Please don't order from this place, the garlic bread pizza was hard as brick and munchie box was so disgusting. Pakora were burnt and hard, we didn't get any salad, food wasnt even hot at all. Overall not good experience save your money and go else where. So disappointed

1 star has been extremely generous, from start for finish my experience with pizza boy has been horrendous, order at 12:10 said 40 minute delivery which arrive almost an hour and half after that time, pizza was missing all extra toppings at almost £2 charge each topping was cold and under cooked, I was missing tubs of garlic mayo again paid extra for, I was missing a portion of nuggets and a can of juice!!! If your looking for good customer service or even half decent food do not order from here!!!

Ordered the Pennsylvania pizza. Have to say it was excellent. This is our 3rd time at Pizza boy and it has never disappointed us yet. Great food and great service.

Walked into be greeted with Nothing!!! Took a few minutes to be recognised! I asked for a pepperoni pizza and it was with me in seconds! The box was slid across the counter! The pizza was cold and rock hard while I was walking home! I will t be back

Made order at 10pm for 11:10pm Arrived 40mins late and driver took it away as I was back at work. Paid for the order and no answer on telephone when tried just answerphone. Called at opening time next day Arranged for same time again that night and when called shop 5mins after delivery time it hadn't even left shop. Never again absolute shocking service and customer experience. This is also the 2nd time this has happened. Got benefit of the doubt first time but ordered on a different day and still same outcome. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs and chicken pakora. Pakora was nice Opened the kebabs when we got home and it was literally meat and pitta bread. No salad at all! Very disappointed, not eaten here for a few years

Open kitchen, staff eating in food prep area, blue bag catering chicken toppings, no gloves or hair/beard protection...delivery driver or other wandering around food prep in outdoor clothing.....

Pizza's were terrible, for £11 there was hardly any topping on the pizzas and what was there was overdone...definitely not worth the money. Tub of garlic sauce was a little splodge in the bottom. Spoke to staff who didn't seem to care 🤷🏼‍♀️ Disappointing.

Ordered a mixed hoagie wrap this evening. Turned up an hour late and the chicken in it was clearly ripped off a chicken thigh, unseasoned and disgusting. When did this restaurant go downhill? Never ordering from them again!

As a pizza shop in Dunfermline Fife I'd still recommend it thep best in the town I have been recieving deliversues and walk in service for many many years since my late teens and I'm now 50 year .may it long last congratulations pizza boy.even a friend delivered for you for many years back in the 90 /2000 .

Got an order delivered with friends, ordered Chilli Cheese Fries. got chips with chilli sauce (no meat in the sauce) and no cheese. so basically got chips and chilli sauce and paid £4 for it. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Got a pizza tonight, it was awful,bought in supermarket spongy base and forget to put mushrooms on,not happy,pizza is now in the bin,will not be back.

We usually order pizza from another restaurant however we decided to order from here. The order was made at 7.30 and we received it at 9.50, despite this the pizza tasted like the frozen ones you get from Asda, some of the chips were burnt, the mixed pakora was not a mixed pakora at all but some fried pieces of chicken, and the coleslaw was missing. Avoid at all cost.

Food was fine, but order was wrong and very very late, although did get a call to apologise. After calling to get missing items, still waiting, nearly 3 hours in…. Just disappointed, as this isn’t the first time, so needs to be the last. Update - Missing items received and were fine too. It did come with a free drink and fries, which were appreciated to be fair.

Absolutely horrible experience ordered donnermeat amd when it arrived the bag was ripping with the ammount if greas. Horrible absolutely horrible

Called to place an order, was told the till operator was too busy to take an order, was abruptly cut off, called back and again they wouldn’t accept an order, the staff member said she was too busy and again was rude and hung the phone up. Avoid, use the Brig or Istanbul instead

After telling the girl serving she got our order wrong, she threw the pizza on the counter and stormed off. Another member of staff had to apologize and gave 2 free tins of juice for the inconvenience but her attitude was disgusting! Won't be back.

