Phoned 18.17,placed order,told 30/40 minutes. An hour later I phoned to be told sorry we're busy,he's just left. At 19.50 I phoned to see where he was. Was told we're busy, so I asked for a discount to be told bluntly no ,you can cancel your order and I hadn't waited an hour and half. Time is on my phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and after many years of ordering from here this was the last time.

When I tried to call the store to inquire about my delivery status, I started by mentioning that I had ordered a pizza. Before I could even finish my sentence, they immediately responded with “Do you speak English?” and then kept ignoring my calls. I wonder, this place isn’t that busy, right? How come they don’t even have time to answer calls? Is it because they’re constantly practicing their English? So, you’re saying do you speaking English, which is why you didn’t have time to pick up the phone? Well, I hope you use your free time to improve your English skills. This way, when customers call you, you’ll be able to understand them. Have a nice day.

What a liberty don’t order from them

If I could give zero stars I would - my housemate ordered a pizza from here and paid on Uber eats, then the following day the driver turned up at my house and demanded money from me and refused to leave until I'd paid them. Being in the house on my own and not knowing my housemate had already paid on the app, I sent him the money and now Pizza Gogo are unresponsive. I cannot understand how this happened if it was paid for via an app and it was a breach of our personal details for the driver to turn up at our address on a different day and very intimidating of him to refuse to leave without being given more money. Now we've ended up paying 50 pounds for two awful pizzas. Avoid!

I get it delivered straight to my secure unit in a hospital, drivers are all extremely patient, as they have to wait for nurses to come and collect the food for us. I order every few days! (Hate hospital food, ADORE PIZZA GOGO). Totally affordable!, they always deliver and get through the security gate in no more than 30 mins DESPITE the checks and gates and stuff. They always remember my order and offer give me extra free toppings too! If you haven't tried the you, give them a chance! The bigger chain stores like Dominos, para John's, pizza hut, takes hours getting it onto the secure ward. Or outright refusing because it is a bit off putting for them.

Ordered meat pizza last night, violently sick right now!! If I could give minus 1 star I would. Never eat here unless you want diarrhoea.

Took an hour to receive my order when the delivery time on just eat states 10-25 minutes. Nothing wrong with having to wait an hour but I would have appreciated to know that information beforehand. So disappointed when the pizza arrived as after an hour of waiting I received pizza that tasted like a frozen pizza from the supermarket. The worst part is that I paid 30 pounds for food I didn't even eat. I felt bad to complain as the delivery driver was really sweet and polite but you just can't be charging people 30 pounds for such bad food. I could have used that money to do a whole foodshop for a week...
