Pizza Express in Bracknell Forest

I CANT PUT IT INTO WORDS AS TO HOW BAD THIS EXPERIENCE WAS! I ordered online using Deliveroo. Only live 2 miles away, food arrived 23 minutes after being picked up, box was STONE COLD and so was the PIZZA, refused the delivery, used the online messaging with Pizza Express and they couldn’t give a fig, told me to take it up with Deliveroo, total waste of over £30, Deliveroo just said, oh then you have to make a claim and wait up to 5 days for your money back. DO. OT USE THESE CLOWS OR YOU MAY SUFFER THE SAME! This is going to be raised with the food standards agency as well as trading standards. Absolutely stay away from, shocking and shameful way to treat customers. Should be fined and removed from trading!

40 years ago, going to Pizza Express was an event, with great food and atmosphere. It's been a while, and I have to admit to being deeply disappointed. The pizza was mediocre, with too much cheese and a thin, uninteresting base. The previous week I had bought a No 1 Waitrose pizza to cook at home that had cost me less than a quarter of the price and was, to be honest, much nicer. Drinks were also quite expensive; I object to paying as much for a glass of red wine as you'd pay for a bottle in a supermarket, and although it was advertised as 175ml, I don't think we were given full measure. Service was initially fine, but then it took several attempts to get and pay for the bill, with an ever changing cast of waiters. And on a Saturday night, the restaurant was too noisy to have a normal conversation with my friends. Maybe I was unlucky - the Bracknell branch is on a row of mid-market chain restaurants which all looked pretty similar.

Pizza uncooked and ingredients were obviously not fresh. The pineapple was pungent and bitter. Mentioned to the Manager who was arrogant and rude and was not willing to address the issues. Took no ownership or responsibility. Disgusted and appalled at the lack of service. Would not return again.

Visited 730pm on a Saturday Night so restaurant was relatively busy but not over flowing. Seemingly enough staff working to cope. Shown to table where front of house made a 'funny' remark which really wasn't and could've easily been misconstrued as rather rude. Given menus fairly swiftly. Waited 40 minutes for order to be taken - then I had to actually find staff to ask them to do this. Drinks and food arrived approx 25 mins later; food was ok although one dish arrived 10 mins later than rest and, again, had to ask member of staff for this. Finished and waited further 20 minutes for table to be cleared - wasn't so had to go and ask a member of staff. They arrived with box for us to take home any remaining pizza and then disappeared. Had to, again, go and actually find someone to then clear plates and ask for dessert menus. Another wait for dessert order to be taken - again (!) had to ask a member of staff (by this time only 3 tables occupied so not as if staff rushed off feet etc!) Took over 2 hours to have pizza and drinks! Food was ok - nothing special for £120 tbh. For that money, food wasn't really value and service was SO poor (aside from one lady near the end who was efficient and was embarrassed about wait we had had - shame I can't remember her name as she stood out as good!) Can't say I'd recommend visiting here even if it was quiet - very poor. Such a shame Only gets one star because I can't give it 0

Had lunch with my friend on Wednesday afternoon. Lovely food,even though we did have to wait a while for our mains. Always happy with the quality of the food.

Met family here for a pizza on a Thursday evening. Initially was quiet but then all the restaurants got busy so recommend going by 6pm. Our waitress was really attentive and friendly. Food was really good, starters, pizza and the desserts. Can recommend the dough balls and Romana type Pizzas, ice cream was good too. Will definitely return

I normally love PE, but not tonight. Cannot comment on the food because we did not get any! The place was half empty, but no one appeared to be on greeting duty. Eventually we were shown to a table, and asked whether we would like some water for the table, then nothing! No one brought the water, no one came to take a drink order. In the meantime they did find time to serve a beer to a friend (or perhaps an off duty colleague ?) who wandered in after us and sat near the kitchen, but still no service for us. It became apparent that a family table near us had been waiting waaaay too long to get their main courses, the little ones understandably were becoming irritated. The lady from that table tried to get things moving but was meant with blank looks and still no food, and no apology either. At that point we realised it was time to leave, and go next door to Zizzi where we had fast, friendly service and great food.

