Food was great except the soggy potatoes which the menu stated were Crispy Potatoes shame the waiter tried to make excuses for why. Waiting staff need training on not leaning over diners to pass food and waiting for the whole table to finish eating before starting to clear.

Staff were incredibly friendly, the food came on time and was delicious! Well cooked and so much better than when we came a year ago. Honestly so good!! Will be back soon, thank you to Hassan and Maria, they were both so lovely.

Visited this restaurant this evening, what a pleasure it is to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff, Maria who served us was so friendly and polite , nothing was too much! This is needed more when eating out. Maria made sure all our food was ok. Very great service will be happy to be served by Maria again!

We come here often because it’s close to our house. We have previously had bad service but we will come in because we like the food. There’s an old man working there which we have had enough of he’s very very very moody every time we ask for something it’s like it hurts him. I understand he’s older but we are very respectful people. We will never ever return there ever. We are paying customers we don’t want anything for free. We asked about the pasta he just rejects the question like we don’t want to pay for it. But anyway it’s the last time we will come here. The place is on its last legs because of him

Came here earlier with my family , for my daughters 18th birthday, was HIGHLY disappointed with the service and quality of food in this establishment, they originally prepared me the incorrect pizza (pepperoni on my pizza I have a dietary requirement and specified margarita and olives as I cannot eat meat) I then had to wait an extra 10 minutes while my family started eating and then was appalled when I was presented with a pizza with 6 OLIVES , one on each slice , this is appalling charging 25 pence per olive should have went to Tescos and bought my own , they then took ages to bring out the check and when they did slammed the receipt on the table and said nothing , awful service would not come back.

Great service, waiter was super mindful that we needed to get in and out for a theatre show within half hour. Food was excellent, tasty and hot - a very pleasant happy experience!

This is the 2nd take out I've got from pizza express in a few months, the last one I got was a large pollo ad astra which I would assume has more toppings given the size, yet they were extremely sparse and just thrown all over the place. Now I got a spicy guiseppe, romana base, and again the toppings are extremely sparse despite saying "with more of the toppings you love" on the website for romana based pizzas. There's either the same as a regular, or even less, and again just thrown on with zero care. The green peppers and chillis are sliced way too thick and haphazardly, the red onions are in chunks instead of separated, and have been put on after cooking as they're still raw, despite them clearly being cooked some in the pictures on the pizza express website. Just awful awful quality, especially for nearly £20. It's a joke honestly

Ordered online, on just eat, took over 2 hours to even get the food, and everytime I rang to get an update no one answered… and was sent to voicemail, absolutely shocking will never order from here again, I’m disgusted

Amazing how food was ready right on time!!

Went there for a quick meal last Saturday with some overseas guests. Food and wine were fine, as usual, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The fly in the ointment: our waiter had a serious attitude problem, at an age where he should have known better. Must have been a bad bouncer in his youth, was aggressive and rude, addressing what was obviously in his mind lesser beings who needed putting in their place. When I went to pay, he demanded to know why I did not include a tip, so I explained to him that I did not think the service warranted a reward. He snatched the machine from my hands and stomped off, giving us the ‘evil eye’ till we left. I found this behaviour unacceptable, offensive and especially embarrassing as I had guests; I am well in my 60s, and do not need this (not that it is acceptable at any age). I have no need for a repeat performance, so do not intend to go there again. A shame, as it is local to us. And, before anyone thinks this was an isolated incident (admittedly I was not even sure myself that this was happening!!), another customer was livid with the manageress whilst complaining about the same waiter.

mama - a newish chef in pizza express Radlett near Watford literally cooks the best pizza express pizzas i had in 20yrs i don't know how she does it differently but you can taste the difference

Great Pizzas and Reza was brilliant.

Last night we celebrated my husband’s birthday at Pizza Express Radlett with all the family and it was perfect. I had to write a review to express just how wonderful it was. Everything from the delicious food to the excellent service made it an extra special evening. The restaurant has just had a little makeover and looks very stylish. From ages 6 to 96, it was smiles all round! A special thanks to Dominka & Abdul for really looking after us and making it so memorable for this birthday celebration. We also very much appreciated the help with Granny Nanny’s wheelchair - this may be helpful to others to know that although the restaurant has steps to enter (and to the toilets) there is a ramp available and the staff were very helpful with this. We will definitely be back.

Went out for a meal with my family and we were served by Ryan, our food was amazing and the service was amazing too. Our server was very professional and a gave us an great experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

We had a booked reservation here at 11.30 but as we were coming with baby we arrived a bit early to park up outside and get her changed before. We wanted to park in the spot outside pizza express but the manager came outside shouting at us. We tried to explain the situation and that we had a reservation but he was so rude and unfriendly that we decided to leave and go to the Stanmore branch. Really upset and disappointed at how badly managed this branch is. Do not go if you have a baby! Very unwelcoming.

What a lovely restaurant, the food was fantastic and very tasty, quick service everything we ordered was perfect, staff are all welcoming and our waiter Ryan was great and so professional would definitely recommend, the grandkids loved it they got treated like little kings.. thank u guys

Pizza and dough balls were good but disappointed by loaded snowballs as they only put three in, and the cinnamon and white chocolate was missing (appeared to have been replaced by milk chocolate), certainly not worth the cost.

We ordered the food for 8pm and it arrived at 8:20pm.

Ryan was a great birthday party host. We experienced another party at Pizza Express in St Albans, but it was very mediocre. Ryan was entertaining and engaging with the kids. I recommend having your kid's birthday party at Pizza Express in Radlett.

We are regular customers at this Pizza Express. We always get served by Ryan who is an incredible waiter - he always goes above and beyond. The powers that be should be grateful that such a hospitable employee works for them. He is an absolute credit to the brand.

Awful experience my order was 2 hours late, when it finally arrived I had to order something else as my kids were starving ! The food when arrived was cold freezing cold so went in the bin !! I’m disgusted it’s left me £85.00 out of pocket !! I will be taking this further unless it’s sorted out

It was 2.5 hours late and then food was frozen and soggy and also missing salad with my chicken. I am so unhappy with it, never order again. I was just left wondering if it was ever going to arrive. No communication from just eat and tried calling restaurant to no avail on numerous occasions.

Waited an hour and then we left without eating!

A few of us parents accompanied the School year 1 class on a trip to Radlett Pizza Express. The children were all educated on the ingredients used to make pizza and then set about making their own delicious margarita pizzas, under the direction of the lovely Reza. Reza was fantastic with the kids, calm, organised and kind, and all the staff were really accommodating. The children all had a great time and we would highly recommend it for any future school trips. Thank you Reza and the Pizza Express Radlett team!

I went to the restaurant with my friends to spend a lovely afternoon. Unfortunately, my daughter did not behave well. Dominica, the manager, somehow magically calmed her down. What a professional approach. Additionally, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was like a big family party. I had a wonderful time there. Thank you, Dominica. Perfect for a low-key date night. Staff are really warm and the food was great

Delivery was fast. Toppings were in fairly short supply. Pizzas also weren't cut which made it really awkward for a take away. The cutter had been run over them but it wasn't cut any where close to all the way through.
