Included delivery instructions, and the driver still did not follow them and when he rang and I told him where to go he refused to so I ended up having to walk into the high street to get my food.

Was lovely but too many jalopenos in the papadia was too spicy to eat all of it but everything was nice

I am missing an item that I had ordered. The pizza doesn't look the best still will eat it am hungry. Was a Saturday so I'm assuming they are busy tonight as I believe the football is on.

Absolutely poor service, avoid at all costs. The store have no idea what they are doing. We placed a pre order and cancelled it straight away. The store informed us the refund would be applied within 5 to 7 workings days. 20 days have now passed and were told no one actually filed the refund so we are expected to wait another week. When you call up and try and speak with a manager youre told the manager isnt in and will call back. They do no call back!

Absolutely abysmal experience ordering from them. Made an order via Just Eat - they marked it as delivered but did not deliver the food. I called them to check what was happening - they said the food was on its way. We waited another 30 min and nothing - by this time the store and all other takeaways in the area were closed so we had to go to bed hungry. Rip off - they shouldn't accept the order if they cannot fulfill it.

Sunday evening, myself and my girlfriend were starving after a long flight home. Came across Papa John on Uber Eats and noticed they had Buy One get One Free offer. I thought it's great, two pizza and a bottle of coke for £34 it's average price. Delivery driver shows up with just one pizza and says I've only ordered one pizza and he also forgot to bring my bottle of coke but offered to come back with it later. I've question why I only have one pizza when the offer is Buy One get One free. So I've bought one, where's my free one? He said I need to call Uber as they deal with the offers. I've called Uber, Uber said my pizza doesn't qualify for the Buy One get One Free even though I have screenshoot from the app saying it does. Uber suggested I call the pizza place. I've called the pizza place and the lady answering the phone was very unhelpful saying they haven't done any mistakes as I've only ordered one pizza. Yes, because that what the offer says: buy ONE get ONE FREE. It doesn't say buy two get second one free, it says buy ONE and I've bought one. I've tried to speak with a manager, I've been told he wasn't there and they couldn't give me his number. I've basically paid £34 for one pizza. I do not recommend this place.

Not as good as a few years ago - the new pizzas are bland, stick with the PJ classics.

Prompt delivery. The pizza bases as particularly tasty but we liked the bbq meat topping too.

They are always so efficient. Never had any problems with the order. One of the best delivery take away I’ve ever used. Very informative on the order and food great as always.

Ordered via papa John’s website. Driver was pleasant but the restaurant supervisor extremely rude and unfriendly. I had items missing from my order and when I called them for the items or a refund I was refused both. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this branch.

The pizza was very good and there were offers.

Placed an order for 5.30pm for when we arrived home for our sons birthday only for it to be delivered nearly an hour early with no-one home. Contacted Papajohns to be told the system didn't pick up the order for a future delivery time and that there is nothing they can do. The email receipt has no mention of delivery times only the date and time I placed the order so you can never check the order details. Never use them again as we don't really enjoy heating up pizza that cost nearly £60.

I don’t know why Papa John quality is going down In gutter. It’s long time I’m ordering London, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Bradford even you can name a city and now in Leamington Soa, all are same. No good customer service, poor quality food and preparing time is more than double. This company is going down soon if they never sort it out soon.

Apart from being a little late and forgetting a bottle of pop, it was great.

I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas, the tracker said they were ready for collection. I waited 20 minutes in store to collect as they hadn’t even started preparing one. When I got them home one was a meat feast. I called them and they were very unhelpful and unapologetic. I took the pizzas back and demanded a refund which they took their time over. Avoid.

Don’t bother. They don’t seem capable of handling the JustEat system. After waiting for 2 hours and multiple calls later, they said they couldn’t find the order, although a delivery was confirmed on the app in 45mins. On the first call, I was told the order was in delivery. But in the subsequent call, they couldn’t find my order. So in short terrible management, no food and a long hungry wait. All for nothing. Thankfully I got a refund from JustEat. Riffraff!

