Pizza Express Wembley London Designer Outlet in Brent

My sister booked a table for lunch at 2pm. We were shown to a filthy table with food on the seats and were just ignored. We waited for 20 minutes and nobody even offered us a drink or came to take our order. We ended up walking out. We went to Zizzi’s instead and had a lovely meal in a clean restaurant. Absolutely awful!

Très bonnes pizzas "romaine" dans cette pizzéria de centre commarcile, juste à côté du Stade de Wembley. Serveuses très accueillantes et souriantes, même avec notre accent français... Pizzas "romaines" à découvrir, avec une pête fine et craquante, les 2 que nous avons goûtées étaient très bonnes.

Very good food and friendly service. A special thank you to Mafruha ..who went over and beyond. All the other staff were attentive and helpful too. 🙂👍

The restaurant was really quiet so it was a surprise to take so long to be seated (despite us making a booking online). Service was terrible throughout, starters arrived for 3 of us, my daughters garlic bread arrived after we had finished eating, then strangely her dinner then arrived ages before ours so she was finished by the time ours turned up (it was an adult meal so no reason for this). Just to finish off from a bad experience, I had a hair baked into my pizza. Will not be returning again and would recommend you find somewhere else too.

That is the first and last time I will ever order from pizza express Wembley. I ordered the lasagne was clearly frozen before and just cooked in a metal container. Had no flavour, hardly any meat. Was so disappointed. I also ordered polenta fries, they were soggy with burnt cheese on top. I also ordered the bruschetta. The dough wasn’t even cooked properly and was also soggy. It was disgusting. Waste of my money. Had a few bits and through it in the bin. So like I said at the beginning the first and last time I ever ordered from Pizza express.

Was very pleased with the food and drink and service here, the waitress was friendly and efficient, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food, which was also excellent.

Came here after ages. Nice branch. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Good service and they had air conditioning on a hot day! You know the menu, pizza, salads, dessert and more! There are not many choices for those who want a pasta. If you do, go elsewhere. A nice variety for those on a vegetarian or vegan diet plus they display nutritional information which is helpful. I had the Leggera Pollo ad Astra. I like the Leggera range which is low calorie and light so you still enjoy a pizza but with less dough and you have salad! A pizza with a hole in the middle. I say salad but it was just rocket leaves, but this was fine. To drink I had a Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. Couldn't fault it. Perfectly made, fresh and presented nicely. I liked the side dressing for the salad too. I asked for just a little ice with my drink and got exactly what I wanted. Can't complain. Clean branch. Half full late afternoon on a Sunday. Staff were attentive and nice, yet at the same time, they allowed diners to eat in peace.

The Service was Quite good but BUT I ordered a Caesar salad and I was very disappointed. First of all there was no dressing and second there was fish in it!!!!

Firstly the service was so slow and the place wasn’t even packed. Secondly they are such cheapsktates the pizzas hardly had any topping on them as they are cutting back yet we are paying more. No Parmesan not Tabasco sauce available. And thirdly why the hell is the legara pizza more expensive than the classic yet has a whole on the middle and hardly any toppings! Anyway I’ve been a fan and have been going for years but my pizza express days are over they have gone down hill massively. I would rather support the local Businesses.

Me and my girlfriend visited on 25th and was served by none other than the great Eduardo. To say his his service was exceptional would be an understatement, he surpassed all expectations. Firstly when he approached us he was very friendly and offered us his name, it’s always good to know the person serving you. Moving on to the food we kept it very simple! 2 margaritas…HOWEVER there was a twist, one of us had the classic whilst the other had the Romana. Whilst waiting Eduardo approached us and let us know our pizzas were only a couple minutes away which was very reassuring, we almost couldn’t contain our excitement to try the pizzas. Now for all important bit. PIZZA IS SERVED!! The pizza crust was crispy to perfection, sauce was juicy and cheese perfect. As a whole the meal was certainly delectable. Eduardo is truly an asset to the pizza express franchise and should be treasured at whatever cost.

