Used this place for years orders a takeaway asked for delivery , waited for over an hour rang up to be toldwas going to pick it up , Iam70 years old don’t drive , told they had thrown it away argued with the young man toid me I was a liar won’t be using this place again obviously making that much money they can throw food away avoid , obnoxious staff

Used to be good now awful takeaway 4 awfully salted chapatis should have been 6 but that would have been more for the bin lamb very limited won't be back

Very unhappy with my order I ordered two chicken burger one with just cheese and one with cheese and jalapeño and chicken nuggets and chips. The chicken burger with just cheese is like a big cheap chicken nugget in bread absolutely disgusting and then the chicken burger with jalapeño was a completely different chicken and when my partner bite in to it no taste and it was like mush I really do not understand why as no here on the menu does it say that the chicken it’s self is different but never the less it was still horrible tasted of mush. The chips were under cooked the whole meals were so bad we definitely won’t be ordering from you again we order from here often and no problems no very disappointing we have had too reorder from somewhere else because it was that bad!

Food arrived stone cold , rung to complain and the idiot hung up on me . Trading standards for you on Monday you are absolutely disgusting along with your inedible food .

I ordered a korma after seeing another review saying they were amazing what I was met with was vile the korma itself was flavourless and looked like throw up my rice was cold and all 5 of my popadoms were soft and soggy i ranG up and was met with a rude man who refused to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Tasty curry and korma. Naan is massive but isn’t nice, can buy nicer at a shop. Unsure if the delivery driver smoked as the food smelled most of freshly smoked green

Waited for an hour and a half.....order every single weekend and today it came late wrong cold and just disgusting. Already paid so when I phoned to complain they basically called me a liar. I'm not going to pay £15 odd and a kebab just turn up 🤔🤔. Blocked my number in the end......don't order from here will take my money and friends, relatives somewhere else from now on!!

Excellent as always, food tastes great, large portions and delivery is fast. Beat place I’ve ever ordered from and if they aren’t open, I’m not ordering from anywhere else.

The food was ok, Luke warm, customer service was shocking, I had to call an hour after I ordered to find out where it was. The man on the phone just said 20 mins the roads are bad. All the snow and ice has thawed now so don’t understand why it took so long.

Pizza dough is so thick for a thin base. Dough wasn’t cooked enough and was unpleasant to eat. Turkish calzone had unmelted cheese inside and tasted awful. £25 wasted on horrible food.

My burger was hard and my food was cold

The curries were not very nice at all. The tikka was oily, with no sauce, the korma didn't taste like a usual korma. Along with this the garlic naan was wet and had an unusual taste and smell. The rice was not adequate and was all stuck together. Not going to order again.

Kebab and chips Okay, garlic sauce really nice, pizza was unreal, best I’ve had in a while and the guy in the shop was really polite

We ordered the monster kebab but asked for the sauces separate and on garlic naan. Came on plain naan with chilli sauce all over everything. We asked for the sauces separate as my partner can't eat spicy chilli. When i rang to complain i just received abuse and was told that is what i asked for.

Tonight wasn’t as nice as it generally is. Don’t know what has changed but chicken was dry and our balti tasted like perfume! Slightly odd! Generally food is amazing x

Disgusting. The chicken tikka in the wrap was hard and burnt not how it should be at all and I didn’t even order it that late. The cheesy garlic bread tasted very strange and not nice, all binned. Waste of money, won’t be ordering from here again.

Order was late, called to query, said driver on way. Called 15 mins later and said was 5 minutes away. Ended up being 45 mins late, no apology, just gave food and ran back to car. Food was cold, inedible and soggy. Won’t be ordering from here again, awful service and food!

Ordered quite a few time’s from here recently and the food is always spot on. Always on time and the drivers are really friendly! This time the samosas were 3 small instead of 3 large however were still very nice, Thankyou for the great food and service

I always order from here now, I won’t order anywhere else as the food is always great, the delivery driver is always chirpy and nice. The cheesy garlic breads are the best, in every order I get 😂 today’s garlic bread base was a little too thin though unfortunately and the samosas texture inside was a little overly mushy and tasted a little dull. Assuming it’s a one off as every other time is brill.

