The machine wouldn’t let me order a meal of the burger I wanted but the staff were very helpful and able to sort it out.

Food was good and fast. Staff were nice. The seating area was spotless. 10/10 would recommend.

I got a masive whopper burger and bacon loaded fries it was amazing not to mention the tremendous service given by sophie

I've been several times now and my foods always cold, the staff show no care for customers and the place is a mess. Shame on them.

Food great but service so slow, waited 35 minutes for my drive thru order to be taken to my car when it was barely even busy.

Tbh I really jus fancied a really tasty whopper meal. What I got wasn't as nice as I had hoped. The onion rings were overcooked and hard the burger bun tasted just bland and the burger itself didn't really have the normal taste I expect from burger King. Maybe just a one off but I won't be back for a while now tbh. Staff were v friendly however. Didn't have time to return it for a fresh one so jus ate and left.

Place is an absolute shambles. Workers have no sense of hygiene at all. Seating area and toilets always disgusting. Food is always cold and my recent order was well undercooked and tasted rotten. Definitely worst burger kind I've been in, would advise everyone to avoid this restaurant.

Store is barely staffed, Ordering at till is near impossible as queue is largely ignored in favour of only appearing to shout for Collections. Disablity access door has also been broken for around a year.

Does what burger king does, delivers cracking burgers at reasonable prices. There always seems to be something wrong with at least one of the drinks machines, whether it's not been filled or has an error.

Will not be ordering from here agein. Had 3 delivery's from them, 1st one they sent wrong item, second time they put cheese on burger when I asked for no cheese as partner is allergic then 3rd time they sent me an undercooked burger that was pink! When I phoned burgerking all I got was "well the rest of the burgers are fine" the customer service in here is terrible!

Our 3rd or 4th visit to Glenrothes Burger King and it was a total shambles. After placing our order at the Drive thru we waited 20 minutes eventually I had to go in to ask about our food just as someone was about to bring it out. Was told it was because they were busy but there were 2 drive through orders in front of us and 2/3 inside, I wouldn't consider that busy! What's worse is despite asking if the food was hot a s had NIT been sitting, my whopper was stone cold, absolutely stone cold! I had to go back in and wait again for a another one to be made. They looked short staff counted about 3 or 4 staff so that's probably the real issue at this branch but I can't recommend this place. Avoid at all costs!

Food lukewarm not very enjoyable at all

Thank you so much to the team at Burger King for making my little boys birthday a memorable one. We just asked to reserve a little seating area for him and a group of his friends, but they kitted the place out with banners and balloons and gave him a birthday card. He was thrilled. Great service, even on a training day! Keep up the great work team!

Popped in for a double cheese burger it was freshly cooked best burger in a while

Burger King hang your head in shame now a like a Burger King and there is good ones out there but Glenrothes is deffo not one of them hands down worst meal ever got the chicken royale now if a wanted my chicken soggy I’d of submerged it in a puddle myself …

There was a young man by the name of Keighan who delivered me a burger that seemed to have been forged in the flame-grilled ovens of Valhalla themselves. His firey red hair served only to show the burning passion one has for fast food services. Absolutely exquisite.

Food is normally alright, but prices can be very high 🤷‍♀️

I got the steakhouse crispy chicken burger and its absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Overpriced and lukewarm about sums it up won't be back

Our chips were roasting hot but unfortunately both burgers were on the cold side... Updated as today's chips and burger were all hot and served quickly even though its was a busy lunchtime

This burger king looks reasonably new but it was a shame that it either seemed under staffed or that they were more interested in doing other things rather than wipe down tables to allow customers to eat at clean tables. It took us 6 attempts to find one that was acceptable and even it needed a wipe down. There was no rubbish on tables but it was blatantly obvious that most tables had not been wiped down properly as there was food stains and marks on tables and especially sauce stains on the edges of tabletops. I could understand if the place was busy but we were one of only two tables in the place.

