Best service ever! Even gave us a chocolate cake on the house and the pizza was soooo good great selection of different pizzas or you can choose your own toppings. The wedges are the best and the garlic bread is really good too!! Best pizza place!!

The pizza was tasty but the delivery time was poor. I ordered at 19:35 and got my order at 21:15. The delivery driver forgot the bottle of coke so we went to the takeaway to pick it up. Friendly staff but delivery time was poor and they forget items.

Dodgy little place, got people walking in and out of the kitchen from the street. Medium pizza compared to large is tiny so an extra £2 is probably worth it. Asked for hot chicken which shouldve arrived with mushrooms, onions and peppers but only had slices of tomatoes and around 5 pieces of chicken which was a waste of money. Also ordered cheesy garlic bread however for £3.99 i had 4 tiny slices of garlic bread which was by far a rip off. Would not recommend. Just go to dominos

Cannot recommend enough. We ordered 10 large pizza for delivery to a park for a large CHILDRENS PARTY (20 kids!!). Amazing price - much larger pizza and significantly cheaper than all other places. Plenty for everyone, including left over for the parents! Super friendly in the ordering process and when delivering - including to call us to check where in the park we were. Superb service and food at a great price.

I tried to ring up to see if they deliver to my address and the “morning manger” wouldn’t let me ask my question then was rude and hung up I called back and got hung up on again i then rung back asking to talk to their boss and I was hung up on again I rung back and left my name and number but I doubt I’ll get a call back rather rude. I don’t think I will order from them a shame coz I enjoyed there food last time but I’m no longer using the just eat app and if that’s what I get when I ring up we’ll enough said -one family of customers.

Great Pizza, reasonably priced for collection. Service is usually positive but lately the staff have been dismissive and aren't very approachable. Will continue to buy their delicious pizza 🍕 there is little parking nearby but If your coming towards town on London Road there is usually space free roadside before the corner they are on.

Pizza GoGo is the place for good food! Delivery was on time, still piping hot food, fresh dough with good toppings! What more can you ask from your local pizza 🍕 shop! I would recommend chicken hot 🥵 was tastier than ever!

I wish I could score -5! Seriously, shocking service from both the store and their customer service. Never ever order directly from their website as it seems they don't even bother turning on the order receipt machine for their own website. The manager doesn't even show up because they can get away with using deliveroo or just eat. I'll stick with Dominos next time

just orderd from here and what a mistake never again !!! chicken not cooked all 5 difrent portions milshake wasnt mint was just vanila orderd a cheesy crust pizza paid the extra £3 and it arrived with out cheese crust £55 for uncooked chicken and a pizza that was wrong fuming to say the least avoid

I’m sure that the pizza from pizza GoGo is great however I will not know after an experience that left me without pizza but with a new confidence that this place is awful. We ordered our food at 12:14 and were told it would arrive at 1:20 and hour wait which we though was fine, however come 1:20 we did not have any pizza we also had no word from the place we were ordering food from despite multiple calls and emails when it got to 2:00 and our pizza was now over half an hour late. Eventually we were told that our food had arrived at our house which didn’t seem to be true unless they have somehow developed a new technology that allows pizza to be invisible, we checked and the address on our order was correct and easy to find using any sort of maps app or SATNAV so we could rule out that it had gone somewhere else, it got to 3 and we realised that this pizza was probably not coming at all at this point. We ended up not being able to eat and are yet to receive the refund that we have had to request. So this place has taken our money as well as not giving us pizza so you can probably guess we will not be using this place again and if anyone reads this I suggest you don’t either.

Very good pizzas, well presented and lots of toppings. Have ordered from here several times now and the pizza is always hot. Can't go without ordering sides too- the wings, nachos and the garlic bread especially are delicious. My husband and I have had their chocolate dessert and cookies which are also tasty. On some occasions, the dips that we have ordered aren't the right ones but hasn't been a big deal.

Pizza was cold and over delayed Phone is not responding . At least IT appeard to be for free. Good for them they got neutral rating from me. Update: there is no way to fix this problem now. It was for free you dealt with it good. That's why the rating is neutral. I like the customer service. I think this was fair enough.

Always prompt, excellent deep pan (crispy!). Friendly drivers! Wings are tasty, and larger than offered by other places. I make frequent orders, would recommend. :)

Very disappointed and annoyed. Ordered last week, not very warm and the delivery guy was very rude. Some of it was burnt. I ordered some garlic bread that didnt arrive and they still wont pay me back, for the order I didnt receive. When I gave them a call they said they were closing and hanged the phone up on me. Took an hour to deliver. Customer service well all I can say is you need to speak to your staff and explain about manners. I don't ever write reviews in fact this is probably the first one iv ever written in my life. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Definitely think before ordering from here!!!

Food was late, although the app says its still being prepared even though its here, paid extra for garlic pizza bread and what we got was charcoal burnt PART BAKES with burt cheese, wheres the garlic? No pizza about this at all! Could have made my own with the part bakes in the freezer, complete waste of money after some lovely reviews extremely disappointed

Ordered a Pizza yesterday, because we were having some family time together, the order was late, so I got out to see if the delivery man is coming. Turned out he was parked in front of our house, staying on his phone. God knows for how many minutes he was there for, we're certainly not ordering from here anymore.

I've been a faithful customer for a very long time but recently, their delivery service got worse. Today, we waited over an hour (95mims to be precise). When I called to enquire, I was told that someone tried to call me to inform me of the driver being late for work... We were offered compensation item. In regards of the quality of food, we love it. Pizza is always freshly made, arrives hot. I'm confident to say that for our family, is the best pizza in town and despite this little flow, we'll order with them again.

The staff were very nice and helpful the pizza was absolutely delicious, it came right on time excellent service and great pizza. The prices are great! Definitely a value for money!

After realising Swartz.bros was closed I was starving popped my head in this place thinking it would be one of those scrappy kebab places that you would eat at if you were homeless or drunk at 2am I was shocked by an amazing 5 pounds for a pizza with 3 toppings of choice and a free can. The food didn't taste to bad either it was better then most bigger restaurants and so place deserves more credit

Didn’t think it was possible for me to ever dislike Pizza. However, use of poor ingredients and burnt crusts followed with a rude delivery guy made this a horrible experience. I would recommend spending a couple pounds more and treating yourself to a Domino’s.

Had a pizza for £6.99, any size special offer, so got extra large, it was well made and cooked, within 10-15 minutes, nice service, tasty food, would recommend.

Disgusting service from the manager been using this place for months same order every time spend a lot of money here and always had a great friendly service until tonight the manager answers the phone rude mannered and refused to do our original order and was rude and disrespectful and unhelpful I'll not be using anymore lost themselves a good customer pizza gogo looks to be going downhill!

Poor delivery service a few months ago, waited 2 hours for a delivery at which point I had fallen asleep. Won't be ordering a delivery from this place anytime soon.

Ordered pizza from here twice for my team working throughout the night. Both times they got the time wrong (should have been half past midnight - 00:30). First time it was solved reasonably ok - they apologised and send some free ice cream with the order. Gave them another try one week later: second time the person on the phone claimed it was my fault, refused to apologise and nothing free was thrown in to make up for it. I won't be using these guys ever again and would advice others to spend their money elsewhere.

Wrong pizza twice in row, called up to inform them and was shouted at it, no apology what so ever or replacement offered. Thought i would give them one last Try ( been using this place for months) to be told that no one should have been taking payment over the phone at all. ( even though thats the only way i had been paying) this gave me enough reason to never use this place or my card here ever again. To whatever powers that be at pizza go go maybe you should look into this...
