It was a very happy Halloween at pizza express! We were served by the joker who had some crazy cool eyecontacts! I had a wonderful mac and cheese 😁

The food is always good, service not the best this time as they were one person down. Mens loo outfit order so had to use the disabled loo.

I ordered a pizza from here. It arrived inedible and looked like someone’s had their fingers in it. Not to mention that it was cold but I wouldn’t have attempted to eat it anyway as I’m pregnant and this it’s disgusting. Uber eats won’t refund me. Horrible, never again.

Ordered from uber eats the other day, driver made a mistake in not waiting around for the pizzas to be put together with the rest of the order, so we got delivered all the starters but no mains. Spoke with the restaurant staff, they gave us a 20% discount in store voucher and the manager on duty that day, cannot remember his name unfortunately, took upon himself to deliver the pizzas to us. They even baked us new pizzas so they'd be delivered warm as expected. Truly the best service I've ever witnessed from any establishment. They even added a brownie as an apology, even though it wasn't their fault to begin with.

Fabulous food and served by extremely courteous staff. Our food order was somewhat delayed as it was a very busy evening, but Alice looked after us very well and we left feeling we'd had a lovely meal and a very happy evening. Thank you to all the very hardworking staff.

We had a fabulous lunch here with excellent service and care from Ian. He was very attentive and considerate of one of our party with a severe gluten allergy. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been visiting Pizza Express a lot recently ever since moving to Leamington Spa and today we were served by Ian who was very warm and welcoming, processing our order very fast and efficiently. The food is delicious and always a classic takeaway for us. Overall outstanding service and definitely the place to visit when in Leamington Spa!

Our server was so kind, we went for my 21st birthday and i didn’t get her name but she had a curly mullet and ear gauges and she made the experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable! So grateful to her and she was really cool too

Our kids had a fantastic time at the pizza express party experience. Ian was incredible at marshalling 19 under 8s and showed them how to work the dough and how to make their pizzas. We would wholeheartedly recommend this for birthday parties!

The pizza was barely warm by the time it arrived, then we realised that pizza wasn't cut. By the time we managed to cut it up pizza was cold. Would have tasted good if we were able to eat it when still hot.

Pizza toppings are nice but the dough tastes like frozen, factory produced doughballs. Chewy. For the price, there are so much better alternatives. This type of pizza is no longer special, now Neapolitan pizzas, made using FRESH dough are in demand and they cost less.

We went here with my hen party on Saturday and Ian was exceptional at serving a rowdy bunch of ladies, absolutely faultless made me feel so at ease and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, thank-you so much!!

really awful service!! we waited over an hour for our food to arrive despite it not being busy on the evening we visited, there was 3 of us visiting who all gave uncomplicated orders (which they still managed to get wrong) we asked if we could have the bill which wasn’t brought over to us after 10/15 minutes of waiting so ended up going up to the till ourselves to pay. little regard for the slow service and no apology.

Manager and staff were excellent giving great service. Food was good, gave 3 stars on atmospheric due to the building having a high ceiling making it mega loud in there.

Staff were helpful but we didn’t stay long as it was incredibly noisy with young children. Couldn’t hear myself think let alone hear my family! I wouldn’t recommend if you want a conversation with anyone

Has smelt of damp the last few times we have visited. Today we ended up walking out as they didn’t advise that there were no pasta dishes when we were seated. It was clearly fairly quiet and they were trying to get customers in. My kids only wanted the pasta so we did end up having to leave. We said to the manager that he should have told us when we were seated and he shrugged and said something along the lines of it’s just one of those things. No attempt of an apology.

Absolutely awful. You couldn't have a table for 3 because they had some bigger tables in. 40 minutes wait to get a table. Even though plenty free! Stood waiting for 10 minutes before being even acknowledged! Last year the dough wasn't taken out of the freezer so couldn't serve us. Would not recommend. Staff are capable to cope. Went somewhere different and they just as busy. Less staff but fantastic staff and pizza

Pizza Express is always good quality and value for money, however the customer service at this restaurant sets it apart! The manager went above and beyond to make our visit accessible for a couple of our guests, seating us appropriately and lowering the music a little for their comfort. They were friendly and attentive without being too much so; which made a good experience into a perfect visit. Thank you for being so considerate and willing to do that little bit more for us, you really are fab and I am more than happy to recommend :)

When the one starter we ordered eventually arrived it was tasty and warm but it did take ages for it to arrive and it was only dough balls we ordered. We were half way through these then our main dishes landed.... not the greatest of timings there ladys and gents. The nice lady serving us was polite, cheerful and respectful. We sat in the conservatory area and it was freezing, I don't normally feel the cold and before the end of the meal we all had our coats on to keep warm, despite asking for the air-conditioning unit to be switched off (if was a rainy overcast day so need for it anyway). We have had great experiences from this restaurant in the past, quite a few times, but this time we left without dessert because we were so cold and the delayed food and bad timing left us with a very poor and sour experience. Such a shame and a little annoying considering the cost for 4 to eat here! Would I eat here again..... maybe, but there are other places that I would head too first as a result of this experience.

