’s and still have a treat now and then.

Had another good takeaway. Ordered for four of us and the food was delivered within 45 minutes which on a Friday night is good. Food was spot on, the standard is always decent. I had a kebab pizza and added jalapeños and pepperoni to this and there was plenty added, very happy.

Had a takeaway last night getting a meal deal, 2 10" Pizza's, 1 10" Garlic Bread with Cheese, carton of chips and bottle of pop. All were piping hot when arrived and very tasty. Had endless takeaways from there all being nice and is relatively cheap.

Me encanta esta tienda, no suelen pedir para llevar, pero cuando lo hago, normalmente es una pizza pollo kebab o inferno. Su salsa de chili fue el mejor. . . Red hot,. absolutamente mi tipo de cielo en una bañera. Pero las dos últimas veces que he pedido desde aquí la comida es perfecto, no me puedo quejar, pero el chili. Muy decepcionante no. mmmmm oomph, calor o sustancia. Pero no todo el mundo le gusta extra caliente.

plenty to choose from, all freshly made to order, delivery times are quite quick too, pizzas kebabs burgers and parmos all lovely

Lovely food, good customer service, call and collect is the best way I find that way there's no waiting in a queue

Decent local type takeaway of the kebabs/burgers/pizza variety. Nice staff, decent kebabs, Happy to visit again.
