Pizza Go Go Potters Bar in Hertsmere

On Saturday nights, the coolest thing I do is buy a pizza at 'Pizza Go Go'.

Always a fantastic service would not go anywhere else food Always nice and hot never been disappointed here

Great yummy margarita thin crust and chessey garlic bread pizza

Go elsewhere food was Cold and undercooked and the staff are very rude

Our bi-weekly dinner stop. The pizza is always cooked properly. The prices are amazing £13.99 for an XL pizza (their biggest one). Quick service and they guys there are always professional and friendly. Definitely recommend

this shop is just amazing, seriously never had pizza takeaway quite like pizza gogo potters bar, everything from the pizza sauce, to the cheese, to the staff that work there is just 10/10, could not recommend any other pizza shop in the area as highly :D *****

Very organised and affordable prices

Ordered a pizza and it was very undercooked dough was very soggy and draw when I phoned up and told the shop manager he told me I can cook it at home or you can return it and they will cook it again this is a disgraceful service cheap bad pizza

I have lived near this place my whole life and they have never disappointed. The food is always fresh, the customer service is always efficient and friendly. I’d recommend visiting Pizza Gogo whilst in Potters Bar, they have amazing deals!!!

It's has very good pizza staff were kind and were quick the only down side is that the place is very small and it can gets crowded during meal times

This is defo the best Pizza GoGo, everytime I come without fail. My pizza is hot and fresh, the people that work here are honestly the best. If you’re ever craving a pizza, definitely come down to the Potters Bar one, you won’t be disappointed!

After years of being a regular customer I’ve now noticed that the service of the workers are appalling and they are very cocky, they lack in customer service skills and cannot deal with certain situations. They do not listen to customers and they refuse to take responsibility for their muck ups. These guys need serious training.

Drivers tried to nick the pizza then tried to hit my 11 year old son Then you have the audacity to tell me you have sacked a man while I am sitting in right here watching him load pieces into a bag

The service at this place is hit and miss. If you get one of the young boys, you get a smile and good service. If you get one of the men, you get a frown. The quality of the pizza varies often also. I am writing the review now as a last straw. The pizza had glaring patches of pizza base with no cheese. When I pointed this out the guy got defensive and talked over me saying he can't give extra cheese and they are trained to give this much cheese. I asked what determines the amount of cheese that goes onto a pizza and he said "their palm". He also made an excuse of the cheese moving when the pizza is cut, which obviously wasn't the case. He kept saying I should order extra cheese and wouldn't acknowledge basic cheese should cover the pizza. The lack of cheese isn't an issue really, their attitude is. I pointed it out so next time it wouldn't happen again but the guys response means I won't go back again, obviously, he didn't care. *edit* they have asked me to contact their customer service team but the main pizza gogo website says to contact the store themselves and not head office. They reply but give no means to contact a customer service rep.

Ordered from this branch after an extremely long time and still just as as amazing and delicious as I remember. Also presented really nicely which of course adds to the appeal, my students all devoured 3 large pizzas within 15mins! Also very kind and helpful customer service on the phone and in person at delivery. Will definitely be ordering again.

Been a regular customer of Pizza GoGo for a while but today will be my last order... I order the same two pizzas everytime... Not only has the price increased by 20%, they no longer give sauces as standard and tonight the manager tried to argue with me that my American Hot was thin crust, when I'm looking at it right now and it's deep pan... Customer service is now more important than ever, especially towards loyal customers and disappointed by the fact that they couldn't care less... Perhaps potential future customers will care about this review...

Order food from here to, had to call the store after an hour to find out we're the food was, was told another 20 minutes or so, then 15 minutes later the food arrived, then had to call the store again half the stuff was missing, no apology or anything. To be honest the food didn't taste great ever. Such poor service and very bad customer service, £35 wasted.

Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas: 1 spicy vegetarian also 1 garlic sizzler both deep pan. After 2 slices me and my colleague felt some stomach pain,then after one hr we had very bad diarrhea also very bad cramps. Very disappointed.

I am leaving 5 stars as I have been using pizza gogo since they opened in Potters bar, never had a problem always perfect. But unfortunately tonight think they only showed the oven my pizza. I had to put it in the oven to cook further and was not cooked. My chicken could of done with done sauce on it again was just shown the bottle of sauce. I'm sure this is a one off. But very disappointing.

jot the best pizza. I feel they are always trying to compete with the same stuff with like dominos and papa John's. but was really nice drunk and on the way home it defo done the job.

The best pizza in Potters Bar, they are our go to every time we fancy a takeaway. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and most important you dont get a pizza with way too much oil. Service is also always 5 star and delivery is usually early which is convenient. I cant think of any faults.

Best pizza in Potters bar and great value(if you collect, of course). The kids love their curly fries and the dips are not bad. If you have a big group of friends turn up and you don't want to cook, get yourself down here. The parking is not too bad and they are quick as well.

Fantastic service, right away when I came in they we’re welcoming. They gave me exactly what I ordered and they were right on time with the pizza.The taste of the pizza is indescribably delicious, everything was made perfect. All of the workers were super nice, they were definitely good at communicating with their customers with respect. This is definitely the best pizza spot in Potters bar.

Great staff I was travelling through stopped for lunch made me pizza just the way I asked and promptly and didn't wait long will be going again as I travel through at least 2 to 3 times a week .

Amazing service and fresh pizzas every time I order from here. Very rarely they make a mistake with the toppings but its easier to ask them what I want in person than over the phone, probably where the miscommunication happens. Also they have the cheapest pizza in town with a lot of side offers and deals some are worth looking it. My favourite pizza for recommendation is the garlic sizzler.

Don't order, you will be disappointed.

One of the rudest, worst customer service experiences I've had in my life - I began by placing a large order for delivery for a group of friends on the website. Then, about 10 minutes later, I received a call from the local store - the man on the other end of the phone assumed we were placing a fake order, and after about a minute of shouting at me, ordered I give my card details. He claimed that he would force me to pay for pizza, as "we were clearly playing a prank". After refusing, and eventually hanging up, the man called back three more times throughout the course of the day, saying that he would not cancel my order and he would make me pay for pizza, despite me making clear my intention of cancelling the order after the first (very rude) call. The fact that it isn't possible to order pizza from this shop without a stream of abuse over the phone pretty sums up the shop.

I've always alternated between gogo and dominos pending my mood ( and if I want soft round garlic bread or traditional ) Now it's always pizza gogo for about 1.5 years - dominos has messed up far too many times... These guys are normally at my door before I know it , no complaints I can ever remember and the delivery driver always says hi - dominos guys are jus socially awkward

This place made a great pepperoni and mushroom pizza and it something you just can't seem to get where I am now. It been a few year since I have been to this place but I will be buying one as soon as I get back.