We hosted part of our child’s birthday party at Pizza Express in Leamington and so glad we did. I was expecting nothing but the ordinary in terms of experience but was v pleasantly surprised by the service and food, the staff going above and beyond including the attentive and speedy service especially from Tom. We were a large group and upon arrival, we were shown to our seats downstairs and the group soon settled in. Tom approached and introduced himself as the waiter - he was v polite, he clearly took being busy in his stride and was speculator at keeping up with different demands from our table /group and other tables too. Pleasant and kind and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you. It was the small detail e.g. the restaurant got busier and we were informed that it’s a good time to order as the seating /bookings would soon increase. It did and we are glad we were informed and thankfully, listened too. Regular drink orders were prompt and help with the cake was fantastic too. Candles all lit, delivering it to the table and help with cutting it up (I’m sorry I can’t remember the ladies name but it was her first shift). The gluten free pizza was v v good ! Thanks to Tom and all the Pizza Express team - it’s made us want to come back soon(er) and we do not often visit PE. Just to add making the booking was v smooth too - I wanted to book downstairs seating, I visited PE and made the request and the acting manager called back within a few minutes as promised and our booking all confirmed as requested. I’ve marked down atmosphere as it did get v loud and it’s a bit tight for space downstairs but I’m not surprised, with the service we received, that it’s in demand and tables occupied !

The restaurant was immaculate inside and out. Food was hot, fresh, tasty and took with us what we could not finish. The team were amazing. Served by Dorina and another lady (apologies) and spoke to the chef on the way out to say thank you (he has been there over 20 years! The team could not have looked after us any better. Visited on a Monday evening when it was quite so good time to go!! Coffee was great and Limoncello was in stock! Signed up to the app on the night for free doughballs.

We went on a busy night and the staff was a staff member down. However, this did not hamper our meal in any way. The two staff members who served us we polite, helpful and all with smiles. The food was cracking as always. We tried something new today which was the Rainbow slaw. It was refreshing and lovely and will definitely be ordering that again. Our pizzas were cooked to perfection as were the dough balls and bruschetta! Even with a staff member short the staff did an amazing job. Well done to all! We will definitely return when we next visit Leamington Spa! 🖖

We had the worst experience of eating a pepparoni pizza, it was too expensive and burnt in some pieces. Verry low quality, it was as thin as an onion shell.Though the service from the staff were nice. But would never recommend for anyone. We never had a very very bad experience like this.

Amazing food and service! That Nduja calzone was the best thing that happened to me today, and my daughter took her first steps in the morning.

Pizza Express has been in this location for many years and although we have been many times not visited in recent years. We were served by Ian who was very attentive and always has a smile. We could see that they were like that with all their tables. Service was good with short waits in between courses. We like PE pizzas but felt that they could do with a bit more flavour/herbs/spicing. The chilli oil helped.

We went today for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and I’m in absolute awe of the customer service we received. Ian, was amazing! They were amazing with my 2 children and made it extra special by bring over a dessert plate with happy birthday written on it. So attentive and cannot fault the customer service or the food. Will 100% be returning just for this. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left Ian was nothing but fantastic. Thank you again

I came here with my parents on Saturday. We hadn't booked, but that was no problem and we were greeted and seated by our server Ian. Ian was friendly, warm, and made us feel really welcome and looked after. We didn't feel rushed. The food came in good time and was delicious as always. Ian helped my dad with the App and I got a free Pizza Express cook book! Overall a lovely experience. We will be returning.

Just had a lovely meal at Pizza Express, Leamington Spa. Food was very good and service was excellent. Special mention goes to Ian who could not have been any more helpful or friendly. Arrived as a party of 6 on Thursday 11th April, food and service was great. One meal was delayed but staff were very apologetic and the food was delicious. Would absolutely go again.

I have requested and been refused a refund for this order which is described as delivered however was refused as was over an hour and a half late. The food may have been good however I refused the delivery as we had made alternative arrangements having been unable to make contact with the restaurant or anyone else for a status update.

