Pizza Dono in Harrow

Pizza is too dry way too dry. This place is always a third or fourth option kind of situation. Never top of the list when it comes to pizza.

Lovely, freshly made pizza. Service with love and respect. Wholesome and great value for money. Love it. Come back time and time again.

New owner don't care. Horrible pizza now. too many mistakes. Do not order here I warn you.

They provide very badly and people working in pizza don't have any sence regarding pizza and they don't know wat is paneer and they treat people very badly so dont try to order from this store

Having read the negative reviews I’m quite shocked. Pizza Dono is brilliant! The food is always good and I’d rather give my money to local businesses than big chain branches. Thank you for always delivering QUALITY Pizza Dono!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas but the toppings were missing and I requested for the green chillies to be spicy but there was hardly any chilly on the pizza and garlic and mushroom were completly missing... Anyway contacted the store but the guy whom I speak to would not really let me speak and he himself was talking so fast it was hard to understand and than he just hung up on me. I had guests come over and we really had given them hopes about the pizza being good but was a disappointment.

Was my go to pizza place as.it.was.lpcal and fast but the change to cash only has all but eliminated this and I now use dominoes instead. Who carries cash nowadays??

I am one of their regulars but lately they have been adding too much salt (I feel sick after having their pizzas). They have also reduced the portion of toppings. Very dissapointed.

Fancied a change from our usual place in Eascote and decided on Pizza Dono. 1. The guys taking the orders spoke very fast but barely let me speak to order. I had to slow him down and let him know atleast 3 times that I am still ordering. 2.He did not review my order at the end. When I tried to say make sure that three of the pizzas are thin crust he said yeah yeah and hung up the phone. He did not want to confirm the 4 pizzas. 3. In addition I asked him several times that I only want the smallest cheese and tomato pizza for a child. Even though I asked him a few times he confirmed the smallest Pizza was £8 for collection. This was not true because when I went in to collect there was a pizza for £4. When I asked a staff member about why they made me buy one for £8 they declined to acknowledge my issue. 4. The spicy hot pizza did not have any chillies (this was annoying but mistakes happen). I called up and explained the issue - they did not want to believe me and told me to come back. I said we have people over for a birthday so I can send pictures. They were not interested and basically did not care. 5. The pizzas themselves that were correct were ok. Nothing special and definitely not worth the effort.

The pizza tastes absolutely gold and the customer service was super friendly. It doesn’t disappoints and so much better than domino’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯🍕

We order pizzas regularly from this place and the service we received was horrendous. Given a time scale of pizza delivery to be atleast 1hr (we only live 5mins away) the pizza gets delivered 1hr 15mins, and in both the pizza boxes the dips were open. When called to complain the guy on the phone said the dips are complementary anyways and we are very busy, you can order from other pizza places as there are plenty on the high street. And hangs up the phone!!

giving 4 stars as Prices and offers are similar to dominos or pizza hut, then might as well order from there.. otherwise quality wise great pizzas..

Great pizza and great value for money with there offers. I love garlic and proper green chillies on my pizza and this place is on point and hits the spot! Very friendly staff, always putting customers first and they always have time for a friendly chat/banter, while i wait. Since discovering this place about a year or so ago, i have ditched ordering from the "branded takeaway/delivery" pizza places. Is now my regular got to takeaway/delivery pizza place!

Great pizza highly recommend their Dono special

Been a loyal customer of Dono Pizza for more than 6 years. Recently their service has gone down hill. They refuse to deliver just outside the area even though I always go to them. Having found that Deliveroo delivery, I placed an order with them which they got completely wrong. We ordered deep pan but made thin crust, and ordered Jalopenos cream cheese poppers which they did not deliver. We called the shop and they refused to correct the issue. Looks like loyalty means jack s*** to this company.

I have never reviewed a restaurant before but this shop will steal from you in broad daylight! Let me start by saying I don't know much about their pizza as I have not tried it but the spicy wings.... May God help you if you order their spicy wings. First thing to mention right off the bat, my first bite into it immediately screamed frozen meat. It is concerning that in hopes of fresh succulent wings they actually just re-sell you frozen foods. Secondly despite being frozen the taste of the wing itself was no saviour at all, the taste had something off about it. The texture of the wings were decent on the outside but when you open it, you could see this thick white mushy fatty layer underneath the skin and it tasted foul. To round up this review I have to tell you guys to stay far away from their spicy wings, as a final note I might also add that their wings were not cooked properly inside but I can't be too sure, I didn't go for a second bite so I cannot tell.

Ordered vegetarian pizzas and garlic bread with cheese. Me and my family enjoyed it. I hope they stay consistent and i have the same experience next time

I never review things but after my experience ordering after looking at these reviews, I had to warn others. As a positive the driver was the first we've had that actually came to our door, no fuss and the pizza was hot. Dominos and pizza hut guys always have trouble. Everything else was terrible. The pizza was really bad. Salty, Toppings were horrendous, thick dough is great when soft but this really wasn't. This was worse than frozen pizza like Chicago town. I would give this a zero but the driver at least deserves a star. Size wise its decent, a little smaller than the 12 inches but the dough will fill. But this is the equivalent of saying that while I got terrible pizza at least I had a lot of it. I've been hoping to find a local place at a lower price than the mainstream ones but alas, this was a wretched first experience.

Pizza from Dono is tasty esp cooked by the guy Noori. Go there and ask for him. He will cook you the pizza you have never eaten before. Every bite will take you to places you have never been before. It is a venture 👏😎

My fries clearly have been re-cooked in a microwave .The boxes for the fries were all ripped and not in good state.Ketchup had been opened on my fries.Overall ,I believe the fries should be packed properly as they look like someone has already had them and they weren’t even freshly cooked.Very disappointed about this as Dono’s pizza is a tasty takeaway to have usually.

I can’t believe I have waisted £17 money for uneatable pizza and a dried up corn on the hop , Straight in my bin. The driver didn’t have enough change even tho they knew I am paying cash. Worst pizza I have ever tried.

GET YOUR PIZZA ELSEWHERE unless you are looking forward to being shouted at. SD58XCU. You see this car be careful of the driver. RUDEST DELIVERY GUY EVER. Got the street wrong and aggressively asks directions. doesn't know how to follow directions to the location even though given clearly and concisely. Doesn't understand how to talk to customers properly. Complained to the manager who just said hes going to talk to the driver. Food was luke warm and sub par. Pizza was undercooked and garlic bread was just yuck.

Ask for fresh garlic on your pizza. You won't regret it.

Just an collected my pizza from Dono, it was delicious, very nice guys, and quick service.

Tried to leave a review on just eat but they didn't accept my comments. Had a bad experience with this place. Pizzas were fine until I found a long black and grey hair towards the end on one of the pizzas! This suggests the staff don't wear hair nets. Awful. Will not be using them again!