I Will never EVER! order from this place again, disappointed, and disgusted at the food the food looked sloppy, the sauce was all over the box barley on the actual hotdogs their was no butter on the bead andwas a tiny bit of cheese on it the hot dog looked over cooked the chips looked like somone just pourd oil over it, its disgusting it looked like a 3 year old made it my 6 year old neice can do a better job this place needs shut down iv read all the reviews and it's terrible that this place is still being kept open waste of space and money

Absolutely vile!! Will not be ordering again kids smoked sausage was a hotdog! With the tiniest bit of chips 2 garlic pizzas where freezing and rock solid - and it was 40 minutes late all went in the bin! Will not ordering again and certainly will not be recommending then again like I previously!

Ordered a pizza & portion off veggie pakora , wait time was only around 10 minutes, veggie pokora looked absolutely vile and didn't taste very good , and the chillie sauce was like tomato with some pepper in it lol pizza was actually ok , restaurant needs a good clean as it dosent appear like it gets cleaned regularly

2 hours late. Dough was chewier than a piece of leather. Threw both pizzas out after one slice as the extreme salt levels made them inedible. First, and very much the last, time I would order from here

Orders meals got told 45 minutes. After 1.15 I called back to ask how long it was going to be! I then got told it was out for delivery,30 minutes later I called again as I live less than five minutes from pizza boy to be told it hadn't even left the shop. And they had the hard neck to moan when I told them to cancel the order. I would have reviewed 0 stars of it had been possible

Lovely people working there :) It’s best to pop in in person than use any third party apps ( when they usually fail you) . Good place to grab some food when you crave something fast 😁

Probably the worst pizza base I’ve ever eaten! Yes the pizza arrived 30 minutes late but at least was piping hot. However it took so much effort to chew through the base that I gave up. Maybe it was a bad batch of dough but all 3 pizzas we got were exactly the same. Sorry but no one likes a tough pizza! 2 stars as the toppings were plentiful and decent quality.

Absolutely disgusting service from this so called takeaway. Food ordered 6pm, promised for 6.45. Changed to 7.15, 7.30 and finally 7.45. Driver finally arrived at 20.05 and attempted the delivery. Told him not interested as waited over 2 hours so not confident in the final product. Driver became extremely angry and called me a liar saying this wasn't the case, I was a piece of ****, he was going to make sure I paid for this and to never order from them again. Honestly, the worst experience ever - please please please avoid this place like the plaque!

Ordered three pizzas and all the were undercooked with raw dough in the two deep pan ones. They did redo the order and it was better second time around but for the money, next time it'll be Domino's.

Lights still on. Neon sign saying open so I enter, 2 members of staff standing at door never said a word and once at the counter I get shouted at saying were closed!!!. If closed how about putting all lights out 👍

Ordered at 5.25 scheduled for delivery 6.20. Phoned 6.35 advised waiting on a driver. 6.55 phoned back to enquire about pizza again 7.25 delivered. Pizza tasty but cold. Will not be ordering again.

Shocking service, waited almost 2 hours for pizza for it to be barely cooked! Phoned to question and complain to be hung up on from staff who weren't interested and even complained we phoned to complain we waited so long for barely cooked pizza! Even hung up on and laughed at! Had not ordered from Pizza Boy for about 6 months since a previous order was delivered both late and cold. Tonight I ordered through the Dunfermline Eats App to support 2 local business's. Firstly the Dunfermline Eats App is less expensive the Just Eat etc and is well laid out and easy to order with. Now on to Pizza Boy, ordered a large mixed kebab and a portion of chips and curry sauce at 1945 with my order confirmed immediately. During the order process I chose a delivery time of 2045 / ASAP. Received a confimation email and noticed the delivery time had been changed to 2115. No great issue as I realised they must be busy, but by 2130 I had still not received my order. Called Pizza Boy and after a minute they confirmed they were extremely busy, my food was just being prepared and would be there soon. 15 minutes later delivery arrived and I realised once I opened the package my food was cold, even although only 15 minutes earlier I had been told it was being freshly prepared. Just to add I live 1 mile from their shop. The chips were all stuck together by the cold conjealed curry sauce. I opened the kebab to discover a load of doner meat and some chicken but no lamb shish as descrbed on the menu, if you ordered a large. The whole order went straight in the bin, £15 wasted and will not order from Pizza Boy again.