Took a while but still on time, usually like it was exited to see we finally had a big name delivering to where I’m from, got the cheese steak the dough was nice a bit sweet but on the good side the toppings were nice but the ranch sauce was disgusting will stick to a normal pizza just through that, the cheese jalapeño poppers were rank a weird low quality soft cheese and a bizarre tasting non spicy tangy jalapeño

The menu item was not clear and they did a mix and match for the toppings. Ordered a buy 1 get 1 free on a Friday evening. Dis appointed with the delivery of pizza upon collection, as the pizza what we expected was not there and hence we have to take this to eat with not happy moment. Not good for us to leave it there and walk away, but the menu was not prepared to tell a customer on the combination they had for the order. Lesson learnt that never visit this shop again in future. Now they keep on sending message to order. Its not nice after being opted out. If they do again, i will report it to the shop directly.

Pizza was great, customer service terrible when I phoned up to enquire about my order. First time I got hung up on and given a false number to ring instead, second time I got an update.

Sharing a scary experience happened with me last week with Papa John's Pizza Leamington Spa store. I ordered for home delivery and the delivery executive denied the delivery at my door and forced me to come down at road and collect, since it was late and my kid was hungry I was not left with any other option other then picking it my myself, on asking why he is not delivering first he kept on changing the explanation and later for curious and started coming on me infact after telling him to stand away multiple times. All this and video has been shared with #papajohns already and they are taking all this very casually and no updates.

The food was poor quality and showed up cold, the delivery guy was rude and also refused to deliver to the door like they’re supposed I had to walk down the street to him to go get my food.

Ordered a create your own pizza that was gluten free base and vegetarian jackfruit pepperoni. Specifically told them vegetarian. Started eating the pizza that had the jackfruit on top. There was meat Pepperoni all under the cheese! This has made my partner be very sick. Also feel really awful about ruining nearly 10 years of being a strict vegetarian. On returning to the store the woman behind the counter (the manager) that took the order refused to give us a refund and to not tell the owner because she will loose her job. So we couldn’t get our money back for a pizza that had meat hidden in it. She blamed the other staff member that had apparently already gone home for making the pizza, but surely there’s some sort of quality control in place here? So we don’t have dinner, my partner is sick and I’ve spent money on something I couldn’t eat, with no resolution.

I ordered food to be delivered at 9.40pm had a notification to say it was on its way at 8.16pm and then waited until 8.54pm before calling the restaurant to find out what was happening and was told it was just about to be made and it would be with me in 15 minutes which still meant it arrived 20+ minutes early

Food was great. However delivery driver didn't read the note I put on the receipt. I asked them to ring my mobile when they were outside, but instead the doorbell was rung at 1am! This woke the entire household.

took 45 mins to arrive, came cold, found a hair in the pizza, soggy, mentioned not to knock on the door as of the baby being asleep, when requesting to be refunded got a rude response and got hung up on. very disappointed my baby had a hard night with breast feeding aswell.

This restaurant did not deliver our order. They took our money. They called us to say that the address was too far and the driver was going home. Then they had the cheek to say to deliveroo that they delivered the order! Scammers!

Ordered from the Leamington Spa branch, through Just Eat. Two hours later there was no delivery although on calling, they assured me, it was on the way. Called again, no record of my order. Three phonecalls later (after being told it was upto 'Just Eat' to refund me), still being met with unhelpful manager and no refund. AVOID LIKE YOU'D AVOID THE PLAGUE and call Dominoes!

First time ordering on just eat or papa John’s. Rang after it was 15 mins late (we ordered over an hour beforehand). Restaurant initially said there was no order & then said I’d have to take it up with just eat. Then proceeded to tell me they’d found order & they were busy. I know that things can be late but we had no updates through the app. No idea that it was on way, just that it had been accepted. I don’t know if we should have been made more aware of the process.

We've been ordering Papa John's pizza every week for an end-of-week treat for people in the office for several years and they almost always deliver a high-quality product. I can't recall a day when any colleague left anything at all, so really surprised to see so many negative experiences listed on TA. All I can say is thanks very much for consistently delivering to us on Augusta Place!

I was told by some 'manager' that she would reach out to the owner who would help, that was 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard back and its been a month since my order. This is one to avoid, the staff / management simply do not care. They not only got the order wrong they delivered the pizza to the wrong house on another street!!!!! I called the them on their number, the guy who answer didn't care and said they would "sort it", no one ever contacted me back or tried to resolve the issue. First time ordering from this restaurant… no pineapple on the pizza ( paid £1.40 but will never get a refund ! ) Pizza came 10-15 late no tracking used when the driver left ? Had to call the restaurant to find out. Garlic bread stick not cut into sticks ( just faint lines and tore off into large pieces. So will not use this restaurant again ! And probably never get a explanation from them?
