Food late and an unbelievably rude delivery driver. That's the second time he has been rude. Should be sacked.

Used to be good, the delivery service is now very poor. Over 50 minutes late, no phone number to contact. Will be the last time I'm ordering. Very sad.

Food was late and cold when arrived

I am a regular buyer from this take away when I am doing a night shift but thus weekend gone I had the worst food poisoning in my life! I order my usual a beef burger and chicken wrap which to be fair in the past was always great! But this Saturday night it wasn't meant to be. I was surprised how quick the order got to me and the burger did feel tougher chewing it than normal and not very warm, I thought nothing of it. The coke can was warm aswell I wasn't happy with that. Now Sunday morning around 7am I woke up it a major pain in my stomach and I had to rush to the toilet! And for the rest of the day I couldn't stop vomiting. It's Tuesday now and I've only started eating some for of solids being cereal, I still have a burning chest feeling but hope to get better soon. But due to this happening I can't order from this take away again.

I rarely write reviews but I wish I read the other reviews before ordering. Delivery was 30 mins late and im not exaggerating when i say this was the worst pizza ive had in my life i ate two slices and threw the rest in my bin £16 down the drain.

It was apparently delivered via just eat at 1.40. I then called the restaurant at 2.10 after still not having received it, they said it’s JUST left. Not only that. When I bit into one of the pizza slices, there is some kind of bone. I’ve just been to EMC dentist tonight and this has just accelerated my problems so I’m extremely unhappy. I’ve ordered from this place a lot and I’m very disappointed on this occasion

Best piri chicken u will find always fresh and always comes hot only downfall is the wait on food for delivery put it’s worth it

Pizza was missing pepperoni but was amazing with the garlic bread pizza! so was the Lover burger meal came quick, food was pipping hot and the homemade beef patty was spot on! Driver was polite aswell. Thank you

Your food is alright , but since when did you decide to decrease your portions just ordered today and yea I got half of what your portions used to be, so il probably order elsewhere next plenty of food places. For some reason can't add photos ok imagine a footlong subway, that what the portion used to be and today I got what looks like a 6inch for the same price as before cool

I was happy with the overall experience and really enjoyed my order as I had not tried this dish before however was unhappy with receiving just green peppers as the selection specified ‘mixed peppers’

Pasta with pepperoni doesn't goes....traditional is better....food got here very late despite the one hour estimated time of delivery since ordering and it is not the first time when it happens

Food itself is lovely, but ordered a pizza and piri piri fries (which cost £3.50) and was sent a 50p pot of piri piri mayo instead. Tried calling a few times with no answer which is frustrating. But pizza is lovely and they remembered the drink.

What a shame food was nice but I definitely will not order from here again. The delivery driver I had, had a very bad attitude. He was very ignorant to me I waited patiently for my food for him to be very cocky and tell me to refund my food cause I said I couldn’t get down 2 sets are stairs due surgery (foot reconstruction so I was unable to walk) he ignored the fact what I was telling him for him to come out now. Extremely unhappy with the service I had got. I definitely filed a complaint to just eat about this delivery driver. I tried phoning the restaurant no answer to explain my situation.

It is true, if you keep reading the reviews they do take some time for the delivery to arrive but I do have to admit I was impressed by the pizza. It was genuinely what I craved specially after leaving instructions outside of what they serve and believe it did hit the spot for the heavily pregnant mrs. Seems like they are new in the block and probably have teething problems but credit where credit is due. Not going to throw my dummy out the pram writing a bad review because I did not get the instant gratification within 5 minutes of ordering. Keep it up, don't take shortcuts, you're doing fine.

Food was tasteless. Was late, Luke warm, chips seemed old and warmed in a microwave! Wrong drink given. Shall never be ordering again!

The pizza wasn't spicy, It tasted okay however, expected some type of flavour and the donner box the rice tasted really sweet and tasted as if It was a microwave packet.

Ordered pizza and chips from here 2 hours ago via just eat and my order only arrived 15 mins ago. Tried calling the restaurant for an update but no answer. The food was absolutely disappointing, the cheese and pepperoni was cold therefore hardened. Chips wasn’t even lukewarm it was cold. Am angry at my husband for accepting the order not just for being late but for also it being very cold. Hubby ate one slice and the rest straight in the bin. Not a happy customer I don’t know how they could deliver a paying customer food like that and to make it people wait for so long. I will be requesting a full refund tomorrow. First and last time I won’t be ordering from here again! Not a good experience!

Perfect, really lovely. Just what I needed fresh ingredients, got and on time wings are the best around by far!! Love the cheese mix go for more it's great. Maybe an option for warm tomato sauce for extra dipping on the calzone....I'd pay

The driver was so rude! Food wasn't up to its normal standard. Pasta was dry barely had any chicken and full of olives. The portion was heavily reduced, yes I noticed as I've always ordered this for me and my family.

Ordered kebab pizza, but wasn't much kebab. Ordered vegetarian special, which was just mushroom and tomato so didn't have any flavour. Ordered kebab fries, fries tasted reheated, overloaded with cheese. Orderer showing as delivered but didn't arrive for another 20 minutes. All in all took hour and half for order to arrive.

On time delivery but could be improved

pizza was standard could have been better, pasta on other hand was spicy tasty didnt like onions peppers inside next time make it without onions and peppers, chips and sauce jalapenos was tasty, cans are too expensive, coleslaw was nice good size box, good discounts at this place

Beautiful food as always never had a bad meal

Food took 2 hours to be delivered. Restaurant were not helpful over the phone saying for an hour that its on the way. Then when it finally turned up it was pretty cold and grease leaking from containers. Disappointing as the last few orders have been good and have recommended to friends.