Essen war jetzt keine Offenbarung, Ambiente auch nicht, aber wir hatten Hunger und die Bedienung war sehr nett. Die bestellten Pizzen waren frisch, geschmacklich okay und preiswert. Satt und zufrieden waren wir auf jeden Fall.

Staff oblivious to customers Do not know how the app or offers work. Confusing messages Poor management Poor communication skills No customer care. Plus side food was ok. However mains come first and starters last.. pointless.. Avoid, there are better places in the outlet to eat than here.

Very busy night as there was a concert at the Stadium. The staff were working really hard to get everyone queuing was seated given they had not accepted any bookings up front. The kitchen was overworked but the food still came out within the 1 hour time I was told the wait would be. I think a really good job was done to staff up appropriately and ensure that service was the best it could be under the circumstances. Well done Wembley.

We went for an early dinner before seeing a concert, a 20 minute wait for a table but a quick and efficient service with friendly staff and of course the food was good too.

The place was packed with thousands in the area for BTS concert. Still, we were served in decent time and by friendly staff. Food good.

Let me tell you my experience today 8.11.18 around 16:30. Story begin like this. Me and my wife ugh we did not ask for it as we were eating. After about two or may be three minutes, she came back and started taking the plates- remember i was still eating. I have never came across any restaurant where waitress just take away the plates while you are eating. Please be aware of this place. Manager did not have decency to approach. I paid £33.90 and walked away. Will never visit this place with horrible attitude.

We hebben hier gegeten vlak voor een wedstrijd in het Wembley stadion. Ondanks de drukte hadden we snel eten, iets wat we ook vooraf gevraagd hadden. De pizza was lekker en de bediening aardig. Het restaurant was netjes.

Went on Wednesday Evening, The Restaurant wasn't that Busy. We were seated on Table which was Dirty and chairs had food droppings on it. The service was awful and one of the waiter was very rude when questioned about order which was missing.Our Pizza's were cold and no one should tolerate such service and quality when you are paying a premium prices.

Had a meal by myself as I was staying nearby and the food was lovely. I would recommend the squid rings as a starter as I could have easily eaten another. The service was very good and overall, it was a lovely meal.I gave 4 stars because half way through my meal, one of the staff started banging loudly (I think she was cleaning something as it was quite late).

Visited this Pizza Express last night on a weekend trip to Wembley. We haven't been to a Pizza Express for months so a treat and a change.The restaurant was quiet. We were shown to our seat and ordered drinks. These are never cheap, but to be honest not too bad bearing in mind we were in London.I wanted a light pizza as I am diabetic so pushing it abit with finding a low carb option. I ordered the prawn starter but unfortunately that was not available so had calamari instead. Served simply with garlic mayo....tasty.My pizza was a leggaro American but without the peppers. The waiter joked with us about my choice but it was perfect when it arrived and I even had a sorbet pud. It was a lovely meal and didn't do too much harm to my blood sugars. Win win!My husband also enjoyed his choice. The service was great. Abit quick between starter and mains but no problem really.Would recommend.

Went around 6pm pre-show at Wembley Stadium, so understandably all the restaurants were packed. Queued at Pizza Express for nearly 30 minutes, all the while watching the staff inside being the most inefficient ever! Tables weren't cleared for a while, then stayed empty while all of us were queuing outside. They didn't inform anyone as to how long the wait would be, or how many people in your party. Once we finally got inside, service was still slow, there were empty tables while people still queued outside and they are obviously understaffed and poorly managed.

I adore pizza express so for me it’s a no brainer, between the soft dough balls with that luscious melting garlic dip to the stunning thin pizzas that you just can’t help but want to finish. Sadly this venue was quite busy so service suffered a little but overall standard of food wasn’t let down, service was a bit slow but we enjoyed the food and it’s in a really nice location.

Went for a late lunch, the restaurant was very quiet, but the service staff were good. The pizza was made and served very quickly. Just over £20 for a pizza and a small bottle of cider.

It's just a standardised chain restaurant. I paid nearly £15 for 2 small starters. Very disappointing.

As expected out of Pizza express chain, the food was yummy and delicious. Place can get a bit cramped to walk around.