Long wait for food as they’re so busy knocking out pizzas for takeaway orders. Ironic really considering as a dine in guest you spend a lot more. Service was very poor too. Definitely won’t come back

Very poor experience, very poor attention from staff and a very uninspiring manager. After an an Hour and a quarter we still hadn't been served main meals, the staff don't pay you much attention and all spend more time worrying about deliveroo collections. The resteraunt was only 25% but turned away numerous guest. Manager was really uncaring in trying to resolve the problem and would not even come over and speak to us to explain or apologise. I would pick another place and avoid this one.

Staff cannot be bothered, very eager to tell you how busy they are and genuinely appear to enjoy being obnoxious. The only thing they would get 5 stars for is how awful the experience is. Avoid staff bad food is what it is.

Terrible. Gluten free is just some random precooked base with barely any toppings. Disgusting that the food was left on our doorstep…. Clearly have a doorbell and a video doorbell, they couldn’t be bothered to ring it. Cold and total crap

We are regulars to the chain of P.ex but honestly this was disappointing. The waitress was new and couldn’t work the ordering machine so had to keep running off for help; the food took ages and when you’re with young children there a nightmare, plus my £12 salad was literally leaves with a few olives. Not all of us can eat pizzas !

Went into our normal Pizza Express. Young girl came to take our order. She did not write order down or repeat back to us. When meal finally arrived it was not what we ordered!! Waited ages for replacement which was fine. When it came to paying I gave her a ten pounds off voucher but she did not know how to enter so she asked manager who did not know either. When she brought bill I saw she had entered a Deliveroo 25percent discount which only gave me nine pounds off my bill!! When I pointed this out to her she said all she could do!!!! Needless to say we will now go elsewhere.

We came here for lunch earlier in the week. We did not book a table but we arrived just after 12pm and there were only a couple of other tables sat at. Service was initially very slow and we were left waiting at the front desk for 5 mins or so, even though we could see the waitress standing there. Once she decided to move and seat us the experience changed. The actual waitress who served us was very polite and remembered the whole order from memory, which was impressive. Our food was delivered punctually and was actually very tasty. I had a chicken leggera pizza which was light and nicely cooked, ideal for lunch. The kids had pizzas which were good value for £3.95 - and the new kids activity packs that they give out are very interactive and captured their attention until food time. It was nice and clean inside, with plenty of room between the tables. toilets were also clean and well maintained. Would come here again.

On our arrival, we were warned they were bit behind, which was ok with us. Everything took a while, but on this occasion we didn't mind. One of the waiter was very nice and friendly, smiling and cheerful (she was wearing a mask but you can still tell 😊). Wish I knew her name, blond girl. Food was great. Would I recommend? Yes if you don't mind waiting.

Pleased to say it felt Covid safe, tables nicely spaced and clean and limited numbers. Was very cold though. You can download the menu online, order and pay, however this didn't work on our phones as it's a bit of a dead spot in there. The meals were average and overpriced compared to our last pre Covid visit. I understand that everywhere is struggling but when I saw it was 7.25 for a slice of cheesecake we just had a main and decided we could buy a very nice pudding in the supermarket on the way home for the same price but for a family rather than an individual. We ordered 2 kids meals but had to ask for the dough balls when they didn't arrive and after the mains were served service was slow. Sadly won't be bothering to return, just too expensive for a pizza lunch.

Came here with the family for the first time since lockdown. Nice welcome and little fuss. Have to say that the toddler highchair was one of the cleanest we have seen: we always clean the highchair before use (regardless of any claims that the staff have already done so), and have done so since before Covid - so we were pleasantly surprised! (In some places, the cleaning wipe ends up being very mucky!) My wife had the vegan mezze pizza, but with added mozzarella; I had a salad, but converted into a vegetarian one (they don't do vegetarian salad mains as standard - but glad they were able to do something very tailored to me); and we ordered dough balls with houmous for my little one. All tasted very nice. Sometimes, Pizza Express does get a bit of a bad press, and it is going through a tough time at the moment, but sometimes its charm is that you usually know what you are getting - and that was exactly what I wanted here. Job done.

