Nice but if you have got a cold item ,common sense would tell you you shouldn't put it with the hot pizza. please be considerate of people spending there hard earn money with you and expect cold food to come cold and hot food to Come hot.

one pizza was delivered though it was buy one get one free so I received one pizza instead of two so it wasnt buy one get one free in the end when it should have been and payed full price

I've had food from this pizza go-go b4, the food is always lovely. It is always still hot, but I am only a few minutes away from the shop so I'll probably think it should be lol. Last night I got my food about 20ish minutes early. I thought 30-40 minute wait was a bit long for them. It was not a problem that I got my food earlier than told, and can I please say how nice it was to see the driver still have a lovely smile and also happy manner, at that time of morning (12:20am not long ago lol) Thanks Pizza Go-Go Was lovely, enjoyed every bit

Below average delivery pizza. Tepid. Despite instructions, driver couldn't find my place, then fibbed about how he'd followed aforementioned instructions. Won't bother in future.

It was saying buy one get two pizzas on they page and i got only one

Cold ordered deep pan and they sent thin pan pizza which is not what we ordered very greasy not the best .we normally love pizza gogo Missing items also feeding a family of 5 with one pizza as one was way to oily greasy . I would like my money back for the order as its missing the garlic bread the pizzas are missing half a pizza as it isn't even deep pan .waited over 30 mins late . Really disappointed in the whole order . Really not impressed my screen is covered in grease from my fingers .

The delivery guy was super nice he called me 3 times I was in the shower didn’t hear my phone or my house bell but still he waited me 13 minutes until I called back and yes he wasn’t happy with me being late but still he was super nice talking super nice delivery guy

First time from pizza go go in my life, only place that was open after 12pm. I got some chicken wings, garlic bread pizza curly fries and a beef lasagna. Driver fine no issues. Food was hot which I wasn’t expecting. Portion sizes much larger than I was expecting too. Very happy and il be making pizza go go my first choice next time I use just eat. My only complaint is the beef lasagna had literally no beef in it. Had to double check my receipt, thought I might have mistakenly ordered veg lasagna

These guys are always quick, the food is good and they never mess up your order!

Excellent menu, much better deals than the other big names, pizza is really good, comes piping hot and fairly quick delivery. Will continue to order from here, highly recommended ;)

The driver was very rude to me on the phone and to my daughter picking up the pizza. He tried calling and we didn’t see the calls as the site still said it hadn’t left the pizza place and delivery time wasn’t for 20 mins

The delivery driver forced me to not only leave my flat but cross the street and walk all the way to the nearest landmark to collect the food. I could have literally avoided delivery if this was going to be the case. Never ordering from Just eat again

Pizza was pretty dry and Luke warm. Toppings were sparse The extra toppings I’d paid for were missing.

I ordered tuna pizza and there was barely any tuna on it! Very disappointing! Last time it was much better so the difference was very noticeable. Unfortunately won’t be ordering it again…

The food was so cold and very bad tge pizza was unchewable, rubbery.

Driver refused to come to deliver to my door (which was 14 steps upstairs) because of an alleged spinal surgery. I tried to explain that I have an ankle fracture so I couldn’t go downstairs and then he hung up. I called the shop and they said their drivers don’t have to go upstairs to deliver my order to my door and that it was my problem to deal with. This took about 15 mins (I ordered ice cream with my food). Worst experience. I won’t ever order from Pizza Gogo again.

I would like a refund because the wrong toppings were put on my pizza so I was unable to eat it as I am allergic to peppers and onions. And the food was very oily

Said they had delivered when they hadn’t only delivered two hours late as I called asking where my delivery was. Bad service on the phone. Bad management when I called. Extremely bad food which was worse after waiting two hours for the food. NEVER ORDER FROM THERE.

I've never had a chance to try such a bad pizza. burnt black color we paid £ 20 which was thrown in the bin. when calling the restaurant unprofessional unhelpful approach, the man pretended not to understand. The man simply rejected the call. he was very rude. he disrespectfully hung up the conversation. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. money thrown in the trash !!!!

Staying in the area for a week or so and is the Second time ordering from this restaurant and on both occasions the food and service has been outstanding, food is always fresh hot and delicious and has been delivered early by friendly delivery guys. I have been ordering from Pizza GoGo for sometime. They make good, consistent pizza every time and deliver promptly. Much prefer this to other chains when I'm in the mood for a naughty pizza!

Usually order from here all the time and it is great but ordered tonight about 12am (the advertise as closing at 12.50am) It was a tiny order that never showed up, tried calling and there was no answer. If they could not deliver for whatever reason it would have been nice for the staff to let us know!

Great pizzas everytime! Have been ordering from them for over a year no qualms as yet. Driver’s are always friendly too, delivering with a smile.

Food is tasty,ordered few times before, but on last order restaurant staff and delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't deliver what I ordered, and refused to refund the money. Thank you JusEat customer care for sorting the problem and refund.

Pizza was really well done and right on time

Food is very tasty and arrived hot, which is great. I do have two complaints: 1) The pizza was not well cut, it had several parts that I needed to cut myself in order to pull the slices away. 2) Two of the chicken wings I was given were a joke. They were so small they’d count as nuggets were it not for a bone being inside. Given that the other four were big and tasty I was disappointed with this.

The pizza was smaller than what I ordered and when I called they simply ignored me and said contact just eat! Very poor service

We've been a customer of the East Barnet branch for years. This ends from now on. We ordered a pizza (vegetarian hot) wings garlic bread with cheese. The order was delivered and me and the wife launched in to it. My wife demolished one slice and I had a bite out of another. My wife said "It's not very hot" we inspected it and could see it had no chillies on it. I phoned the branch and told them and the man on the phone said sorry for getting the order wrong, then said he would cook and send the correct one and for me to give the wrong one to the driver. When he came, I gave him the wrong pizza and told him that a slice was eaten before we realised it was wrong. He said that the manager want's half the money for the new one then. I found this disrespectful and insulting. I told him to take both back and that We will NEVER buy from them again. We have plenty of other options and plenty pizza shops to choose from. I have no problem with the delivery driver as he was great, he just HAD to follow the other guys instructions.

Driver was rude, with an attitude trying to start an argument and I’ve got news for him. I’m not the one 😂

We selected vegetarian Pizza as part of our order and the quality was very poor - very little by way of toppings - I rank it as the worst pizza I can ever remember having - which for a pizza restaurant is dire indeed. Restaurant needs to be aware that it is only as good as its last pizza - will not be ordering again from this restaurant.

Very bland pizza that was not worth the effort of eating. I was completely ripped off as I didn't get what I paid for. The pizza was not even close to the 12" I ordered. I measured it and it was just over 10". I ordered jalapenos as an extra and despite paying far too much for an additional topping it was missing. The large dipping pot I paid for wasn't included either just the standard small sized one. About the only thing they got right was providing the bottle of diet coke.

Overpriced £26 for 2 10.5 inch thin pizzas. And a bit of garlic bread. Not value for money for an average pizza. Next time will go to supermarket better taste and price

Perfect food, arrived early (which was good because I was hungry!) and a friendly delivery driver. Brilliant service!

The owner of the shop was very inconsiderate and called me a liar when i told him I ordered the food for a specific time even though I had evidence of it. He refused to listen to what I had to say and kept shouting at me over the phone. The food was extremely cold when it arrived to me (earlier than my selected time), as if it was already reheated. Extremely rude owner / manager.