Great meal at Pizza express- we were a very large group (45) and Emma and their colleagues managed all the food and drinks expertly and were incredibly helpful- thank you!

Emma was a superstar sorting out our group order which was a massive group split over both floors (due to wheelchair access only to the top floor). She deserves an award for her patience! The rest of the team ferrying food and drinks up and down the stairs were also enthusiastic despite the workout. Note that big groups currently need one person to pay and then split it back to them privately as they don’t have a bill contribution system for large groups.

I placed two orders via Too Good To Go (one day in advance), but both orders got cancelled by the restaurant just one minute before collection. So, I had to return without anything for dinner and ended up spending two hours riding the bus. My only advice is that, please don’t put on fake information (it will really influence people’s day), thanks.

Food quality is great. Location is good. Disappointed with the service though. We arrived on time, and had pre booked for a Sunday. The staff took our order but didn’t tell us how long the wait would be. After over an hour of waiting, and noticing other people getting up and leaving due to the long waits, we chased the order up and they hadn’t even started our order. The restaurant didn’t seem very busy, but was clearly severely understaffed for a weekend. It’s a shame because the food was great in the end. We were very close to leaving before the food came, and we left feeling rather unsatisfied overall.

Great staff, I called up prior as we had dietary requirements and the manager who dealt with it was brilliant. Food was really good, dietary requirements were met and we all had a fab meal.

Overpriced small pizza. But the service was good, and they were very accommodating as we turned up with no reservations and 8 of us.

It wasn't delivered, it said it had been delivered but it wasn't. I think they rang me but i couldn't pick up as i was working. Had to ring the restaurant who redid it for me. I googled the phone number and there were many reports of this number stealing peoples food.

We went to Pizza Express for a family dinner to celebrate my younger daughter’s 10th birthday. We hadn’t booked but the staff were helpful and pushed two tables together so we had enough space. The food was delicious and the waiter very friendly and helpful. The best bit was that they noticed my daughter’s birthday badge and presents and without asking brought out a slice of cake on a big board and had written ‘happy birthday’ in icing sugar. My daughter’s face lit up, she was so delighted and it made it a very special evening for her. Thank you.

Quick delivery and food quality was great

Loved the variety of dough balls especially the loaded pesto dough balls. Other items we loved were- lemon and herb chicken wings, veg Giardiniera with Jalapeno peppers. I would advise to book a table in advance during weekends and use the app to have discounts or free slides. They accept cash, card or pay by the app.

As a group of eight university classmates, we gathered for dinner at Pizza Express in Leamington on December 19th. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive, with the waiting staff being warm, friendly, and accommodating. Our server even went above and beyond by separating transactions for each person, making the bill-splitting process a breeze. The food was exceptional, with a variety of dishes that we all eagerly devoured, including the American Hot, Classic American, BBQ Burnt Ends, Calzone, Dough Balls, and Garlic Bread. We all left feeling satisfied with our meal. However, there was one small issue: the service was a bit slower than expected, which we attributed to understaffing on the night, as there only seemed to be 2 or 3 people on front of house. Despite this, we were impressed by the staff's dedication to providing excellent service given the circumstances, and we were all very grateful for their efforts. Overall, our experience at Pizza Express in Leamington was very positive. While the food was mouth-watering and the staff were exceptional, the slow service was a slight disappointment. However, we are sure it was just a one-off, and we are all looking forward to returning soon.

The Romania pizzas are the best.

A very well run pizza express , from the moment we walked in the door and asked for a table for 5 ,we were dealt with very well , they knew they had an empty table for us downstairs (we hadnt booked), the waitress was brilliant , food was great and came quickly . The staff are a credit to the manager and the manager is a credit to the reasteraunt . 5 stars isnt enough for this branch

Friendly and attentive staff, decent food and, if you use their rewards app, well priced. The restaurant has quite a lot of ambient noise, and would benefit from some sound deadening in the ceiling to improve the atmosphere - but I suspect others will like it's bright open vibe.

Not the best experience, food was average.

We had an excellent experience with PE Leamington from booking to end. Online reservation was easy and although we needed a tweak staff were helpful over the phone. The venue itself feels bright and airy. Unfortunately I can't remember the waitress name but they were all very helpful to our table of 8, and the pizzas were tasty. Overall a good experience.

Got the absolute worst takeaway from here today. By the time it arrived everything was stone cold. They got the order wrong in several ways, missing toppings on the pizza, missing dips etc. The prices were just insane. I’ve attached a photo of the melanzane to show what £15.45 gets you. It was so bad it was almost funny.