We ate here before going to see a gig at Wembley Arena. The food is good, as it always is at this chain, however a bit more expensive than some of their competitors. It doesn’t help that the staff are constantly trying to upsell, suggesting extra drinks or food. If we wanted starters, coffee etc we would ask for it!

this is very handy for Wembley visitors and we ate there after Man City and Arsenal game last Sunday. It was superb efficient and quick and very tasty and burning hot. Loads of staff to arttrend to the hordes of sad Arsenal fans

On a whim we decided to try this place for lunch. My daughter loved the pizza that she ordered and the drinks were good too. Bit far away however. If you live in the area you should come here at least once. Recommended.

I visited on a recent trip to Wembley and was pleasantly surprised by the very quick and attentive service, the very friendly attitude of the staff and some pretty darn good pizza. I would certainly recommend this place if you are in the area.

A last minute decision was nicely rewarded, great tasty pizza, and antipasto. The waitress was exceptional very knowledgeable about the menu and what she recommended we loved. Paulina your a star, and made our evening very nice. Would have preferred much smaller personal pizza's like back in the day, as both of us took half our pizza home. A touch on the expensive side £50. for two pizzas, 1 antipasto a glass of wine and a beer.

Our main location for pizza, even thou it's a chain restaurant, they do good. With the great service and location (top floor LDO) would recommend! keep it up!

My friend and I wanted to eat before a concert at the SSE Arena this past Friday. We decided to not queue at Nando's (their queue was out the door) and instead go to Pizza Express as there was virtually no queue. Big mistake.We made our decisions quickly and ordered both drinks and food within a few minutes of sitting down. Our wine came fast. And then we waited. For a long time. We asked our server for an update after about 35 minutes and we were told that our pizzas were the next out. It was fun watching the next 3 pizzas to come out of the kitchen go to other tables (who we were fairly certain ordered after us). Our server then seemingly disappeared. At the 45 minute mark we told a different server that we needed to be somewhere in 15 minutes and would need our food ASAP. They appeared a couple minutes later. We were in such a rush at this point that we just ate as fast as we could, barely taking time to actually enjoy our food. I can't actually say whether it was good or not - THAT is how fast I ate. We had asked for the bill when the pizzas were brought and decided to pay as soon as we could as well.We did appreciate that our drinks were taken off the bill, but it was certainly frustrating just sitting there waiting.

Friends really found this established restaurant was so very very tasty and all ages can have a lovely meal

I ate here with my Husband and 2 Children- Had not pre-booked but we got a table at 8pm. The kids were given some activity sheets and crayons as soon as we sat down which gave us a chance to look at the menu. There was plenty of choiceThe kids menu was great value at 6.95 GBP- doughball and salad starter- main course and dessert and drink- dessert came with a very cute babychinno which they loved!!!We ordered some Pizzas which were served quickly and with loads of toppings and flavour. Our Server was friendly and really helpful. We did not feel rushed at any stageThe restaurant itself was really bright and open and very clean. It is on the top floor of the outlet centre but there is a lift directly outside and escalators.We feel we got great service and good value and they give you a 2 for 1 voucher on the way out!!

Que fome, olhei no relogio e falei para minha esposa, vamos comer.....olhei e vi o tal Pizza Express, pensei comigo isso vai sair caro....que engano...comemos uma bela Pizza Americana, a porção é individual e vc pode escolher o tamanho, escolhemos a maior, uma massa fina e muito peperoni, estava uma delicia. Usuario frecuente de vales Tesco clubcard para este tipo de restaurante de la cadena, y para ser honesto que paga el precio completo de una pizza hoy en día?Afortunadamente me aseguré antes de que nos sentamos a vales aceptaron el, pero me dijeron no - obviamente no necesitan el negocio, así que nos fuimos. Una cuestión de principio porque realmente fue la primera vez que he experimentado una Pizza Express que no las aceptan.Bastante contento, ya que el lugar parecía estrecha y caliente, fuimos a TGI Friday's abajo y fue totalmente increíble, así que es una buena opción.No vayas si desea utilizar cualquier cupones.

Yummy collection takeaway. Freshly baked when we arrived. Excellent quality and reasonable price. We had dough balls and then two pizzas to share.
