Costa Coffee in Lambeth

Had to get some food after a procedure left me nauseated and faint. There was nothing here I could eat. Nothing at all. All shelves were full, but it was all processed meat, lots of dairy cheese or sugar. How is this allowed in a hospital? How is this allowed right next to the bloodcentre? Had to drag myself to the building next door to find the hidden M&S, which did have plenty of suitable options.

The croissant I got this morning was stale. I am disappointed. Please do not sell yesterday’s pastries, thanks.

Quick service and professional staffs.

£8.00 for a toasted sandwich and the worst cup of tea, cheap tea in a pyramid tea bag I thought it was pg tips but no it wasn't, won't be getting any cups of tea from Costa coffee again not when you can get a decent cup of tea for a£1 in most greasy spoon cafe's and the ham and cheese toastie wasn't much better thin slice of ham in-between thin bread scattered with a bit of cheese £5.40 what a joke, it's about time these big companies started giving you value for money rather than making there investors very rich on over priced food and drink.

The short south east asian looking guy that has a moustache, working at the one next to M&S was bloody rude. There was some miscommunication but all I asked for was half a cup of cold tap water to cool down my baby's milk. I didn't see why you had to be such an a$$ about it, omdays'ing me and what not. Your dad doesn't own Costa, so calm down.

Costa Coffee, Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill This particular Costa Coffee Shop had two ladies working. The shop was clean and tidy. The two ladies serving were polite and attentive. They knew about the working of the app.

The coffee in this Costa was A++ although the wait times and queues were long, the coffee was worth the wait. They can only go at the speed of the machine. I found the staff to all be very friendly and calm under the pressure of the long queues. This Costa gave me some normality whilst visiting the hospital regularly

Bad service, bad coffee, rude personnel, I don’t know what to say anymore. I work in this hospital and I can’t wait until we get a new coffee shop.

This Costa is not open 24hrs. It’s disgraceful that the hospital has let them take an essential space in the hospital yet they cannot service their customers even though they state they’re open 24hrs. There is nowhere else to get food in the hospital. There is 3 vending machines around the corner from it that have two empty and one taking cash only. Twelve until 5am and there’s nothing open.

Service was slow. No china crockery was used both food & drinks were served in paper cups or bags. No cutlery was offered either - only plastic forks were on offer.

The hygiene of this place is appalling. The seats are incredibly dirty and stained and the staff only cleans the tables. I had to use my own wipes to clean the seats and that didn’t work either. There is a sign asking people the vacate the only available table after finishing their food/drink, yet I was asked to leave the table before finishing my coffee and after buying food and drinks. The staff members are polite but this needs to be addressed as you can’t tell someone to leave just because they have used a table for too long when they are clearly still using it in accordance with the displayed rules? There are people waiting on patients to be discharged here so perhaps more seating is required?

Well, Well, Well. Rude staff, again. Once is a mistake you forgive you move on, but twice is a dirty habit. Will be buying my coffee elsewhere from now on. Many companies have become arrogant with their customers and have ended up in trouble, unable to keep customers. When I spoke to my colleagues about this, I was surprised to find that they have already stopped using Costa. So disappointed.

It's one of many; average coffeé chain. Nothing special. What more can I say...

Asked for a cup to use to get some water from the bath room for my sick mum - Charged £2 for a empty cup... In a hospital... Thanks guys... I will never use Costa again. Thanj

A good brand infested by rude staff and dreadful customer service

Quick and convenient with decent coffee

Absolutely good Costa Coffee here and definitely worth it it especially if you have got to wait around and a very long time for transport

It is a bit crowded and tiny, but located right in the hospital. Possible the best place to have a good coffee or a quick bite, as there aren't many places around.
