Pizza GoGo in Kingston upon Thames

Ordered a pizza, was told 20 minutes to pick, after this time when we collected the pizza, was told the pizza was given to someone else, the service then escalated in a spiral, as I was was considering to recorder ,the delay and customer service after this transpired quite negatively. I then decided not to order further as I had concerns with the order as I wanted a vegetarian and she relayed the pizza back to me which was a meat pizza.

table was booked for 12.15 on a Saturday. 2 adults and 2 kids. wasn't very busy, not quite but not full. 3 staff were in the kitchen and 3 staff on the floor. it took a long time for the drinks to arrive after we order them. then our food arrive more than 1 hour after we ordered. I had to ask twice by walking to the kitchen pass how long or where was our food ( 2 kids pizza,1 adult pizza and 1 caesar salad). No one was coming to check on us. when the 3 pizzas arrived i had to wait more than 15 minutes more for my salad to be served when both kids already finished their pizza and my friend had nearly finished his pizza. never had such a bad service or had to wait so long for some food they may be called Pizza express but there is nothing express about their service.

Ordered around half 6 it said it would come around 7:05 to 7:25 but then got delayed till 8 then didn’t receive it till 20 past 8

I don’t think this place is capable of getting an order right. Before they sent me no drink and no extra toppings I requested and paid for. I gave them another chance and ordered again and they literally sent me (a vegan) a Hawaiian pizza.

Very bad service and food is dry(cooked twice) Delivery problems all the time