We booked a hen do dinner for initially 18 of us, had all the pre-orders ready and submitted. On the day numbers fell short to 11, but Pizza Express was still very accommodating and great service provided. Food was excellent. Our host was great, lovely and funny. I also had a cake dropped off before our arrival, it was great to see that was accepted and extra effort was made to present the cake on a lovely tray decorated. Thank you for the effort made guys, we had a lovely time.

Enjoyed our calamari and delicious thin crust pizza. Nice friendly waitress and very clean new restaurant

Came here for a sort-of Valentine's meal with my wife and baby boy. Staff were all friendly towards him. Meals were plentiful (I went for a mushroom starter and my wife went for the chicken wings; mains were a calzone and a Romana pizza - felt very full afterwards!!).Tip: in case you are one of the few not to know this, never pay full price at Pizza Express! We had Tesco Clubcard vouchers...and then we also had a Tesco voucher to give us free doughballs (which my baby had, with hummus). If you're not a Tesco Clubcard, not to worry: there are always deals on the Pizza Express website. So you always get a discount!

Went there to take advantage of their discount voucher only to be told it was not valid when it was time to pay. It was embarrassing as we had friends with us.I have to say this as my opinion only but the wording of the voucher was not at all clear to me. Apparently it did not include Fridays or Saturdays although and did not actually say that. It was worded in rather a round about way. The part that stuck in my mind was 'from Sunday 2 to Thursday 27 February inclusive.' The word 'inclusive' suggested it was every day between 2nd and 27th to me.The full wording was'all day Sunday - Thursday from Sunday 2 to Thursday 27 February 2020 inclusive. Not valid with any other promotional Offers or Rewards.'I have queried it with the head office but they are emphatic the the wording is fair.

Came to this restaurant as we had enjoyed food here before. Sadly this has declined.We were firstly greeted and sat down. Our orders were taken and my husband received his food but i never got mine. After trying to get our waitresses attention we were told my starter had been taken to another table in error leaving me waiting whilst they cooked me another one. Then it was our main course. I ordered "Polo Pesto" which is normally a nice dish. However when mine came to the table it became a "hunt for the chicken" meal. I found exactly 2 small pieces in my meal and the rest was pasta and pesto. After informing the waitress she apologised and went off to ask the chef to cook me a separate dish of chicken. By this time my husband had finished his meal. I sadly have to say we won't be coming back. No refund was offered or even a discount on our food for all inconveniences and poorly prepared food. Such a shame as this used to be a nice establishment. I would not recommend this place to eat anymore.

We are massive Pizza Express fans, and always go there with children everywhere we go. However this particular restaurant in Lexicon Bracknell has such a poor management we won’t go there anymore unless they change managers. We went in today anticipating our regular fun family lunch. But our waiter who is also a Manager (I was told his name is Bruno Soze) really made sure to make us feel very unwelcome. First he misunderstood my order (I wanted children’s pizza with ham, olives and mushrooms and I said ‘pizza with ham’ (there was only one choice of children’s pizza with ham out of four, but Bruno assumed I ordered margarita with extra ham). When we pointed out at the fact this was a mistake, he insisted that was what I ordered and I am wrong. Even it was a case of clear misunderstanding, there was no apologies and nothing to make us feel better about it. He was very rude and insistent it was me who was in the wrong. Then he tapped my husband on the shoulder and said enjoy your lunch and went away, which frankly was passive aggressive and insulting. We didn’t want to create fuss, considering we already had to wait for an hour for pizzas to be baked. We paid full bill (no one offered any compensation or anything to make up for a mistake). I am really sorry for people who work in that branch of Pizza Express under such a rude manager. I recommend to avoid this branch, and will not be going back.‘Thank you’ Bruno, you managed to spoil our lunch experience. Hope you felt better walking away from a family with two small children telling their mother she should spell her orders.

Horrific experience today. In 1hr we received a starter only and a poor excuse from the manager as to why it was so slow. Will never return.