I had about 5 chips then I had a bite out the burger which was cold, not impressed.

Shop was very quiet and spotless and the staff were very polite. Food was excellent

New review: I need to stop coming here.. I wish it wasn't right next to my work and catches my eye when I'm hungry... Their wheelchair access door button doens't work (and hasn't for months), the floor and tables are always filthy (the floor especially) even when they're quiet (that's a joke.. they're always quiet.. wonder why?) and their burgers are never warm enough to melt any of the cheese.. I'm starting to think this is a front for another business.. as I don't understand how they can survive financially given the lack of good service in this place... I feel bad for the kiddos who work here as their first job. How demoralising. What is this...??? Here I was trying to convince my nephew that Burger King tastes better than McDonalds, because "it's in the name".. and you serve me this??? What on earth is wrong with this franchise?? He's promised never to have a Burger King again, and I do not blame him... He was too embarassed at the thought of me complaining, so I spared your staff that experience .. but here it is. That was the most disappointimg burger I've ever had. Shame on you.

I ferociously opened my Daily Express newspaper and upon my disbelief a Burger King voucher fell out, not only did it fall gracefully but also landed on my Ikea rug which has also been tip toed upon by B list celebrity and TV personality Frank Skinner when he chapped my door one night after his taxi driver attempted to fumble him during a visit to Scotland. Unfortunately this particular trip was a solo one as my only friend Percival had to bathe his pet chinchilla (Quinton) as it was been entered into the “Most Excited Chinchilla with a Least Exited Expression on Its Face” competition. I selected my seat upon arrival and proceeded to order my meal, napkin tucked in and my plastic environmental friendly cutlery which I carry inside my tweed jacket along with my pocket watch. Halfway through my mouthwatering - flavoursome meal I decided to take a short break as it was all becoming slightly overwhelming. So I carefully placed my handkerchief over my food however as I stood up I slipped and fell and yelped out for assistance to be stepped over by a staff member, even the cleaner swept around me. Eventually I managed to crawl across the restaurant and enter the lavatories where I was shockingly met with a young gentleman they cry his name Martin, who was in the restroom knelt over the toilet seat playing around with her Majesty’s Legal Tender £20 note and what appeared to be talcum powder in a very odd looking diagonal shape. Frightened for my life I had no option but to escape without vigour or haste and capsized out of the closest window- call my mother who did warn me and also reminded me I’m entitled to a free bus pass as I’m over the age of 60+ now. I will probably return though, most likely as my dramatic and very troublesome experience was then transformed into a delight after learning that young Quinton the chinchilla had not only received 1st place but had also been knighted and made front page news on the local “ what’s going on in your area” pamphlet.

Rude intimidating threatening staff with empty drive through and instruction to park up and not mess up their time targets. Really shocked.

I tried, for the first time, the Peppercorn Angus and I instantly fell in love. Thee best burger I've had and this is why I keep going back

Food was great, wasn't thrown together like it normally is in places like this. The server was lovely, gave our cups while we waited for our food. Just a very good experience 😌

This has to be the worst buger king in the UK, I've been 5 times now and every single time my order has been wrong, the burgers have been dry and the draft juice tastes off. Lastnight there was 4 people complaining their order was wrong at the same time and an ubereats driver had been waiting 45 minutes on picking up his order to deliver. Unacceptable. Usually buger king food is good but not from this one.

Won't be back place is disgusting. Partner took cold burger back, got nothing but attitude although burger was replaced. I only ate half my burger, chips and juice were OK. Went to drive through , went for the whopper meal x2 with coffee and tea . I’m literally 5 mins away from the restaurant. Had to microwave our meals and drinks where luck warm . £17 for that ?? And while left waiting I got to see behind the counters . Empty cups and food on the floor . Counter where your giving your food was filthy . Not be back.