Only giving 1 star as 0 stars isn't an option, 2.5 hours after ordering on just eat I still didn't have my food. 2 phone calls being told "it's with the driver and will be delivered soon 40 minutes apart...how many delivery's is this guy doing at once? Just eat has been put through as delivered 1.5 hour ago. Absolute joke. I'd comment on the food however it is probably in another dimension with his driver on a school bus filled with the 500 deliveries he's doing

Absolute rubbish, wrong order sent went in bin!

On two occasions months apart my family ordered pizza only to have it delivered uncooked. When opening the box I was surprised at how white the pizza looked. It was not until trying a slice that I realised that the dough was raw. If this had been a one off then I would have said it was an error but the same happened to me months earlier and I stopped buying from them. The owner offered me other pizza replacements but I explained that it was time others knew that they were serving pizza with raw dough.

Ordered a Donner pizza and Special calzone for my girlfriend and myself and it was very disappointing. Food was extremely dry and poor amount of filling in the calzone. Ended up going for a Chinese after and sharing one because the pizzaboy was so disappointing. Won't be back unless I'm steaming and it's the only place open as a last resort.

Just placed a collection order and selected time slot from list given...card details and payment taken...10 minutes later receive a text message saying they are too busy, short staffed and can’t fulfil my order and it will take 5 days to refund my money!!!! 😡 Firstly if you can take my money instantly you should be able to return it instantly!! And secondly don’t offer a selection of collection times if you are unable to give me that time!!! Absolutely shocking customer service from Dunfermline staff!! Will not be ordering ever again.

I have been orderinpizz from this company for sometime, sometimes not do good recently., BAD undercooked greesy and unappealing. I booked 2 pizzas tonight over £ 26 .00. Quite a lot for 2 pieces of dough. I booked my order at 20:05 and 3 calls later it arrived at 21:30. I was told it was my fault for giving the wrong number, even although I had called them 3 times. The pizzas were disgusting. Truly the worst so far. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. They are still lying on my table. Shame on you pizza cook yuk!

well came back to pizza boy after a short break away ( trying to be healthy) and ordered two pizza at weekend, and despite husbands being nice , I noticed that all my meatballs on my pizza were sneakily cut in half 👎🏻, I would’ve liked whole meatballs considering that’s what I paid for ,!

2hrs 20 mins for a chippy last night ? When I called to ask where the food was she said they have been busy it's literally leaving the shop.... I live 10 mins away... Still took another 35 mins... Never again! I get places can be busy... But a bit of advice.. Stop taking deliveries if your unable to deliver with in a reasonable time scale, people would appreciate that more,

I Bought two 12" pizzas and they both were totaly burned. Unfortunately I opened the boxes at the home and didn't want to drive back to return the charcoal

23:20 - Order placed 00:20 - Order received, missing 1.75L of Coca-cola (Driver stated he would be back in 15 minutes with it) 00:36 - 1.75L not received, placed call was told it was on the way 01:30 - 1.75L not received, placed call was told it would be sent 02:08 - 1.75L not received, placed call was told backup driver would bring it. 03:01 - 1.75L not received, placed call was told yeah that's weird it has been a bit long, will refund it. tl;dr - Waited around 4 hours for a 1.75L that never came despite repeated promises it would come. I'd avoid this place. Really no possible excuse to not be able to deliver to a location 7 minutes away in 4 hours.