We put it to a vote and all decided pizza it was so we chose Pizza express in Bracknell as we had been away for the day.We were greeted well & sat to a lovely booth table. Our server was Maddie she was just incredible going through the menu with confidence and a lovely smile and i couldn’t believe how amazing she was with my little boy ( who wanted to make her a picture and thank you on the receipt) The food was fresh, served quickly and hot, you couldn’t ask for anymore.The colouring & Christmas worksheet kept my little boy entertained well too.Thank you to Maddie! You’re a credit to the team ! I hope your managers see this! Keep being you ! Fab place to go !

I visited on 3rd December with some friends after the cinema and I have to say I had the best service from the delightful waitress that I've had for a long time. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was from Brazil. She couldn't do enough for us and made our experience at Pizza Express Bracknell a very good one! Food was excellent too.

Located in the food court area of the Lexicon in Bracknell town. Plenty of multi story car parking and only £1.60 in the evening. Good service and value. Reasonable selection of pizzas, pasta and salads.

Another very nice pizza lunch for a gluten free coeliac.

Popped into town for a quick bit to eat, had to wait to be seated which was only about 4 minutes, drink order taken after then one I wanted had run out, long time between mains and starters, did notice people being turned away by the front staff and some people already sat walking out before order taken as too long waiting .

The pizza was hot straight from the oven - unlike other Pizza places I have been to. Restaurant was busy but we were served immediately and food came quickly. This is the second visit to this restaurant, both were great. Fabulous place to come before/after going to the cinema. Best Pizza Express I have been to, and I have visited many.

Over an hours wait to get an eat in pizza ....... appreciate it’s was a Sunday lunchtime but an hour ! With so much choice around people are going to give up waiting and go elsewhere

We decided to order pizza in for my daughters 7th birthday. I collected it myself and took it straight home (between 5-10 minutes) to avoid any delays with delivery.

Ordered two pizzas to be delivered, the la reine was barely cooked through and my Veneziana had no mozzarella, no olives and no onion!

2 of us visited last Wednesday evening, it's the first time eating in the Lexicon midweek having had a rushed service at another restaurant a few weekends back.

Sat waiting around for ages with no orders taken. Had to remind waitress to take a drinks order after 15mins of sitting around. Waitress inattentive and rude. After finishing our meals we were ignored, we stacked our plates and waited 20minutes. Food was nice but our experience was completely ruined by non existent service. Children only got pudding for meal deal as we grabbed our waitress to order it, missing bambacinno though. Didn’t receive items we paid for. Couldn’t order any more drinks or puddings for adults as waitress wasn’t interested. However waitress was attentive when we asked for the bill!!! Staff stood around in groups talking. Complained to head office and gesture of goodwill is diabolical for the amount we paid. Manager wasn’t interested in complaint and gave a half hearted apology.

There are 6 or 7 restaurants in the Lexicon and Pizza Express must be the worst! The greeting was very lukewarm, we got no choice of table, the restaurant was noisy. The menu limited. We waited ages for the main courses to arrive eventually the waitress did approach and say we were the next but no apology was offered. The staff seemed to sped long time typing into their hand held devices and/or standing around. We had 2 may be 3 waiting on the table we had to ask for everything nothing was offered.

You know what you're getting here. It's reliable if not spectacular. Service here was good - prompt and attentive - the food was as expected. The restaurant is relatively new, in a refurbished shopping centre that has a high concentration of eating places.

I came for a date night with my boyfriend. We were seated then waited approximately 25 minutes without even having a drinks order taken. We got up and left. We went to speak to the manager who was sitting at a table talking to 2 women.

Family of 4 (1yo and 5yo) came here during the week when relatively quiet for lunch. The service was slow throughout, drinks were forgotten and part of my main salad was forgotten but appeared later on.

What a disgrace. The food was just put in a paper bag albeit boxed and put on the back seat of a dirty Mercedes car which looks like a mini cab and the driver got so lost it by the time the food arrived it was stone cold and soggy. £68 in the bin. Pizza express there is a stunning brand which will be destroyed by the Shelby third rate delivery service by local foreign taxidrivers. At least dominoes put the food in warm bags and have bites that seemed as if over in no time at all. My advice to pizza express Is to stick to what you do best otherwise you will end up and also run chain like most of the others

If you haven’t already, i insist that you try the Pizza Express dough balls as they are absolutely amazing. the garlic butter is to die for, and they’re always served warm and fresh. affordable price at only £8 for the sharers plate, which has 16 dough balls! defo worth trying.