Unfortunately, this place comes up short again. they are so disorganised understaffed and inexperienced. We waited 25 mins for our meal through a drive-through when I went inside and stood and waited for 7mins and still never acknowledged, the meal had been sitting out that whole time getting cold. I won't go back even though their chips and cheese bites are amazing as this is the 3rd time this has happened. They need to get some tips off Mcdonalds how to make Fast Food fast

Poor show Glenrothes Burgerking. Staff looked totally demoralised. Pricing just rubbed salt in the wound.

Visited today for the first time. £19 for 2 crappy burger and chips and cold coffee which was 3/4 full, not even a full cup which is really just as well. Dont need to think how there was plenty Empty tables. Do yourself a favour and go to mcds just up the road. Far better value for money and nicer staff.

Staff are lovely. Food is well cooked and the spicy sauce is delicious. If they had better buns would be a 5 star

Very quiet for a Saturday night, but freshly cooked burger meal was good with polite service

It's a BK, not much you can say. Food is what it is. This restaurant has unreliable opening times and staff that seem annoyed to be there if you have any questions or issues and since it's a self service style restaurant that should be expected.

Clean and tidy, not overly keen on having to use a computer to order but needs must.

Tried this place for the first time today and will be the last !! Food was cold despite my ordering outside in car - waited 5 mins. (As advised before on app going in.) Had to wait another 10 mins before anybody even came to counter and I told him I was waiting on my order 8901. An empty cup was literally flung on counter with NO instructions what to do. My common sense I realised I had to fill up myself from drinks machine behind me. Absolutely No communication from the guy so I certainly didn’t feel welcomed at all. No wonder there was only customers sitting at one table if this is the “service” they provide. Had to microwave my meal when I got home and the patties were tasteless and my onion rings horrible and soggy. VERY, VERY disappointed. Epic Fail

Had a Vegan Royale with fries and a drink , which was simple, reasonably priced and light for a late evening meal.

Burger King has always been the 'tastier' option than other fast food burger outlets (maybe it's the flame grilled taste), but the one in Glenrothes is a joke. Staff are pleasant, but it's the product. The buns are as though they have been defrosted the night before ready for the next day, so have no heat to them whatsoever, with the burgers heated, prepared and left for a while. Been there x3 times in total, and each time the burgers have been cold, to lukewarm at best. The drive through is never busy, and it's not a 'cheap' takeaway. x1 of their special burgers cost close to £10. If the temperature of the food isn't addressed I can't see this franchise surviving beyond 2 years. They have now started to accept cash again, so the ridiculous card only payment option wouldn't have helped them either.

Food piping hot and good sadly let down by Seating area a bit of a mess with rubbish on most tables and floor took a while before staff started clearing it.

Meant to open at 1000am . Twenty minutes later still waiting for them to open. Some of us work for a living and grab a bite when we can. Love Burger King, but this outfit needs a burler up it’s backside. By the way still waiting for it to open.

The food is always great and I'd give 5 stars for the food alone but the service really let's it down. The staff could really do with some customer service training, they are really unprofessional and some of them just incompetent. And not to mention slow! Always have to park and wait which I don't mind as the food is always fresh and hot but 20 minutes is not 'fast' food.

My first time at the new outlet. Ordered cheeseburger, loaded fries and americano. Cheeseburger was cold, fries barely warm although coffee was good. Dont think I'll be back.

The service is absolutely shocking. About 15 staff in and everyone standing just looking at you. Wait ages to be served and waited ages on the food. If I wasn't working then I would have walked out. Not one person acknowledged is standing at the till

Fresh veg, flame grilled patty, let down by a soggy bun that fell apart, altho I'm told it was a one off, still a better burger all round tho..

They are sooooo slow, ordered a plant burger and junior meal, waited 15 min, no one are around, one table with guests around, full staff there, stamdinh around, no condiments available, empty boxes, looked quite disorganised if you compare with local McDonald, no shakes

Ordered my meal, then 10 mins later apparently they had delivered it which is bull! tried phoning and no answer.. never buying from here again and issued a refund, FOOLS!
