Delicious food, quick delivery, food was hot, delivery driver was a nice bloke, decent prices. Will definitely get food from these guys again

Been here 3 times in a month since moving to Winterton and highly recommend the pizzas. Huge variety on the menu to choose from, all freshly prepared and very tasty. I love the Balpino with a good bit of spice and my husband recommends the Hawaiian for something simple. Very friendly staff. They advise to pay by cash (no card option in store or online card payments accepted) but they do allow direct bank transfer. Steadily making our way through the menu.

Ordered eal 11 which states house kebab x 2 with x 2 chips etc. Meal arrived with one kebab despite the confirmation stating 2 kebabs etc. When I queried it the shop owner soad it was my responsibility to order whati wanted and put the phone down. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered tonight. Lady who took call didn’t take order correctly ended up with incomplete order along with being charged twice for two chicken burger meals that we didn’t get in the first instance! Called shop and told that there was nothing they could do as apparently the burgers had not been ordered. Our original order was approx £50 shocking to say the least then on top of that we had to pay again for the two burger meals again. Two meals had no salad. The person taken the orders needs to listen thoroughly

Be careful what you order.... Chicken Tikka is plain chicken and when challenged they say it's a sauce on the base... I don't think so.... Poor service and terrible response!! Dont expect to get anything resolved...

Only Pizza takeaway who deliver to where I am but the pizzas are usually too greasy and soggy regardless of the choice of topping. Edit: Please know this wasn't meant as a personal attack. Ive ordered from Pizza Hot several times as this is the only takeaway pizza available for myself and sadly each time has not been good and each time the pizza had grease issues regardless of what the topping was. I have deleted one line since I agree I went a little over the mark. I do hope the issues I had with the other location (fish and chip shop) were just teething issues and it improves from my original visit.