Took my son and my daughter and her partner for dinner here we were visiting the area. Had a fabulous day so was on a high. went to Pizza express for our evening meal was greeted by a pleasant young man who showed us to a table.

Came in here with my wife for lunch last Friday 21 June. We are regular visitors to PE but this was our first visit to Bracknell.

We usually go to Pizza Express in Henley, Marlow or Reading. Since we were shopping at the lexicon in Bracknell we decided to pop into this branch for lunch. The restaurant wasn’t busy but the single waitress on duty was so surly & unfriendly. It was very disappointing as we’ve always found the staff at pizza express really lovely especially with children.

Went for a lunch today with my husband together with our Jack Russell dog and took a seat outside restaurant. Only to be told it’s company policy to not allow dogs even OUTSIDE the restaurant which is outside!!!! All the other restaurants in the neighbouring vicinity do allow dogs!!

I've eaten here twice in 4 days. Pre cinema dinner on Thursday and Father's Day Lunch today. Both times the food was lovely but the service so slow! There just doesn't seem to be enough staff to cope with demand. On Thursday we arrived at 6.50pm, the restaurant wasn't very busy, we only had a main and dessert and every step of the process took ages. The waiter came to our table with somebody else's mains at one point.

Booked online for at table at 1pm. When we arrived we were greeted very quickly and shown to a table, we ordered our drinks that seemed to take forever to arrive. Again it seemed like an age before the waitress came back to take our food order. Again we waited ages for our starters and we only ordered dough balls and a tomato and mozzerella salad! The salad was lovely, but there was an overload on tomatoes, no need for so many. We were still waiting for our pizzas to arrive by 2pm! The manager did come and apologise and explain that the chef was new and there had been some kind of mix up in the kitchen! When my pizza did arrive (Leggera) it was so thin I could see through it and there was a few green leaves in the middle, so other salad items and it was on the cold side, but as we had waited so long did not want to send it back. The manager did offer us a free dessert as an apology. The restaurant was relatively quiet and they were turning people away at the door, I don't know why, but surely better to have a busy restaurant rather than an empty one.

We popped in here last night around 9 ish after visiting the cinema. It was very quiet and it looked like they might be closing but the welcomed us in and nothing was too much trouble. Very nice pizza and pasta. Great friendly service.

I was unable to preorder a takeaway pizza, which the staff was surprised about. The staff was unable to give any discount due to the in restaurant order. Even so the order was a touch slow to arrive.

We have been here after a long day,the starters were good,my pizza was half burnt,the service was very slow..

Rip of with starter and main 12.00 but you can only have done balls or some cheap salad as stater but any main so you can't have any other starter food is ok the service is good but rip of voucher

Previously visited Pizza Express when they newly opened and we were so impressed with the level of the service... That’s why we have decided to pop for the lunch one Saturday. It wasn’t busy at all and we got seated quickly. We have ordered food which was good and arrived quickly but what it has let the whole experience down was the service. 3 waitresses walking around were grumpy, no eye contact, no conversation - and I mean no conversation. They brought food over without saying a word, taken empty plates without a word and when we finally managed to get their attention to ask for bill this was done again in silence. I have never seen attitude like this in restaurant. It was not even close to being busy. People who work there just don’t want to be there. We never complain but this time my husband decided to say something to manager as that was so bad. Again just excuses they are understaffed and they are turning people away. As I said quality and speed of the food was not an issue. It was staff who clearly hates their job. We are not rushing back any time soon.

Enjoyed 2 adult meals and 2 children's meals. All food was perfect and customer service from Poopy was great too.

We love this place and the staff! My partner and I go here most weeks for a date night. The staff are always friendly and the service quick. We always have such a nice time, the food is always delicious too!

We popped in on Saturday for an early lunch - there was one couple in the restaurant but empty apart from that.

Newish Pizza Express in the Lexicon. No complaints about the food but one thing we did notice was that the restaurant was quite cold. Either they'd turned the air conditioning up too much or had turned the heating off before the end of the evening! That would put us off going back.

