Pizza Hot 4 You in Eastbourne

Got a pizza delivered but the pizza topping was stuck to the box, stopped driver and called the shop, the driver said wasn’t to bad so they wouldn’t Send a replacement..

Awful got food poisoning phoned up days later to complain ,I not understand English not good what a surprise non existent customer service ,insisted on cash

Ordered on just eat and waited for 2 hours just to be told that the driver had delivered to a different address. Absolutely shocking. Guy on the phone was very rude and aggressive when asked what was going on. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The 4 pizzas we ordered were out of this world best pizza around the taste and flavours absolutely delicious this is the first time I've used the pizza company it won't be the last A1 to the staff highly recommended nice and hot the dough fantastic

He usado regularmente este lugar, era nuestro favorito, hasta hoy cuando recibí nuestro pedido, mi compañero se había comido dos rebanadas de pizza cuando se encontró con un pequeño blanco ligeramente rizado que parecía cabello de barba (espero que sea eso) al que llamó que me digan que es calvo, no es su pelo, tengo el pelo largo y oscuro al igual que mi compañero y él no me escuchaba, me acusó de sabotear la pizza, le pregunté si le importaban sus clientes, la respuesta fue 'sí pero no en estas situaciones' me dijo, se negó a ayudar de ninguna manera, me dijo que no le importaba y que debería comerme la pizza, fue grosero y arrogante, nunca había recibido tan mal servicio al cliente, tengo fotos del cabello, obviamente lo hice No quiero comer el resto y se le recomendó que no comiera demasiado, especialmente con covid, si un pelo puede meterse en su pizza, Dios sabe qué más puede.

Well!!!!!!! I used to order from these guys regularly until the attitude I received tonight. They were late for the Uber stated time. No problem. It’s understandable on a Saturday night. So I phoned to check on the order. The attitude I got was unbelievable. I had given the wrong address. The driver had called me many times. He would return again in 2 mins. Complete rubbish. I used the same order details I use every time. After a further 5 mins I called again to hopefully assist. I was greeted with yet more attitude and told I would have to walk down the road to meet the driver or my delivery would be cancelled. I cancelled. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

Best pizza in town I recommend to everyone who loves the taste of pizz, went there loved it going there again🍕 👌❤️

This is our go to pizza place in Eastbourne. Fair better then any of the big name brands. Always tastes great and excellent value for money would recommend to anyone. Great selection of sides/deserts and drinks, and some good deals. Average delivery time anywhere between 30-45 minutes and arrives hot

Very poor customer service wrong pizza sent took almost an hour when was told 30 minutes was given a load of abuse when ask for replacement that was going to be another 45 minute because I asked if I was going to get anything for the mistake

We just love pizza from Hot for you.Excelent taste,good value and If my child eats it then it say something bec my daughter wouldn't eat any pizza.Highly recommended

So I went to place my first order and was very disappointed by the service and quality of the pizza. It clearly states on the leaflet buy one and get one free but apparently that’s not the case, I was told that on the 18inch the offer is not available and was also told that Margherita price is higher than that stated on leaflet , I questioned it and the guy couldn’t find it written anywhere on the leaflet so basically I ended up paying for two pizzas !!! So much for the offer lol.... i did point out that the leaflet offer is very misleading !!!it’s my fault, I should have stuck with Dominos, cheese on these margaritas is really cheap , tastes like plastic, I’m afraid I won’t be going there ever again

Used to get my pizzas from Pizza Hot 4 You but since they changed their cheese to that mostly fake cheese that doesn't have texture or creates strings when eating I stopped. Most pizzerias started adopting this fake cheese rather than mozzarella because is cheaper but flavourwise and texturewise is absolutely poor.
