The pizza was delicious would 1000% recommend

All the food was stone called when I got it

Told em where to leave it, can’t complain was Livy

Food was cold and was around 40 minutes late. No updates given and you can’t contact the restaurant.

I haven’t got my food it’s saying it’s delivered I want my money back right now

Working in a take away shop my self you didn’t state that it came with salad I’m allergic to onions, also you put the paper in between the kebab meat and chips I put my fork in and ended up with paper in my food also the chips looked burnt and was soggy aswell. Please can I ask that you do state it comes with salad for other people that are allergic to onions I’ve ended up throwing it in the bin and had to make some toast very disappointed :(

Food was super greasy slightly cold and all around subpar. 30 minutes late, the app said it'd been delivered but we our order hadn't arrived so we called the resturant to inquire only for them to be extremely rude and brisk to us over the phone and hang up on us almost immediately after telling us itd be another 20 minutes. Honestly really disappointed in pizza box as they're not normally that awful as they were tonight.

Food spot on as always but had to ring for bottle of pop which they always seem to forget off the order. Think they do this on purpose as always happens but every time they don’t send one and customers don’t chase it up they are making £2 which is what they sell it for.

Tonight turned up 15minutes late. Food spot on as always but once again no bottle of pop so had to chase it by delivery driver having to ring to chase it. Wonder how much they make in profit by not sending drinks out as this seems to be a reoccurring issue when we order.

mushroom bhajis were cold and really greasy, chicken pakora as dry and a bit stale, the only really good thing was the chips this time.

I was expecting something fresh and tasty, but these were just a sad, greasy mess. Honestly, I’ve had better mushrooms from a can. To make matters worse, they left an unpleasant aftertaste. Food warm cold/luke warm and we paid for chilli sauce and got sent garlic mayo, I paid for it and don’t even like garlic mayo

First 2 was spot on.. like they knew they had my custom. Well I won't be ordering again. and I suggest EVERYONE stays away because its not worth the money because you don't get your food.

Me and my friends ordered the triple pizza box, 2/3 pizzas were wrong. When we called them up, they called me a liar. Said he ‘checked with the chef and delivery inspector and they said it was right’ if you guys read any of the reviews, I’d probably get your eyes checked. A meat feast doesn’t look like a plain cheese pizza.

Got 2 milkshakes and they were very watered down and just tasted of straight up milk. ordered a cookie dough tub of Ben and Jerry's and got a completely different one. when I rung up to ask why he said it was the only one they had and ended the phone on me.

Both me and my sister are poorly the day after and my 2 kids definitely not ordering from here again!

was very angry with the order paid £14:50 for a can off coke and a medium dinner kebab spoke to them on the phone and they was so rude wouldn't recomend this takeaway to anyone

Delivery and food quality were perfect but the reason behind the low score is because 1. We bought from the buy one get one free menu and we're only given 1 curry, they then forgotten the vegetarian curry and tried to say I was living about it, all the things they sent were with chicken so they either put chicken in the veg order or forgot it as they said I couldn't get the buy one get one free as that's not how it works, they advised they will send another vegetarian curry out but tbh with the carrying on I heard I'm the back ground because I'd said its not there I will most likely eating boiled rice for my tea, so thansk again pizza box, food good when correct but service absolutely shocking.

I have had to call up numerous times to say something is missing, some times I've not even bothered it if it's just little things, but this time they forgot my meal and the chef or whoever in the back ground had a right go about it which made the person answering the phones question me and basically say that I was lieing. Driver has always been lovely and its always been on time, the food has been lovely also when it's been correct but the service is just shocking for no reason, if I'm missing something I've paid for I'm letting you know, simple. Just like I'd expect yourselfs to do also, If I was going to lie it would be on something abit better than a mushroom curry! Unfortunately due to this we won't be going back there, hopefully others have a better experience and it is just us.

I basically ended up with a battered chicken rib on a 6 piece chicken box which was more bones than chicken and the chicken that was there was extremely dry

The pizzas are so good but second time I've had issues, first time over and hour late.. understandable or was very late when we ordered, fair enough.. but tonight used their bogof offer and paid over the odds for one pizza (understandable we're getting a free one!) but wouldn't have chosen that pizza otherwise would have chosen a pizza I would enjoy more.. but no bogof pizza and no answer from the restaurant when we tried to rectify the mistake.. otherwise happy customer but a bit disappointed to be honest

completely vile, only good point is that it turned up on time ISH, usually a really good take away but we always order pizza thought we would try other things this time and wow! just disgusting came cold soggy and we just couldn't eat it, it went in bin, unfortunately won't order from these again, maybe a chef change I don't know but it wasn't great

no need to apologise for it being early, I was Hank Marvin! hands down the best vindaloo I've had in my lifetime, beautiful mushroom and cheese pizza and some of the greatest curry sweats ever knows! 11/10

I have been ordering from pizza box for sometime now and it has always been lovely. But I have to say the last two orders I have ordered have been terrible. I think it will be a while before I order again.

Got really screwed over tonight and the delivery driver thought it was funny , 5 quid for a sauce well done ! I will never recommend you ever which is a shame coz the pizza is decent .. your morals are poor

Gorgeous pizza base used for pizzas. Very tasty pizza. American burger was really greasy though I presume due to the fried onions but it was delicious. We really enjoyed our food. Will definitely order again.

Very cold every late no reply disgusting won't be ordering again

Ordered through food hub, said 45 mins. Got to an hour and I called, they said 5-10 minutes. Half an hour later. Nothing. Contacted Foodhub and they rejected a refund so I called them myself. Outright lied to me and said they attempted delivery and tried to call me, no they didn’t. Gave me multiple excuses and tried offering “store credit” obviously not ordering from them again. They eventually blamed it on the driver and once they realised I was adamant on a refund they finally gave me one. 2 hours later, no food, wound up that I was lied to multiple times and absolutely knackered

Just didn't deliver all my order

Ordered a take away sent wrong food out rang them and told them he said he will resend the food out the correct one but never did and that was my partner not eating and they kepted ignoring calls

Had now idea of the order and blamed just eat for this. Pizza then turned up burnt and cold

Ordered from here for the first time via just eat. Order number 145 958 549. About 55min for delivery. Asked for one of the pizzas to have NO tomato base, wrote it on notes section & it’s clearly visible on the receipt yet they still put tomato base on. This was discovered after biting into it!! Thankfully we keep piriton in the house.!! No help from takeaway or just eat regarding this matter. Shame as it smelt & looked nice. The other pizza my friend got, a ham & pineapple is given 3 out of 5. It was majorly Ham & Pineapple but smothered in tomato base and cheese.