Very busy, and very little staff - the poor staff that work here must be constantly overwhelmed. The young girl that served us was very friendly but unfortunately did get our order wrong. We also had to wait nearly an hour for a pizza each.

After a movie I chose to have a late lunch with my son. He had the kids menu three courses. We both had pizzas and desserts. Yummy.

There are plenty of decent pizza places in Bracknell, so don't bother with this one. In any event, they tell you they're full when they're half empty on a Friday evening and the staff don't care about customers. Quite the worst PE experience anywhere. A shame because PE is usually reliable - as in Gulidford and Reading.

Restaurant well presented and clean. We frequently visit pizza express restaurants but unfortunately this did not live up to usual expectations. We waited a very long time for the food even though it was not overly busy. Pasta dish was bland and both pizzas were burnt and poorly presented. After we finished our meal it took a long time to ask for the bill as two of the waiting staff were standing around talking to each other for ages without paying any attention to the customers. In the end I had to walk over to the other side of the restaurant to request the bill when they had a minute! A bit disappointing. Wouldn’t return to this branch anytime soon.

Have been to Pizza Express many times but never to the new Bracknell one, so decided to give it a go today. Had a lovely lunch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, service was quick and attentive without being too much, restaurant looked lovely and clean and tidy with a nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. Pizza Express never let's you down but today's experience was the best we've had at one of their restaurants in a long time.

After recently moving to the area with my parter we decided to try out pizza express and it did not disappoint

Pizza was ok. Nothing special. Incredibly expensive for what it was. Would probably not go back as I just found the food a bit boring. £90 for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Well done to the team at Pizza Express in Bracknell. Our friends and family were very impressed with the service. We had a great meal and a very relaxing time. Thanks for the good standard.

Dinner with friends prior to Christmas. Used the Christmas menu which offered excellent value. Service was good and enjoyed a really nice time, Also visited for lunch in December, another enjoyable experience.

Lovely restaurant for pre cinema, and always have a good deal on. Its Pizza and Pasta what can go wrong.

Having visited last month for a family birthday meal we decided to have a quiet lunch date this weekend. We decided Pizza Express because the restaurant was much quieter than some of the others - and now we see why. There were only a few other families visiting but service was really slow. Our waitress was lovely and friendly and seemed to be the only one there. I had a really nice pizza however my other half was quite disappointed with his pasta, it appeared to be more like an over cooked ready meal, very dry meat. It is a shame as I’ve had a few bad experiences with pizza express in e and I thought after my last visit to this one things were better but my guess now is that overall as a chain it was just a fluke last time :(

Just returned from a meal with wife and son and have to say has gone downhill massively.

Visited Sunday evening, wasn’t to busy, but too busy for one waitress. Manager and other waitress sitting in corner doing what looked like an investigation. We waited a while for drinks and order. The food however was exactly what we needed, hot and tasty. Also the discount didn’t work correctly and the manager heard me explain to waitress but did nothing. Poor management.

Visited with family for my mum's birthday in early September. Food was ok, I really enjoyed my pizza and the dough ball dips! My auntie checked her app for offers which helped save us some money so make sure you check! Service was good, it was my first time visiting Pizza Express in Bracknell and I'm sure I will visit again.

I have had good meals at this restaurant previously but I recently visited one weekday evening with my daughter. As normal the service was very good, unfortunately her pasta was very undercooked. We sent it back and waited for it to come back (not great when everyone else has their food and your child is left waiting). When it came back it was better, but still had pieces of undercooked pasta in it. I know about 'Al dente' but this was simply not cooked with any care. She ate it as she was starving. I let the staff know it was still not good and showed them one piece that was left that wasn't cooked. I was still presented with paying full price at the end of the meal. Cooking pasta correctly should not be something an Italian restaurant gets wrong. Wont be returning anytime soon.

Visited with family...as you would expect from a chain restaurant. Food ok and service good...

Went to pizza express Bracknell and had a great meal. We were served by James who was prompt and courteous as well as being fab with the Children. We will be back !!!