I ordered my food at 8:00. At 8:30 I received a text saying with would come by 9:00. At 9:15, I called the restaurant numerous times only to hear busy tones. I click my order is late button and still no reply when it said they would text me in 5 mins. Opened a case with just eats and complained. At 9:45, I’ve ordered another takeaway and at 10:00 pizza connection came to my door. I explained to the delivery man my situation. He was extremely rude. He ripped my receipt and left my food on my step as I didn’t want it as I ordered from a different restaurant. I won’t be ordering here ever again. What a joke. They at least could of told me my order was late or even apologize. Never ever ordering here again, shame really as the food is good.

Bad food... didn't eat it. Chicken was tough and bread tasted sour. The chips were cold. !!! The Rita was OFF... it was sour... not happy because if I am poorly tonight because of this place I will be contacting food standards and taking this further. Pizza was generally okay but found lots of paper cooked within the dough and found rock solid bits within the pizza which nearly broke my tooth! Taste was good and the other pizza we ordered was faultless, shame about the other.

I’ve ordered from here for years and the standards have always been the same, the Bombay blast pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had and the chicken balti is amazing so much flavour! Highly recommend

Mu food arrived late, cold and the customer service was appalling!! I have been a customer of theres for over 5 years. I called the restaurant to resolve this issue, he stated that he called us and knocked at the door 3 times. I have had my phone on at all times and ive been sat in silence. I called the restaurant and they arrogantly stated that his driver has been working with him for 5 years and trusts his word, though i have been a customer of theres for over 5 years and never once complained until today. They arrogantly stated that they was too busy to resolve my complaint. My food is freezing and i am very unhappy with the service of the shop.. i am appalled.. i revommend not ordering from this shop.

Went to the takeaway over the road before going to this one since moving here and wasn’t blown away by it. Boyfriend said this was the best one to try and since trying it last week I’ve ordered 3 times 😂😂 wouldn’t go anywhere else! Cheesy garlic bread is amazing! First time I had it I had BBQ chicken pizza and cheesy garlic bread and it reminded me of dominos! The people who work there are lovely also!!

Ordered food last night, driver left me. Voicemail of him knocking on a door - not mine - nothing left on doorstep as per contact free delivery. Not usually ever had a problem with this place. Very disappointing.

My partner and I have used this takeaway regularly for the last 8 months since we moved into the area and we used to love it, however this last weekend has put us off forever. The food was 15 minutes late for a start, but it was Saturday night so I can forgive that. The issue is that my partner ordered a chicken korma and is now off work and extremely ill with food poisoning. This is the only thing she has eaten that is different to what I have had over the last few days so the chicken korma simply has to be the culprit. It states that the hygiene rating here is 5/5, however I feel this needs to be looked at again as we are disgusted to have ever ordered from here. The pizzas are excellent, however we will never order from here again as the risk is now too great.

Ordered 3 pizza and chips with drinks. The pizzas by far were one of the best! Will definitely be ordering again, not to forget the delivery as super fast!!

I came home one evening and tried to pay for my pizza on card, it got declined, but the pizza was already on it's way. I had no food in, and there's no shops nearby and I was desperate for food! I ended up coppering up the only change I had in my house and it was nowhere near enough. Wanted to say THANK YOU Oh & the pizza was spot on After I explained my situation the takeaway and driver were understanding

Was having a flat meal so ordered from here seeing as it was close to where we were. While waiting for our order to be ready we got free poppadoms and some weird sauce with it, due to us not eating the poppadoms right away the staff got a bit annoyed with us and starting to treat us differently in a negative way which was a shame. It's not that we didn't want to eat them it was just we wanted to save them for the rest of our meal. Well our food came and it smelled great. They slightly got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken tandoori pizza; it said nothing about there being BBQ sauce on this pizza on their menu but oddly mine came with BBQ sauce with the chicken tandoori. This weird combination weirdly went well together despite the overwhelming taste of salt. Every bite was just a major salt flavour and it caused me to have chest pains after two slices from how much salt was inside the pizza. Our order came also came with free garlic bread but it was so oily and salty after eating half of a slice all of it went in the bin which is such a waste. Will not be back, far too much salt and despite thinking the staff were nice, I don't like being judged for something they didn't appreciate. Prices were reasonable for the location, but I'll definitely look elsewhere.