Rubbish. Asked for a Wisconsin pizza tonight. Got half way home and realised it was a completely different pizza. The one i ordered was a meaty pizza. The one I got was an oniony sweetcorny pizza. Very disappointing in my drunken state. How hard can it be to give me the pizza I ask for? Boo.

I’ve had vindaloos, and they was good. I read the reviews about rubbing veet for men on your baws, and still did it to try it on for size and bugger me was it hot. Then I ordered a pepperoni pizza with added chillis and chilli sauce from Pizza Boy...now this was another level. I powered on with a pint of milk in one hand and a slice of “devels goodness pizza” in the other. With sweaty itchy shins and a burning desire for more I powered on for as long as I could. An endless amount of Jack Daniels couldn’t numb the pain of the hottest MoFo’ing pizza I’ve ever eating in my life. Quite possibly THE best pizza I’ve ever had....however, try at your own pearl.

We found this place by accident and we're so glad we did! We had the Arizona Pizza. Definitely a mist try! Service was fantastic, and they were pretty swift considering how busy it was!

APPALLING SERVICE-have used this service for someone time now, but this evening the baked potatoes were cold. I phoned re this and was told that as I had 2 cold toppings s this was why they were cold. I advised this had not happened previously and potatoeses were hot. I thought I was speaking to the Cook who advised me that the potatoes had been roasting hot when he had cooked them and therefore because the fillings were cold that was fighting the potatoes were cold . I challenged this but kept on getting the same answer and I felt that he was not willing to listen to what I was saying and even though I feel I have been a good customer in the past I advised him that I would then cancel my account and will no longer use this company . He seemed happy to lose a customer so I have removed all contact details and have therefore , I think forthe very first time put up a negative review online . It gives me no satisfaction but as I feel I have been practically called a liar and the service was absolutely dismal I have had no choice so with this company I will say buyer beware . The only people I would recommend to them would be my worst enemies.

Disgusting! The place felt like a disco... the music was blaring, too much carryon with staff. Will never go back. Pizza wasn't cooked properly it was still like dough.i had to put it in my oven when I got home.

Absolute shocking restaurant. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 desserts. Pizzas arrived 30 mins later than stated in the order. No desserts. The driver called the restaurant and we got reassured it would be delivered shortly by another driver. 40 mins later we had to ring again as still no dessert. We got told it got sent to the wrong address (???!!!) But will be with us shortly. Another 40 minutes we called again to cancel the order as we got fed up. Then the cakes arrived but as ice blocks. They just got taken out of the freezer. So after over 3 hours we received non edible food. I would advise anyone in dunfermline to leave the finger off this take away. Absolutely shocking. Complaint mail to just eat has already been sent. Never again!!!

Ordered at 10pm on a Tuesday, I was told delivery would be at 10:45.. Reasonable so far but my order was only ONE PIZZA... Called back at 11:15pm to find out where my ONE PIZZA was, only to be told it would be another 30min.. So all in my ONE PIZZA took 1hour 45min... I WAS a regular customer but due to countless beyond late deliveries I have now come to the conclusion it would quicker going to Italy for my pizza!!! If this is your service on a Tuesday night, how on earth do you cope with peak times on the weekends ???

Waited over an hour for our delivery and phoned to complain. Got told it was reordered and on its way. Waited 15 mins more then it arrived and was asked for £5 more than what it should have cost. Sent the pizzas back and after being a loyal customer for years, it's safe to say I won't be going back

I have always loved them, never shy on toppings if you do have a bad experience, well we're all human and could do with a chance to correct a mistake or an order that has quite been up to expectation. BEWARE!! pizzaboy charge whatever they want at weekend evenings when they think the customer has been drinking. 3 times in a row i have paid more than listed on the menu & when i mentioned it i got a very sour "sorry" . this is a shocking scam & something needs to be done about it!!