Was there today around 1pm with my Mum! It wasn’t busy at all and yet there were no staff anywhere! This man in scruffy jeans and a bright blue polo t shirt with stains on it came over and seated us!! We then saw this girl in uniform who seemed to be doing everything. The service was horrendous, dirty plates etc piled on other tables, food not cooked so had to ask for it to be re cooked, then burnt edges on pizza with burnt basil. The pizzas had no topping or flavour at all. Worst meal I’ve had for a long time. Worst Pizza Express. There should be more staff dressed accordingly.

Pizza Express...The chain that offers no surprises. AND this is true of this Pizza Express. You go there because you want a pizza but don't expect it to be any different from any other Pizza Express establishment. So if you want something different this is not the place!

We had diner with 16 college's on a weekly day and ordered the anti pasta starter for all and all pizza's to share. I am amazed by the taste and quality of the starters and the high quality of the pizza's. The pizza's are crisp, tasty and great to share!

Generally well managed efficient service with a child friendly atmosphere. Can seem to struggle slightly at busier times to keep up with customer needs. There are a lot of other restaurant options now but Pizza Express seems to be working well in Bracknell.

We dine out at restaurants regularly but Bruna was by far the best at delivering an exceptional service. She was friendly, helpful and really made our meal so thank you.

We've been to Pizza Express' all over the country and they are all very similar, good starters, good value kids meal deal and lovely pizzas.

I had an excellent meal as always. We didn’t have a booking but only waited a few minutes for a table. We ate bruschetta for starters n a pizza for mains. The waiter was lovely n very friendly.

Being a regular to pizza express we tried the new place in Bracknell before the cinema. Friendly staff, had a small wait but it was ok. Starters both fab but I have to say that main was not it’s best and below the normal standards real shame, but at least we were not late for the film.

Revisiting Bracknell after a 3 year gap it was a joy to see all the new shops, bars and restaurants, and as I was craving Italian Pizza Express seemed to be the place to pick. We were very warmly greeted and swiftly seated, our drinks order taken and then given time to peruse the menu. When our engaging and bubbly waitress came to take with our drinks we were ready to order - and slightly humorously we ended up ordering the same starter and mains, but with different sides.

Despite being a busy half term and large group, service was quick and good. Food came in reasonable time and was delicious.

Good children's' choices and prices are reasonable too especially if you have a voucher code. Very enjoyable. Nice friendly staff too.

Did not have high expectations..but actually my pizza was really really good. Light and full of flavour..a nice surprise:) Had to wait a while to be seated.. but apart from that zero dramas!

What amazing service. We had the dougballs which were delicious, followed by the vegan giadinera pizza (im not vegan but it was delicious. Pizza with olives, onions, artichokes and mushrooms).

Sadly this visit was not so good.............Let down by having to send back a burnt black pizza covered by salad to hide it!! Also pasta burnt black too!!!! New chef..... smaller portion size. You let yourselves down this time !!!!

This is a new restaurant, but just as good as other Pizza Express restaurants in the area. Great food, great staff - also lots of vouchers available on line, giving you an excellent meal at a reasonable price. Have eaten there several times already and we are back there again tomorrow !!

This has to be a one of the best Pizza Express restaurants that we've visited.

Had a good meal with family. Service good. Had a special code for 3 course meals so food was very reasonable, however drinks are expensive.

First time in this new restaurant and took tesco Clubcard as well. Lovely food. Scampi cooked well though dip was a bit vinegar in taste. Chicken on the chicken pizza needed more of it. Had table from 6.00pm and a lot of young kids in, ours were 19 and 20. Would revisit at a later time.

There are Pizza Express Restaurants and then there is this PIzza Express. The staff are warm and friendly, the restaurant has a really nice feel to it, with lots of booths - ideal for a family. I have been 5 times now and never had a bad experience. The food is amazing with real attention to detail, some Pizza's express's sometimes burn the Pizza, not this one, constantly superb food and nothing is too much trouble.

Went to the lexicon for the first time and ate at PE. Was up to it’s usually good standard. Amy and her team were great. Thanks for a good evening!

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the manager (I assume, as he was in a shirt, not a uniform ) and the staff were all incredible. we ordered the vegan giaeidinero Pizza and it was amazing , with some dough balls! Service was amazing, will definitely return.
